Ristorante Terra e Mare in Quedlinburg

Das erste mal mit meiner Freundin dort Essen gewesen, Super Empfang, tolles Ambiente und vorallem das Essen super lecker. Einfach ist anders, eine Bereicherung für Quedlinburg, herzlichen Dank wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir haben spontan einen Tisch reserviert und waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr leckeres Essen, ein schönes Ambiente auf der Terrasse und ein toller Service. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind.

Nach einem schönen Tag in Quedlinburg, sollte es vor dem nach Hause fahren noch ein schönes Abendessen sein. Wir entschieden uns für dieses Restaurant. Unsere Entscheidung war absolut richtig. 😀👍 Wir haben Sonntag 16Uhr angerufen und bekamen noch einen Tisch für 2Personen um 18Uhr. Reservierung ist nach unserer Meinung sinnvoll. Das Restaurant ist modern eingerichtet und lädt zum längeren verweilen ein. 😁 Als Vorspeise haben wir uns die Bruschetta bestellt, lecker aber könnte etwas mehr pfiff vertragen. Die Hauptgänge waren Tagliatelle verdi al Salmone und Tagliolini con scampi. Beides sehr sehr lecker, es schmeckte frisch und mit Liebe gemacht. 🥰 Die Portionsgröße war für uns ausreichend. Kleiner Punktabzug für die Spinnweben, da sollte bitte mehr drauf geachtet werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wundervollen Abend und wären gern länger geblieben. Macht weiter so👍

Schick eingerichtetes Restaurant, Qualität der Speisen ausserordentlich, Preis vollkommen angemessen, Service schnell und sehr gut. PS: ich bewerte sonst keine Restaurants, dieses hat eine gute Bewertung wirklich verdient

Ein wunderbares Restaurant in dem wir uns auf Anhieb wohl fühlen. Das Essen selbstgemachte Teigtaschen war ein Gedicht. Wir hatten das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

Sicherer ist es, vorher zu reservieren- am Freitag und Samstag gut besucht.

Wir hatten Pizza und Nudeln welche wirklich gut geschmeckt haben. Der Service war nett, freundlichen,schnell und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Ich war heute Abend mit meiner besten Freundin hier. Es war eine total entspannte und angenehme Stimmung. Das Essen hatte uns beide gefühlt in den siebten Himmel verfrachtet, so lecker wie es war. Vorallem das Dessert welches wir hatten war der perfekte Abschluss.

Großartig, leckere Pizzen, guter Service, angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Calzone war köstlich.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und -hurra!!!- keine laute E-Musik im Hintergrund. Der Service ist professionell und freundlich, die Gerichte inkl. Nachtisch geschmacklich prima. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein Italiener bei dem der Käse ausgeht und es dadurch keine Pizza am Sonntag gibt, es gab auch keine Gnocchi und später auch keine Pasta mehr (da hat der Einkäufer aber ordentlich geschlafen) habe als Alternative das Lammfilet mit Steinpilzen bestellt, war eher durchschnittlich, wäre auch gut gewesen die Sehnen vorher zu entfernen, alles in allem kein Highlight, einen weiteren Besuch werden wir uns ersparen.

Das Personal ist unterbesetzt und dadurch komplett überfordert. Wenigstens konnten wir nach über einer Stunde warten, ohne eine Erklärung oder gar Entschuldigung, unsere Bestellung stornieren und sind weiter gezogen.

Super leckeres Essen und auch eine tolle Bedienung

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir bestellten Pizza, Friedenssuppe, Paprika, Rindersteak und Lammfilet. Alles war köstlich, aber das Lammfilet war meiner Meinung nach das Beste. Ich habe dem Koch gedankt, weil es wirklich perfekt zubereitet war. Ein gelungenes Abendessen, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Art der Bedienung.

Auf Empfehlung sind wir heute im Ristorante Terra e Mare in Quedlinburg gelandet. Und was sollen wir sagen. Wir waren vom ersten Betreten bis zum verlassen des Terra e Mare angenehm überrascht. Angefangen von der herzlichen Begrüßung und der Plazierund, dem freundlichem Service, dem kleinen aber gemütlichen Ambiente und nicht zuletzt dem tollen Essen waren wir uns alle (5 Personen) einig. Das Terra e Mare ist eine Empfehlung und eine ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bewertung wert. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit. Macht weiter so 👍.

Wir haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert und waren sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mich bei der Ausgestaltung auf den Inhaber Verlassen und war sehr zufrieden. Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Bedienung und Küchenpersonal haben keine Ahnung von Allergien, auf die Karte steht einfach keine Zutaten und keine Allergien Hinweise. trotz das gesetzlich ist. Wir haben von Glutenfre geredet die Bedienung und der Küchenchef sagt ist kein Milch drinnen. Am ende sagt der Bedienung: ich bin seit ein Monat da habe kein Ahnung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Ambiente ist gut, modern und ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant - die Zweier Tische ziemlich klein, aber okay. Leider sind weder in der Karte Allergene verzeichnet ( ich habe Zöliakie) noch kannten der Kellner oder die Köche den Unterschied zwischen laktosefreien und glutenfreien Gerichten- ein fatales Unwissen, wenn man als Allergiker dank der nicht proglamierten Allergene auf die Beratung von Service und Küche angewiesen ist. Ich hatte die Parmesan Suppe und die Fischplatte bestellt, mein Mann Pizza. Aufgrund dessen, dass sowohl Kellner als auch Küche trotz wiederholten Nachfragen auch nach der Bestellung immer wieder Laktose und Gluten durcheinander brachten, und mal sagten, dass sie glutenfrei / laktosefrei sei, habe ich mich nicht an die Parmesan Suppe herangetraut und sie meinem Mann überlassen. Die Fischplatte ( 29,90€) war leider auch enttäuschend, ich wollte sie ohne Lachs bekommen, auf dem Teller waren zwei kleine Stücke Zander, der gut war, auch gut gebraten. Der Rotbarsch nur ein kleines Stück, alt und ging zurück. Entweder hätte die Küche statt des Lachses mehr von dem anderen Fisch auf den Teller anrichten sollen oder den Preis reduzieren sollen. Das Salatdressing war gekauft. Für den Preis eine große Enttäuschung! Der Mensch im Service war nett, sollte sich aber dringend etwas zu dem Fach bilden!! Ebenso die Küche!! Die Pizza war ok, der Teig allerdings zu weich. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

Wir haben kurzfristig reserviert und haben einen tollen, gemütlichen Platz bekommen. Der Service war top - freundlich und sehr flink. Auf Getränke und Essen mussten wir auch nicht lange warten. Die Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas zu finden und es war super lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Italienisch lecker, in schicken Ambiente, von freundlich rotierenden Personal serviert. Ich hatte die schwarzen Tagliatelle mit Lachs und Scampi, molto bene. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht, mit gutem Grund.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und war von der Portionsgröße her auch sehr gut. Der Service war super. Freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch unser Hund war willkommen und es wurde sofort eine Schale mit Wasser an den Tisch gebracht. Vom Ambiente her ist es sehr modern gehalten aber man fühlt sich trotzdem wohl. Es könnte nur ein klein wenig heller sein. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bin total enttäuscht vom Essen,war nicht so wie beschrieben und eine relativ kleine Portion. Auf das trinken mussten wir auch ewig warten.

Ambiente recht modern gehalten, dennoch sehr dunkel. Freundlichere und hellere Töne wären angebracht. Akzente könnten durch besseren Lichteinsatz gesetzt werden. Bedienung ist nett aber durch zu viele Tische überfordert. Allgemeine Organisation könnte verbessert werden. Essen kam recht schnell, Zutaten waren frisch. Umgang mit diesen, bei der Verarbeitung, jedoch nicht optimal. Meine Pizza war sehr feucht in der Mitte, deshalb war hier der Boden auch nicht durchgebacken. Geschmacklich OK, aber nichts besonderes. Toiletten waren leider auf Raststättenniveau, unbedingt nacharbeiten. Insgesamt 4,5/10

Leckeres Essen und tolles Ambiente.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem ruhigen und angenehmen Ambiente. Das Essen war ausgesprochen Lecker und alles super auf den Punkt gebracht. Der Service war sehr umsichtig und nett. Man kann das Restaurant mit gutem Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen. Es war sehr voll und wir wurden darauf hingewiesen das wir Zeit mitbringen sollen.Aber es ging sehr zügig wir hatten schnell unser Essen. Es war alles sehr lecker. Service war auch sehr freundlich.

Sehr gute Pasta. Wunderbar abgestimmt mit der Soße dem Gemüse. Auch das Tiramisu ist eine Empfehlung. Passend dazu war die Atmosphäre sehr entspannend, auch bei vollem Lokal.

Absolut richtig 👍 Unsere Bestellung: Steinpilzsuppe, Salat mit Hähnchen, Nudeln mit Lachs. Perfekt abgeschmeckt und die Portionen waren sehr gut. Wir wurden auf jeden Fall wieder hier essen. Tisch reservieren ist ratsam.

Wir waren spontan zum Abendessem dort. Wir hatten die Nudeln mit Lachs sowie die Nudeln mit Champingnons. Beides sehr lecker. Das Ambiente war toll, genauso wie der Service. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben heute als Urlauber in Quedlinburg Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellt...Alle drei Pizzen waren super lecker!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren in diesem Restaurant dreimal zu Gast und jedesmal von der Qualität der Speisen und des Service begeistert. Können es wärmstens empfehlen und werden selbst wieder einkehren, wenn wir wieder in der Stadt sind!

Wir hatten im Innenhof gesessen, was sehr schön war, aber auch das Ambiente drinnen sah sehr schick aus. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und wir waren froh, dass wir spontan hier zu Abend gegessen haben.

Schöne Aussenterrasse zum Sitzen, netter Service, aber die Pizzen zum Hauptgang empfand ich als ziemlich dürftig. Der Teig schmeckte fasf schon "Keksartig" (vllt. in nem Blech und nicht auf Stein gebacken?) - auf Grund des netten Services aber trotzdem 3 von 5 Sternen

Such a shame. We were initially ignored upon entering, even though the place was empty. Then we wanted to take four pizzas with us. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible 40 minutes before closing time! We then picked up the pizza next door. It was absolutely delicious.

A piece of Italy in the heart of the city! We were absolutely thrilled with our visit to this Italian restaurant! From the moment you enter, you receive a warm welcome and immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is authentic, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail. The food was simply outstanding. The antipasti were fresh, plentiful, and varied, the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the pizza was a true dream: a thin, crispy base, aromatic toppings, and wonderfully fragrant oregano.

Nice courtyard, good food, but small portions

We had spotted the courtyard of Terra e Mares while passing by. We liked it so much that we came back for dinner the next day. We didn't have a reservation, but since we were there quite early, we got a table in the courtyard with subtle music in the background. I had a fish platter and panna cotta for dessert. Both were delicious. The Lugana wine was also excellent. Since we enjoyed it so much, we immediately reserved another table for the next day. The Triangelo con Porcini (No. 88) was also delicious 😋🤤😋 In summary, I would say: Great atmosphere, both inside and outside. Great service – very friendly, attentive, and quick. Super delicious food of excellent quality!! A clear recommendation!!!

It was simply perfect: the ambiance, the food, and the service. We didn't miss anything and would recommend it to anyone visiting Quedlinburg. Simply top-notch and delicious 👌

Top! Great food. We didn't regret choosing the more expensive dishes. Dessert was also amazing. Almost "fine dining." A little more ambiance. Better restrooms, and it would have been 10/10. But we'd go back anytime.

Best Italian restaurant ever! Super friendly staff. The chef personally came to check if everything was okay. The food is perfect, from the potatoes to the pork medallions. And the homemade dumplings 🤩🤩🤩. Highly recommended.

We chose this restaurant because of the promising reviews. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed and cannot recommend it. The waitress serving was alone and understandably overwhelmed. There were dirty dishes on the tables, and the tables hadn't been wiped down. We had antipasti for starters, which was okay. The main course was disappointing for everyone. The pizza was made from pre-made dough, and we searched in vain for the garlic we requested. The chicken fillet was returned because it was partly raw. The plate was much too small, and the sauce spilled over the plate. The salad was drowned in pre-made dressing. The pasta was supposed to be Parmesan cheese, but it didn't taste good afterward. One portion was very small, making it unsuitable as a main course. We could have done all of this better ourselves for significantly less money. If restaurants don't make any more effort than raising prices, they shouldn't be surprised by declining customer numbers.

Nice restaurant. At first glance. The waitress was alone, very nice, but overwhelmed. When we arrived, our reserved table was still dirty. The food had nothing to do with good Italian cuisine. Furthermore, the dishes were served on plates that were far too small, so the sauce overflowed. If you come with a big appetite, don't expect to get large enough portions. Quality of the food? We were full, but it couldn't be called a culinary experience. The price-performance ratio wasn't balanced.

The starters were very good, the main courses were delicious, but unfortunately not worthy of 5 stars. Hence only 4. The service was excellent.

It's definitely delicious and the waitress was very friendly, but her colleague/boss behind the bar and his "bye" comment when asked if there was a free table was unfortunately an absolute cheek!

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. Seats were completely overbooked. We had to wait over an hour for drinks and food. The staff was overwhelmed; a more competent person would have been appreciated. We weren't even noticed when paying.

A beautiful, modern Italian restaurant. The service was very good, friendly, attentive, and always relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay there; the food was delicious, and we felt very comfortable. We were there with two families and had a lovely evening.

Stylish and elegant in look. The service was rather reduced due to only one service person. Despite high expectations, the food was not sufficient and lacked spice.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing. Almost all pasta sauces are made with cream - unfortunately this has little to do with Italian cuisine. No bread, no olive oil, no olives are served. The bread for the “scampi” skewer (it’s more like cocktail shrimp) was very dry and old. First the wrong wine was served, then the wrong pasta dish. Highly priced and inauthentic. Ambience very dark in a modern style. Plants in the shop window don't have matching pots, it's not serious, but it doesn't fit the look of the "chic Italian restaurant". Two people, with 1 glass of wine, starter and main course - 100€.

We got a table even though we hadn't ordered. The pizza itself was very tasty, but unfortunately the dough has nothing to do with Italian pizza. The pasta dishes are good. It was not mentioned that EC payment is currently not working. Since we didn't have any cash, we had to go to the nearest EC machine and get money. It would be desirable to say something like this at the beginning of the stay.

The restaurant is very lovingly decorated. The food was simply great - we were there two days in a row. The service was also great.

We had a really great spontaneous evening at Terra e Mare. The pasta dishes were fantastically tasty and the conditions were very friendly. It's not a typical Italian restaurant, it's very stylish and darkly furnished. It really appealed to us. We'll be back :)

The whole restaurant was empty except for two other guests. After waiting an hour for our food, the waitress came to us and told us that the chef had forgotten to prepare our food. After waiting another half hour, our food finally came.

Unfortunately, the service is rather sparse and sluggish. The food is okay, but not outstanding. Shortly before 9 p.m. (kitchen closes), it's no longer possible to order dessert from the menu because the chef has already left. There's no wine recommendation, but the limoncello is quite okay. In the restaurant, contrary to legal regulations, the wine is served by the glass without a fill line, and the glass apparently contains significantly less than the ordered 0.25 liters – a hint of this is met with rather derision. It's a shame; in my opinion, the restaurant has great potential.

Nice atmosphere, nice service even though he was alone, he was very friendly and kept an overview, good food but the noodle portion size was too small for me and I got up hungry.

Visited Terra e Mare with our friends on the first weekend in March. A small, lovingly modern restaurant where nothing was left to be desired. Very happy again.

During our stay in Quedlinburg I was looking for a nice restaurant and came across this Italian. Everything was right for me here. Beautiful little restaurant decorated with great taste. Completely untypical for an Italian, but totally mine. You immediately felt comfortable. The service was super nice. And the food was great. From starters to dessert, we had everything on the table. A very successful evening for us. Thank you.

I would have loved to try the restaurant. I reserved a table online three days before our planned visit, which is possible according to the website. The cancellation, saying there was no space, came 30 minutes before our scheduled visit. Very short notice for a Saturday evening. They were supposed to go old-school and only accept reservations by phone, which was unfortunately very difficult, as no one was available. 🤨

Beautifully decorated restaurant. Excellent food and attentive, yet unobtrusive service.

We were the first guests in the restaurant on a Wednesday at 5 p.m. in January. The server offered us a mini table. We asked for a larger table, which the lady refused to give us. Here it is, 2 people = just a mini table. My friendly advice was that all tables were free at 5 p.m. and the day before only 5 of the 15 tables were occupied. The lady said bitchy: “You don’t have to eat with us”. This answer was more than surprising to us and probably no one in this world would have expected it. We immediately left the restaurant. My recommendation: attend the “Customer Contact” employee seminar.

Well done to the chef, the food was delicious, all the staff had smiling faces, the potato chips were great 😋

Anyone looking for warmth, friendliness, a great ambiance, and exquisite, tastefully presented food will be in good hands at this restaurant. We happened upon this restaurant on Christmas Eve and were immediately captivated by the style of the decor. We were greeted by the owner herself, as it turned out, in a way that warms your heart. The food topped it all off, absolutely fantastic. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back and highly recommend "Terra e Mare." Best, Franka & Henri

Even though the other waitress was unavailable, making things very busy, our server was super friendly and relaxed. The food arrived quickly and was very, very delicious. The wine was also excellent. We'll be back!

We ate in the restaurant yesterday. It was very good, the restaurant is tastefully decorated and the service was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

We were able to get a table at short notice, thank you very much. And it was great. A small, fine Italian restaurant in a nice atmosphere with a remarkable menu, delicious dishes and an excellent price-performance ratio. There is something for every palate here. Good portions, fresh ingredients, served quickly and hot. The service was great, friendly and attentive, you asked about satisfaction and any requests from time to time without seeming intrusive. We really enjoyed the evening and can highly recommend this homely restaurant. With best wishes for the future.
