Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast. The old town is easily accessible on foot.

Bergeweise, a very well-known district of Heidelberg. I lived here as a student, old memories. The hotel is great, modern and beautifully renovated. Staff very professional and well trained. Very pleasant. And the boss has cars to love. We were in very good hands.

Good rooms, well priced, friendly service

This hotel has hidden charges which is unacceptable.We booked for two adults one child 8years old and when we asked where will the child be spleeping they replied that: "the room you booked also has a sofa bed that can be prepared as an additional bed for up to two people. If you would like us to prepare this for you with bed linen, sheets and pillows, we charge a fee of EUR 30.00 per person per night. If you bring your own bed linen or we simply provide it without preparing the bed for you, there are no additional costs. The rate booked refers to the number of people you specified, but according to the rate description, the price only applies if all people sleep in the existing bed."

🤩 I felt very comfortable here. 🤩 The service team is refreshing, friendly, courteous and customer-oriented. The breakfast is excellent value for money and I didn't miss anything. Since I wasn't able to check out until late, I was able to use the time before departure to concentrate on work in my room. Thank you. 🙏

We stayed in "the villa", two houses next to the actual hotel. The location of the hotel is good as the tram runs in front of the door (main street 4 lanes, two of them trams, traffic calmed), room was clean and well furnished, breakfast is rich and really good for a hotel, staff courteous and very friendly! Parking is bad, the side street next to the hotel offers about 5 spaces because there is a school there and is closed to school buses even on weekends, underground parking costs €16 for 24 hours, far too expensive in my opinion. Main street offers parking spaces for residents only, other side of the street requires parking from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Parking permits are required even one parallel street away. You have to search and/or park often.

Disappointed overall. We had a booked confirmation for three rooms for two nights recently for the Qube Bergheimer Str. When the reception lady told us that the rooms were facing the courtyard, I was excited as we thought it would mean less noise from the street. Turns out, while it was quiet from the street, the hotel's restaurant has a permanent tent in the courtyard, where staff they take their breaks and have loud chitchats, smoke or make personal phone calls, which all is unappreciated noise which can only be blocked somewhat if you actually close all windows, which we did not want to for fresh air supply. There is also a little storeroom behind that tent which gets accessed frequently by the kitchen staff. When I informed reception about this, she said it has always been like this. So don't rent out rooms on that side! We also went up to the rooftop area once for a quick look and my wife slipped and almost had a fall due to a very slippery wooden floor - how irresponsible!!! This could be a huge liability if an accident should occur! As for the rooms, they were modern but very dim lighted! Even the closet (clothes area) was extremely dark with the dimmest light possible. Lastly, since we all arrived at different points, one member of my family was required to pay for their room out of pocket despite the whole amount already being covered by a single booking made almost two months prior. They were unable to refund on the spot. Overall, the hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet has been good, but for the points noted, I would not recommend it.

If it were possible, I would have even given it 6 stars. Everything was perfect.

A really stylish hotel in a central location divided into the main building and the side building (villa). Everything is very modern and equipped. We were thrilled by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the furnishings of the rooms. Nothing is missing here. A beautiful roof terrace and bar complete the result. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening due to damage to the kitchen. One more reason to come back. The only drawback: the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. We'd love to come back.

We had dinner at the restaurant, only fresh produce and good dishes. We also took advantage of happy hour at the bar.

Stayed not in the hotel but in the hotel apartment, located a hundred meters away. Old structure in a quiet courtyard and the tranquility is certainly a strong point. Fairly large apartment, very comfortable for two people but without air conditioning and without lift. However, we were relieved to find at least four fans. Strategic position for reaching the center in a few minutes; Well-serviced but very restful area.

Great location, tram station is just right outside the hotel, very convenient to go to the old city by tram. And the front staff Lucy is really friendly and approachable, the air conditioner of our first assigned room is not working, Lucy changed the room for us immediately and she even went to the new room and make sure the air conditioner was working and delivered the new room card to us in person, so that we don’t need to go to the front desk again. Thank you Lucy for those efforts, and we do appreciate.

Only visited the restaurant. The dishes are very tasty and served with attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast great. Lots of fresh fruit. The room was great. Great bathroom. Next time we would make sure that we don't get a room facing the street. You can't sleep with the windows open. Really too loud. We had to turn on the air conditioning forever. Good thing it existed!

Service top, everyone very friendly. Rooms have been modernly renovated to save space. Food is very good in the hotel. Parking is just not ideal. Old underground car park, very narrow entrance, no elevator.

Perfect hotel with an excellent restaurant and very attentive service. When the weather is nice, the roof terrace is certainly the perfect place for good conversations with drinks and snacks. Within walking distance of the old town, which is definitely worth seeing.

Room clean as I like it. Spacious and all you need in it. But boy do I recommend you to go eat in the restaurant. The food is a dream. The staff super attentive. Will surely take the same hotel the next time I am in Heidelberg.

Modern concept, large rooms, very clean. The bar is very cool in ambience and design. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is really recommended. The location is not entirely ideal if public transport is used. (But still well connected by tram)

The detached apartment was great and had everything. It’s on the main road but not noisy. There is a bakery down the street, grocery nearby, and Ubers are easy from here.

Booked a hotel for 3 people late in the evening. Upon arrival, there appeared to be only 1 double bed ready. The child (11 years old) just had to sleep in our bed. After consultation, another room was prepared at an increased rate of more than €30. Someone from the kitchen came to help prepare the bed. After a very dirty look she came downstairs without saying anything. The room was apparently ready. They asked €75 euros for breakfast. Special. The local Aldi had delicious sandwiches!!!!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Heidelberg. The service is very attentive, the rooms are well-equipped and the restaurant is delicious.
