Most of the employees are extremely unfriendly; even after waiting for an hour, you're treated like dirt. Even after taking into account the fact that it's busy, you'd expect the employees to be friendly and to properly sort and package the food, or for you not to have to wait almost an hour and a half and be rudely sent away every time. I can't recommend the McDonald's in Grosser Tahl. Apart from that, there are too often no toys available, which is a bit disappointing for my daughter. It's also called misleading advertising. (Apart from the few friendly employees) ;)

I wanted a Boston pizza, but only arrived in North Düren. Too dry, no trace of hollandaise sauce. 😑😑😑 Can I eat dry dough straight away? So you used to be better. If you don't feel like making pizzas, then you should change careers!

Waited 90 minutes for an order. Pizza arrived lukewarm and tasted like garbage. Extras that were paid for were not added. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO MCS!

Beware of food poisoning, just load it dirty

I ordered a mixed salad and a gyro pizza here. The gyro wasn't cooked properly, the pizza had barely any toppings, and there were delivery charges on top. The prices are completely unjustified for the crap you get. When I complain, the staff are unfriendly and can't take criticism. I will avoid such disgusting places in the future and won't spend another cent here.
