The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, the pizzas are absolutely delicious 😋, and the prices are affordable for everyone 🥰! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

During the phone call I was told several times that the pizza should not be cut. Still arrived cut. Pizza on the whole was used very sparingly with the ingredients. Tried it once and then never again. I would have looked at the rating sooner

I ordered a pizza to pick up because it will be ready in 30 minutes when I was there they didn't even start with it then when my pizza was ready I wanted to pay and they didn't even have any money and when I opened my pizza there were only 6-7 salamis on it even though I ordered a pizza with extra salami so that's not possible

You get 0 stars. I've been sitting at home for over an hour and a half waiting for my pizza! And La Piazza has been closed for 37 minutes. I was actually happy with them, but this was the very last time I order from there! That's outrageous.

Great! Found a new favorite pizzeria. Friendly staff who ensure fast delivery, even on a Saturday night. Pizzas are always generously topped, hot, and super delicious. The pasta is also completely convincing. Prices are more than fair for all products. From now on, I'll only order from here!

The store is in a very good location, centrally in downtown Düren. The exterior of the store looks modern, and the staff is also super friendly and nice. A young team with an energetic aura. My children felt super comfortable. Overall, the store is very inviting and ideal for ordering straight home. 👍🏽

I would prefer not to give a star. We ordered two pizzas and they said it would come in an hour, but after an hour it still wasn't there. Then we called and they said 10 minutes after 2 hours and 30 each time Within minutes the delivery person came and the pizzas were already cold and the delivery person wanted more money. Actually we were supposed to pay 23 euros but he wanted us to pay 28 or 33 euros. The delivery person was very unfriendly, we accepted the pizza and also got the wrong pizzas with salami and asparagus and once only with mushrooms which we didn't even order and the pizzas looked very unappetizing. We called and the employee on the phone was very unfriendly and insulted us and threatened to hit us. Then we talked to him normally and he said we would call right away after half an hour, he then called and said a delivery person was on the way and gives the money. We asked how much and he said 5 euros because we've supposedly already eaten a pizza. I'll never order there again and won't recommend it to anyone. Ps: We are still waiting for the money

I'll be honest, the pizza isn't the worst, but it's burnt around the edges and the service can definitely be improved. We called and were told the order would arrive in just over an hour. So after almost an hour we asked for an update and were specifically told that the driver had left. After another 50 minutes we still had no pizza so we called a second time and it said: "the driver left 50 minutes ago" The driver then arrived about 20 minutes later. We hadn't ordered a pizza at all and, strangely enough, the pizza was warm, which was good in itself but contradicts the statement that the driver had left 50 minutes ago. After a piece of pizza and 3 pizza rolls, I had a hair in my mouth twice and something unidentifiable black that almost made me puke!! Just disgusting. The topping is wrong and instead of Fanta I have a cola. Never again. 40€ in the trash

I ordered a salami pizza with tomato mozzarella and hollandaise sauce... Unfortunately I got something else with corn... Unfortunately I have an allergy to corn.. I called there in the evening but there was no one there anymore... when I contacted them the next day no one was interested and my message was probably deleted.. because the next time I asked on Facebook I was told that I hadn't received a message.. . I waited more than a month for an answer and now it's over. You have lost me as a customer! Here you just want to make quick money and the customer doesn't matter... The main thing is to pay and keep your mouth shut!

Best pizza in the interior of Düren. Point! Pizza is nice and thin and has a crispy edge. Does NOT swim in fat like some others here in Düren. I never had to wait particularly long for a delivery; which is probably due to my location as I live nearby. The staff is friendly, on the phone as well as in the store or the pizza delivery. So many people here can write their snot in the review, there is simply no better pizza in the city. As if a slice of pizza wasn't included 🤣 Yes, of course... simply pathetic negative people and the result of this so-called hate culture. I've been eating here for many years and the quality hasn't changed, always the same. I was even given an extra pizza as a gift because it was slightly torn in the middle when it was being baked and there was a small hole, so instead of one I got two straight away without complaining, which in my opinion wouldn't have been necessary. So, very decent store! Keep it up!

Alter Falter was soll ich dazu sagen. Zum Glück hatten wir keinen Hunger, sondern einfach Lust auf nh Pizza. Das was wir da nach über 2 Stunden serviert bekommen haben, war unbeschreiblich schlecht. Als Alternative hätte ich mir auch Umzugskartons mit Käse belegen können. Nie wieder sry. Die Pizzabrötchen waren bei aller Kritik aber echt souverän und der Mann am Telefon nett.

Also das war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Ich habe um Viertel vor 12 meine 2 Pizzen bestellt und habe nach ungefähr 10 Minuten dort angerufen um Bescheid zu geben, dass der Lieferant bitte klingen soll, weil im Haus bereits einige Leute schlafen. Die Pizza war laut Mitarbeiter zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits fertig. Ich war glücklich und habe mich schon gefreut meine Pizza gleich einverleiben zu können. Gott sei Dank, musste ich auf Diese nur 2:35 Stunden warten. Um ca. 2:30 Uhr war es bereits so weit und der Lieferant hat, wie könnte es auch anders sein, geklingelt. Dazu muss man aber sagen: Die Pizza hat immerhin sowas von nach Pappe geschmeckt, dass man sie eh nicht unbedingt essen wollte. Immerhin war der Bruder am Telefon freundlich. Beim nächsten Mal gehe ich einfach eine Stunde zu Fuß zu McDonalds oder so. Lieferung von dieser Filiale aus absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! PS: Ich dachte die Pizzabrötchen sind wenigstens okay, aber es sind nicht nur die falschen Brötchen (ich habe nur Käse, statt Schinken bestellt). Die sind zudem auch noch wirklich schlecht. PPS: verglichen zu den Pizzen sind die Pizzabrötchen noch ein Schmackofatz.

Mit Abstand das schlechteste was ich in Düren gegessen habe. Ca 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung gewartet, Pizza war natürlich kalt. Gemüse war matschig und alles andere als optisch ansprechend. Der Teig knallhart und wahrscheinlich kein Pizzateig, sondern irgendwas in Richtung Ciabatta. Das ganze hat dann auch noch über 30€ gekostet. Absolut peinliches Gesamtpaket! Zusätzlich dazu wird die Bestellung bei Lieferando absichtlich nicht als abgeschlossen markiert, somit sind auch keine Bewertungen möglich. Traurig über solche Methoden nachzudenken, anstatt sich einfach mal ein bisschen Mühe zu geben.

Pizza ist nach gut 2 Std mal angekommen (KALT) der Belag sehr sehr wenig .. Pizza sollte Brokkoli sein hatte sage und schreibe 3 Röschen drauf .. also sorry aber nicht zu empfehlen

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben! Pizza bestellt zwei Stunden gewartet, mehrfach im „Restaurant“ angerufen, mehrfach vertröstet worden. Angeblich sei der Fahrer unterwegs… nochmals 30 Minuten gewartet, es tat sich nichts. Ob die Pizza jemals angekommen ist? Da muss ich Sie leider enttäuschen. Ich würde diese Pizzeria keineswegs weiterempfehlen und möchte hiermit jeden vor einer Bestellung bewahren.

Für mich eindeutig die leckerste Pizza die jemals gegessen habe. Der Service beim bestellen ist super und der Bote sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lieferzeit war vollkommen in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Man bestellt bei Lieferando und wartet bis einer kommt, dann kommt einer nach 2 Stunden an um einem zu sagen dass man nochmal bestellen soll, da Barzahlung nicht funktioniert. Ihr seid das letzte... bei jeder Bestellung gibt es neue Probleme.

Pizza ist nach 2 Minuten kalt und hart. Falsche Bestellung ausgeliefert. Nehmen Pizzen zurück für stonierungen obwohl man es nicht darf.

Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne vergeben. Um 21:30Uhr 2 Pizzen, über die eigene Seite/App, bestellt und Bestellbestätigung per SMS erhalten. Um 23:30 Uhr noch nichts da und als dann endlich nach 7 nicht beantworteten Anrufen, darf man sich sagen lassen, man hätte nichts bestätigt. Als ich dann 2x wiederholte, dass ich eine Bestätigung bekommen habe, hieß es dann das man über die eigene Seite / App nicht bestellen könnte, sondern nur über Liferando. Ein unorganisiertes Unternehmen, welches wissende Probleme nicht behebt und die Kunden einfach sitzen lässt.

Ich durfte fast 2 Stunden auf meine Pizza warten. Sie kommt an, man freut sich trotzdem, man nimmt sich ein Stück und Zack zerfällt der Rand. Geschmack: Unterirdisch

2 Stunden auf eine Pizza gewartet, inkompetenter Lieferant, der nichtmal die Adresse findet und zum Überfluss war die Pizza natürlich kalt und so hart, dass man damit ne Fensterscheibe hätte einwerfen können

Gestern das erste Mal bestellt. Wir sind super zufrieden. Lieferung kam schnell aber ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, der Fahrer hatte kein Wechselgeld bei und hat über 20 min gebraucht zum wechseln.

Am liebsten hätte ich keinen stern gegeben! Haben eine komplett falsche pizza bekommen, mit ca 5 kleinen stücken schinken, in den pizzabrötchen konnte man nach dem belag suchen, einmal nie wieder!

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Erstmal haben wir 2h auf unsere Pizzen gewartet. Als sie ankamen waren sie natürlich schon kalt und vom aussehen möchte ich gar nicht sprechen.( das sieht man ja auch ganz gut auf den Fotos) Außerdem hat bei beiden Pizzen ein Stück gefehlt. Das ist das ekelhafteste was ich je bei einer Essens Bestellung erlebt habe. Nie wieder !
