Eaten ice cream sundae. Ice cream was already melted when it was served, Cream tasted like spray cream from a can. For €8.90 I expect more taste.

the food was delicious, well seasoned and super prepared, only the salads were slightly dry. The staff is very well trained and qualified, you can see that they undergo appropriate training, just eye contact is enough and the waiter immediately comes over, the waiters are very nice and there is nice contact with the customer. The drinks were fantastic, the lemonades were top-class, as were the desserts and main courses, everything was delicate and with a lot of flavor, the decor of the pub is also beautiful, a spacious room and tables, warm inside and there is air conditioning so you can breathe normally.

Food was good, we won't go there anymore. We get better service at the Carambar!

Unmögliches Personal, trotz telefonischer Reservierung wusste das Personal vor Ort nicht Bescheid. Gruppe von 22 Leuten saß auf 2er Tischen verteilt. Zudem war der Kellner extremst unhöflich und hat probiert uns um 30€ abzuzocken. 10ct Trinkgeld hat er dann trotzdem behalten trotz ausdrücklichem Verneinen.

At least the ice cream at the counter tasted good. By the way, you cannot order ice cream that is sold at the counter in the store (the same store/an establishment). No recommendation

Il ristorante è nel centro commerciale, con un ingresso anche all'esterno. L'interno è carino, i bagni tenuti puliti. Il personale cordiale, parla poco in italiano, ma il cibo è italiano, ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato pizza, pasta e gnocchi, tutti fatti a regola d'arte. Il menù è comunque molto ricco.

Beautifully designed interior, generous menu, pizza for pickup. We had bruschetta and buffalo mozzarella. Gladly again!

I really enjoy going to Pomodori for lunch. There is a daily changing lunch menu. The quality of the food is very good. In addition, the service is always very nice and courteous. P.S. I love the pasta made from the parmesan loaf...

Visited the place with a group of 30 people, it was pre-ordered pasta and we were given a choice of 5 varieties. The waiter was pleasant, energetic, but a little too problem-oriented if he encountered challenges. Both with the distribution of different types of drinks, and why is it not a matter of course to be offered parmesan cheese with the pasta at this Italian restaurant? It was just problematic..

Har besøkt restauranten med en gruppe på 30 personer, det var bestilt pasta. Det kunne velges blant 5 ulike varianter. Servitøren var hyggelig, energisk, men litt for problemorientert hvis han møtte utfordringer. Eksempelvis ved fordeling av drikke av ulikt slag. Og hvorfor er det ikke en selvfølge at man blir tilbudt parmesan til pastaen på denne italienske restauranten? Det hadde også vært enklere å velge hvis det fantes en skriftlig meny, her ble det kommunikasjonsproblemer istedet.

We went there because we had booked at another restaurant from the same company, but when we arrived at the reservation site, they did not have a seat, because other customers had taken longer than expected. In the end we thought it was even better to go to this restaurant. The food was of very high quality, the wait times short and the service super friendly. I recommend it for everyone who wants to go to a restaurant that is not too formal, without having to go to fast food restaurants. The price of the restaurant is a little high, but the quality of the products justifies it.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 40 Leuten da. Aufgedeckt waren mehrere 2er-Tische(!) und als wir die Tische umstellen wollten,hiess es,das sei nicht möglich,weil wir hätten anmelden müssen,dass wir als Gruppe zusammensitzen möchten. Erst nach heftigem Insistieren beim offensichtlich überforderten Geschäftsführer,liess sich der äusserst unfreundliche Kellner dazu herab uns zusammen sitzen zu lassen. Die Pizzas waren i.O.,aber die Pastaportionen waren klein und für den Käse wurde extra berechnet. Apropos Preis: Vor Ort stellten wir fest,dass unser "Gruppenangebot" sogar für das teuerste Gericht in der Auswahl (Spaghetti Bolo mit Softgetränk) ein Euro günstiger gewesen wäre,als von der Karte. Mit 40 Leuten ist die Auswahl an Lokalen begrenzt,aber bevor wir wieder ins Pomodori im Alexa gehen, lassen wir das mit dem gemeinsamen Essen lieber sein. Grosse Enttäuschung über so viel Unvermögen...

We have never received such unfriendly service. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it by any means and when one of us wanted cheese with the pasta, I was charged an additional 2 euros. The restaurant also exudes the charm of a department store snack bar. Hands off!

Unfreundliche, eigentlich sogar unverschämte, Bedienung, nicht auf Gruppen ausgerichtet, Essen i.O., mehr aber auch nicht, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hinten und vorne nicht! Nicht zu empfehlen

Lavishly topped pizzas, almost too much toppings. Tastes very good. The prices for the food are okay. They are too high for drinks.

Spaghetti Cabonara was the very last thing, pork rind was used as bacon. The whole meal smelled and tasted like pork. We also had severe stomach pains immediately after eating

The atmosphere was super clean and our waiter was more than friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. We had chicken burger and fries & ravioli with sage sauce... portion more than enough to fill you up! And no long waiting times. So highly recommended. We'll definitely come back when we're in Berlin again

12.november.2022 I just got shooed away from this restaurant by the pizza guy. They sell pizza slices here, i had one, sat down and ate. Went to shopping and on the way back, 1 hour later, I stopped there to get a few more slices for the kids home. Before ordering i wanted to sort my shopping bags/coat etc so i used one of the tables at the edge of the pizza stand. It is half empty and I am not in anyone's way. Then comes this guy. He looks very aggressive and asks "was machst du?" I tried to explain but he said "ja,aber nicht hier!" I said i just had food here and i am back to order more, but I was too stunned to speak in German at that point, and i said eh whatever... But yea, this is the attitude they have in case you aren't throwing money on their business for every breath you take around them. Won't be going back again, and the pizza is not even good anyway. That stand makes money only because it is right next to the door, so when you are leaving Alexa you can just grab a slice.

Unfortunately the services was not really not good. The staff there should to teaching them what is the hospitality industry

The staff is just disgusting 🤮. No respect for the visitor, we came with a friend, ordered two burgers, two cocktails and a small coke for the child, brought a coke and a dirty glass for the child and a cocktail, I asked where the second cocktail was, instead of bringing him When we got another cocktail, he started to apologize that we didn't order two cocktails, after that my friend brings me a burger and a cocktail, I ask where their food is, they start again, blaming us for not ordering it....🤦🏻‍♀️ we lost an hour waiting for the entire order, the food is normal but the waiter who works here spoils it your appetite with your arrogant views 🙅🏻‍♀️

Great pizza, good salad with avocado (but without bread). Really fast. Ambience good. We didn't find the service that friendly. We also took something with us at the takeaway counter, the pizza slices are really great and the people there are friendly too.

Relaxed and easygoing service. The drinks and the food came within an absolutely acceptable waiting time and were very tasty! The homemade lemonade and the Chilichese burger are highly recommended.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. In der Regel komme ich in meiner Mittagspause her um leckere Pizza zu essen. Es geht schnell und unkompliziert. Auch nach Feierabend komme ich gerne her. Meistens in Begleitung von Kollegen:innen.

Sehr schönes und gutes Italienisches Restaurant. Auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Service top freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder. Einkaufszentrum in direkter Umgebung, selbes Gebäude wobei Restaurant extra ist. Auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet komplett barrierefrei. Auf Bild Tagliatelle aus dem Parmesanlaib und vegetarische Lasagne mit Spinat-Ricotta Füllung und Tomatensauce, sowie Salat. Das Essen war sehr lecker und portionstechnisch auf jedenfall viel und ausreichend.

Habe Burger bestellt, meine Partnerin Spaghetti in trüffelsoße und im käselaib geschwenkt. Dazu einen Eistee Schwarztee mit Limette und einen panna Cotta. Der Burger war nur mit Mühe essbar, soße zu süß, der bun zu groß und mächtig. Das burgerFleisch war eine Katastrophe..es war eher brät. Kein biss kein pfiff nix. Pommes wurden serviert obwohl ich dachte ich bestelle nur einen Burger, schade es wird einfach Mayo und Ketchup mit serviert, obwohl ich gar kein Ketchup esse..Verschwendung :( die Pommes waren so lala, viele kleine stücke trocken. Hab's gegessen wollte nicht das es in den müll kommt, nur hälfte geschafft. Kritik wurde angenommen aber irgendwie gleich versucht abzuwehren, indem gesagt wurde naja sie haben es ja schon gegessen, hätten sie das früher gesagt der Burger ist nicht gut, dann hätten wir was anderes machen können. Ok. Die Nudeln aus dem käselaib (ob sie tatsächlich im käselaib geschwenkt wurden weiß ich nicht?) haben meiner Freundin geschmeckt, ich fand sie zu ölig. Der "Eistee" hat nichtmal ansatzweise nach Schwarztee oder Limette geschmeckt, nur nach Wasser und Zucker der sich am Boden des Glases befand. 5,90€ für Wasser und Zucker bisschen Farbe und ne Scheibe Limette und brombeere. Das heißt also Eistee. Der panna Cotta war ok, jedoch zu wenig erbeersoße und eine verschimmelte Himbeere als Garnitur. Der Kellner war ok, ging alles zügig. Und ganz In der Ecke links hat die lange polstersitzbank einfach einen riesigen weißen Fleck. Wiederholung eher nicht schade haben uns nach der Kritik am Burger nicht mehr willkommen gefühlt

Wollten mal wieder lecker Pizza mit Büffelmozzarella essen. Die Pizza sah sehr lecker aus. Leider war sieh eiskalt von unten. Wir baten den Kellner diese zurück zu nehmen. Mit einem miesepedrigem Gesicht und ohne Kommentar nahm er sie mit. Kam zurück und fragte, ob er sie nochmal warm machen solle- naja was denn sonst!! Die Stücken kamen auf den Teller zurück geklatscht übereinander! Ein No-Go!! Und leider immernoch kalt! Beim Bezahlen fragte er dann, ob alles gut war, die Antwort hat er nicht hören wollen. Es kam keine Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung. Katastrophe! Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!

War sehr schön dort und das Preis Leistungs verhältnis war sehr gut. Kann ich auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden fall nochmal dort essen.

Nie wieder! Für einen Kindergeburtstag vor Wochen reserviert, am Tag sollte man in den kalten Wintergarten gesetzt werden, obwohl das Lokal halb leer war. Nach einer Diskussion durfte man doch drinnen Platz nehmen. Nur unfreundliches Personal, kein Service, keine Hilfe beim Zusammenstellen der Tische. Mitgebrachter Geburtstagskuchen durfte auch mit Korkgeld nicht serviert werden. Dieser Laden ist mehr als zu meiden.

Pizza und Pasta ist sehr gut und der Preis stimmt auch.👍Hat ein Wintergarten und ist sehr schön dekoriert.

Sehr unfreundliche und genervte Bedienung, Kinder sind nicht willkommen. Das Essen war ok.

Food is ok for the price and the area , but nothing outstanding. The biggest are to improve is definitively the service ; the waitresses are very distracted , so the service is slow and not very nice , I guess it’s ok for German standards, but in general not good.

Wir waren heute hier zum Essen. Ich kann leider nicht empfehlen, weil: Die Kellnern waren sehr überfordert, nicht besonders freundlich. Nur EIN KINDERSTUHL für den ganzen Restaurant! Nicht besonders kinderfreundlich (Kellnern) Falsche Pasta zuerst mitgebracht ( und dann schnell richtige, aber hat nicht so gut geschmeckt (als Eier für Spaghetti Carbonara schon gekocht waren🧐) Pizza war gut! Preis - Leistung in Ordnung.

Pizza war in Ordnung, Antipasto auch. Personal bemüht sich. Für ein Einkaufszentrum ist das Restaurant sehr angenehm...gut gemacht.

Das Essen im Pomodori war gut. Die Mitarbeiterin freundlich und das Ambiente modern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier.

Bitte belästigen Sie uns nicht. Beim Wunsch nach einem Kaffee ohne längeren Aufenthalt wird man auf die Holzstühle am Eingang geschoben. Trotz genug freier gemütlicher Plätze war es nicht erwünscht, dass wir verweilen. Gut, sofort wieder gegangen. Man sah uns nicht zum ersten, aber definitiv zum letzten Mal.

Einfach nur 1 A Personal super freundlich. Essen fantastisch. Nur zum weiterempfehlen ✨🩷

Megaaa lecker. Wir sind zu 6. hier aus Köln und haben dieses Restaurant entdeckt. Und es ist eins meiner Favorite Laden geworden 🤩❤️ Ihr müsst bitte in Köln auch ein Restaurant aufmachen. Dann sind wir Stammgäste. Service ist Top und Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Genug Platz für alle egal ob kleine oder große Gruppen.

Hier komme ich normalerweise vorbei, um Kaffee zu trinken und eine Süßspeise zu essen (der Tiramisu ist sehr empfehlenswert!) oder mir im Sommer nach der Arbeit einen Aperol Spritz zu gönnen. Das Ambiente ist gut. Ich finde das Restaurant sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist immer freundlich.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit wirklich leckeren Speisen. Ich hatte eine sehr leckere Lasagne und mein Mann eine Pizza, beides kam schnell, ist günstig und lecker. Nachtisch war auch sehr lecker. Der Service Herr Deren war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und hat einen tollen Service geleistet. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin!

Es sieht so aus, dass die Kellner überfordert sind oder einfach fehlende Erfahrung. Ich saß erstmal 15-20min, dass jemand zufälliger weiße auf mich zugekommen ist. Genauso lange hat es gedauert, um zu bezahlen. Ansonsten die Ambiente und das Essen waren okay. Genug gut, dass ich wieder vorbei gehen würde. Das Getränk war auch in Ordnung. Die Location ist auch sehr gut. Speisekarte ist überschaubar

Wir hatten die Pasta aus dem Parmesanleib, die als besonderes Angebot beworben waren. Man konnte die Küche einsehen und wir haben die erste Bestellung zurückgegeben weil die Pasta überhaupt nicht im Parmesanleib war sondern nur Parmesan drüber gemacht wurde. Wir haben es reklamiert und es wurde zugegeben, dass der Chef aus Zeitgründen angeordnet hat, die Pasta nicht im Parmesanleib zuzubereiten. Beim 2. Mal wurde es dann gemacht aber die Nudeln und der Parmesan hat nicht die Hitze damit die Nudeln richtig käsig werden. Eine volle Enttäuschung. Drüber wurde dann noch fertiges Trüffelpesto geklatscht was viel zu viel war und auch von schlechter Qualität. Insgesamt ist die Qualität des Essens nicht gut.

Einfach nur schlecht, wir saßen am Tisch, wurden dumm von den Kellnern angeguckt und wurden ignoriert, sowas hab ich echt noch nie erlebt. Wir haben eine Stunde gewartet und es war kalt... am liebsten 0 Sterne für den Service

Just arrived Berlin and decided to have Italian for dinner. Pomodori did not disappoint. The food were on point. We were served by Deren and he was fantastic amd supee friendly. Nothing was too difficult for him. Highly recommended.

Das Essen war gut, es war preiswert. Nette Bedienung, gutes Ambiente Allgemein gutes Erlebnis.

The service was innacceptable! The waiter was so rude and at the end asked for a tip like really angry and talked loud on us to have more money. Really innacceptable when you already pay 6,50€ for a bottle of water !!

Bin hier gegangen, weil der Ort sah nett, leider nie wieder! Der Kellner brauchte ewig, um zu kommen und die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Ich bestellte einen grünen Tee Eistee mit Limette. Mir wurde Wasser mit Süßstoff und einer 1/4 Scheibe Limette gegeben. Ich bat darum, wenigstens Limettensaft da zu misschen, da es so süß war, und bekam das Gleiche nur mit mehr Wasser serviert. Habe 5-6 EUR nur für Wasser bezahlt. Die Nudeln waren bestenfalls ok - kalt und die Soße schmeckte ga nicht frisch, als wäre sie schon vor langer Zeit gekocht worden. Für den Preis, die Qualität insgesamt war wirklich schlecht.
