The worst pizza I've ever had was the crusts were dry, hard, and tasteless.

Very tasty food with loads of variety on the menu. The staff is friendly and very very fast! Also the pasta on the included picture is one of the best I had outside of Italy itself.

A very pleasant restaurant just steps from Alexanderplatz metro station. The service was quick, friendly, smiling, and professional. The salad (falafel, avocado, hummus, beetroot, and arugula) was excellent. Very good value for money. A great place to eat in Berlin's Alexanderplatz/Jönnowitzbrücke area.

Really great vegetarian pizza, garlic olive oil is served with it..especially great the vegetable pizza..giant slice for 4 euros..mmmm

The salad was ok, the spaghetti also. We asked for Parmesan and arrived when we were almost finished. When it comes the bill, they made us pay 2€ for the Parmesan. Ridiculous!!

Tasty food and okay service. You have a self service area as well but the waiters are here to help. Parmesan cost extra. The beer is nice and the atmosphere cozy.

The restrooms were very hygienic and clean. The food was excellent, you can't complain at all. The salami pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The drinks, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, were amazing. The bruschetta appetizer was also amazing. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the food, so only 4 stars for service. Overall, though, a 5/5.

Very good atmosphere. Delicious and homemade food. We ordered tagliatini with salmon and cream sauce, very delicious and abundant. Lasagne alla Bolognese was delicious, just right, and homemade ravioli, delicious but scarce. We had to ask for cheese for the noodles, which they also charge separately, just like the bread.

Italian cousin with polite and fast service. Can only recommend.

I drank a coffee and ate an ice cream. The ice cream was just as it appeared on the menu and tasted very good.

The chef was so sweet, the server was very rude. We sat outside to eat and he told us to get up and go somewhere else because the table is just for those who order to sit and pay more. I said I’m sorry I didn’t know and he replied quite rudely. Sad, as I wouldn’t have minded to pay more

This is a pizzeria worth coming to. Good ingredients, a delicious and light final product, excellent prices, a well-maintained and tidy place, fast and friendly service, everything perfect. If you're looking for pizza near Alexanderplatz, this is the right choice.

We weren't allowed to choose our own table and were seated in the passageway right next to the drinks counter. We ordered the special menu with chanterelle mushrooms. The soup was watery and not seasoned enough. In the tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms and strips of veal, you had to search for meat and mushrooms, which was a shame for €17. The schnitzel with fries and chanterelle mushrooms was good, but anyone can do that. At the end, the waitress tried to rip us off for €10. When we complained, we got our money back, but no apology, nothing. When the food is that expensive, you expect decent service! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place...

I was absolutely thrilled! Not only did the pizza taste divine, but you could tell it was baked with love. The dough was perfectly crispy, the toppings fresh and flavorful – exactly my taste. The service was also incredibly friendly. I felt completely at home. For me, one of the best pizzas around!

Super Bowls! The avocado falafel was a hit! A bit noisy on the elevated railway, but perfect for a sunny lunch outside. Especially with the large space in front of you, which is quite comfortable to sit on during the week.

The customer service I received was terrible across the board; so much so, that I told my date that it was better that we choose someplace else, and we left before we received our food (of course, telling the waiter that we were leaving.) There are a multitude of way better options around Alex and in the Alexa mall itself; I highly suggest you go there.

Milkshake is okay but if you order that or ice cream you're not even allowed to sit down at their tables, even if all of them are free. Ridiculous customer service

We were here on July 7, 2025, and each had a delicious chicken breast bowl. It was a large portion and everything was fresh. The lemonades were also delicious. Jenny served us very friendly.

A cozy place for a relaxed dinner with delicious pasta and refreshing lemonade. The service was a bit slow - we had to wait a bit for the waiter to come. But the food was worth the wait: everything was fresh and very tasty.

We ate in this restaurant as part of a city trip. Prices great and taste really great. However, the portions for men could be a little larger 😉. We were served by Hüseyin - what we immediately noticed was his very courteous and polite manner. A restaurant expert, like something out of a picture book (I have 25 years of professional experience myself, but unfortunately it is extremely rare to have such a nice waiter. With him you can feel the love for the job) That's why Hüseyin gets 5***** and the food, due to the portion size, 4****. Absolutely recommended anyway!

I ordered a chicken salad and I have to say that it is the first restaurant that brought me a decent chicken salad, not only with 2 pieces of chicken but really very generous, never experienced it anywhere else, definitely recommended

Absolute recommendation – a culinary highlight! I was at the Pomodori restaurant today and absolutely loved it! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, but what really made the evening special was the incredibly attentive and personable waiter. It's rare to experience such courteous service - friendly, quick and always with a smile on your face! The food was simply a dream: perfectly seasoned, lovingly prepared and tasted at the highest level. The menu is very diverse, there really is something for everyone - from classic Italian dishes to creative interpretations of your own. The drinks also really impressed me. Not only were they visually presented in an absolutely high-quality and inviting way - they also tasted excellent. You can tell that the attention to detail is worked here. I'll definitely be back - Pomodori is a real insider tip!

The music is playing very loudly. The waiter did not approach us for a long time, although there were no visitors in the restaurant. Food takes a long time to prepare, the average bill starts from 25 euros

Actually deserves minus 5 stars. All employees just on their cell phones. First of all, I forgot to bring the card. Then very late to take the orders. There wasn't much going on either. Then we also forgot to bring drinks, even though the drinks were already ready at the bar. Employees just keep walking with their cell phones, even though drinks were already ready in front of them. Drinks only came when we were almost finished eating. Not even an apology. Very unfriendly, I have to say. Would never go again.

Ok comida italiana servida muy rápida y eficientemente. Los entrantes venían con comida principal, que no era ideal. El personal era brusco rozando la grosería cuando consultamos la orden de bebidas. Tiene la sensación de un restaurante de comida rápida no cena relajada. OK si quieres comida rápida y razonable y no te preocupa el servicio.

The pizza dough was thin, crispy and the base was cooked to perfection, the base tomato sauce was tasty and sufficient. The mozzarella cheese was insufficient, the amount of cheese on the pizza was weak. A large and spacious place, with a decoration that can be considered stylish, the waiters are serious about their job and deliver the orders on time. 4 stars out of five. If I pass by again, would I come, I would.

Pizza was ok, but the staff is really rude. 5 men just walking around doing nothing and screamed at me and my family to come back into the restaurant to rake our plates away as we were in the „mini pizza area”. Segregating your customers is already appalling to begin with. We were all women, I doubt they would’ve done that to a man.

Bartender must be one of the most unfriendly people in Berlin, I was yelled at while going to the restroom. Don't know what his problem is, probably doesn't like foreigners or doesn't get that it's a restaurant and not his home. Edit: this happened after I asked another employee if I could use the restroom and was granted access just next to the bartender.

Spontaneously got places for a group of 10 children and 3 adults. Were treated very nicely. Pizza was very good.

If you look at the variety in the shopping center, it is actually more pleasant to sit here than in the food court. But let's come to the restaurant itself: Of course, it is not real Italian cuisine. The sauces are out of the box, the carbonara is made with regular, tasteless bacon instead of guanciale - the food is overall mediocre. Most of the waiters are very unfriendly, almost indifferent towards the guests: cutlery wasn't brought for everyone, a drink was forgotten, and every request is responded to as if they were doing you a favor. By the end of the visit, the anger is piling up. Another big problem is the smell in the toilet. He is indescribably terrible, and even at the tables near the toilet it is unbearable. My advice: just get one slice of pizza to take away here - it's hard to spoil.

ATTENTION lousy service and babies, breastfeeding women and business people not welcome. I was asked to cover myself while breastfeeding my child AFTER we ordered, we were also there on business. Thanks for no support. We were served (extra?) with a very long delay. Whoever doesn't have control over the operations here. By the way: There is no alternative offered other than a quiet corner for breastfeeding

Very good restaurant, good food according to the entire group. Servers also friendly, gossiping with the server (Rosen, we think) about Dutch people who decided to be very arrogant by leaving their trash under the table and tearing up the menus. Definitely repeatable!

the food was delicious, well seasoned and super prepared, only the salads were slightly dry. The service is very well trained and qualified, you can see that they undergo appropriate training, just eye contact is enough and the waiter immediately comes over, the waiters are very nice and there is nice contact with the customer. The drinks were fantastic, the lemonades were top-class, as were the desserts and main courses, everything was delicate and with a lot of flavor, the decor of the pub is also beautiful, a spacious room and tables, warm inside and there is air conditioning so you can breathe normally.

Eaten ice cream sundae. Ice cream was already melted when it was served, Cream tasted like spray cream from a can. For €8.90 I expect more taste.
