La Mondo in Berlin

Repeated incorrect deliveries despite paying extra. Not an isolated incident. I have ordered and paid for cookie ice cream multiple times, but a different flavor has been delivered each time. At these prices, this isn't a "mistake," but a quality and process problem. There is clearly no proper quality control before delivery. Especially disappointing: Mistakes keep recurring. No corrections. No reliable solution, despite clear order confirmation. At premium prices, one expects either the correct product or a prompt refund. Neither is the case here. I have given La Mondo several chances. This order was my last.

The burger was completely undercooked; the meat was red. It's inedible. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. They don't care about food being served clean and presentable. This one came out dirty, and it wasn't even a burger, it was more like frog. You can get a better burger at a kebab shop.

Unfortunately, delivery took a very long time and the taste was not a masterpiece.

The smell and taste I experienced were simply incredible. Juicy and delicious, the taste of peppers and onions with salami and a touch of spice, simply a superb combination. Bravo! I'll order this pizza again next time, because I didn't expect it to be this good!

I love their pizza and burgers! I recommend them wholeheartedly! Very tasty and great value for money. I was very skeptical at first because of the bad reviews, but I don't understand them. I've ordered pizza and burgers for the second time now and I'm very satisfied. The kids love them. We ordered takeout, so I don't have any experience eating in, but the food is fresh, delicious, and satisfying! Thank you!

I ordered pasta and a salad yesterday. The pasta was okay, but the salad was terrible! I've never been served such a carelessly prepared salad. The tomato was simply quartered, and there was no dressing at all. It's audacious to charge more than €5 for a salad like that!

French fries were cold and soggy.!!! 55 min delivery time. Ok, it was 11pm anyway. ! The noodles lukewarm and too much salt, sorry never again. !!!

The best pasta I've ever eaten, good service and juicy, and every request is catered for. A top-notch place, highly recommended.

The apple strudel tasted musty. The next day, I noticed that it was covered in mold. Never experienced anything like it before. I contacted Lieferando and am demanding my money back.

I first visited this pizzeria during a trip to Berlin and since then it has been a staple of every one of my visits to the city! The pizza here is hands down some of the best I've ever tasted. Crispy base, perfectly seasoned and incredibly freshly prepared. I was completely impressed by the quality of the food and the best thing about it is that everything is halal, which makes it special for me. The service was also first class. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive and made sure that I felt completely comfortable. I would particularly like to highlight the owner. He was extremely polite, respectful and impressed me with his courteous manner. If you're looking for great pizza in Berlin, don't miss this gem. A real must for every visit to Berlin!

They saved me so many times when I was hungry in the night. Quantity and quality is great and always tastes wonderful

Update: Today I was able to see the refund in online banking. Therefore, I added my recession and adjusted the stars. I have always been very satisfied and have enjoyed ordering here! However, when I last ordered, last Sunday, the ice cream was not in stock and I was assured that Lieferando would be contacted and I would get a refund. Now after two working days there is still no receipt of money! Unfortunately, I believed the words and didn't have this confirmed in writing. Unfortunately, in this day and age, you can't really believe anyone anymore! As long as the customer has to pay, it never happens quickly enough, but if the customer gets money, it all has time, this procedure is now the case everywhere! That was probably my last order here and unfortunately I have to warn against this pizzeria. At least if you don't pay in cash! If I ever get a refund, I will add to this review.

Got the wrong food and tastes like nh 5 min terrine. Not getting new food

I ordered in the middle of the night, at 1:30 a.m. via Lieferando. That's why I love Berlin, despite some initial difficulties everything was able to be clarified over the phone + hot fries were available for free as compensation if requested. Thank you very much - gladly again

I ordered today via Lieferando. I'm really horrified. I was actually delivered an open, unfinished bottle of Coke. That's really a disgrace, I'll never order there again! At no point was I offered to have a new one brought to me! And he also kept the tip that I gave earlier. At that moment I couldn't react so quickly because I was so shocked. What kind of customer service is this?!

Tastes more like an Indian but not Italian Penne Pollo for 14 euros but it's not Penne Pollo, it just tastes like it's made in India Addendum! Things have changed now I order there very often. The Aglio Olio taste very good! The lasagne is almost the best and everything else has always been good! I think they changed the chef!!!!

Lecker, würde gern wieder probieren.

Sehr enttäuschend. Hatte über Lieferando eine Pizza Mozzarella mit extra Rucola (3,20€) bestellt. Als die Pizza geliefert wurde, musste ich feststellen, dass die Rucola fehlt. Lediglich 8 Blatt Basilikum. Daher habe ich angerufen um der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen. Mir wurde in Aussicht gestellt, dass man es sich aufschreibt und ich bei der nächsten Bestellung einen Rabatt bekomme. Ja ne, ist klar. Schreibt das mal auf, in Berlin bestellen bestimmt nur 3 Leute Pizza. Beim nächsten mal in 6 Wochen findet der andere Mitarbeiter sicher genau diesen Zettel. Und vorallem, vielleicht möchte ich aufgrund dieser Erfahrung dort gar nicht mehr bestellen ? Ich bitte daher um Erstattung der 3,20€ für den nicht vorhandenen Rucolasalat. Sobald die Erstattung eingegangen ist, werde ich die Bewertung anpassen. Die Bruschetta war geschmacklich in Ordnung.

Lieferung war super schnell! Essen hatte einen kleinen Mangel, es wurde aber rasch Ersatz gebracht. Super Service!

I tried to dine in here (from the outside it looks like a regular restaurant) but they told me it’s takeaway only. So I got takeaway and ate it in the park out the back instead. Excellent pizza and quick!

Lieferung war schnell, Preise sind echt okay. Wir hatten 4 Pizzas und alle waren super und alle waren zufrieden. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich wirklich NICHT nachvollziehen.

Hatte Bruscetta bestellt als es ankam war auf fast allen Brötchen die Tomaten vom Brot getrennt und lagen aufm Boden der Schachtel.. das einzige was gut war ist dass der Lieferant relativ schnell war anscheinend so schnell dass die Tomaten vor dem Brot flüchten konnten

Pizza margarita 50 cm ist bestens in berlin und bestens Auswahl für Mittag und abends . Ich liebe Pizza margarita. 💚

Wir haben bei einem fussballturnier 5 Pizzen a 50cm und 14 Pizzen a28 cm bestellt und was soll ich sagen saulecker!!!

Haben zwar Schinken auf meiner Pizza vergessen aber kam rasch die richtige und eine große Cola als Entschuldigung. Wirklich sehr lieb 🙏🏻

Bis 4.00 Uhr Nachts bestellen oder abholen ist super. Die Burger sind top und die Pizzas lecker.....am Teig könnte man noch etwas feilen aber trotzdem schon ganz gut. Die 50 cm Pizzen reichen auch für mehrere Leute und sind schön belegt. Frische Champinongs....nicht aus der Dose 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Leider ist es schwierig zu finden, weil keine Reklame ausgestellt werden darf, ebenso dürfen draußen keine Tische stehen. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir bestellen sehr oft dort... Geschmacklich sehr gut..Pizza Pasta sehr lecker.. Leider sind nudel Portionen geschrumpft.ansonsten top.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden Mit die ganze essen was ich bestelle immer bei La Mondo meine Lieblings essen sind Pasta Arbiata mit Gnocchi und Pizza Fungi sind einfach sehr sehr lecker.

Große Portionen für einen mehr als fairen Preis. Gerne wieder, der Service war sehr freundlich und es wurde sich öfter nach unseren Wohl erkundigt.
