Pommes PAULE in Hamm

Ordered 2x manta to go...the portion of fries was very small,,, not what we're used to, a shame...

A chip shop in the building. Unfortunately, the chips were pale and average. The service was OK. But I wouldn't go there again.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. This place is bordering on fraud. A large fries special was €8, and the size was ridiculous (they had to tell me up front that they only had one size). The portion wasn't double-full, and everything was in one bowl. The fries and currywurst had more in them. The salesperson was borderline rude. The taste wasn't great, and they were way too salty. Never again.

I still remember Pommes Paule from the early days. Everything was €1. Well, those days are over, of course. But the low price was always a good selling point for the shop. Today: The nice employee with the red hair...if looks could kill! Selling is more of a burden than pleasure for her. Then there's another one who's totally overwhelmed and dumps most of the fries next to the bowl. Then there were three people queuing, and everyone wanted fries. Instead of asking if the other customers wanted fries so they could fry three portions at once (...that works!), they only fried my fries, and the other customers were ignored and had to wait (>10 minutes). Only when I had my dish (5 minutes) were the other customers asked (again one at a time!). Personally, I think the prices are pretty high these days. I know, good quality is coming back...blah, costs, etc., but charging €6 for a Manta platter at a stand in a supermarket parking lot! Brave. I consider a maximum of €4.50-€5 to be justified here. It was too expensive for me, and unfortunately, I won't be going back. The taste was OK, but nothing special. Some of the fries were old and had been fried twice, and the sausage was only lukewarm after an hour under the aluminum foil, but "well done"!

I ordered a large portion of fries, but I didn't get a large portion. The lady only half-filled the cardboard containers, and for €11 that's practically fraud... the service was completely unenthusiastic. We will never get fries from there again!!!

You feel annoyed and disturbed when a customer orders. It couldn't be more unfriendly. On top of that, the fries are way too salty and the bratwurst with the curry ketchup is lukewarm. I'd rather go somewhere where I'm welcome and the food tastes good.

Nette Bedienung und gute Currywurst. Ich hätte Schärfe Stufe drei was scharf ist aber gut zu essen

Die Dame im Pommeswagen konnte mir leider die Liste mit den allergenen Stoffen nicht zeigen. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit oft meine Mantaplatte dort gekauft musste aber feststellen das ich öfter Magen Probleme bekam. Da ich mich Glutenfrei ernähren muss fragte ich heute nach der Liste. Die leider nicht auf zu finden war. Ich habe immer ohne Probleme gerne dort gegessen aber seit neuestem sind die allergenen Stoffe auch nicht mehr wie in der Vergangenheit auf der Preistafel aufgeführt. Enttäuscht trat ich mein Heimweg an.
