We were there as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Since we had a Groupon voucher, we were able to try several different dishes (albeit smaller portions). We really enjoyed it. The portions were also perfectly adequate. The service was very friendly. The atmosphere and the food brought back childhood memories for me. Thank you for that. I highly recommend this restaurant (not a fancy one) for anyone who appreciates culinary variety.

Came for a quick snack, left with better mood and new respect for random encounters. I walked in just to grab something small, like a pie or whatever. Instead I got lucky and met the owner, Nursultan. While I was waiting for my chicken samsa to heat up, he casually treated me to an insanely good dried apricot and prune compote and some kind of cookie from Kyrgyzstan. No marketing. Just vibes. The chicken samsa was actually very tasty, hot, juicy, no nonsense. Simple food done right always wins. I’ll definitely come back with friends for plov and tea. You really never know who’s going to lift your mood that day 🙂

I ordered the Laghman for €13.90. Visually, the dish was attractively presented and initially made a positive impression. Since it's a relatively new restaurant, I wanted to give it a fair chance. The service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The server explained the dish in detail, and the preparation and serving happened without any noticeable wait. This aspect is definitely a positive point. However, the taste of the dish was disappointing. Regardless of whether this is typical of traditional Central Asian cuisine, I found the food very bland and lacking in flavor. The taste was reminiscent of a very under-seasoned goulash with very little meat, complemented by noodles. For my personal taste, it lacked depth and seasoning. Because of the friendly service, I'm generally willing to give the restaurant a second chance. Overall, however, the portion size, taste, and value for money were unsatisfactory on this visit. English: I ordered the Laghman priced at EUR 13.90. Visually, the dish was well presented and made a positive initial impression. As this is a relatively new restaurant, I intentionally approached the visit with an open and fair mindset. The service was notably friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff explained the dish in detail, and the food was served promptly, which reflects positively on the restaurant’s service quality. Unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations. Regardless of whether this reflects an authentic Central Asian flavor profile, the dish was extremely mild and lacquered depth. In terms of taste, it resembled a significantly under-seasoned goulash with very little meat, combined with noodles. From my perspective, the dish was missing balance and intensity. Due to the courteous and committed service, I am willing to give the restaurant a second chance. However, based on this visit, the portion size, flavor, and overall value for money were not satisfactory.

Expensive and doesn't taste good in the photo; in reality, the plates are very small, there's little meat, and lots of oil. Sorry, but your review is completely wrong.

We went there with the whole family using Groupon, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Most of the soups were sold out – there was only one option available. This consisted of nothing more than thin broth with a small piece of carrot and potato, and a bit of meat on the bone – absolutely inedible. The plov was also not recommended: cold, poorly seasoned, and the pieces of meat were very small. Overall, the entire meal was of poor quality and in no way met our expectations.

So delicious, such friendly and great service, and such a wonderful opportunity to try Kazakh cuisine. I was there with my girlfriend, who has Kazakh roots. The food reminded her a lot of her grandmother's cooking. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 times from Plov. First time: I ate there and it was good! Second time: I had the food delivered and the order was missing some food. Third time I wanted to pick up and went home without food because they didn’t prepare it and wanted me to wait but somehow didn’t say it on the phone. So unprofessional.

Everything's great, the pilaf is great and the manti are amazing. But honestly, pilaf isn't traditionally eaten with cucumbers, and manti isn't traditionally eaten with yogurt. But that's a personal preference.

My friend and I visited this place today and, unfortunately, were disappointed 😕. We were really looking forward to this day and came from far away to enjoy our national cuisine, but our expectations were not met. It was cold outside, and we wanted hot tea ☕️, but they brought us lukewarm, barely brewed tea 😐. The cutlery is left open on the table—a hygiene violation, as dust gets on it 😬. The samsa were also disappointing: the taste was completely different, as if they used different meat or ingredients 😒. A year ago, when I tried it for the first time, everything was much better. The service also left a bad impression. We expected a warm welcome, especially from our Kyrgyz people 🇰🇬. We came for the atmosphere of our national cuisine, but no one even said hello in Kyrgyz 😕. And by the way, I decided to take some other food home with me. But when I got home and tried it, it was very tasteless 🤢—I definitely didn't expect that. The prices are also way too high for this level of service 💸. Even in German restaurants they're lower. I wish you good luck and continued improvement 🙏, but next time we already know where we'll go.

It's such a shame what happened to the place. I was a huge fan when it was still a small shop in Prenzlauer Berg. The food tasted like nothing, it was lukewarm, and the portions were cut in half. Unfortunately, the service wasn't good either; we were charged for things we hadn't paid for. I'm very disappointed.

One of the best gastronomical experiences in Berlin! What was surprising was that the waitress told us as soon as we got a seat which dishes they were out of, so we didn't have to pick them again and choose between the options we had. I tried the Plov and I thought the portions were really generous! They also added a salad as a compliment. There are not many food options here, but they are quite authentic and you can fully enjoy your meal in a quiet place with relaxing music

We ordered Plov and noodles both were not warm enough kinda cold and the meat was super old! The rice was not cooked! In general I don’t know why the rate is 4.9 by 700 people! I rate them 2 to regulate the rating but really please be responsible for the ratings you give!

Kind of food they serve are not be served by making warm with microwave oven. They served previously cooked frozen food warmed by microwave oven. This way the food is not healthy at all and of course the taste differs a lot. You can smell the oil if food is not served freshly cooked. Plov is a dish which will be served from daily fresh cooked. Samsa is also served this time using microwave oven. Completely bad experience. Only manty/momos were good. 2 months before the experience was good. But I would say their quality is very bad now and not worthy. Now no reservation needed because not much customers. No waiting time because they serve food using microwave oven and served within 2-3 minutes after order.

We visited three months ago. Food was fresh and tasty. Today we visit this restaurant again. But food was not fresh and Samosa was too salty .I would not go there anymore.

Unfortunately, our expectations were only partially met. The rolls weren't fresh, which somewhat dampened the overall impression of the meal. The plov tasted okay, but could have contained significantly more meat – the dish seemed a bit careless. We also noticed that some plates were already damaged. This may not be a big problem for some, but it does leave a somewhat careless impression. It's a shame, because the ambiance actually has charm, and with a little more attention to detail and in the preparation of the food, something truly special could be created here. Conclusion: It's okay, but there's still room for improvement. We hope this improves in the future, as the potential is definitely there.

I bought a voucher for two people through Groupon. The tea was free. The service was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our meal. We were more than full. Whatever we didn't finish was packed up for us. At the next table, some young men were celebrating, perhaps a birthday. I'm guessing Uzbeks. It was amusing for us, as we're both over 60. It showed me that they serve authentic Uzbek food here, but no alcohol. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. Yes, it had the charm of a bistro, but good food and a good atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to eat more than just Italian or Vietnamese.

I came across this place by chance. I just came back from a trip and was looking for a way to safely store my bag. In the evening, before I continued my journey, I went to dinner with a friend. It was very worth it. It was incredibly tasty and the prices were right too.

Today I was with my children and grandchildren, they were served quickly and very warmly, there was a cozy atmosphere, a homely welcome, and most importantly, the dish was amazingly tasty. Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. The originally announced dish Plov was not available, which was a shame. There was also no more cola, which is surprising for a standard drink. The portions were very small and unfortunately the taste was not convincing either. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations. I don't recommend it to anyone, there are much better restaurants in the area that are cheaper and taste much better than this one.
