The experience wasn’t great. The food—especially the freshly baked bread—was delicious and authentic. However, the service was disappointing. When we arrived, we were ignored despite the crowd, and no one acknowledged or guided us. After seating ourselves and waiting a long time, someone finally told us to order at the counter, even though others were ordering and being served at their tables. We ordered a lot of food, which tasted good, but the staff continued to overlook us while promptly serving others. We requested takeaway packaging, but were ignored again. Others who came after us were even offered tea, while we weren’t asked at all. It’s a shame such good food was paired with such poor service. I hope they improve their hospitality and treat all guests equally.

Not recommended; very poor and cheap meat quality, consisting only of fat, and the first bite was full of cartilage (grilled kofte in a sandwich), and the mezze was very tasteless, only the bread was OK, nothing more. We didn't finish our food, leaving almost everything behind.

Everything was so good i think by far this has to be the best iraqi shawarma i had in Germany and the appetizers were also so good . The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Aros . Totally recommend!

Dear Mr. Grill Team, I regularly review restaurants and strive to give fair and honest assessments. I've eaten at your restaurant several times, including with my family. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly had the experience that the staff at the shawarma spit don't seem very friendly. The interaction seems rather distant, sometimes even unwilling. That's a shame, because service makes up a large part of the overall impression! However, I would like to highlight the cashiers; they always treat you with kindness and respect. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive criticism. Thank you very much.

We were kind of unlucky. I've been there several times. This time the chicken skewers were just dry. Unfortunately. The service is super friendly. The food is good, but this review is honest. I'll go back and hope it tastes the same as I used to.

I ordered a plate of schwarma with sauces. However, there were no sauces or anything similar. The meat was extremely dry, and the only edible thing was the fries. It's a shame that you don't even get what you order. Very disappointing.

There is an option to get shawarma in Iraqi bread made in place(+1eur).And this is really worth to do.This bread taste amazing even when it’s cold. Aubergine too;)

Bad restaurant And the handling is bad Only the bread I give it 5 stars The prices were high. I paid 58 euros. We only ate salad, hummus, potatoes, and mutabal. The shawarma was very small.

The treatment is good, I swear, and the food is very good. Umm Louay, may God bless her for the good treatment. I advise everyone to visit them and remember the taste of oriental food in its original form.

The food is wonderful, tastes great that the place is fully booked because of that. Unfortunately my bag with sensitive data, money and equipment got stolen in front of at least 4 (surveillance cameras) and so i asked the employees to show me the recordings or help me in any way possible, they started telling me some crap that the system has a password and the person responsible is driving and can’t help at the moment so I waited (apparently the guy is driving on the highway to hell) well they acted like someone complicit I went to the police and made a report, apparently the shop is a pickpocket’s hotspot. As i came back later a guy from the workers negotiated with me to get me the bag back if I paid a 100€. Later got informed that this guy is complicit with a guy hanging out around the shop and stealing stuff.. I understand that it might be my fault that I wasn’t careful, but this shop’s managers aren’t trustworthy..

An elegant restaurant, one of the restaurants that I love to eat in whenever I visit Berlin. Delicious dishes that start with Iraqi kebab, special Iraqi kebab, samoon, and Iraqi bread. As for the services, they are very excellent and the service is wonderful...

I can definitely recommend it, very tasty dishes and very little waiting time. The hummus is the best thing I've ever eaten, definitely try it, you'll thank me :)) The price is normal and the portions definitely fill you up. Special thanks to the waiter Aros for the roll and nice service

The shawarma in the Iraqi bread is absolutely delicious

We came here because of the many positive reviews, but all in all it didn't suit our taste. Shawarma is special than all the others, the taste stands out, but you have to like it, you can do it. Chicken skewer Dürüm was unfortunately disappointing, had nothing special, I was hoping for more. Unfortunately the Boy.kott drinks were still being sold there, which is a shame. Plus point: the Dürüm wraps are freshly prepared in the oven.

Dont let the name fool you… this place actually slaps! Greeted with a smile, farwelled with a fully belly. They have like tons of sumac on the table and im like ??? put it all on my wrap yes thanks. Take your date here, and you‘ll never wait for 2nd dates again.

Grills are very expensive, two skewers of kebab, two skewers of tikka, and two skewers of shish for 38 In Beja, never order a small piece of minbar, a piece of brain, and a small piece of meat for 20 euros. We were 3 people and the bill was 100 euros. I do not recommend it and I strongly recommend it. There is no taste for food

Absolute recommendation! We were in Berlin today for a concert at Huxley's Neue Welt. Since we were in Berlin early, we went looking for a good bite to eat and passed Mr. Grill and were curious about Iraqi cuisine. So we went into the store and immediately we were in the middle of good hospitality. We chose the lamb skewer and, on the recommendation of the cheerful female waiter, I was allowed to try the homemade ayran before I ordered it. Great service. This kind gesture convinced me that I had come to the right store! The lamb skewer was super tasty and after the meal there was tea on the house. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable with you and were treated extremely well. Absolute tip!! We'll see each other again on our next visit to Berlin.

I previously rated this restaurant five stars due to the quality of the food, but unfortunately, I completely changed my mind after a very bad experience. My brother was robbed inside the restaurant, even though there were four surveillance cameras directed at the place. The suspect offered to return his bag for 100 euros! Worse still, the restaurant owner refused to allow us to view the camera recordings without any clear justification. Now, more than a month later, we have not been able to identify the thief because the restaurant management covered him up. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I will never return to this place This restaurant is located near the restaurant, we can see that there is something wrong with it, but there is a lot of food in this restaurant. I recently visited the MR Grill restaurant and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order even though the restaurant was not full. The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested. The food I ordered was lukewarm and rather tasteless and was way too salty. I definitely expected more for the price. The atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting either - the music was way too loud and it was pretty hectic overall. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me and I definitely won’t be going back.”

The shawarma here rivals the best I've had in Jordan (Reem in Amman). Pro tip: Get it with their fresh-baked bread (they have 3 types, but trust me on this one). The tender meat has this subtle cardamom kick, and when it meets the tahini, tomatoes, and onions... BOOM! Flavour explosion in your mouth. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but for this quality? Worth. I love places like this. Like a little vacation. Both culinary and atmospheric. Good advice from the waitress, we have tried many (but not enough) delicacies. The shawarma is incredibly juicy and deliciously seasoned. The Iraqi kabab is crispy and full of grilled flavor. Ayran on point. Fresh salads. The store was correspondingly full and lively.
