The food was so delicious, incredibly clean, and warm. No problem. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and everything was perfect.

Once you've eaten at Mr. Grill, you won't go back to regular kebabs. The bread is homemade, and they use decent meat, which you can taste. Absolutely delicious.

Mr. Grill in Berlin-Neukölln is an absolute highlight for anyone who loves authentic Iraqi cuisine! As soon as you enter the restaurant, you get a taste of Iraq – the ambiance is beautiful and decorated with attention to detail. ♥️ The staff is professional and knows their craft. The meat? Tender as butter! The skewers are grilled to perfection, the Iraqi bread is a dream, and the appetizers are simply delicious. 😋😋 Anyone who is craving really good grilled food and authentic flavors should definitely come here. For me, one of the best Iraqi restaurants in Berlin! 💯🔥

One of the worst Iraqi restaurants, the worst restaurant in Iraq. They make better food than us, but the service is terrible, terrible, terrible. I swear I don’t recommend it to you at all. As for the Iraqi sausage, the meat is strong and inedible. I will never try it again in my life.

The shawarma is absolutely perfect and delicious. But it wouldn't be better without that black sauce. Biryani is made with lots of turmeric. Falafil isn't special.

I was eating and then I saw big Rats 🐀 that were under the chairs and we told the worker that there was a rat but they didn't react and were acting like this is normal. Yes it was indoor and thanks very much that you are taking my review seriously I really appreciate it.

Took a very long time even though there weren't that many people there. The food came cold and the meat smelled so disgusting 🤮 my dish cost 16 euros on the menu. But he charged 19 euros instead. Never again.

The meat is of top quality. I've never eaten anything comparable before. The meat is so delicious that you don't even need any sauces or anything else. The salad is fresh, the decor is modern, and the service is friendly. 100% recommended.

I tried two types of soup and an appetizer set. The soup was especially delicious. The atmosphere was casual and diner-like, and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely come back to Arros again.

The food here is amazing, but I’d say that is true for most places on Sonnenallee. What you come back for are the people. The service here is just the best. They are always super friendly and very welcoming. They actually have quite a few vegetarian options as well. I had the Maqluba for the first time today, absolutely amazing. The portions are huge, very good value for money.

If you're looking for truly authentic Arab-Iraqi cuisine, this is the place for you. I've only had such good food with Iraqi bread and sauces in Iraq. The staff were all very friendly 💕 I was just a shame not being able to buy the delicious bread like you would at a bakery, because their samun bread is unique 🇮🇶

The experience wasn’t great. The food—especially the freshly baked bread—was delicious and authentic. However, the service was disappointing. When we arrived, we were ignored despite the crowd, and no one acknowledged or guided us. After seating ourselves and waiting a long time, someone finally told us to order at the counter, even though others were ordering and being served at their tables. We ordered a lot of food, which tasted good, but the staff continued to overlook us while promptly serving others. We requested takeaway packaging, but were ignored again. Others who came after us were even offered tea, while we weren’t asked at all. It’s a shame such good food was paired with such poor service. I hope they improve their hospitality and treat all guests equally.

Not recommended; very poor and cheap meat quality, consisting only of fat, and the first bite was full of cartilage (grilled kofte in a sandwich), and the mezze was very tasteless, only the bread was OK, nothing more. We didn't finish our food, leaving almost everything behind.

Everything was so good i think by far this has to be the best iraqi shawarma i had in Germany and the appetizers were also so good . The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Aros . Totally recommend!

Dear Mr. Grill Team, I regularly review restaurants and strive to give fair and honest assessments. I've eaten at your restaurant several times, including with my family. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly had the experience that the staff at the shawarma spit don't seem very friendly. The interaction seems rather distant, sometimes even unwilling. That's a shame, because service makes up a large part of the overall impression! However, I would like to highlight the cashiers; they always treat you with kindness and respect. We were kind of unlucky. I've been there several times. This time the chicken skewers were just dry. Unfortunately. The service is super friendly. The food is good, but this review is honest. I'll go back and hope it tastes the same as I used to.

I ordered a plate of schwarma with sauces. However, there were no sauces or anything similar. The meat was extremely dry, and the only edible thing was the fries. It's a shame that you don't even get what you order. Very disappointing.

Bad restaurant And the handling is bad Only the bread I give it 5 stars The prices were high. I paid 58 euros. We only ate salad, hummus, potatoes, and mutabal. The shawarma was very small.

Mashallah, authentic Iraqi food and true Iraqi generosity

The food is wonderful, tastes great that the place is fully booked because of that. Unfortunately my bag with sensitive data, money and equipment got stolen in front of at least 4 (surveillance cameras) and so i asked the employees to show me the recordings or help me in any way possible, they started telling me some crap that the system has a password and the person responsible is driving and can’t help at the moment so I waited (apparently the guy is driving on the highway to hell) well they acted like someone complicit I went to the police and made a report, apparently the shop is a pickpocket’s hotspot. As i came back later a guy from the workers negotiated with me to get me the bag back if I paid a 100€. Later got informed that this guy is complicit with a guy hanging out around the shop and stealing stuff.. I understand that it might be my fault that I wasn’t careful, but this shop’s managers aren’t trustworthy..

An elegant restaurant, one of the restaurants that I love to eat in whenever I visit Berlin. Delicious dishes that start with Iraqi kebab, special Iraqi kebab, samoon, and Iraqi bread. As for the services, they are very excellent and the service is wonderful...

I can definitely recommend it, very tasty dishes and very little waiting time. The hummus is the best thing I've ever eaten, definitely try it, you'll thank me :)) The price is normal and the portions definitely fill you up. Special thanks to the waiter Aros for the roll and nice service

We came here because of the many positive reviews, but all in all it didn't suit our taste. Shawarma is special than all the others, the taste stands out, but you have to like it, you can do it. Chicken skewer Dürüm was unfortunately disappointing, had nothing special, I was hoping for more. Unfortunately the Boy.kott drinks were still being sold there, which is a shame. Plus point: the Dürüm wraps are freshly prepared in the oven.

Dont let the name fool you… this place actually slaps! Greeted with a smile, farwelled with a fully belly. They have like tons of sumac on the table and im like ??? put it all on my wrap yes thanks. Take your date here, and you‘ll never wait for 2nd dates again.
