Fantastisches Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich war zum Brunch da, es war super. Alles war sehr lecker.

Ich mag den Laden sehr gerne. Alle geben sich super viel Mühe. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Beim Brunch kann man sich durch die Karte durch probieren, Personal ist toppi, Ambiente bisschen urig - teils modern. Weiter so :)

Eins vorweg: das Essen ist wirklich fantastisch! Kreativ, frisch, lecker. Und man sitz draußen, aber auch drinnen sehr gemütlich. Nun meine negativen Erfahrungen, allgemein: der Service ist je nach Person leider nicht sehr freundlich. Mein letzter Abend: ich hatte einen Tisch reserviert für 6 Personen, wir waren fast die ersten Gäste, früher Abend, wir saßen drinnen (draußen wurde es wohl nach und nach voll). Die Speisekarte wechselte nun mitten im Sommer, was mich wirklich irritiert hat. Es standen keine Kindergerichte mehr drauf. Sei es drum. Brauchen wir auch nicht zwingend. Der Apfelsaft war aus, das Bayreuther war warm und somit nicht empfohlen. Ok. Das alles hätte ich vielleicht noch verkraftet. Trinken bestellt und schon 1x die Knödel, da meine Kinder sehr hungrig war. Mit dem Rest an Bestellung wollten wir noch warten, bis mein Mann kam. Zeit verging, mein Mann kam. Zwei Tische, die nach uns kamen hatten alle schon ihr Essen. Die einen mit Kind hatten Nudeln - ah! dachte ich, bestellen wir das auch noch für die Kids (hätte man uns ja auch mal sagen können, wenn wir mit Kindern da sind). Die Kids wurden irgendwann sehr ungeduldig, wir fragten mehrfach am Tresen nach. Es kam aber auch niemand mehr, um die anderen Bestellungen aufzunehmen, wir Erwachsenen wollten ja eigentlich auch was essen. Wir waren alle ziemlich genervt. Wir wollten gerade gehen, da kamen dann endlich die 2 Gerichte. Mehr als das haben wir dann aber nicht verzehrt, leider. Ich hatte mich wirklich auf einen schönen Abend gefreut…

An einem sehr heißen Tag sitzen wir auf der Terrasse – super schönes Ambiente. Wir werden gleich freundlich empfangen. Ohne zu fragen bekommen wir eine Karaffe Wasser auf den Tisch gestellt, die kontinuierlich aufgefüllt wird. Leckeres Essen – ich habe den Matjes auf Puffer gegessen, mmhhh – liebevoll in Szene gesetzt. Sehr, sehr herzlicher Service. Alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Ein Restaurant, in dem alles stimmt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hatte gestern einen Tisch für 4 Personen um 1900Uhr reserviert, obwohl wir uns etwas verspätet hatten war der Tisch noch frei. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit super leckerem Essen. 4x Klöße mit Rindergulasch. 😋😋😋😋😋 Die zwei Mädels im Service machen einen tollen Job. Sehr freundlich. Das Personal in der Küche macht einen tollen Job, besonders bei der Hitze gerade. 🥵 Viel Erfolg weiterhin.

Wenn man sich als Gast um halb zehn Uhr morgens ohne jede Platztnot im Außenbereich seinen Platz nicht selbst aussuchen kann und an einen weniger nett gelegenen Zweiertisch verwiesen wird, fühlt mich sich nicht willkommen. Dann geht man eben wieder.

Ich war an einem Freitagabend recht früh dort. Das Lokal hat eine richtig gemütliche und traditionelle Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Das trägt immer zu einem angenehmeren Erlebnis bei. Ich hatte die frittierten Kartoffelknödel, die mit Rindergulasch serviert wurden. Das Rindfleisch war zart, die Knödel leicht und perfekt, um die Gulaschsauce aufzutunken. Absolut empfehlenswert!

All meine Zweifel über die Wahl unserer Reisebegleiter für „die Horn“ wurden ruck-zuck widerlegt. Hier die Rezensionen aufmerksam lesen samt Antworten der Besitzer und dann vor Ort darauf einlassen. Ich, als Fleischi wurde mit dem Gulasch so hammermäßig überrascht, würde ich sofort wieder essen. Meine 5 Begleiter aus Niederbayern, Oberfranken und MIttelfranken waren durchwegs mit Ihrer Speisekartenwahl glücklich. Ein toller Abend im hinteren Gastraum bei gutem Service, toller Raumstimmung, Top-Essen und bezahlbaren Preisen. Mein Gott, ist schließlich Berlin und das Ereignis darf man sich mal leisten. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das „Die Horn“ ist wirklich ein kleines Highlight! Die moderne und liebevoll gestaltete Karte bietet tolle Auswahlmöglichkeiten – von kreativen Frühstücksgerichten bis hin zu speziellen Leckereien ist alles dabei. Besonders das Frühstücksangebot hat mich fasziniert : frisch, abwechslungsreich und einfach richtig lecker. Dazu kommt das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das sofort für eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist auch die tolle Außenterrasse – perfekt, um gemütlich in der Sonne zu sitzen und den Tag bei einem Drink entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre macht das Lokal zu einem Ort, an dem man gerne länger bleibt 💖🌞

Auf meiner Durchreise durch Berlin machte ich Halt in diesem kleinen Restaurant in einer weniger touristischen Gegend. Es war ausgezeichnet. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und gut bedient. Schöne Innen- und Außeneinrichtung, saubere Toiletten.

Sehr schnönes Restaurant, alle Mitarbeiter_Innen waren sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen sehr leckeren und tollen Abend. Die Knödel waren super lecker, die Teller machen satt. Als Vorspeise gabs eine leckere Käseplatte. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Eher gehobene Küche und Ambiente. Aber Recht laut drinnen. Auf der Speisekarte finden sich als Hauptgerichte ausschließlich Knöddel. Das Essen an sich ist aber super lecker. Sehr gut für Vegetarier geeignet. Vorsicht bei der Suppe, die kommt chilli Öl und das nicht zu knapp. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Käseplatte zur Vorspeise.

Hatten 2 Knödelgerichte (einmal mit Salat, einmal vegetarische Variante mit Wildpilzen) - beides absolute Spitzenklasse - innovative und trotzdem harmonische Kompositionen und fantastisch aromatisch. Unbedingte Empfehlung, beste Knödel die ich in Berlin gegessen habe. Kleines Manko: die Limonade war mit Sirup, zu süss und künstlich und auch sonst hat die Getränkekarte nicht zu dem hohen Speisen-Niveau gepasst, da könnte man noch etwas nachbessern.

Ich liebe diesen Ort, obwohl ich Knödel im Allgemeinen nicht so gerne esse. Ich war etwas enttäuscht, dass es diesmal keine Spätzle auf der Karte gab. Das Essen ist super, die Leute sind sehr nett und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und lebhaft. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten hier ein hervorragendes vegetarisches Essen, die Portion war wirklich reichhaltig und lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre entspannend. Ich würde hier wieder essen.

Einfach fantastisch!! Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Lokal war gemütlich, der Service sehr freundlich und das Essen köstlich. Wir waren zu zehnt und hatten für sechs und vier Personen reserviert, da nicht genug Platz für uns alle war. Die Überraschung war, dass es ein vegetarisches Gericht gab, und die Speisekarte war so vielfältig, dass für jeden etwas dabei war. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet, wunderschön angerichtet (ebenso wie die Beilagen), und das Gulasch war das beste, das ich je gegessen habe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn ich in der Gegend bin ;)

In DIE HORN sind wir mit Grinsen reingekommen und mit noch breiterem Grinsen wieder raus. Entspanntes, gemütliches, familiäres Ambiente. Es wirkt auf wundersame Weise gleichzeitig modern und traditionell. Sehr leckeres Essen, liebevoller Service. Die Kombi aus eigentlich traditionellem Knödel, der aber hier immer mit einem kleinen ungewöhnlichen, modernen Kick versehen wird, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. O-Ton meines Begleiters: „Au weia, wir müssen jede Woche kommen, bis wir alle Gerichte durch haben!“ Und dank der Größe der Portionen sind wir auch sehr satt geworden. Besonders toll auch die Kommunikation vorab wegen der Reservierung eines passenden Tisches und Fragen zur Barrierefreiheit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke!

Die Auberginencaponata, dazu Salat und die einmaligen Spinat-Käse-Knödeln sind definitiv zu empfehlen.

Ein absolut leckeres Gulasch mit 3 Klößen, dazu etwas Salat und ein Bier. Die Bedienung (Inhaberin) war super nett. Es gibt größten Teils vegetarische bzw. vegane Küche, aber daß auch an Urmenschen wie mich gedacht wird, finde ich besonders gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der perfekte Ort für eine Feier – unvergesslich!

Man bestellt einen Tisch, möchte einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen und wird mehr oder weniger mit der ansage begrüßt, dass man zwei stunden zeit hat. 20 minuten vor „ende“..man möchte nachtisch bestellen..ein wenig widerwillig wird dieser noch bereitgestellt mit der ansage: „ihr habt noch 10 minuten“. man hätte sich ein: „guten appetit“ gewünscht. nunja. was soll ich sagen. wer nen gemütlichen abend sucht, geht lieber woanders essen. das essen als solches war ok. gastfreundlich ist definitiv anders.

Tolles Essen, super Service! Allerdings fanden wir für ein Restaurant, das sich auf Knödel spezialisiert hat, diese nicht so besonders. Sie waren eher etwas trocken und die unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen nicht sehr ausgeprägt. Mandelsplitter hatten wir keine, Butter war wenn überhaupt dann sehr wenig darauf. Daher geben wir nur 4 Sterne. PS: Matjes und Wintersalat wäre Extraklasse!

Those dumplings are just amazing—innovative yet down-to-earth, simply delicious. You feel so welcome and right at home. I love it. A delightful surprise! A small, intimate restaurant with excellent local cuisine, fresh ingredients, and a menu that will tantalize your taste buds (the meatballs are divine). I love this place. I been looking for a traditional taste with a modern twist. The food is so good and atmosphere is lovely. The staff is phenomenal. I walked in, and the owner greeted me so warmly and I know I was in the right place.

Our evening at the "Horn" wasn't quite as pleasant as we had hoped. We had reserved a table for four on a Saturday at 8:15 p.m. Everyone wanted to eat, drink, and have a relaxed chat. Unfortunately, a relaxed chat wasn't possible in the back room, as the acoustics are very poor when there are other large groups there. They urgently need to install fabric or acoustic panels to prevent shouting at each other. Unfortunately, some dishes were already sold out when we wanted to order, but that wasn't a big deal. The food was okay, but nothing special, and seemed slightly overpriced. The service itself was very nice, but we were advised to order the last round at 9:15 p.m., and by 9:45 p.m., we were already standing at the door. The waiters had made themselves comfortable in the front area. We then moved to another nearby restaurant, where we met two of the waiters again. Quickly dispatching guests so you can have fun yourself? That didn't seem very professional or businesslike overall. Then you don't accept reservations for 8:15 p.m. when you want to close early. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, but it was our first and last visit there.

Very tasty dumpling variations. The two of us spent a total of €60, including drinks, which was absolutely worth it. We'll eat there again on our next trip to Berlin. The service is very friendly and attentive.

Near Mehringdamm, this small, cozy restaurant is a great place to relax. The food was excellent. The dumplings were light and fluffy and well-seasoned. I don't like beetroot, but the beetroot carpaccio was good and I would order it again. The chocolate mousse was homemade, light, and had a subtle espresso flavor. The service was very friendly and quick. My wife and I will be back.

First of all, I'd like to thank those who have already written reviews for this place: without them, I certainly would never have found it. What can I say? Having given five stars to other places, I now feel guilty; five stars aren't enough for this place. It's not a big place, but it's welcoming. It definitely has a different atmosphere than touristy places, more authentically German. The service was fast, and the staff was kind and friendly. We tried kasespatzle and knodel, drinking beer and juices. The portions were more than adequate, the quality excellent. The price was reasonable, not even excessive. I recommend it 200 percent.

Sitting on the cozy, tree-covered terrace is truly lovely. This alone justifies a visit to Die Horn. The menu is very short, but what it offers is consistently good to very good: the Kässpätzle, for example, was convincing thanks to a good mountain cheese alone, the various dumplings were all delicious, and the corn-fed chicken was also excellent. The relatively high prices are acceptable given the quality of the food. However, you should be prepared for a considerable wait.

This place is perfect if you’re looking to experience authentic German cuisine. The outdoor area has a really charming vibe. it’s a bit dark, but that actually makes it feel super relaxed and cozy. The inside is less atmospheric, but I ate outside so it didn’t matter much. Definitely feels like a local spot, not touristy at all. I highly recommend trying the Spätzle,they were delicious!

Honestly, this restaurant doesn't deserve 4.8 stars. It doesn't taste that good. It's loud and you have to wait a long time for the food. There's nothing wrong with this restaurant.

I ate at Die Horn today and I was absolutely thrilled! I particularly enjoyed the spaetzle and the three-course dumpling – both were freshly prepared and delicious. We were able to sit outside on the terrace, which further enhanced the lovely ambiance. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. I also particularly like the seasonal menu, which always offers new, creative dishes. I would definitely go back and highly recommend the restaurant!

A very nice, stylishly decorated neighborhood restaurant on a quiet street with excellent service and a small beer garden right in front. We tried the potato salad and beetroot carpaccio, which were excellent.

After a long day in Berlin, we spontaneously popped in for a beer and weren't disappointed. I can only agree with the previous reviews. I've rarely seen such friendly staff and such a lovingly decorated restaurant. I'd love to go back.

We had a wonderful evening with our adult children for Father's Day. Delicious appetizers to share and delicious main courses. Plus, attentive and humorous service. We'll definitely be back.

The food was delicious! We had baked goat cheese and beetroot carpaccio as a starter, which was a different treat (as they say in Rostock) than in other restaurants. Solid beer selection and delicious homemade lemonade didn't leave us thirsty. The main courses were also great, we had dumplings and spaetzle. The Greek yogurt was the sweet highlight at the end. The people are nice and relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

There were four of us there (two adults, two children) and even though we arrived later due to a delay - which we had announced in advance - we received a very friendly welcome. There were suitable small dishes for children as well as homemade lemonades, which were very well received. Overall, our food was really tasty – fresh, beautifully prepared and tasted great. The atmosphere is really special: you almost forget that you are in the middle of Berlin. A place to feel good! We'd love to come back.

Delicious dishes, with a menu in English or German. We tried the classic spätzle and some with lemon, which were delicious, as well as the assortment of dumplings. Although it's located away from the "most touristy" area, it's highly recommended. The staff was very attentive!

“DIE HORN” on Hornstrasse is a real insider tip in Berlin. The service was warm and attentive from the first moment - you immediately feel welcome. The ambience is stylish and cozy, with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the wine: excellently selected and simply a pleasure. We'll definitely be back!

But no, it is a restaurant on Hornstrasse, the place of work, the home of the people on this street. A restaurant called “die Horn” emerged from a crazy idea from the residents of a shared apartment on Hornstrasse. And here is my impression. You enter the restaurant, there is a subtle and loving energy in the room. Pleasant background music welcomes you and a friendly waiter shows you to your seat. I feel at home, my first thought: this will be my new local bar. A look at the map - oh how beautiful - the number of pages doesn't scare me. I have an appropriate selection of dishes for everyone - with meat or without or even vegan. There is something for everyone. The main focus is dumplings in different variations. The atmosphere is good, the atmosphere is familiar, the waiter is charming, and the quality of the food is simply excellent. Price and performance are right. My verdict: 10 out of 10 points. Kudos to the team in service and kitchen!

We walked by and saw a quite pleasant looking interior design. So we decided to go in. Now we now why they have such amazing reviews. Josip and Luka really know how to make you feel welcomed. We didn't have a full menu - the dish we shared (knödel) was great and the dessert even better (white chocolate/yogurt/cranberry cream). We will come back for a proper dinner & proper šljiva shots :) hvala momci!

Found this great restaurant by chance. Very large selection of delicious vegetarian dishes and very courteous staff. I would love to come back!
