Although located on Lake Schwerin, it is a 30 minute walk to the old town. Rooms facing the street with tram noise, so sleeping with the window open is difficult

We stayed there for 2 nights, the rooms were very spacious and very attractive. It was even preheated when we arrived. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed, even an omelette station where you could get freshly prepared omelettes to your liking. Parking garage directly in the hotel, so you can take the elevator directly from the parking garage to your room. Let's come to 2 small disadvantages: that you have to pay for everything when you check in and that the employees there work very unprofessionally (loud, indiscreet, rude). And the hotel bar, as it's called, doesn't exactly invite you to linger. You actually hoped for more, for a pretty decent price for the night.

We booked for one night and overall we are very satisfied. The hotel offers the usual services, the rooms are spacious and tidy. The parking situation is a bit awkward, you actually have to go straight to the parking garage (€11.50/24 hours), which doesn't make much sense if you just want to check in quickly and then move on. There is hardly any space to stop in front of the hotel. We were very happy about the nice gesture for the dogs (small snack) and that the prices were really reasonable at €10/dog/night. You sometimes experience fantasy prices. We were also welcome with two larger dogs. The staff was very nice and tried hard, the breakfast was OK. Definitely a hotel that would be an option for us again.

Room was reserved. No go… ice cold in the room and it would take about 15 minutes for the ventilation to warm up. The day was tiring and I was cold. Why is the room cold when it is reserved??? In this case, this fact beats all other premises. Not a good recommendation. Goodie though. It's not the staff's fault.

The room was fine and clean, the reception and support were good as usual. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The service friendly and quick. The only thing that was annoying was the constantly flickering light during breakfast. Unfortunately, Bat closed at 10 p.m. on Saturday evening, so unfortunately no night cap was possible in the hall after the event.

Well located hotel. The city center was easy to reach on foot. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The employees were always friendly and helpful. Enough parking spaces in the garage. I found the restaurant a bit expensive and the portion was rather small, but still okay. The air conditioning isn't the quietest, but it wasn't dramatic and we were all able to sleep well. The ventilation in the bathroom annoyed me. Overall, we had a nice stay there for a total of 5 nights.

Generally a somewhat outdated hotel with modernized and clean rooms. Unfortunately there is no 24-hour reception for late arrivals. An absolute no-go is the parking garage, which would rather be called a bird house. There are birds everywhere defecating all over the car. When we complained to reception, we were told to contact the parking garage operator. Weak handling of criticism. Here the hotel has to ensure that the hotel guests' cars do not become a problem for the car wash. After all, you collect parking fees for it. As a customer, I don't care who the owner is.

Unclean and unreliable Unfortunately, we had worse experiences than ever before in this hotel over just two nights, so we will definitely never stay there again. Already at check-in we lost almost 40 minutes due to overcrowding and only one working elevator. Since we had to go to an event quickly, we simply put the suitcases in the room. When we returned in the evening and entered our room, we were shocked by the conditions there. We found leftover medication from previous guests, brown stains on the toilet seat, hairballs on the floor and in the bathroom, and insects throughout the room even though we didn't open the windows. Our light-colored socks were black from the bottom within minutes when we walked through the room. Since the reception is only open until 10 p.m., we couldn't change rooms or complain. Hoping that room service would clean the room the next day, we came to terms with the situation. We hung the "please clean" sign out at night to make sure the room was cleaned. But when we returned in the evening, we experienced another shock: the room had not been cleaned, the sign was still hanging outside. The room continued to be unacceptably dirty, with cobwebs on the inside of the windows for months and insects on the floor that even got into our shopping bags. In addition, we hadn't received any fresh towels, even though we had put the used ones on the floor to take with us when cleaning. Again no one from the hotel could be reached. The emergency number connected us with security, who were also horrified but were unable to help us in any way. We will definitely not recommend this hotel and will never visit it again.

Very nicely furnished, modern rooms and especially the bathrooms. Only the beds are a bit soft.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are renovated and modernly furnished - very bold in their choice of colors - in black. But it looks elegant and sophisticated. You can easily walk to the old town of Schwerin in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating in all areas. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Everyone should find something. Unfortunately, convenience products are sometimes used. You should pay attention to the location of the room if you have problems sleeping. We were on the 5th floor - room with a small balcony - but towards the train. You couldn't leave the window open overnight. The air conditioning was also annoying in terms of noise. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get much restful sleep during the 4 nights, which wasn't due to the quality of the beds. Otherwise there were no complaints.

Beautiful rooms with a view of one of the many lakes. The house “misses” a gym and a sauna. Then it would be perfect...

We absolutely cannot understand some of the bad reviews here. We were only here for two days but we can definitely recommend it for longer stays. Our room was very modern, everything seemed new and it was totally clean. In addition, the bathroom and the room in general were rather large with a lot of storage space and shelves. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive, with various cold cuts, muesli, fruit salad, fried eggs, etc. there was everything you needed. We were particularly happy about the soy milk. You can walk to the old town and the castle in about 15/20 minutes. We would definitely come again!

Very nice, modern hotel, located on the edge of the city center and the castle is easily accessible. The only thing that could be disturbed is the adjacent railway line. But I didn't think it was bad Public parking garage in the basement

Yes, you saw it right. Only 3 stars for the 4 star hotel. Admittedly, the rooms are really spacious - the bathroom too, but the nervous night lights under the bedside tables got on my nerves. It took forever for warm water to come out of the shower. The mix of styles in the house gives the impression that there were several interior designers at work who knew nothing about each other. Breakfast: circular convenience fried eggs a la McDonald's. Rollmops between the fruit. It took about 25 minutes until the bread baskets were back - the same went for the scrambled eggs. It was more like Ibis budget than 4 star! Loveless - sorry.

Wir hatten eine Premium Suite mit tollem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen war super. Das wars Dann aber auch. Um 4Uhr wurden wir von unerträglichen Geräuschen geweckt. Es war der Wind, der was an der Fassade oder auf dem Dach klappern lies. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt so dass wir keinen Schlaf mehr bekommen haben. Aufs Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. Parkhaus mit 11€ fand ich teuer. Bauarbeiten im Haus wäre zusätzlich laut und Baumaterialien lagen im Treppenhaus. Fazit:Schöne Zimmer aber der Rest eine Katastrophe

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit Seeblick, was mir allen ausgestattet war, was man brauchte. Dazu haben wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen. Service an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Innenstadt ist es ein wenig zu laufen, die Anbindung an ÖPNV eher dürftig. Einzig die 11,50€ pro Tag fürs Parken in der Tiefgarage fanden wir überzogen. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Leider aufgrund von Bauarbeiten auch auf einem Samstag laut, dazu hören die Zimmermädchen laut auf dem Flur Musik. Die Tiefgarage ist schlecht ausgeleuchtet im Eingangsbereich des Hotel. Gerade im UG und EG ist deutlich zu sehen, dass dieses Hotel umgebaut wird. Rabatt für Lärmbelästigung gab es nicht! Das Buffett am ersten Abend war sehr dürftig. Garantiert kein nächstes Mal.

Sehr stylisch... Weihnachts Brunch war zwar vielfältig.... Aber ich als bayerischer Tourist konnte mit der Ente und dem Hirsch nichts anfangen... Pflaumen und andere Gewürze als ich mit den Gerichten verbinde die ich von daheim kenne.

Auch ich kann die aktuellen, negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer, 4.OG, war top und auch sauber. Check in haben wir online erledigt. Alles, auch die Türöffnungen, liefen dann online. Tiefgarage direkt unter dem hotel für 11,50€. Zur Zahlung des Parktickets dann doch nochmal an die Rezeption. Alles in allem gab es Nichts auszusetzen. Einen kleinen Hund hatten wir auch dabei. Selbst für ihn gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit :-)

Das hotel liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom stadtzentrum entfernt. Das hotel ist ordentlich und sauber die Zimmer Frau macht nicht jeden Tag sauber das sollte man bedenken.

Hotel, das ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt liegt. Wir hatten ein renoviertes, modernes und stylisches Zimmer, was uns sehr gefallen hat und diverse Gimmicks aufwies, wie Nachtlichter, die auf Bewegung reagierten. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Mikrowelle einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Das Hotel liegt an einer verkehrszeichen Straße und einer Bahnlinie. Bei geschlossenen Fenster sind die davon ausgehenden Geräusche nicht wahrnehmbar. Die Parkgebühr betragen 11,50 €, für das Frühstück zahlt man 18 €.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Schwerin. Die Zimmer wurden alle frisch renoviert. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen Blick auf den See. Hier war nachts auch kein Zugverkehr zu hören. Es war auch recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Schloss. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet pro Tag 11,50€.

Wer dieses Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Erwägung zieht sollte sich auf jeden Fall über die Nebenkosten vorher informieren! Das Frühstück ist für den Preis eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wer zum Beispiel kaltes Rühr- oder Spiegelei sehr lauwarm oder kalt mag, der kommt auf seine Kosten. Hier ist zu empfehlen, das Frühstück in eine Bäckerei zu verlegen. Die Freundlichkeit der Servicekraft, war gelinde gesagt, sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren so "gut drauf" wie die Servicekraft zum Frühstück. Deshalb 2 Sterne. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt zur Bahntrasse. Die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse machte einen erholsamen Schlaf nicht wirklich möglich. Fazit: Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben.
