I ordered 2 doner kebabs today and the bread was hard, it was just old and I noticed there was no meat either

Food and service were a disaster. Completely overpriced - everything costs extra, even small things. The owner behaves very strangely and seems completely unprofessional. For me it was purely a way of saving money – but in a negative sense. I'm definitely never coming back and can't recommend this store to anyone.

Wow, worst meal ever! We had had 3 Turkish pizzas and didn't mention anything spicy. What we got was so spicy that it wasn't edible, even though I like spicy food. He probably spread the flatbreads with this chilli paste that you normally just dab on when you order spicy. Now we and our children each had three tablespoons of it. Unfortunately, the two of them were a bit haphazard when it came to processing the order. The sliced ​​meat was left at the bottom for 10 minutes before being used in the kebab. The iceberg salad was empty at some point and we just continued without it.

3 reasons why I don't order from there anymore. 1.wait time too long. 2. Pizza burned. 3.too overpriced.

Just keep your hands off! Unfortunately I had to give it one star and I can very well understand the one-star reviews here. Despite the nice renovation compared to before, the meat was dry and the bread was just as dry. Doner kebab significantly smaller than before the change of ownership, contents feel like air, sanitary facilities were unfortunately 'without anything'. That was the last time.

A dish was missing from delivery. When asked, there was no apology and no discount. The food that arrived was already almost cold. This was my last order.

Really sickening. After the renovation we thought, OK, maybe things will get better. No, just as bad or even worse. I can't believe that they would spend so much money on a renovation and sell the same bad food as before. Once and never again. Oh and the kebab is only half the size

We have been regular customers for 15 years - no longer at Venezia from now on! Owner does not adhere to the prices on his own homepage. 7.50 EUR then simply becomes 10.50 EUR. When asked, there is only a shrug of the shoulders. Screw it. For us only 3.00 EUR, for Venezia loss of loyal regular customers. Congratulations.

Update 03/2024: really chic after the renovation! We always eat locally. It's not a restaurant, just a snack bar, but you can sit at 4 tables there. Ambiance should be neglected. Pizza is ok and also the kebab, etc. The food is brought to the table. Going out to eat is really ok.

I actually always found the food there (döner kebab) quite ok. It was a bit annoying that you always had to tell the employees three times what you wanted on your kebab and in the end you still got something different. There is now a new owner who has remodeled the kebab shop. It now looks much more modern and elegant. But... the last time I asked myself why the fries taste so rancid. That's why I just ordered a kebab next time. This was ok, but worse than the previous owner. What was more shocking was that the person in front of me ordered fries (which were once again forgotten) and the employee fried fries that had already been fried. That probably explains the rancid taste. At least the service would have been better... but it's exactly the same as before. A pity. Addendum: Having severe stomach pain and diarrhea after eating. Always a good sign.

We have been customers for over 10 years and have often ordered or gotten pizza/döner to take away. But the last two times were terribly bad. The delivery was really great. The salad is soaked in sauce, the cucumbers in there are already transparent and grayish. The pizza dough was wobbly and wet. A significant loss of quality, perhaps due to a change in ownership? You could eat it but nothing more. Well, we definitely won't order there anymore. It's a shame actually.

After a long time, I ate pizza and two kebabs and it was really tasty. My children also liked it, I can only recommend it!

Unfassbar! Die war immer unser Lieblingsdöner. Heute haben wir dort mal wieder was geholt. Leider zum letzten Mal. Es gibt einen neuen Besitzer und das Essen war so schlecht, dass wir es uns nur runter gewürgt haben, weil wir Hunger hatten. Es gab immer Rotkraut und auch Weißkraut, beides angemacht. Jetzt gibt nur lieblos gehobeltes Weißkraut. Die Knobisoße hat nur nach Curry geschmeckt. Was soll das?! Auch das Fleisch war nichts. Sah aus wie gepresstes Hack!Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen!!! Wir werden uns jetzt einen anderen Laden suchen!

Sehr leckere Pizza und Döner, für mich der beste in Bierstadt.

Habe gerade 2 unterirdisch schlechte Dürrem abgeholt. Beide waren kalt, Fleisch nicht durch und labberisch, super sparsam belegt nur mit Salat, 2 streifen Weißkraut und kein Rotkraut. Knobi Sauce ist grün und schmeckt nach Dill. Der schlechteste Dürrem ever..

War vor 4 Jahren das erste Mal dort. Super Qualität ... hat leider nachgelassen seit der Chef im Laden unten in der Stadt ist und in Bierstadt nicht mehr. Die letzten Erlebnisse dort kann mannur als frech und dreist bezeichnen. Richtig unangenehm.

Grauenhaften essen zum kotzen keine Pizza so wie man bestellt hat unfreundlich inkompetent

Das Essen ist wirklich nicht gut habe Bauchschmerzen von dem Dönerfleisch schmeckt einfach nach nix. Einmal dort gegessen und nie wieder. Schließt das Ding am besten

Fands top. Netter Inhaber und die Pizza hat geschmeckt. War schön heiß und knusprig. Teig vom Boden absolut I.O. Gern wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin 👌

Essen an okay aber Lieferzeit enorm. - Wir haben an einem Dienstag bestellt und von dem Pizzatag Angebot profitiert. Das Essen wurde nach 2 Stunden geliefert. 17 Uhr Bestellung über Lieferando. Gegen 17.30 rief ich an und erfragte ob die Lieferzeit laut Lieferando (18.45) denn so stimmt. Am Telefon war man eher unfreundlich und der Herr sagte nur „es kommt wenn es kommt“. Es erfolgte kein „tschüss“ oder ein netter Satz. Es wurde dann einfach aufgelegt. Man muss also wirklich mit langer Lieferzeit rechnen und entsprechend planen. Das Essen kam dann um 19.00 Uhr. Fahrtzeit 14 Minuten. Die Pizza und der Döner waren lauwarm in Richtung kalt. Die Nudeln und die Dönerbox hingegen heiß. Die Pizza dafür aber satt Satt belegt. Auch der Döner ist voll belegt mit sehr viel Fleisch. Geschmacklich ist alles aber etwas fade. Die Spagetti Bolognese sind sehr ölig. Sie schmecken nach altem Fett und Hackfleisch ist eher nicht auffindbar. Von Nudeln würde ich also eher abraten. Somit werden wir aufgrund der langen Lieferzeit, Geschmack und dem unfreundlichen Inhaber dort nicht mehr bestellen.

War mega lecker und sehr nette Bedienung. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Beste Pizza von meinem langjährigen Pizzafreund Mustafa. Probiert die Pizza Panna. Hammergeschmack!!

Immer lecker, Lieferung immer schneller als erwartet

Bei unserer Bestellung wurde ein Lieferzeit von einer Stunde genannt. Diese wurde dann um fast eine weitere Stunde überzogen. Als die Pizza dann endlich da war, war sie nur noch lauwarm. Eine Entschuldigung gab's nicht.

Haben um 20;30 uhr 3 Gerichte bestellt, nach über 2 Stunden und 3 anrufen kam endlich das essen leider eiskalt und die Pizza war stein hart und noch die falsche Größe. Am Telefon wurde man nur angewiesen. Sehr schade! Als Entschuldigung gab es eine Cola gratis

Sehr Leckerer Döner. Schön groß. Nur 6 Euro für ein Döner ist etwas teuer. Aber verständlich. Perso war auch sehr freundlich

Mega toller Imbiss mit super freundlichen Personal. Auch Menü mäßig wird für jeden was leckeres angeboten. Natürlich gibt es auch verschiedene kalte Getränke sowie Ayran. Top Laden 👍🏼🔝🤗

Immer alles frisch und der Laden ist sehr sauber. Der Kiosk direkt daneben ist auch perfekt.

Probleme: -Sonderbestellung (z.B. keine Zwiebel) wird häufig vergessen - Qualität war früher besser Trotzdem noch der beste Döner in Bierstadt und Umgebung. In der Regel geht es sehr schnell, die Pizza ist auch sehr geil.

Einfach nur geil um ehrlich zu sein. Frisch, lecker, sauber und Preis/ Leistung stimmt einfach. Werde öfters kommen

Alle Speisen, sogar die Schnitzel, sind sehr lecker, die Pilze sind frisch. Der Laden ist sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Portionen o.k. Ein Wermutstropfen ist die Entwicklung der Preise. Vor eineinhalb Jahren kostete der Dönerteller mit Fleisch, Pommes und Salat noch 6,90 Euro. Zwischendurch wurden es 7,50 - jetzt sind es 8,50 Euro. Dafür, dass diese reine ToGo- und Lieferpizzeria ausschließlich von der Coronakrise profitiert, ist das einfach zuviel. So verliert man treue Kunden...

Total unprofessionellen Fahrer und die Pizza wurde falsch geliefert. Als ich angerufen habe um diese Sachen zu klären wurde ich nur abgewimmelt. Schade, dass dieses Verhalten an den Tag gelegt wird.

Bestellen dort regelmäßig Döner und Pizza. Döner schmeckt sehr gut,Pizza ist Okay. Der Service ist nett und sehr bemüht. Lieferung bisher immer schnell und essen eigentlich immer Heiß.
