Yummilicious pizza in the middle of Bornheim. Nicely served on a stone plate, but you have to fetch it up;), while sitting outside and enjoying the crowded streets.

Great pizza, but the staff was terrible. So disrespectful and unfriendly! We were a party of four, and two of us weren't allowed to sit down (they took away our chairs). When the other customers saw this and asked how long the restaurant was open, wondering why other customers weren't allowed to sit down, they replied that the restaurant was still open. They just didn't want the two people from our party of four. When we asked if we could have one of the pizzas split into two boxes, they rudely declined, and we got into a discussion about why we were even asking, since the box prices are now over 50 cents. (Okay, then just ask if we'll pay if your business charges 50 cents for each box!)

Good pizza, delicious, and inexpensive too! We ordered two salami pizzas together, but only I was asked whether it had meat or not. I didn't understand at first and then said, yes, salami with meat (?) I was then yelled at for saying they also had vegan salami and why I looked so confused. My friend, who was standing next to me, obviously didn't question the statement "salami pizza" and understood it immediately ;-) Unfortunately, the service only gets 1 star. Professional: Thanks for the review, we're sorry for the misunderstanding; unfortunately, we were stressed and in the evening rush. Unprofessional: See response below. - Cow on a train? - That says it all. It didn't say vegetarian or vegan, just: WITH MEAT?!? It was my first time in the shop, and it wasn't well communicated. Very dreary pizzeria; not run in an Italian style… The pizza is edible. There's nothing more to say.

Unfortunately, I have the impression that this former top-5 restaurant in Bornheim has lost a lot of its quality. I ate regularly at "schlaflos" for years and increasingly feel that the pizzas are prepared less carefully and are losing flavor. What weighs more heavily on me than the culinary aspect, however, is the interpersonal interaction. I have encountered several situations in which I found the tone towards guests inappropriate and not customer-oriented. In one case, I witnessed a woman who urgently needed to use the restroom being denied access – with reference to the customer restrooms already closed. Of course, I can't judge whether this was justified internally, but as a guest, it seemed inflexible and rude. Overall, I unfortunately miss the open, welcoming atmosphere of previous visits. Personally, I now feel more comfortable at "Laurel and Hardy" – not only is the menu more varied there, but I also find the atmosphere much more hospitable.

Frankfurt's best vegan pizza...

Delicious vegan, inexpensive pizza. They even have a special knife for vegan pizza. They even have gluten-free or even spelt dough, unfortunately I realized too late. One star deducted because the pizza is served on paper plates, even though they had pizza bases, so I ate it from them to avoid creating waste. The word "Sustainable" was also written on the wall.

Everything is just right here!!! (except for the ugly, irresponsible construction site of the road authority in front of the door) Best pizza dough ever, light and crispy, right down to the last bite. A fantastic selection of vegan, as well as classic pizzas. We had one vegan and one vegetarian pizza. The pizza was on our table in just a few minutes. An extra bonus for the very friendly service and the pleasant conversations with the manager! Cozy atmosphere. We'd love to come back. P.S. Very conveniently located near the U4 Höhenstr. stop.

The pizza was actually delicious (albeit a bit lacking in bacon and quite greasy overall), but unfortunately, they don't adhere to their opening hours. Instead of the official midnight, I was kicked out of the restaurant at 11:35 PM and had to finish my pizza outside in the cold, out of a cardboard box. It's a shame, especially since someone else was allowed to sit inside longer. The manager also accused me of not paying. But at least he apologized for that. Maybe I'll come back for a second chance ;)

The vegan pizza is incredibly delicious. The dough is just perfect! There is still room for improvement in terms of the ambience in the restaurant.

My usual pizza experience is usually: "Vegetariana, WITHOUT cheese" - if the dough is really vegan (just the question of that is overwhelming for most people)...🙄 Not so in "Schlauflos 2" - finally a pizzeria with vegan cheese, meat substitutes and a large and creative selection. From the stone oven - perfect! The taste is a 10/10 (I had the kebab pizza and also tried a Margherita with corn from my daughter). The Omni friends and family members can also come along, there are also classic pizzas for them. I hope a lot of people will be convinced by the cruelty-free variety. 💚

It was my first time watching Sleepless 2 and I absolutely loved it! The pizza was not only incredibly tasty - crispy base, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned - but also ready surprisingly quickly. Ideal if you're really hungry and still value quality. Clear recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

If you've always wanted to eat a pizza like the one in the movie Kevin Alone in New York, this is the place for you! The owner is super friendly, loves children, gave us good advice and there was a large selection, also for vegetarians and vegans and also for Muslims (Halal). We will definitely consider this place again when we are in FFM! The ambience is also warm and cozy and inviting.

Inedible, strange consistency of the food and unfriendly employees. My daughter was yelled at and had severe stomach pain after eating the food (you can't call it food). The vegetables on the pizza weren't fresh either. Not recommended!!!

Switched from vegetarian - vegan back to meat dishes. :( Why? Unfortunately, only cash is accepted and there is unfortunately no delivery service. If it were a purely vegan pizzaria with card payment and delivery service, it would be significantly more profitable!!!

The pizza at Schlaflos 2 is quite good for my taste. In my opinion, the price is average for Frankfurt, the outdoor area is cozy, and a pizza to take away is made relatively quickly. In my opinion, the pizza is very “cheese-heavy” and the other ingredients are a bit lost. With my pizza with pepperoni sausage, I could primarily taste the spiciness of the sausage and the cheese, but no other spice and I also missed the "kick" of the tomato sauce, for example. The crust was really good for that, and the pizza isn't that greasy/oily, which I liked. Overall, a good, average pizza.

So for the fact that you pay €10.50 for a fake salami pizza and you have maybe four pieces of salami on the whole pizza, I think it's an absolute catastrophe that you lose €10.50 for it. The pizza doesn't look made with love so I definitely don't recommend it. The dough wasn't cooked properly either and you noticed that money was definitely the only thing that played a role here, and any kind of hospitality was definitely not present here

Schlaflos is a small gem on the Berger. It offers a variety of pizzas including an excellent range of vegan options all at a good price. The dough is crispy and very good. It leans more towards American style pizza. The garlic oil they add at the end is delicious. We love coming here. Some small things the owners can do to make it an even better experience -please add a baby chair. It’s difficult to eat with a small child on our lap -please accept card. It’s 2024! You lose tons of business by only accepting cash. I saw people walking away simply because they had no cash.

I am very surprised about the vegetarian/vegan pizza. Ordered the pizza arugula with garlic oil. The pizza itself was thin and crispy. The topping wasn't too thick or too much so you could really taste everything. I can only recommend the garlic oil to everyone, I think it's a must. There is a good selection of pizzas whether vegetarian or vegan. The service was nice and friendly. The price performance ratio is very good. Can only recommend the pizzeria.

Well, I've heard a lot of positive things about the Schlaflos pizzeria... The pizza might be good, I don't know, I didn't try it because I'd go to another shop. But the service is absolute. 3 people + dog 🐶 were there and wanted to order something. Placed the order and asked if he had a bowl for the dog🐶. Then there was an unfriendly “No, or does that look like a restaurant for dogs?!” - I, initially a little irritated by the statement, then asked if he didn’t have anything there, a to-go cup, a small bowl , anything. Goes into the kitchen, comes back and just says “Not for dogs” Okay. No problem, we then decided to change the restaurant. His unsolicited answer to my statement “We would then go out to eat somewhere else (and I didn’t mean that in a bad way)” actually upset me the most: “Yes, perfect- ciao- better that way” What does “perfect” or “better like this” mean when a customer doesn’t want to eat from you?! Especially from a shop that has a bold “Vegan” logo stuck on the window, I would have expected at least friendlier treatment. Addendum: the one colleague who was there today was there last week with his dog. But it wasn't a problem, the (other) employee was very friendly and there was also a bowl of water. So it's probably less about the place and more about today's employees.

Definitiv die beste Pizza in Frankfurt. Der Boden immer genau richtig. Die Auswahl an veganen Pizzen ist riesig und sehr lecker. Unbedingt das Knoblauchöl auf der Pizza bestellen! Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass sie leider nicht liefern. Sonst würde ich jede Woche bestellen.

Best Pizza in the town, visiting this Pizzeria since months but the taste hasn't been compromised even once. Yes, due to small space, sometimes need to wait to be seated but for the Pizza, it's worth it.

Die vegane Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Aber meine Begleitung und ich haben den Herren der die Pizza gebacken und verkauft hat als extrem unfreundlich empfunden. Verstärkt wurde dieser Eindruck als wir mitbekommen haben, wie eine Frau mit 2 kleinen Kindern von ihm noch unfreundlicher behandelt wurde. Sie wollte telefonisch bestellte Pizza abholen und verspätete sich aufgrund der Bahn wohl um 30 Minuten. Sie wurde von dem Herrn zurechtgewiesen dass sie die Pizza pünktlich abzuholen habe und er habe die Pizza weggeworfen. Hallo? Wer macht bitte sowas nach einer halben Stunde?! Essen wegwerfen? Kunden anmeckern? Sorry geht gar nicht! Er hätte ihr die Pizza einfach kalt mitgeben können und wenn sie nicht kommt am Ende verschenken, selbst essen oder am Ende der Schicht entsorgen können, ist zumindest unsere Meinung.

Die beste Pizzeria in Frankfurt und Umgebung. Es ist wirklich schwer sich für eine Pizza zu entscheiden, erst recht wenn man sich schonmal durchprobiert hat. Eine Pizza schmeckt echt besser als die andere. (Es gibt sogar Pizza mit veganer Joghurtsoße oder Knoblauchöl drauf, mega lecker!) Die Besitzer sind super lieb und es geht immer wahnsinnig schnell.

Die beste Vegane Pizza in Frankfurt. Ausschließlich vegetarische und vegane Pizzen. Eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen in separaten Speisekarten für vegan und vegetarisch. Haben bisher die Pizzen immer abgeholt, kann also nicht viel zum Lokal an sich sagen aber das Personal war bisher immer sehr freundlich und wir haben nie lang gewartet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute vegane Pizza, hier gehe ich am liebsten hin. Preis Leistung passt. Das Ambiente ist sehr einfach und man nimmt sich seine Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank.

Die Auswahl ist groß und das Konzept lobenswert. Allerdings lässt die Freundlichkeit vor Ort von der bedienenden Dame zu wünschen übrig. Die Pizza ist recht mächtig, der Teig dick-knusprig. Kann man machen, aber auf der Berger gibt es auch deutlich bessere Pizzen.

This is definitely one of my favourite pizza restaurants ever. I love the location, the vibe, the pizza, and everything about this restaurant. The crust is delicious, the toppings are astonishing, and I could eat these pizzas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And, if you can’t finish an entire pizza, it even tastes amazing cold for breakfast. 10/10

Beste klassische vegane Pizza die ich je gegessen habe, super Teig, Mega Tomatensauce und die knoblauchsauce ist der Hammer. Nicht mal in München gibt es sowas Gutes. Mit Liebe gemacht und die Pizzaschnitttechnik einfach genial. Ein unbedingtes Muss in Frankfurt. 10/10 vielen Dank für die super Chicken und Avocado Pizza.
