We actually always enjoyed getting food there, but the lady on the phone was so unfriendly today that I won't be getting anything there again for the time being, which is a real shame.

I was there with a friend on September 12, 2025. We were greeted very warmly and with a smile. We each ordered a pizza, which was brought to the counter after about 10 minutes. Both pizzas were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It was also nice to chat with them. Today, Sunday, September 14, 2025, I was there alone and ordered a pizza and tortellini panna. The pizza was again for my friend, and the tortellini for myself. Again, top notch. The tortellini was so delicious, as was the cream sauce. According to my friend, the pizza was "as always, superb." 😊👍 We definitely ALWAYS enjoy coming back. Mistakes happen in every workplace; no one can deny themselves that.😊 What remains is the opportunity to see for yourself. We are definitely satisfied. 😊🤷 Thanks for the extra forks and the delicious pizza bread. 😉👋

Pure overwhelm with large orders; something is always missing. The response is unfriendly. Favorite food is cream. Fat is actually a flavor carrier, but not in this form.

We had two pasta dishes and a doner pizza. Absolutely not recommended! I called and told them this on the phone, but they couldn't imagine it, of course, because no one has ever complained about their food (I can see that in the Google reviews now). The doner meat wasn't even cooked, and the pasta was completely soft. Overall, everything was very heavily seasoned. We couldn't eat any of it and had to reorder from somewhere else!

Hello, we ordered pizza and pasta today on 01.06.25. The pizza was half cooked and the pasta was completely rushed, so the Bolognese. We called and were told Sevden you take pictures OMG 33 euros in the trash, absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately, I had a long black hair on my pizza. Also, the shrimp were inedible. They had a very strong, unpleasant odor and tasted spoiled. The pizzas were all mediocre; there are frozen pizzas that taste better. The pasta was okay, though. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it and wouldn't order from there again!

Ordered lasagna, it arrived like soup because the sauce was on top. Okay, it can happen. When I poked into the lasagne, hair came out. Disgusting stuff like that and when you call and describe the problem they just laugh it off and say you've been doing it for 25 years and if you make another complaint 'oh come on' and they hang up on you. Never order from there again! Lost regular customer

Sad, I ordered a lasagna and got a soup and the woman on the phone was very rude!😡 the boss is just as unfriendly, can't give any criticism and when you want to say something he hangs up in a huff, never eaten such a bad meal before, be careful where you order, the juice shop isn't even customer friendly!!!🤬🤮🤢 preferably zero stars, really disgusting

I don't even know where to start 😔 If I couldn't give any stars, unfortunately I would. Doner shaped meat TK! Please don't offer if it's not possible. Service on the phone was unfriendly. Food in general is super greasy. Mess for the money. Never order there again. I feel very sorry for the employees who have to deliver the food. The store should be closed!!!

So it's slowly enough... IT'S JUST SAVINGS THE CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED STUPID!!! 🤔 I'm really annoyed...said so many times on the phone: Please add more tuna because there's not enough. I have the feeling that I get more margarita pizza here instead of tuna 🍕. What's that supposed to mean??? Before that, the years OK from filling the pizza...but often only finger-sized, slightly a few pieces just slammed on top of the tuna...but decent, good prices. It's starting to piss me off. 1 star is still too much. The customer is not stupid!!! Otherwise it tastes great and lasts for years...but if it repeats itself 5 times, at some point it's over.

Pizza was very dry and didn't taste that great. You can sit outside and inside (the only plus point) and the staff were friendly too I still wouldn't want to eat anything here anymore

Previously the best pizza in the area... today a shadow of yours... Pizza from the last few times was abysmally bad... When salad was delivered, the pizza bread was missing every time... Pizza was terrible... neither dough, toppings nor seasoning didn't come close to previous times... the only thing that rose here was the price... not the quality... and that's the only thing that can keep customers... I mean family and relatives are definitely out... it's your own fault...

If you are in this small, inconspicuous pizzeria, the pizza deserves 5 stars. If you order the pizza it's also delicious, but on site it was awesome❗

Hell, I ordered Insalata Mafia for €9.90. What arrived? 2 tablespoons of pasta and the rest just salad and I have to say I ordered a “LARGE” portion. I wouldn't have even paid half for this portion. I'm asking for my money back or food on the house next time, otherwise it'll be stressful. Best regards from Ertan Bräuer.

Anyone who still eats pizza here is completely lost. Delivery times are wrong, pizza is cold, pizzas are delivered incorrectly and they are simply unfriendly on the phone and unable to criticize. Ordered somewhere else!

Orders are always freshly prepared. The service is very friendly and the lady on the phone is always very nice. She's in control of the store

We ordered for delivery. The delivery was over half an hour late. The fries were inedible and not seasoned well. Our rollo was more like a calzone and completely soggy. Our herb butter for €4 was on a big pile of lettuce... for what?! We could have spent the €30 better elsewhere.

It used to be really good, charging €11.50 for a calzone with double cheese is a disgrace! It's a shame you can't upload pictures, the calzone was 26 cm long and 11.5 cm wide and really no cheese inside or outside! What I paid extra for! It's such a shame, you've lost me as a customer! LG, name is at the top!

Pizza base crispy black, food came an hour later because the delivery person was said to have waited half an hour outside the door without calling and other things... Fries for 3.50 are legit 20 fries and that's it Taste of the pizza is mediocre

Eine Hawaii Pizza und eine Calzone bestellt. Pizza top, Calzone war noch nicht mal zur Hälfte gebacken. Ist leider nur Zuhause aufgefallen und wurde sofort vernichtet.

Der Fitness Salat war super. Die Nudel Gerichte nicht gewürzt und ungenießbar. Schade!

Nachdem ich vor circa 6-7 Jahren mehrmals falsche Zutaten im Essen bekommen hatte, habe ich gestern noch mal den Fitness Salat probiert und der war genial. Ich denke, dass man wieder öfter dort essen kann. Die Crew ist ausgetauscht worden

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizzeria. Das Essen kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten, obwohl eine Stunde angesetzt wurde. Lieferfahrer war sehr freundlich. Durch die schnelle Lieferung war das Essen sehr warm, Qualität ist top und das Essen superlecker. Immer wieder gerne!

Das bestellte Essen kam pünktlich, war auch noch schön heiß. Allerdings fehlte der bestellte Beilagensalat, ein Essen war unten angebrannt und ziemlich salzig. Dazu war der Auslieferungsfahrer wohl des lesens von Namensschildern nicht mächtig und wirkte genervt.

Super leckere Pizza, tolle Salate, nettes Personal. Bestellen immer zum Mitnehmen. Meine volle Empfehlung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Schöne Pizzeria. Riesige Auswahl. Kaum Platz um dort zu essen. Wir hatten Pizza Salat und Nudeln. Sehr schmackhaft.

Die Lieferung ging schnell das ist schon mal Top!! Pasta schmeckt sehr gut und die Pizzabrötchen dazu auch.

Ich habe immer gerne dort bestellt. Bestellt um 17 Uhr via Lieferando.. Angeben wird Lieferung um 18 Uhr. Dann steht im Status das die Lieferung unterwegs ist. Um 18:20uhr habe ich angerufen und gefragt wann das Essen kommt. Man sagte mir das es noch 15 min dauern wird. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel, es gibt Menschen die ihre Mahlzeiten planen und evlt danach noch Arbeiten gehen müssen..oder ähnliches. Sollte in der heutigen Zeit ein wenig mehr auf den Service geachtet werden, andere machen auch lecker Pizza. Kurzes Update..... Die Bestellung ist jetzt um 18:45 Uhr noch nicht da.

Wir waren mal Stammkunden und haben fast jede Woche am Wochenende dort Bestellt. Fast bei jeder Bestellung ist etwas falsch gelaufen wie z.b eine völlig falsche Pizza oder Salat. Manche Beilagen haben auch oft einfach gefehlt für die man bezahlt hat. Dafür das die Bude so teuer ist kann man wirklich mehr erwarten. Das einzige gute an dem Laden ist das Pizzabrot, das schmeckt wirklich gut (ist aber auch oft verbrannt oder es fehlt einfach in der Bestellung obwohl man dafür gezahlt hat). Wir haben natürlich die Pizzeria gewechselt und sind nun zufriedener.

Die Pizza ist superlecker, Pasta ist auch gut. Sehr herzliche Gespräche gehabt und Lieferdienst klappt auch tadellos. Sehr empfehlenswert 👏

Meine Lieblingspizzeria! Vorallem Tonno ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben dort für mehrere Personen, Pizza, frittierte Tintenfischringe und Salat zum liefern bestellt. Die Pizzen waren alle sehr gut bis gut. Geschmack und Qualität haben gepasst. Auch war keine Pizza auf der Unterseite angebrannt. Insgesamt 2+ für die Pizzen. Der Salat bekommt allerdings eine glatte 5. Gurken, Tomaten und Möhren waren sowas von grob zusammen geschnitten. Der grüne Salat bestand fast ausschließlich aus Strunk und die dazu gelieferte dickflüssige Soße hatte mit einer bestellten Joghurtsoße nichts gemein. Die Panade der frittierten Tintenfischringe war vollgesogen mit altem dunklem Frittierfett und entsprechend matschig. Entsprechend der Geschmack. Dafür gibt es eine 4-. Alles in allem für Pizza empfehlenswert, Salat und Tittenfischringe jedoch nicht. Sehr Schade, denn früher waren die Salate dort richtig gut. (meine Bewertung im Text entspricht dem Schulnotenprinzip)

Die Person am Telefon war nett, die Lieferung kam pünktlich und das Essen bzw die Pizza und Tortellini Panna waren sehr lecker. Es gab nichts zu meckern.

I'm großen und ganzen sehr lecker doch durch den ich nehme mal an Käse manchmal zu fett. Die Preise sind okay

An sich sehr lecker und nettes Personal, leider war zu oft die Pizza verbrannt. Allerdings ist das vor Ort kein Problem, da man sie problemlos reklamieren kann.

Wir hatten Samstagsabends für 18.15 Uhr Pizza bestellt. Diese wurde uns um 17.45 laut unserer Nachbarn geliefert, geklingelt und vor die Haustür gestellt (Zweifamilienhaus). Als wir heim kamen war die Pizza per Paypal bezahlt kalt und die Dönerpizza meines Mannes total verbrannt. Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet und mussten uns selber mehrfach melden, bis wir eine neue Pizza bekamen mit einer Entschuldigung und einer Flasche Cola. Also wir bestellen hier nicht mehr! Meine kalte Pizza war sonst in Ordnung aber so arrogant wie mit uns umgegangen wurde, waren wir dort Kunden.

Pizza ist etwas zu fettig und leider bekommt man sie nur ungeschnitten. Jeder anderer Pizzaladen schneidet die Pizza oder fragt zumindest nach ob man diese geschnitten haben möchte. Ansonsten war die Pizza besser als früher.

Heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und ich muss muss ich war enttäuscht. Die Pizza war nicht ganz durch die calzone ebenso ! Und die calzone war absolut überfüllt sie bestand 1/3 aus Zwiebeln! Das pizzabrot war wie gummi... Schade aber hier werde ich nicht nochmal bestellen ! Die lieferung erfolgte dafür schon nach 35 Minuten angegeben waren 60 Minuten.

Wir bestellen schon seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig bei Pinocchio und sind immer super zufrieden! Das Essen ist super lecker - vor allem die Pasta Gerichte und die Schnitzel. Auch extra - Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Klar, wenn man zur "Prime-Zeit" bestellt, dauert es etwas länger, aber das wird einem telefonisch auch immer mitgeteilt. Wir können es hier auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! :)
