The food is delicious. The delivery service is sometimes excellent, but unfortunately, other times you wait forever.

Children want to buy kebabs, but they don't serve them because they're supposedly on break. The opening hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. One star is still too many.

Not recommended. I suffered from food poisoning for two days because of the doner kebab. The meat was rotten, and for that low price, it couldn't really have been anything good. I'll never eat doner kebab anywhere else but my trusted doner kebab shop again.

Worst pizza ever. Need new teeth.

The food at Aroma Restaurant was excellent! The dishes were fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I can only recommend this restaurant! 😄

Well, the food was unfortunately really unsatisfying and not even warm enough. They also cut corners on everything. The price is great, and the service was 10 out of 10 – as compensation for the delay, we were given a bottle of Coke, which was really friendly.

We went there to eat because the delivery time was way too long for the journey! When we got there, the place was cold and empty. The service was friendly; we ordered various schnitzel varieties, but all the schnitzels were burnt and dry, the fries were dry and tasteless, and the salad was dried out and equally tasteless. The manager was arrogant and told my Indian guest worker that's how the food is in Germany! Never again, as he didn't want to accept or understand any criticism!

Had a schnitzel bolognese with fries. Everything was dry, burnt and tasteless. I've never had such a bad schnitzel. And it is said that it is the best in Siegen. 😂

I'm, or rather, was, a regular customer, but unfortunately, the food and delivery quality have declined significantly when the manager isn't there. It's a shame I always loved the pizza.

We ordered two kebab plates and one kebab box. The meat was completely raw. I returned the boxes and wanted my money back. The worst part was that when I returned them, I was told it was turkey and a bit pinker. Which made it even worse. Raw poultry! The meat was miles away from being just a bit pinker. When we wanted to order, the lady first turned on the grill on the spit and had to change the gas cylinder first. The spit already seemed raw to me. But I thought I was mistaken, since they don't sell raw meat. Well, I should have listened to my gut feeling. I'm giving it one star because the gentleman who returned it was very nice and gave me my money back without any problems.

The order took an hour and a half to arrive, and the pizza was dry as hell. Plus, they forgot the sauce.

Used to be top. Now the quality goes down every week (and always different, even though I ordered the same thing). It used to be well topped with cheese, now it's half burnt every time, etc. and has no taste. Today was the first time I threw away a pizza, the salami was inedible.

It was really great when it opened. I don't know what's happened in the last few years, but we won't be ordering or picking up there anymore. The last Dürum and the kebab plate were with warmed, dry meat from the warming box, which was completely shredded. Since the kebab skewer, which also looked dry, was only turned on when we visited, the meat must have been from the day before. That's how it tasted too. And then, after pre-ordering by phone, we waited another 30 minutes in the store itself. Too bad!

At the beginning it was a very good shop, but it has now deteriorated considerably: the kebab meat, for example. B. consists only of small crumbs that are completely salty. It's a shame - things were better before...!

Pizza not through. Cannelloni burned completely dry. Forgot the kebab sauce. No thanks, I've finally had enough. This was the last time. I'd rather cook myself! Because of fresh. Unfriendly want to collect twice. 👎

I ordered a family pizza with two sauces. I called half an hour in advance because I wasn't from around the corner and wanted to pre-order them so I could pick them up on site (Kreutztal-Achenbach). I was given a total price on the phone and everything was fine until then. Arrived at the store after about 35 minutes, no one was outside and the pizza wasn't even in the oven even though the store was empty...that meant I waited another 15 minutes in front of the store until the pizza was ready. Afterwards, when I paid, I was charged €6 more than what was discussed on the phone. So even to pick it up it's a complete failure and not a recommendation... Pizza was OK, zatziki more like water with quark and well not again and not recommended

Unfortunately, once again simply disappointed. I'm really not picky but I couldn't bite into the last kebab three times, it was really inedible.

I do not recommend. The worst kebab I have ever eaten. Avoid it

I would say: hygiene well, slow staff, and the Lamacun was cold.

Lieferung war top, sogar etwas früher da als angegeben und die Pizza war geschmacklich top, an manchen Stellen etwas zu kross angebrannt aber sonst wirklich top

2 Stunden für eine Pizza die maximal oke ist. Nicht wieder.

Chilli Käse Sauce muss man probieren. Passt gut zu Pommes aber auch im Döner.

Sie sind alle mega nett und echt lustig. Und vorallem schmeckt das essen mega gut

Der Laden leidet sehr an Qualitätabweichungen manchmal ist der Pizzateig extrem gut und manchmal extrem schlecht.Jede Bestellung ist ne Überraschung..

Heute Abend wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht, über die hauseigene App bestellt und leider 45 Minuten länger gewartet als angekündigt, insgesamt 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten. Zwischendurch mal telefonisch nachgefragt, da wurde mir gesagt, der Fahrer wäre auf dem direkten Weg zu uns. Demnach fährt man von Achenbach nach Gosenbach nun 30 Minuten, wir wurden also angelogen. Der Fahrer hat sein Trinkgeld bekommen, er kann einem echt leid tun, er ist immer so nett und freundlich und kann ja nichts dafür. Die Pizzen waren auch mit viel zu viel Käse belegt, dass war am Anfang auch viel besser. Das Fleisch war okay, die Pommes auch, der Salat war sehr wässrig und geschmacksneutral. Weiß nicht, ob ich mir das nochmal antun will, für den Fahrer würde es mir leid tun...

Einfach toller Service und die beste (Familien)PIZZA in ganz Siegen. Auch bei „größeren“ Bestellungen lief alles reibungslos, angefangen beim Bestellvorgang, weiter mit der Terminabsprache und zum Schluss die Lieferung. Von Anfang bis Ende TOP. Auch Familie und Freunde sind nach meinen Empfehlungen sehr begeistert und bestellen öfter mal dort. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Sehr enttäuschend. Die Salamipizza war unter einer dicken Käseschicht begraben. Die Salami war gar nicht mehr zu sehen und somit auch nicht im geringsten gebacken. Der komplette Boden war weich und labberig. Die Pizza Funghi meiner Frau sah nicht besser aus, triefte vor Fett und schmeckte entsprechend schlecht.

Leckere Pizza, gut belegt, ordentlich Käse. Salat war schmackhaft mit großzügigem Dressing und fein geschnitten. Der gelieferte Dürum war nicht mehr wirklich heiß, aber groß und mit viel Fleisch, Salat und Sauce. Die Lieferdauer war für einen Samstag und Osterwochenende in Ordnung. Freundlicher Service. Waren zu beginn definitiv besser. Heute zum liefern bestellt und sehr lange gewartet, essen natürlich kalt und pappig.
