You order food and no one came waiting for 3 hours. Nobody was there. How can you be like that?

Ordered a pizza yesterday when I saw that the Champions were out of a can, I thought it was terrible, but after 2 slices of pizza I wasn't in the mood anymore because the pizza didn't taste good at all, so I haven't had anything that disgusting for a long time seen. P.s never order from them again

I like the food I often order from them, very, very tasty

We ordered there for the first time today and were immediately disappointed. After the last time we called spontaneously after more than an hour and a half, we were told that it would be the end of the day. Well, today wasn't the end of the day, but that doesn't make things any better. Doner kebab meat cold old and almost no taste at all even though pide ordered Lamachun/turk pizza delivered and despite ordering separately no spicy stuff etc. The casserole that was ordered: mushrooms not fresh sauce very greasy and the fries were served in the same package as a salad Of course, it was just mixed with the fries that were delivered. Then the cola was forgotten. Oh, casserole and pizza as well as the burgers, so we are now three seasoned guys and we have to say: it doesn't work, especially not if the delivery driver can't do math (he only had a tenner in his hand next to blue and brown and didn't recognize it that the only pink ticket is a tenner) who still understands reasonable German. Well, you can definitely imagine our evening... But there's nothing that a bottle of Reissdorf couldn't fix. Make up your own mind because, as we all know, tastes are different, but I've eaten a lot of garbage in my life and there was a lot more that was significantly cheaper and tasted better!!! And no, I don't upload any photos... I don't want to "smear" or harm anyone, I just want to rate so that others know what to expect. Wish you all a nice day and always keep a smile on your face. Anyone who doesn't smile has already lost the battle...

The food is always good, I have to say. But the delivery times are simply outrageous. I waited just over an hour and a half.

Unfortunately not recommended. Pizza should not only be made from baked dough but also have toppings. It's better to pay a little more but it has to taste good. Hardly any meat on the gyro pizza and only a tiny blob of bernaise. It's a shame, but unfortunately reality

In the past, we have ordered irregularly here and had them delivered. Up to now everything has always been fine and there have been no problems. This week (after a long break) ordered the usual pasta dishes again. However, the quality and taste of the dishes had deteriorated to such an extent that after half of the meal the leftovers were thrown away as a precaution. Flyer destroyed. It's been dealt with...

I think for the wide selection there is, everything is really delicious... my family and I have been regulars here for a year and I don't normally write reviews... but when I saw the lies some people here are making, I had to Grab your cell phone and at least give my honest opinion.. just try it out for yourself. A great shop with a great manager who knows how to prepare food

Best pizzeria in all of Zülpich!!!!

Piccolo Mondo is undoubtedly a real gem in Zülpich! During my visit I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The menu was extensive and offered a variety of authentic pizzas, pasta, kebab and gyros dishes. In summary, I can unreservedly recommend Piccolo Mondo. The excellent quality of the food, the welcoming service and the warm atmosphere make this restaurant a highlight in Zülpich. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The food at Piccolo Mondo is always delicious. The price-performance ratio is also right. The delivery is also very fast. Overall very satisfied with the service therefore 5 stars. The pizzeria remains my favorite.

The food was just mixed warm in the microwave, the order was baked and was so thin, how do you want to be full there. Service is pretty unprofessional and the atmosphere is pretty empty and cold.

Best pizzeria here in the Zülpich district. Always tastes very tasty, friendly staff and timely delivery. The prices are also humane. Other pizzerias in Zülpich, for example, charge €8.00 for a simple margarita, which I think is a pure rip-off! At Piccolo Mondo it currently costs €5.50 and tastes much better! :)

I've always ordered pizza and it was good too. The last time I ordered I ordered gyros with fries. The fries were OK, but the gyros were really a joke. At first just a little and then completely dry. The impression appeared that the meat was heated in the microwave. I absolutely cannot recommend this dish.

Unfortunately the food was anything but good. The kebab pocket was raw on the inside and you had to look for the meat. The same applies to the kebab plate. There was hardly any meat on it and unfortunately it didn't fill you up. After a phone call with the boss, I have to say we wouldn't order there again. There was no insight, he just wanted to get rid of me quickly.

The food used to be really great and delicious. It's been absolutely miserable for about a year, the last orders were inedible. I used to always be satisfied and ordered often. After my last order, I won't be buying anything here again in the future. The only positive thing is the friendly and always fast driver who delivers the food.

Kindly meant 2 stars...so far we have actually always been satisfied...but today we were very disappointed. We ordered 2x gyros with an additional salad for 23 euros...unfortunately the food was completely cold (we live 800m as the crow flies) and the tzatziki tasted very artificial...The pizza rolls were so cold that you had the impression that they were came from the fridge, the gyros had no roasted ingredients, the portions were manageable, ... so you can't keep us as customers. An immediate complaint over the phone was not taken seriously despite hypocritical attempts to explain it. ....maybe it's because two competitors have closed. But they open again and then the customers are gone...

Very tasty food, I have never eaten as deliciously in Zülpich as I did at Piccolo Mondo

A pity. Just ordered for the first time and already a bad delivery. We actually wanted 2 tuna pizzas but unfortunately we received 2 ham mushroom pizzas. The delivery was quick and the fries are delicious, but it's a shame that the pizza didn't work out. So I wouldn't recommend it.

Outstanding menu! Everything is always delivered fresh and hot! Super nice suppliers and above all very fast. Pure variety throughout the menu and generous portions to fill you up! The employees are very polite and accommodating. I can only recommend it!!

We are regular customers and have always been satisfied, but the food is getting worse and worse. Pasta not properly cooked...Pizza barely topped and then not everything was delivered. It was delivered after it took a long time and something was still forgotten. We ordered the last time!!!

It's a shame that I even have to award a point. We were regular customers for years, then things continued to get worse. Today we wanted to give it another chance and were told off on the phone that we hadn't ordered in two years. Which, firstly, is not true and secondly, health or money problems could have led to this and I don't have to justify that! In any case, after this statement we hung up and we didn't even get to order 😳😡

I ordered the day before and the salad was definitely no longer good and the pizza tasted like the dough wasn't quite cooked through. Besides, not exactly the friendly ones.

Food came very late again and when it arrived it was cold. Piccolo's statement was that they would have been there before and would have called and rung everywhere! Lie!!!!!!!!! I live right downstairs from where their supposed first driver drove in! Which is not true! It's a disgrace what they're doing! Well, thank God there are other ways to order where the staff are friendly and the food is delivered hot!
