Delicious food but disappointing customer service The food in this pizzeria is really delicious - there's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, I was still very disappointed. On a previous order, my doorbell was broken and even though I received a call, I didn't hear the call because my cell phone was on silent. The driver drove away again. I offered the restaurant to pay for the meal anyway, but my next order was rejected - without understanding or goodwill. It's a shame, with such good food I would have liked to have treated customers better.

I was here for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The tuna pizza was super delicious! - crispy base and well topped. The salad was also fresh and just the right size. The owner was very friendly and you immediately feel welcome. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I'll definitely come by more often 🤩

Not tasty Pizza with dry gyro, lasagna a mixture with a rare sauce, and the whole thing delivered cold

I've always ordered pizza and it was good too. The last time I ordered I ordered gyros with fries. The fries were OK, but the gyros were really a joke. At first just a little and then completely dry. The impression appeared that the meat was heated in the microwave. I absolutely cannot recommend this dish. Update: Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend schnitzel with sauce, as the sauces are very diluted and therefore very watery and tasteless. It was hunter and gorgonzola sauce. The sauces used to be better.

Good place to have a quick dinner, variety of pizzas and hamburgers, if I'm not mistaken also halal food...there are only two tables to eat there

Ordered a pizza yesterday when I saw that the Champions were out of a can, I thought it was terrible, but after 2 slices of pizza I wasn't in the mood anymore because the pizza didn't taste good at all, so I haven't had anything that disgusting for a long time seen. P.s never order from them again

We ordered there for the first time today and were immediately disappointed. After the last time we called spontaneously after more than an hour and a half, we were told that it would be the end of the day. Well, today wasn't the end of the day, but that doesn't make things any better. Doner kebab meat cold old and almost no taste at all even though pide ordered Lamachun/turk pizza delivered and despite ordering separately no spicy stuff etc. The casserole that was ordered: mushrooms not fresh sauce very greasy and the fries were served in the same package as a salad Of course, it was just mixed with the fries that were delivered. Then the cola was forgotten. Oh, casserole and pizza as well as the burgers, so we are now three seasoned guys and we have to say: it doesn't work, especially not if the delivery driver can't do math (he only had a tenner in his hand next to blue and brown and didn't recognize it that the only pink ticket is a tenner) who still understands reasonable German. Well, you can definitely imagine our evening... But there's nothing that a bottle of Reissdorf couldn't fix. Make up your own mind because, as we all know, tastes are different, but I've eaten a lot of garbage in my life and there was a lot more that was significantly cheaper and tasted better!!! And no, I don't upload any photos... I don't want to "smear" or harm anyone, I just want to rate so that others know what to expect. Wish you all a nice day and always keep a smile on your face. Anyone who doesn't smile has already lost the battle...

The food is always good, I have to say. But the delivery times are simply outrageous. I waited just over an hour and a half.

Unfortunately not recommended. Pizza should not only be made from baked dough but also have toppings. It's better to pay a little more but it has to taste good. Hardly any meat on the gyro pizza and only a tiny blob of bernaise. It's a shame, but unfortunately reality

In the past, we have ordered irregularly here and had them delivered. Up to now everything has always been fine and there have been no problems. This week (after a long break) ordered the usual pasta dishes again. However, the quality and taste of the dishes had deteriorated to such an extent that after half of the meal the leftovers were thrown away as a precaution. Flyer destroyed. It's been dealt with...

Piccolo Mondo ist zweifellos ein echtes Juwel in Zülpich! Bei meinem Besuch wurde ich von dem freundlichen Personal herzlich empfangen. Die Speisekarte war reichhaltig und bot eine Vielzahl von authentischen Pizzen, Nudeln, Döner und Gyros Gerichten. Zusammenfassend kann ich Piccolo Mondo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die exzellente Qualität der Speisen, der einladende Service und die warme Atmosphäre machen dieses Restaurant zu einem Highlight in Zülpich. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Das Essen bei Piccolo Mondo schmeckt immer köstlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch. Die Lieferung ist zudem auch sehr schnell. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Service deswegen 5 Sterne. Die Pizzeria bleibt mein Favorit.

Ich finde für die breite Auswahl die es hier gibt ist alles wirklich sehr lecker .. meine Familie und ich sind hier Stammgäste seit einem Jahr und normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen.. als ich jedoch gesehen habe was manche Menschen hier für lügen aufstellen musste ich zum Handy greifen und wenigstens meine ehrliche Meinung preisgeben.. probiert es einfach selber aus. Ein Super Laden mit einem tollen Geschäftsführer der weiß wie man Essen zubereitet

Wirklich alles Top , die Pizzen hier sind extrem lecker, ich hab in den letzten 2 Monaten von Pizza Margherita über Pizza Hawai bis Pizza Thunfisch alles probiert und kann mich nicht beschweren! Gerne wieder

Beste Pizzeria hier im Kreis Zülpich. Schmeckt immer sehr lecker, nettes Personal und pünktliche Lieferung. Die Preise sind auch noch human. Andere Pizzerien in Zülpich verlangen z.B. für eine einfache Margarita bereits 8,00€, was ich für pure Abzocke halte! Bei Piccolo Mondo kostet sie aktuell 5,50€ und schmeckt viel besser! :)

Gute Pizza, mit dünnem und knusprigem Boden, sehr lecker. Vielleicht etwas zu "großzügig mit dem Knoblauch, ansonsten empfehlenswert!

Das Essen kann man bestellen und sich für nach Hause, bringen Lassen. Es ist sehr heiß und richtig Lecker von Pizza, Pasta, Salate,Nudelngericht, Fleisch Gerichte Hähnchen, Rind, Fisch. Liefern auch für Firmen in großen Mengen und ist sogar Günstiger? Macht einfach selbst die Erfahrung mit dem tollen Essen. Mit freundlichen grüßen Kirsten Rixen

Freundlich gemeinte 2 Sterne...bisher waren wir eigentlich immer zufrieden...jedoch waren wir heute sehr enttäuscht. Bestellt waren 2x Gyros mit einem zusätzlichen Salat für 23 Euro....leider war das Essen komplett kalt (wir wohnen 800m Luftlinie entfernt) und das Tsatsiki hat sehr künstlich geschmeckt....Die Pizzabrötchen waren so kalt das man den Eindruck hatten sie kamen aus dem Kühlschrank, das Gyros hatte keine Röststoffe, die Portionierung überschaubar, ...so könnt ihr uns als Kunden nicht halten. Eine sofortige telefonische Reklamation wurde unter scheinheiligen Erklärungsversuchen nicht ernst genommen. ....vielleicht liegt es daran, daß zwei Mitbewerber geschlossen haben. Aber die öffnen auch wieder und dann sind die Kunden weg....

Überragendes Menü! Alles immer frisch und heiss geliefert! Super nette Lieferanten und vor allem sehr schnell. Abwechslung pur im ganzen Menü und üppige Portionen zum satt werden! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!

Ich muss ehrlich sagen , diese Pizza ist anders als jegliche Pizzen. Alleine dieser leckere Teig und die frischen Zutaten. Haben dort bestellt, die Lieferung war echt schnell. Es wird auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellt. 5 Sterne zurecht 👍🏽
