Impossible customer service for items not delivered. As a professional restaurant business, you should have a certain level of interpersonal skills that go beyond pure capitalist instincts. Especially considering the very high prices. It could certainly have been resolved in a friendly manner, but if I was treated like that I'd look for another store. Really outrageous.

We passed the restaurant relatively late on the Blue Evening Nippes and found a free table outside. We actually just wanted to drink something, but one of the group ordered a small snack. The waiter brought small plates and cutlery without being asked so that we could share this snack (which was delicious, by the way). Thank you!

Great load. Great food. Great staff. I invited friends over for my birthday. We received a great welcome. Great service. Starters were top. Main courses top. We didn't have to wait too long for anything. Great feeling.

We ordered 3 main dishes and 2 side dishes. Food was really nice and tasty however their drinks spritz’s was a bummer, should have ordered water instead. FYI : It’s on a high end for price point and one can for sure find the same taste for cheaper price.

Ten minutes of waiting and not being served, despite the restaurant being empty with just three tables occupied. When my wife went to get the menu, the waiter insisted on bringing it himself - only to ignore us for another ten minutes. Despite the central seating position, the waiter preferred to have a long chat and stretch with his colleagues. Incomprehensible and disappointing!

Yo, my old rating was only 3/5 stars. But today I was served very correctly and had the best Italian pizza you could possibly have. Huge compliment to the chef! 5/5 stars for the quality alone! With everything around it, even more/5 stars.

We ordered a pizza and the order was made wrong twice. After the first time, the pizza wasn't remade but just put back in the oven and topped with toppings. That's why the ground was burned and the tuna was dry. Everything was just thrown on there. There was no compensation for the incorrect order

We had ordered a family pizza half Búfala half Tonno to take away, but the pizza came half Tonno and half Margherita. We called and a driver would be sent to pick up the pizza. We thought we'd get a new one, but we got the same pizza, cold and still wrong, way too much rocket, the tomatoes cut way too big and no salami, they added the mozzarella extra??? We paid an extra €5 to get the pizza wrong TWICE.

I ordered a pizza and it came very late, cold and it was not the one I had ordered, I called to complain, so they came to pick it up to bring us another one, they brought us the same pizza and again they made it wrong!

I've known the first Piccola on Venloerstr for 20 years, the food was/is always very good. Everything was good, toilets were great, service was good.

We had a very good experience there with NeoTaste. Neither my companion nor I had the feeling, after we mentioned NeoTaste while ordering, that the service had deteriorated in any way or that the mood had changed. I also can't understand why so many people have a problem understanding the "rules of the game". The app clearly states that you have to show the deal when ordering. In my opinion that should be understandable enough. The food arrived hot, the oils were just perfect and the homemade lemonade was to die for. The waiter gave us an absolutely wonderful time and we enjoyed every moment in the wonderful restaurant. All in all a 10 out of 10

Nice atmosphere with great attentive staff! Everyone was very accommodating, cozy and great! Food nice and hot, pizza nice and crispy and no skimping on the side dishes. Special requests were taken into account and fulfilled in all respects! Need to be repeated!!

Like everyone else, there are always problems with the Neo-Taste voucher, after trying to use it, there was a change in mood.

I have to honestly say I'm a bit disappointed that the food was okay but really not that special, it was already cold when it came to the table. We also ordered a spaghetti ice cream which was really the same as that from Aldi, it wasn't freshly made but just came out of the freezer and cost €6. In the end we wanted to pay with NeoTaste and had already booked the deal beforehand and the waiter simply said, next time you have to show it before you order. Then we should read the NeoTaste rules again and it doesn't say anywhere exactly when you have to show the booking, it just says that you should generally show the booking. The waiters were extremely rude and rude. I find it really very sad. Don't come back again.

Small, cozy local, I love the view of the busy Neusser Straße. We decided on pasta. A poem. Hakuna Patata, vegan and very tasty, with “sun-dried” tomatoes marinated in oil. Intense olives and homemade potato ravioli. Add a passion fruit spritz and the meal was perfect. Unfortunately my dish was only lukewarm and not hot. The rolls that came from the kitchen were also cold, which was a bit of a shame, but that doesn't change the fact that they were tasty. My companion had gratinated noodles, served in a pan. The prices have been raised massively and no longer match the product on offer. The antipasti plate has a slice of packaged cheap salami on it, the Gorgonzola sauce is almost Gorgonzola-free and the whole thing costs €14.90 for lunch - the drink that used to be included has now been removed without replacement. Price and performance differ widely here.

I was here for the first time. The service was very good and warm. The food was brought very quickly. The pizza was delicious so far. However, a bit expensive for the size. The own lemonade was also delicious but also a bit expensive. Card payment worked without any problems. There were no parking spaces.

In tegenstelling tot wat anderen beweren hebben wij hier een heerlijke en lekkere avond gehad. Mijn pizza Quattro Stagioni was echt heerlijk. Met verse ingrediënten. Goede smaak verhouding met de 4 hoofd ingrediënten. En als nagerecht tartufo limoncello genomen. Ook dat smaakte heerlijk. De bediening was prima in orde. Onze complimenten.

Sehr nettes, kleines, übersichtliches Restaurant mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Menschen als Bedienung. Mehrere kleine, aber auch einige Sechser Tische mit Blick auf die Neusser Str.. Ambiente gefiel uns auch sehr gut, jedoch nicht Spitze.

Pasta ohne Champions bestellt wurde ignoriert, Pizza Überteuert!!! Und für den Preis sehr klein und noch nicht mal geschnitten.Bei einer Rechnung von über 120€ noch nicht mal ein Getränk dazu. Das letzte Mal bestellt!!!

Eigentlich lieben wir Piccola! Heute war es leider eine Katastrophe 😥 Wir haben bei Lieferando bestellt. Es hat ewig gedauert. Dann war die Pizza kalt. Das Vitello Tonato zusammengezogen und die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen von aussen schwarz, und von innen leider komplett roh - der Teig klebte einfach überall. Sehr, sehr schade!

Gemütliches Restaurant, sehr freundliche Bedienung, fabelhaftes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Habe eine Lassage gegessen war nicht sehr italienisch sondern durch zu vielen Käse ungenießbar!

Meine Begleitung und ich hatten anfangs als wir bestellt haben erwähnt, dass wir über Neotaste essen wollen. Die Kellnerin meinte, dass wir das am Ende bei der Bezahlung abrechnen. Als wir das Essen gegessen waren und zahlen wollten, haben wir von dem Kollegen die Nachricht mitbekommen, dass unser Salat, welches gleich gekostet hat, wie unsere Pasta Gericht, nicht gilt, da es nach seiner Aussage kein Hauptgericht sei, was totaler Schwachsinn ist. Wir haben es nicht verstanden und fühlten uns abgezockt. DIE Bedienunh war auch total "dverdutzt" hat sich auch nicht für den Fehler entschuldigt und spielte die Ahnungslose. Wir waren leider so enttäuscht von dem Ton und von den billigen Ausreden, seitens des Restaurants. Nie mehr gehen wir dahin.

Wir waren um 21:40 Uhr da, im Internet steht, dass die um 23 Uhr schließen. Wir saßen schon 10 min und haben auf den Service gewartet, der uns dann sagte, dass die jetzt schließen und nur zum mitnehmen geht, da wenig Kundschaft da ist.Hä? Verstehe ich nicht. Es waren noch 4-5 Tische voll. Wieso dürfen wir dann nicht auch noch sitzen? Finde ich unverschämt. Für nichts gekommen. Nach einer Stunde sind wir nochmal vorbeigegangen und haben gesehen, dass die noch aufhaben. Da frag ich mich, wenn zum mitnehmen geht, wieso nicht auch noch da sitzen, wenn nach 1h da immer noch alles offen ist…

Sehr nette kleine Pizzeria, die Pizza ist wirklich hervorragend und man bekommt zusätzlich noch 3 Schälchen einmal mit Knoblauch in Öl, sowie Chili in Öl und Parmesan. Die Pasta sah auch hervorragend aus.

Hübsches kleines Lokal. Plätze drinnen und draußen. Essen absolut zu empfehlen. Frische Zutaten, Top Pizzateig, nettes Personal. Ein kleines Stück Bella Italia in Köln - klare 5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder! Grüße aus Frankfurt.

Die bestellte Veggi Gemüse Lasagne wurde mit Hackfleisch zubereitet. Auf Nachfrage wurde beteuert, dass dies nicht stimme, da sei nur Gemüse drin. Ich habe es einpacken lassen und einen Nicht- Vegetarier probieren lassen, er bestätigte, dass Schweinehack in der Lasagne sei. Fehler können passieren, dass eine falsche Soße verwendet wurde, aber auch nach Nachfrage, ob die Lasagne wirklich vegetarisch sei, sich nicht weiter für die Kundenbelange zu interessieren, ist wirklich kein Service. In der dann umgepackten Lasagne könnte man die Hackfleischstücke sogar sehen! Auf Grund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

Schlechte Bedienung, Bestellung wurde nicht aufgegeben über eine Stunde gewartet, 3 mal nach Getränken gefragt und doch die falschen bekommen, mit Coupon gelockt, Geld wurde aber nicht abgezogen...brechend lautes Ambiente, genervte Gäste weil sie ewig aufs Essen warten müssen...

Wollten Pizza bestellen und Liefern lassen. Wurden "kurz" in die Warteschleife gesetzt... nach fast 10 Minuten haben wir aufgelegt und woanders bestellt. Schade

Heute Abend mal wieder bei Pizza Piccola gegessen. Die Bedienung war unprofessionell und mäßig freundlich, es gab nicht mehr, so wie früher, verschiedene Öle und Panini als Beigabe und der Aperol Spritz, den wir gerne bestellt hätten, kostet sagenhafte neun Euro. Die Pizza war aber immerhin so gut wie immer.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und man fühlte sich zu Gast wie bei Freunden. Habe Spaghetti Frutti die Mare gegessen und meine Frau hauseigene Nudeln mit einer selbst gemachten Soße. 👍 Kommen immer wieder gerne dort hin…

Sehr beeindruckendes und romantisches lokal. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Was das Essen angeht.. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker mit frischen Zutaten und einem super leckeren Pizzaboden. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Ich war mit meiner Frau abends mal etwas zum trinken dort. Deshalb kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten. Ich gehe aber davon aus das auch das bestimmt alles lecker ist. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und die Bedienung ist sehr nett.

Since I took takeout from here, this is just about the food and not the restaurant itself. I ordered the pizza Margherita. Firstly, it was immensely overpriced. Disregarding the price, secondly, the sauce was somehow too bland and tasted almost like absolutely nothing. Thirdly, the mozzarella was extremely vapid as well, the taste was inconsistent, bland. I cannot say what was not right with this, the cooking, the ingredients. I just can suggest the restaurant to DO BETTER.

Wir haben 2 Pizzen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass diese in 25 bis 30 Minuten fertig werden. Nach 20 Minuten war ich bereits vor Ort. Ich habe die Pizzen abgeholt, und als ich 2 Minuten später Zuhause war, wurde ich plötzlich sehr enttäuscht. Die Pizzen waren klein, kalt, trocken und teilweise verbrannt. Sowohl der Teig als auch die Zutaten waren so trocken als ob die Pizzen mehrmals im Ofen gewesen wären. Unsere Einschätzung ist, dass wir Pizzen bekommen haben, die am Tag davor von jemandem anders bestellt und nicht abgeholt wurden, und zusätzlich ein zweites Mal kurz in dem Ofen geschoben wurden, inkl. Toping und Rucola... einfach ekelhaft. Dass man dafür 14€ bis 15€ verlangt hat, finden wir eine absolute Unverschämtheit

Sehr gemütlicher Laden mit einer ganz schönen Atmosphäre. Christian ist sehr nett und bald soll es sogar sonntags Brunch geben. Wir kommen gerne hierher. Es schmeckt super.

Mittagsmenü ist massiv verteuert worden und die Anti Pasti Platte massiv verkleinert worden. Nicht mehr attraktiv. Schade, aber wir kommen nicht mehr zum Mittagstisch

Was ich bestellt habe, hatte nichts mit der typische italienische Küche am Hut, sorry. Vielleicht ist aber auch nur bei mir der Fall. Drinks kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich hatte nur Wasser. Sonst die Ambiente ist spitzenmässig, die Lage und der Service auch.

Super leckeres Essen. Aber: Im Winter bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur absolut unbeheizt. Selbst mit Jacken und Schals kühlst du nach einer Stunde sitzen einfach nur aus und kannst das Essen kaum genießen. Schade!

Die Speisen waren lecker. Leider war der Service sehr unaufmerksam und haben zusätzlich ihre Langeweile mit sehr lauten Video calls und Privatgesprächen gelindert. Außerdem wurde sehr laut gefegt und mit stark riechenden Putzmittel geputzt als wir unsere Pizza noch nicht aufgegessen hatten (21:00 Uhr). Für diesen wirklich schlechten Service ist dieses Restaurant zu teuer. Wir hatten uns auf einen gemütlichen Abend bei einem guten Italiener gefreut. Leider können wir diesen Laden für diese Zwecke nicht empfehlen- schade.

Brauhaus Atmosphäre beim Italiener...

Sehr schlechte Bedienung. Das Restaurant war leer und wir haben trotzdem 20 Minuten gewartet bis wir überhaupt begrüßt wurden. Das Personal ( 4 Personen an dem Zeitpunkt) hat ganz locker miteinander gequatscht, gelacht und gegessen. Wir haben als Kunden absolut keine Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Irgendwann kam die Kellnerin für unsere Bestellung. Kein Augenkontakt, keine soziale Fähigkeiten. Wir haben uns richtig unwohl gefühlt. Das Essen war ok. Nichts großartiges. Der Wein hat alt geschmeckt. Wahrscheinlich war die Flasche nicht richtig geschlossen. Na ja. Ich finde die Leute die da arbeiten haben absolut keine Lust den Job zu machen. Sie sollen vielleicht eine neue berufliche Orientierung für sich finden, damit sie ein Stück glücklicher werden und die Kunden eine respektvolle und wertschätzende Bedienung bekommen.

Pizza war lecker. Bedienung nett aber unaufmerksam. Haben den hausgemachten cheesecake bestellt leider schmeckte der ziemlich nach rohem Tiefkühl was sich auch am Ende heraus stellte. Bitte von der Karte entfernen um solche Missverständnisse zu vermeiden

Sehr sehr lecker war heute für das 2 mal da und es hat wieder mal sehr gut geschmeckt. Und alle sind freundlich auch den Koch. Dankeschön für das leckere Essen.

Zuallererst: Essen ungenießbar, Salat mit Tomaten so grob geschnitten, dass es nur ungern isst. Null Salz Das Personal spricht schlecht Deutsch Karte halb auf Deutsch und halb in einer anderen Sprache geschrieben Sory, aber ich bin nicht verpflichtet, Italienisch zu verstehen, wenn ich in ein Restaurant in Deutschland gehe. Ich empfehle nicht, obwohl es versprach, cool zu sein.

Meiner Meinung nach sehr leckere Pizza. Auch ganz nett zum drinnen sitzen.

Das einzige was ok war, war die Bedienung. Pizza Brötchen kalt. Bier schlecht gezapft und zu warm. Lasagne war wie Suppe und Carbonara war nicht wie in der Karte. Dauer der Zubereitung keine 5min. So war es dann auch. Nie wieder dazu schreiende Kinder. Ein Stern für die Bedienung.

Nettes, fast schon familiär zu nennendes Lokal. Essen, in diesem Fall Pizzen ok, aber der Teig war eigentlich nicht diese typische knusprjge "Brotteig" (wie aus dem Holzofen). Meine Pizza wiederum ist allerdings im Käse fast schon "ersoffen" und war entsprechend schwer verdaulich, gerade am Abend. Die Bedienung nett, die Küchenmannschaft (offene Küche) sehr lautstark (Streit?). Die Antipasti Theke könnte gepflegter sein, gerade die Wannen. Aber trotzdem, wer's weniger förmlich und aufdringlich stylisch mag die richtige Adresse.
