Brilliant! Finally have food delivered or picked up yourself that is really fresh and healthy!! Love it!! The selection is huge and you can rely on everything being freshly prepared on site! Sometimes all the ingredients are not available in the evening (e.g. salmon), but that's because we buy fresh every day and don't just defrost frozen food. Highly recommended for everyone who pays attention to a healthy diet and simply super delicious!

I made and paid for an order via Ubereats and I didn't receive it

Ordered online, 1 hour later the food still wasn't there and you couldn't reach anyone from the two numbers given, either it was busy non-stop or no one answered. I canceled the order after 1.5 hours and will never order there again!

We waited 2 hours after eating. The food was tasty but came cold. The service on the phone was unfriendly.

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with our order. The fries were cold and soggy, and the wrap was also cold, falling apart and consisting almost entirely of lettuce. In addition, delivery took an hour longer than stated. Overall a disappointing experience.

Delivery arrived way too late and was cold. The fries were limp. The avocado was forgotten on my wrap and instead of putting the sauce on the wrap it was provided separately.

Ordered online, picked up on site: Nobody knew about the 20% self-collection discount (despite a reference to the website - see photo). You would have had to ask the boss, but she wasn't there - therefore no discount, which would have amounted to €5.60 for two dishes. By the way, the salmon tasted exactly as it looked (unappetizing, extremely dry and not really fresh) and the rest of the dish was just salad and rice with sauce, so unspectacular. Summary: Total failure and not again.

Well, what should I expect here. This is not about any ability to prepare food in a skillful and creative way, but simply a business that chops up ingredients and puts them into a container. To make it sound cool, it's called Bowl. Charging such prices for this rather poor “service” borders on outrageous. Of course, it is convenience that drives people to such a store, even with a manageable IQ, anyone can put together such dishes themselves. Laziness got the better of me too, so I went there. I was particularly lured with the offer that I would get a 20% discount if I picked it up myself (clearly visible on the website). I already suspected that something was wrong with it, I know the tricks. No sooner said than done... when I wanted to pay, I was told the unreduced price. Of course, the employee behind the counter didn't know anything and didn't know what was on offer. Now I was slowly getting into top form. In response to my comments about this deception, he tells me that I should come back when the boss is present. That's exactly how I imagine it. Next time I will ask in advance whether the boss is present and have her personally confirm that I will receive the discount. What does this event entail? 1. I'm never coming back. 2. I am writing this negative review. 3. I delete the app on my smartphone. 4. I inform everyone I know that they visit this store should never enter or deliver anything from there let. Congratulations.

I would like to share my experience with the restaurant, which unfortunately was not positive. I ordered a desired bowl from Lieferando for €30. Food was supposed to be there at 11:40 but nothing came. I called for the first time at 11:50 to find out when my food would arrive. The gentleman on the phone said that they don't have any drivers at the moment. After waiting 50 minutes, I contacted Lieferando to cancel the order. This would only be possible if the restaurant agreed to it. Lieferando called back after 5 minutes and said that the restaurant did not want to cancel the order because it was supposedly already on its way. I then contacted the restaurant myself and asked for a cancellation because I couldn't understand why you had to pay €30 and be overstayed for over 50 minutes (and who knows how much more it would have been). I had finished work and didn't want to spend my time at work waiting in vain for the food to arrive. The order was then canceled thanks to an unfriendly employee who called me “not normal” because I was upset about the €30 I had paid.

Delicious and above all healthy food, a great alternative to unhealthy fast food! Friendly staff and courteous suppliers. Generally a really good shop if you want to have a good time on a Friday evening without feeling guilty :)

ATTENTION RIP-OFF, food via Lieferando never arrived! On the phone they said for 2 hours it would be there any moment.

The delivery of a bowl and a wrap with sweet potato fries took a whopping 2 hours (with a journey of 10 minutes). Fries limp and cold, bowl very bland and the wrap edible, nothing more. Never again and not recommended.

We go and pick up food ourselves every now and then because it is fresher and tastes better. Clear recommendation!

DISASTER, at first half of it was forgotten and the wrong thing was delivered. When we called we had to deal with an extremely unfriendly employee who then said we should just eat the wrong thing. Afterwards the boss called and at least apologized, we had to repeat the missing items from our order 5 times and then in the end we didn't get half of it again. When we called again they didn't answer so we paid for more than we got, oh and the fries were 0/10, old, soggy & burnt, you have to deal with that first Run people run

Sweet potato fries were out, normal fries were given instead, sauces that were charged extra were forgotten, avocados that were charged extra were forgotten. Food was so-so. Absolutely not filling portions. For some time now the bowls have been getting smaller and the prices are getting more expensive. Not worth it anymore.

We ordered from this store for the last time. The price-performance ratio for the desired bowls can be summarized as an outrage. When the order arrived, the bottom of the packaging was already visible because the bowl was only half full. After calling the store, they said that another ingredient could have been chosen for free and that the ingredients were in the normal quantity. So if I only choose spinach, my bowl consists of the usual 4 spinach leaves and is not filled up. Caesar salad could also be made in 2 minutes for €10. The aim here is to get maximum margin.

The bowl was very tasty, I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. It should be clear to everyone that you don't order fries from a delivery service. They always arrive soggy! All the ingredients were fresh and the price was also completely okay. If I order a burger with side dishes, the price is the same, but I don't have any healthy and fresh ingredients in the quantity. Maybe just pick up the food yourself next time, the exercise certainly won't do any harm.

Delivery an hour later than stated. The food was still lukewarm. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries had a rubbery consistency (not cooked through and far from crispy). The salad was okay. All orders appear to have been passed on to one employee, who, in addition to being subjected to an unreasonable burden, is also allowed to listen to the displeasure of those being delivered. This is not how you should treat your customers or your employees.

The protein bowl tasted absolutely okay. The wrap we ordered was very small and the sweet potato fries were a total disgrace: per portion there was just a handful of completely limp fries...and all that for 6 euros per person.

I'm horrified. I ordered almost weekly for a while. Unfortunately the quality has become extremely poor. Bowl half full, vegetables flabby and musty, inedible uncooked (?) lentils. Unfortunately no longer recommended, what a shame!!!

Ich liebe das Essen von finefine! Es ist immer frisch und super lecker. Ich bestelle oft, auch für Familienfeste und Events. Es war bisher alles immer toll und hat allen geschmeckt. Die Bestellung und Lieferung sind völlig unkompliziert und das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich kann das finefine uneingeschränkt weiterenpfehlen.

Super leckere frische bowls und Salate! Ich hab hier schon so oft bestellt und es schmeckt hier wirklich super lecker! Ich liebe die Asia Bowl und Fine Fine Bowl aber auch den Apfelkuchen.

bei der zusammengestellten bowl sind die portionen winzig, die bowl war nicht mal halb voll und ich habe 13 euro bezahlt :( sieht nicht aus wie auf den fotos oder die portionen sind kleiner geworden

Ich liebe die Bowls und Salate von finefine. Glücklicherweise befindet sich die Filiale in meiner unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft und ich bestelle regelmäßig hier. Auch gerne zum abholen. Die Asia Bowl und Curry Delight sind meine Favoriten.

Ich habe bisher 2x Essen für die ganze Familie bestellt. Super freundlich und super lecker! Bei Lieferando und im eigenen Shop habe ich jedoch kein Angebot für die Lieferung in Mehrwegbehältern gefunden. Das ist echt uncool!

Das Essen kam zügig, war warm und super lecker. Der White-Smoke-Dip hat bestens zu den Süßkartoffel Pommes gepasst. Die Tokio Mash Box hat gut satt gemacht und war genauso lecker. Das war bestimmt nicht unsere letzte Bestellung!

Im Vergleich zu anderen Standorten ziemlich enttäuschend. Die Süßkartoffelpommes kamen lauwarm an und waren viel zu dunkel (verbrannt). Außerdem würde das falsche Getränk geliefert.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Köln. Qualität ist top. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Pommes aus Süsskartoffeln und Gnocchi kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Weiter so!

Über Lieferando bestellt und Vorort zum Abholung. Alles hat gepasst, essen schmeckte und pünktlich ohne Wartezeit abgeholt. Also auf das Team kann man sich verlassen.

Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert. Frisch zubereitet und sehr gesund. Endlich muss ich nicht mehr zuhause kochen, wenn ich Hunger auf was gesundes habe. Ich bestelle nochmal😊
