The disabled toilet and the changing room are always locked.

That was the worst kfc I’ve ever been, the hygiene is very awful and the staff is not very friendly with the customers. The softs were warm and tasteless… the pepsi was not even sparkling. People rather go eat sat un the parking than in the restaurant! Just don’t go there. But at least the chicken was good.

The order via the app was not accepted and took extra time. Interaction between superiors and employees is also a no-go! There was an aggressive, commanding tone, even in front of customers. Went to a KFC for the first and last time today. My wife and I had a menu with a chili burger, two of these chicken strips, small fries and a drink. The strips were ok but nothing that lived up to the hype about KFC. The fries were, in the most extreme sense, fart dry, hard, cold and salty. But the real hit was this chicken burger. Where the patty only had sauce and a small nugget on it (60% patty, 20% sauce and 20% meat) and that's what they call a burger. As already mentioned, what we were served for the price was crummy. The staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed with the orders that came in, which was evident from the pace of work. Zum.abiente, it's just a typical fast food restaurant. I don't want to judge like other KFCs, but the one in Cologne Marsdorf has made us avoid this fast food restaurant from now on.

The place, if you can even call it that, is just a mess. At a fast food shop, the bar isn't really set high. It's not a problem that the tables and benches are past their best, but not being able to even sit down without having to clean the tables and seats as a customer is really a different league. The staff didn't seem to be overworked when the four of us were able to process our order at a snail's pace. The fries were soft and almost cold. The burger was probably delicious. For my part, I will give this KFC a wide berth.

I haven't been to KFC in over 10 years. And today I felt like it again and immediately regretted it. This branch is simply underground. It opens at 11am and I was there at 11:15am. I can only agree with the other reviews. It was really dirty and disgustingly dirty. You can see on the floor, in the furniture (which is often broken, especially on the upper floor), that it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. Is there dirt from several weeks/months/years stuck to every corner, floor, window, stairs, etc.? I was totally disgusted and then just took the food into the car. The staff also work absolutely listlessly and you can see on their faces that they don't feel like it. You won't find a friendly face or even a smile there. So in the next 10 years I definitely won't need KFC anymore and if I do, I definitely won't need it there anymore.

I will probably drive past FRECHEN in the future....

I ordered a veggi menu because I can't eat meat for health reasons. Instead I got regular chicken tenders. Thank God I recognized it when I spoke to the management, he was nice but he also admitted that they had mixed it up and that shouldn't happen. The pack that I returned went on sale again even though I had the tenders in my hand I don't think it works at all and I'll never eat there again

So unfortunately it is very dirty and the food is becoming less and less. But the highlight was the Cripy Chilli Cheese. There was a piece of whatever on it that was no thicker than my finger. Otherwise just sauce and nothing else.

The stars are too much for the shop in Cologne Marsdorf. Went there to eat today, the employees were stoned and lazy, dirty everywhere. Toilet sink was clogged and dirty. And when you wanted to disinfect your hands based on this experience, the box that was set up didn't work... Now you might have thought that was just a snapshot, but nothing happened during our stay of ~45 minutes - not a rag was swung The trays that had been put down were not picked up, and nothing was picked up... As much as I generally enjoy eating at KFC, we won't be going here again.
