Kentucky Fried Chicken in Köln

Staff is very friendly, food was good. I find the price-performance ratio rather unfavorable compared to other fast food chains. Unfortunately, two things were done wrong/forgotten when ordering, but these were corrected without any problem after we asked. The condition of the branch needs improvement in terms of hygiene and the condition of the facility.

Old chicken and old fries, really disappointing. Neither crunchy nor fresh. For a restaurant that specializes in serving chicken, this is a disgrace. won't buy there again.

Never had such mediocre food. It wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. The service was very quick and the staff were helpful and courteous. You have to know.

Chicken wings ordered as a set of 6, received 4. Even if you eat on site, you will receive an empty cup for your drink, even though there are drink dispensers in the kitchen and at least two staff members are just standing around all the time anyway. -ambience- Last but not least, the restaurant can't score points. As already noted in other reviews, there is no clean place to sit here. If you could give 0 stars I would do so.

The marinade on the chicken pieces was rather soft/mushy instead of cross, the burger was ok. Employees smoke near the drive-in counter and pass their butts around.

Unfortunately I have to say that it is the dirtiest chain burger joint I have ever experienced, my partner was of the same opinion. The employees kicked trash into the corners. The walls!!! ... were completely dirty, as were the floors and tables. Most of the drinks were sold out...huh, how can this happen? Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

I ordered via the app to pick it up at the drive-thru. I had to wait behind the drive-thru for 30(!) minutes for my order.

Even though we were there shortly before closing time, the food was still fresh and prepared without a long wait.

It was my first and last time at KFC and I only came here because a friend wanted it. I mean, you know it's junk food, but this is at the lowest point. On top of the low quality, the portions were laughable (unless you're paying), the "large fries" were the smallest I've ever seen. I was visiting so I cannot compare to other similar venues, but I hope they are not as bad as this.

That was the worst kfc I’ve ever been, the hygiene is very awful and the staff is not very friendly with the customers. The softs were warm and tasteless… the pepsi was not even sparkling. The toilet downstairs is locked, it looks like it is occupied, there is no need to wait, there is no sign. Upstairs the toilets are dirty, there is no paper and no soap. The order via the app was not accepted and took extra time. Interaction between superiors and employees is also a no-go! There was an aggressive, commanding tone, even in front of customers. Went to a KFC for the first and last time today. My wife and I had a menu with a chili burger, two of these chicken strips, small fries and a drink. The strips were ok but nothing that lived up to the hype about KFC. The fries were, in the most extreme sense, fart dry, hard, cold and salty. But the real hit was this chicken burger. Where the patty only had sauce and a small nugget on it (60% patty, 20% sauce and 20% meat) and that's what they call a burger. As already mentioned, what we were served for the price was crummy. The staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed with the orders that came in, which was evident from the pace of work. Zum.abiente, it's just a typical fast food restaurant. I don't want to judge like other KFCs, but the one in Cologne Marsdorf has made us avoid this fast food restaurant from now on.

The place, if you can even call it that, is just a mess. At a fast food shop, the bar isn't really set high. It's not a problem that the tables and benches are past their best, but not being able to even sit down without having to clean the tables and seats as a customer is really a different league. The staff didn't seem to be overworked when the four of us were able to process our order at a snail's pace. The fries were soft and almost cold. The burger was probably delicious. For my part, I will give this KFC a wide berth.

I haven't been to KFC in over 10 years. And today I felt like it again and immediately regretted it. This branch is simply underground. It opens at 11am and I was there at 11:15am. I can only agree with the other reviews. It was really dirty and disgustingly dirty. You can see on the floor, in the furniture (which is often broken, especially on the upper floor), that it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. Is there dirt from several weeks/months/years stuck to every corner, floor, window, stairs, etc.? I was totally disgusted and then just took the food into the car. The staff also work absolutely listlessly and you can see on their faces that they don't feel like it. You won't find a friendly face or even a smile there. So in the next 10 years I definitely won't need KFC anymore and if I do, I definitely won't need it there anymore.

We stopped at the KFC in FRECHEN on the return trip from the BALTIC SEA to the EIFEL (family, 2 adults, 2 children) and were very surprised or annoyed about one thing or another. Dirty tables, uncleared trays from ignorant guests, floppy fries, worn out furniture (holes in seat cushions), etc... You can see that there is another way at the KFC in EUSKIRCHEN. Maybe the higher-level management should invest a little money and think about restructuring/modernization. Unfortunately, setting up a few order terminals alone is not enough 😕. I will probably drive past FRECHEN in the future....
