The restaurant is highly recommended! The ambience is fantastic, the food is delicious and there is gluten-free pizza. Fresh products and gluten-free dough.

Were there for the first time today. An inconspicuous restaurant from the outside, a rustic atmosphere inside with Italian pop music played at a certain volume. But service was extremely courteous without being intrusive! The food - a dream! Gluten free pizza that is absolutely delicious. The base is nice and thin, the topping is lush and made from fresh ingredients! There was also tortelloni filled with porcini mushrooms in tomato cream sauce and truffle oil. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first, but the pasta seemed to be homemade and the taste of truffles was present without being too prominent. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately the food is no longer as good as it used to be.

We were there yesterday around afternoon. We received a very warm welcome and were served very quickly. Something I really appreciate in everyday business life. The food didn't take long to arrive. We had a gluten-free pizza and a “normal” pizza. Both pizzas not only looked great, but also tasted good. Price & performance super fair. We'll see each other again soon

Pretty good food. I had both pizza and pasta here. I can say I liked the pasta more. The menu had lots of variaties of pizza and pasta and other Italian dishes as well, so you will definitely find something to suit you taste. In terms of design it is not the fanciest restaurant, but it is very suitable for going out in both smaller or bigger groups. The prices are very good.

That's exactly the feeling you get in this wonderful Italian restaurant. From the first second you are welcomed with warmth - not just as a customer, but as a friend. The owners are incredibly friendly, take time with each guest, come to the table, chat with you and make you feel at home. And then the food! The pasta? A dream! Fresh, homemade and with sauces that taste of passion and real Italian cuisine. Every bite is a little trip to Italy. The pizza? Crispy, wafer-thin, perfectly topped – simply heavenly! Whether it's a classic Margherita or unusual specialties, every pizza here is a masterpiece. There is also an atmosphere that is simply magical. You sit, enjoy, laugh – and forget the time. It's that place where you stay longer than you wanted to because it just feels so good.

We've been to Paolo's several times, but now it's been a while and we were a little disappointed 😞 The appetizer platter was overpriced for what it actually is. The pasta was bland and the pizza was ok. Too bad. The service was hectic and not really warm or accommodating.

Very tasty vitello tonnato. Moderate pizza and tables very close together. We spontaneously got a table for two people in the front part of the restaurant around 6 p.m. The tables are small and very close to each other. The family next to us was talking so loudly that we could barely hold a normal conversation. Our starter and the crystal wheat tasted great. The Colzone and the pizza were just okay. I expected more from a real Italian restaurant and have had better Italian food in other restaurants. We received our food promptly and at the same time, but that wasn't a given. On either side of us, one of three guests only had their food when the other two were already half-finished. To pay you have to remember your table number and move it to the back of the restaurant to pay at the cash register. The atmosphere back there is really authentic with a real large pizza oven, which is a much more interesting place to eat pizza. The service was consistently friendly and prompt. Real Italians. Conclusion: You can do it, but I won't come back. But value for money is reasonable.

So muss eine Pizzeria sein! Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker & die Preise absolut fair. Wenn man einen schönen Abend mit Familie und Freunden bei einem super Service verbringen möchte, ist man hier absolut richtig.

Since my son has celiac disease, we are always happy about gluten-free options. Which are fully given here. The pizzas are baked separately in separate pans and are super tasty. The service is very friendly, quick and courteous. We had a great afternoon. Hopefully we'll be back there soon.

Before corona, I had been there very often. I worked opposite. Just across the street. At Christmas there was always Italian Christmas cake. So delicious.

The restaurant is decorated in a very authentic Italian style. Quite loud music is playing inside. The food is delicious and special requests are taken into account. The base of the pizza could be a little crispier, as it was still very soft for me. The waiter was also quite distant and stood very far from the table, so you had to shout the order very loudly across the room. The other guests don't care what we order, a little more warmth would be nice. In addition, Köstritzer Kellerbier is on the menu, but Mönchshof was served. This needs to be labeled better! All in all, it's solid, the waiting times are super short and the store is well organized, even when it's full. Since many people can't do that, it's a big plus point for Pablo. Gladly again.

Can you go there? The ambience is average. Can be accepted. The service is very quick and the food comes quickly. This is good for your lunch break. Food tastes good. To pay you then have to go to the checkout. It takes some getting used to, but once you know it you can influence the speed.👍

We were here for the first time today and were very positively surprised. From the outside it looks very inconspicuous, but inside it is very nice, cozy and much larger than it first appears. Our food (various pizzas and lasagna) was very tasty and came very quickly. It's all fresh and homemade. It's rare to find such a thin and good pizza base. The pizzas were very well topped. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive. The price/performance is really great! It's a shame we're not from Frankfurt, otherwise we would come regularly... We parked opposite the ExperiMinta and walked to the pizzeria in just under 5 minutes.

Bought pizza there twice and it was really delicious. It's quick, people are nice and seating looked inviting too.

The most important thing is the food, and we were very happy with that. Four pizzas, all very tasty, you could taste every topping. The service was very friendly, but not intrusive. You pay at the pizza oven, give the table number and then get the bill. It's reasonable to inexpensive for a big city. The ambience itself is completely fine, but when people come or go you notice it very clearly in winter, even if we weren't sitting right next to the door. But we would like to come back at any time because of the good food.

My personal opinion: the pizza was delicious and the ambience is nice too. The service was very friendly. I just didn't like the cappuccino. It probably came from a WMF machine and the foam wasn't particularly good. The taste is also just vending machine quality. Otherwise everything was great and recommended.

Very nice and warm welcome, ordering went quickly and the food came quickly. But now comes the negative, we ordered a pasta casserole that was completely cold on the inside, steamed on the outside but cold on the inside, when we asked that it was cold it was taken away and heated up but no excuse and after reheating the cheese on top was almost completely black. Unfortunately my wife's pizza was cold in the middle (pizza artichokes). Unfortunately, the bruschetta on my pizza was only slightly warm. The food was super tasty and prepared quickly. We were spontaneous and were given 1.5 hours to eat. Which was very nice. Nevertheless, after an hour we were asked to vacate the table. We also drank the beer standing up. Too bad! We understand the stress, but that's not the way to deal with clients.

After our Hyrox Race in Frankfurt, the route led directly to what is probably the best pizzeria in the city. Very lively but incredibly friendly atmosphere. A pizza oven like I've never seen before and a meal that went beyond all standards. We'd love to come back. Only recommended!

For the last two years I have celebrated Christmas dinner with the company at the pizzeria and I really enjoyed it. The service is always impeccable and the food is fresh.

We felt very uncomfortable. The waiter was very pushy and inappropriately flirty, even though I was there with my husband. We have observed the same thing with other women. They also discriminate based on origin.

Food and service were tasty and good. Ambiance one star less because we were there in the evening, it was full and loud, c'est la vie.

Very nice ambiance, a real "home" feeling to the establishment. Greeted and seated quickly. The food was amazing (I ordered the combination). Bread and Parmesan cheese is available upon request. Just a heads up, they do not bring you a check... Whenever you're ready, you just walk to the back of the restaurant and pay where they make the pizzas.

Real Italian with a super nice boss who also takes care of his guests himself. Very tasty food, everything fresh. The best risotto I've eaten so far - absolutely worth the money. The ambience has been much better since moving to larger premises next door, including accessibility.

Comimos una pizza pepperoni, carbonara y espaguetis regulares. Todos estaban deliciosos, pero la pizza era divina. Era del tamaño correcto y compartible a regañadientes. La pasta tenía un sabor estupendo y la carbonara quedó tercera ya que no me importa en general. También tuvimos tiramisú - que podría haber saltado después de probarlo. Pero la pizza y la pasta... magnífica.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and very clean and rightly earned first place in a very well-known German restaurant program. Were here with the department, a total of 12 people. Staff very nice and friendly. We had a very awkward table, one side facing the counter and the other facing the door where there was a lot of draft!!!!! Price performance depends, sometimes it's hard to swallow.

2023 was okay. Reservations generally seem to be a big problem, which is why only 1 star. 2023 reserved in the restaurant - they tried to accommodate us in the snack bar. It was somehow enough for a table. Orders were a bit hit and miss. Here and there something was missing, wrong sauce etc. But overall it was okay. Reserved by phone and verbally in 2024 - called again today to be on the safe side. We were booked into the snack bar again. So reservation cancelled. With 8 people we can now find something new at the trade fair - thank you.

The “Carla” pizza was simply terrific. The dough was made from old/antique grains. For me one of the best pizzas ever! And the rest was also very Italian and delicious. Special requests (e.g. the sauce for the tagliatelli without cream) were also fulfilled immediately. Deduction in the ambience because of the unobstructed view of the back of the refrigerator ;-)

I thought the food was very good, there were 6 of us there and every pizza was really good. Rarely have I had such good pizza. The service was very nice, it was fun, he took care of the children and was very friendly. The ambience was great, we will definitely come back.

With 16 people we were warmly welcomed. Despite the full house, these wonderful people took time to laugh, celebrate and create a wonderful evening with us. This location is recommended in every respect. 💯
