Delicious pizza, better saltimbocca and a great mixed starter plate. Attentive service.

Wir waren hier mit einer Freundesgruppe von ca. 25 Personen. Wir wurden im Luciano sehr freundlich empfangen. Die verschiedenen Getränke waren schnell und professionell serviert, da Personal absolut freundlich, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Zum Start gab es eine gemischte ital. Vorspeiseplatte, Bruschetta, Pizza Magrherita Stücke und Brot - wunderbar frisch, lecker und ausgezeichnet gewürzt. Dann gab es saftige Stücke vom Seelachs in mediterraner Tomatensauce mit goldgelb gerösteten Kartoffelscheiben und Salat / Schweineschnitzel in einer superleckeren Pilzsauce (Pfifferlinge, Mischpilze, Champignons) mit Kroketten und Salat / einen klasse Miesmuscheltopf in tollem Sud, als Nachtisch Panacotta mit Erdbeer, Schoko-, Carameldsauce oder eine gemischte Nachtischplatte. Service, Küche, Ambiente, Essen, Sauberkeit - im Ristorante Luciano bleiben keine Wünsche offen - da stimmt alles, von A bis Z. Wir waren jetzt zum wiederholten Male dort und jedes Mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Großes Kompliment für die Chefin des Hauses, Ines M. und Ihrer Küchen- und Servicecrew. Unsere Gruppe war sehr zufrieden, wir hatten Spass, gute Gespräche, einen lockeren entspannten Abend bei guten Getränken und leckerem Essen - Ihr wart spitze, einfach ausgezeichnete Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne als Gäste wieder ins Luciano zurück!

Great restaurant and freshly prepared pasta & pizzas

The food was delicious, the service was quick and there was little wait.

Very courteous and patient service (we were there with 2 adults and 5 children), feel-good atmosphere and delicious food. You can tell that many tourists want to be satisfied there. The "Italian vegetables" turned out to be frozen imperial vegetables, but the food was still very good overall and the prices were moderate for the island. I would eat there again at any time.

The meal took a good 30 minutes with drinks and an appetizer. Was it all freshly prepared? Or just warmed up?

The pizza was very tasty but the staff was very grumpy and bad-tempered. You had the feeling like you weren't welcome. It was also very cold so a jacket wasn't a bad idea when eating. Unfortunately not a great experience for the price.

The pizzas and pastas are delicious. It's nice to sit outside in warm weather. You can also order pizzas to take away here. Inside you can even marvel at the open kitchen. The only drawback is that the noise level is quite loud inside.

For an Italian the pizza wasn't good, the lasagne was very tasty.

Pizzeria Luciano on Langeoog offers solid pizza that has a convincing taste, but unfortunately cannot be described as outstanding. The quality is good, but it lacks that certain something that would make the pizza a real highlight. What is noticeable, however, are the drinks prices - a large cola for 6 euros is simply overpriced. Overall a nice restaurant but the pricing should be reconsidered.

It's a place I don't want to go to again. If you don't know how a calzone is made, you should leave it alone. It was also partly in a raw state. Because it was folded like an envelope. I've never had a calzone like this before.

The food came very quickly. The pizzas are completely fresh and from the stone oven. The Viennese style schnitzel is also homemade and very tasty. It's rare to find restaurants like this without prepared products. It's great that we found this pearl. When we're back on Langeoog, I'll definitely come back with the family.

We are unfortunately very disappointed with our experience with Pizzeria Luciano today. We ordered the pizzas to go and unfortunately all the pizzas were super small, dry and with few toppings. Really not a good PLV - a shame!

Very good food. Both pasta and pizza. Unfortunately the inside was a little uncomfortable - perhaps because it was empty. We'd love to come back.

The meal was excellent! The ambience only loses its coziness when all the seats are occupied, so that you sit almost directly next to the table next to you and the staff came by less often, which is completely understandable in a full restaurant. The service was always super friendly! Overall, highly recommended.

Delicious food and actually nice staff but the waiting times are far too long. I sat here with my family for about an hour and those who came after us got their food much quicker but the food there is very good

Pizzas were tasty and filling, the price is hard to agree with, drinks could perhaps be a little cheaper. You should probably put a little more sheep's cheese than 4 small crumbs on a sheep's cheese pizza. Shrimp pizza and salami mushroom pizza were excellent Can be highly recommended on the island

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Had a pizza vegetale, the vegetables on it seemed like a frozen mix. Who will put carrots on a pizza?? And paid €14 for it... I've always been very satisfied over the last few years.

The pizza was relatively small, but tasted very, very good. Typically thin Italian dough. Service OK. Nice location with a view of the small town center. The salad was relatively simple and more expensive than the pizza - better order pizza :)

The food is great, we were there several times. However, once at lunch there was such a bad atmosphere between the staff that we felt really uncomfortable. But there is an exception, only one point deducted.

Bought 3 pizzas and 3 drinks, just under €45... so the pizzas were handmade and tasty but nothing outstanding that would justify the high price but that's my opinion. The Pizzeria Luciano is a great one Place to go out for dinner in the evening. Even with a lot of people you can often find a place. The service is also very nice and professional. The food is averagely good. The Tonno pizza was very tasty. There is also a wide range of pasta, salad, meat and fish. Everyone enjoyed this too during our visit. So there is something delicious for everyone. The ambience is also ok for a shop in the middle of the pedestrian zone.

Pizza tasted okay, but was way too expensive for the size. 28 euros for a pizza vegetariana and a pizza broccoli. Unfortunately, the extra request for garlic was not taken into account despite the request and confirmation when we picked it up.

I always thought it couldn't get worse, but this restaurant was beyond anything else I've ever seen in my life. We had ordered a tuna pizza to take away, the pizza was about 20 cm in diameter and was completely burnt, we paid 2 euros extra for 5 onion rings. The total price was 14.50 euros, which I find so outrageous.

We wanted to have another nice Italian meal on our last evening on Langeoog. I have to say, unfortunately we were very disappointed. Starting with the lukewarm tomato soup, which wasn't really seasoned well, we moved on to the pasta and a pizza special. The penne with spinach and gorgonzola, like the spaghetti tuna with tomato sauce, were absolutely tasteless. The ingredients and spices were clearly saved here, and the noodles were overcooked and soft. For the Pizza Speziale, the anchovies specified were forgotten and, when asked, simply placed cold on the pizza. I doubt the oil used was olive oil and the cheese was tasteless. The dough was okay at the edges but completely soggy in the middle. Our service was at least friendly, but there were no reactions to friendly criticism. All in all, we can only advise against a visit.

Wir wollten an unserem letzten Abend auf Langeoog nochmals schön italienisch Essen gehen. Ich muss sagen, wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Angefangen mit der lauwarmen Tomatensuppe die nicht wirklich gut gewürzt war, ging es weiter zu den Nudeln und einer Pizza Speziale. Die Penne mit Spinat und Gorgonzola waren genau wie die Spaghetti Thunfisch mit Tomatensoße absolut geschmacksneutral. Es wurde hier eindeutig an den Zutaten und Gewürzen gespart, außerdem waren die Nudeln verkocht und weich. Bei der Pizza Speziale wurden die angegebenen Sardellen vergessen und auf Nachfrage dann einfach kalt auf die Pizza gelegt. Ich bezweifle, dass das verwendete Öl Olivenöl war und der Käse war geschmacksneutral. Der Teig war am Rand in Ordnung jedoch in der Mitte völlig matschig. Unsere Bedienung war zumindest freundlich, jedoch gab es auf freundliche Kritik keinerlei Reaktionen. Alles in allem können wir von einem Besuch nur abraten.

Super tasty food, good quantity and quality, attentive and quick service and nice atmosphere. We would particularly like to highlight the great service. For example, when we ordered we said that we wanted to share a pizza and it came halved on two plates with 2 cutlery. Great thought! You also notice that the service is really well organized and the head waitress is a super competent contact person for your employees. No wonder the restaurant is always full. The prices are reasonable for Langeoog and not too overpriced (dinner for 3 people including 1 starter and 2 drinks per person approx. 70€). We'd love to come back :)

The five of us ate pizza in the evening. Half of the restaurant has nice tables facing the street, the other half is quite dark. The pizzas taste good, but the dough is too dry and too crispy for me personally. Service is professional and courteous.

I went to Pizzeria Luciano twice, in 2016 and 2021. The food was average (neutral) The service was dissatisfied, we reserved a table by phone with the announcement that it was our son's birthday that day. Luckily, we had our own birthday decorations with us. When I left the pizzeria, I told the staff that I didn't find it service-oriented, which triggered a reaction I didn't expect. The interior of the pizzeria is beautiful (Satisfied) On the second visit we were curious to see whether anything had changed. Apart from the fact that we weren't there for our birthday, everything was very similar. Now I come to the point why I would rate the entire service with zero (0) stars if possible. I gave the Pizzeria Luciano a neutral rating (three stars) in November 2016. Which brought me a complaint about the review in March 2024, with the threat of immediate deletion if there was no comment or customer contact seemed implausible. I had to respond to this complaint, contact customers and submit invoices. This leads to me downgrading it to 2 stars (Dissatisfied) because of the poor service (Very dissatisfied) from the management. I evaluate according to the following scheme: Very satisfied = 5 Satisfied = 4 Neutral = 3 Dissatisfied = 2 Very dissatisfied = 1

Bad reviews are probably even harder to deal with than customers... I was asked by a lawyer today to take back my review because there is supposedly no customer loyalty. How am I supposed to prove that I ate there two years ago?! “Outside seats are not reserved, but there is only a short waiting time. The service is friendly but not “on the ball”. Orders for drinks and starters are taken, but you have to ask the staff several times to eat the main course. Empty glasses are not registered - even if they are obviously placed at the edge of the table. The mixed starter plate was ok. The bread is not fresh and we were missing some butter or cream. The pizza tastes good, but unfortunately it was in the oven for far too long: the edge is soft, the middle is not cooked through. Criticism after being asked whether it tasted good is simply met with a shrug of the shoulders. Conclusion: too expensive for the price-performance ratio.”

The pizza is thin and cross and I like that a lot. The cheese used is very tasty and all the pizzas I have eaten there over the years have always been delicious. The waiting times are reasonable even when it's full and we keep coming back.

Good place for pizza and pasta. Pizzeria is often busy and reservations are not possible for the evening, so you have to be a little lucky or wait a little, but you can usually find something quickly. Always very tasty!

Tourist trap. If you order caprese and pizza, you get a completely filled pizza for around €30, but it is still very burnt and completely oversalted. A rogue who thinks evil of the profit margin on drinks. Service unfriendly; Of course, you don't have to win regular customers on Langeoog. Every time on Langeoog you have to visit Luciano. My favorite is the pizza with pepperoni and garlic 🥰 Pasta is recommended, bruschetta too.

Apart from the impression from the outside, I can't give any stars because we didn't even get that far. Was greeted unpleasantly, then told you can't make a reservation for the next day, you should come spontaneously, only to hear from the same person the next day: no, we don't have a place, everything is reserved.

We were at Luciano Essen on December 29th, 2023 (3 adults with 1 dog). Our request for a table in the back corner was granted and so it was a stress-free and successful evening for both us and our dog. Food was great! We'll be back on New Year's Eve and hope we can get this great place again.

Lovely freshly cooked tasty food with good portion sizes. The food arrived very quickly, which suited us. Server's were a little inattentive, which resulted in us asking for the bill when we would have ordered more drinks and a desert. Definately un rushed, which is nice. Negative on atmosphere due to a large group of mothers with young children who were allowed to run around and shout unrestrained.

Superleckere PIzza, schönes Ambiente und toller Service - was will man mehr?!

Schönes Restaurant mit tollen Ambiente. Das Servicepersonal ist schnell und freundlich. Das Essen ist ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Qualität nicht sehr hoch, dafür halt preisgünstig.

Die Preis sind für die gelieferte Qualität nicht akzeptabel. Gibt deutlich besseres Preis-/Leistungs Verhältnisse auf der Insel....

Bei einem Besuch auf Langeoog besucht Gepflegtes Restaurant ,die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas, die Preise sind der Örtlichkeit angepasst. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Die von uns bestellten Gerichte waren sehr lecker , die Portionen sind allerdings nicht sehr groß.

Perfekt nur direkt in der Innenstadt ist es tagsüber halt sehr laut und Gespräche sind dann nicht möglich

Sehr schön gestaltet das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen ist sehr lecker ich hatte die Pizza Margarita für nur 8 Euro, die Preise sind für Langeoog sehr gut und fair. Das Essen wird schnell zubereitet und an denn Tisch gebracht. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und hatte eine schöne Größe die Teller hatten auch ein Bild, es gab zwei verschiedene Bilder.

Wir können die teils negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und die Pizza war auch sehr lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckerer Küche. Leider ist der Service nicht besonders, scheint überfordert, obwohl gestern 6 Mitarbeiter da waren. Immer unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter am Tisch bei Bestellung, Getränken , Nachtisch und später beim Kassieren. Ein Ratschlag: leere Gläser heißt nicht weggucken, sondern Umsatz machen. Macht Gast und Betreiber froh !

Die Pizza war reichlich belegt. Der Teig war für meinen Geschmack etwas trocken, ist aber ja Geschmackssache wie ein Pizzateig sein sollte. Der Rucola auf meiner Pizza war sehr schlechte Qualität, viele gelbe Und matschige Blätter. Ich würde mir die Pizza nicht nochmal bestellen.

Die Bedienung war sehr bemüht. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung.
Vom Preis her ist das Verhältnis mit der Leistung für Langeoog in Ordnung. Dieses Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert.

Die Pizzen waren okay, der Teig gut, allerdings mit einer viel zu dicken Schicht Käse belegt. In einem italienischen Restaurant habe ich andere Erwartungen an die Pizza. Der Service ist gut, man muss trotz hoher Auslastung nicht lange warten. Das Ambiente ist okay, die Anzahl der Tische für die Größe des Restaurants etwas hoch.

Von einem echten Italiener weit entfernt, Pizza ging so aber der Service war gut.

Die Pizzen waren ok, der Salat frisch und gut. Leider keine Kinderpizzen. Wir mussten leider auf die Pizzen über eine Stunde warten, in der Zwischenzeit auch keine Nachfrage ob man noch etwas trinken möchte oä..

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern essen. Der Service war unglaublich gut und das Essen kam schnell, sodass auch die Kinder zufrieden waren. Sehr lecker und nicht überteuert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren am 17.07.23 gegen 18 Uhr dort. Die Pizzeria war sehr voll, trotzdem wurden wir schnell und freundlich bedient. Die Speisen kamen auch sehr zügig an unseren Tisch und auch hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Preislich liegt es im Rahmen, natürlich etwas teurer als auf dem Festland.

Pizza OK. Pasta Italia na ja, die bekomme ich zu Hause nich schlechter hin. Dann der Klassiker. Wir als 5 Gäste am Tisch bekamen die Getränke serviert. 1 x Weißbier vom Tablett gekippt. Volle Pulle 0,5 L über die Klamotten. Kann passieren, ehrlich. Servicekraft bringt nen Tuch 12 x 12 cm mit dem Spruch ohh, Entschuldigung. Reicht nich für 2 nasse Gäste. Handtuch muss her !! Service leicht unsichtbar. 2.Service lächelt leicht und um eine Entschuldigung anzunehmen sagte ich. Na ja mit nem Grappa oder Marsalla is alles ok. :-)) Nix kam, gar nix, Null !! Sorry, ich auch nich mehr. Wieder auf Dauer ein Gast oder 5 weniger. Is egal !!!

Das war die letzte Chance die das Restaurant von uns bekommen hat - hauptsächlich auf Vorschlag von Freunden sind wir diesmal dorthin zum Abendessen gegangen. Fazit: die Größe der Pizza nimmt nun ebenso ab wie die letzten Jahre die Dicke - und die Portionsgrößen der Spaghetti sind eine komplette Lachnummer. Daher: niemals wieder!
