Disappointing Experience – Cleanliness and Service Need Improvement Unfortunately, our visit to this McDonald's branch was anything but pleasant. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the tables and the tray cart, where used trays piled up without being promptly cleared away. The green numbers of orders that had already been delivered were also not removed, which caused confusion. Particularly annoying was that our order number suddenly disappeared from the system even though our order wasn't ready. The service also left a lot to be desired – a younger employee seemed overwhelmed and treated us with rudeness. Due to the lack of hygiene and organization, we ultimately decided to eat our food on the hood of our car rather than in the restaurant. The branch and department management should urgently intervene to improve cleanliness, service, and processes.

I ordered here for the first and last time. At 5:05 p.m. I ordered a Pizza Chef with additional Bela mushrooms and an Italian salad. Because there had been no delivery at 6:15 p.m., I called again. Apparently there was no order from me. I ordered again and the delivery came after 30 minutes. The additional topping was missing, the pepperoni salami wasn't at least spicy and there was hardly any topping visible because of all the cheese. The Italian salad had the usual components, but I found the 7.90 euros too expensive for just iceberg lettuce. Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star, otherwise it wouldn't have been more than zero for me.
