Very small and very casual place. Good for a quick dinner however

Die Bedienung war extrem unfreundlich, hat mir nachgeäfft und sich lustig gemacht. Auch der Döner war extrem ekelhaft, noch nie so einen ekelhaften und trockenen Döner gegessen. Bedienung hat mich nicht mal gefragt was ich drauf haben will. Außerdem war der Döner gefühlt nur halb so groß wie überall anders. Das war der einzig gute Punkt weil von einem größeren Döner dort hätte ich kotzen müssen.

We ordered via Lieferando. The price of the food was quite good. Although the delivery time of one hour was a little longer than that of other pizzerias, he was very punctual and the pizza was like it was fresh out of the oven. Simple and delicious.

Disappointing Experience – Cleanliness and Service Need Improvement Unfortunately, our visit to this McDonald's branch was anything but pleasant. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the tables and the tray cart, where used trays piled up without being promptly cleared away. The green numbers of orders that had already been delivered were also not removed, which caused confusion. Particularly annoying was that our order number suddenly disappeared from the system even though our order wasn't ready. The service also left a lot to be desired – a younger employee seemed overwhelmed and treated us with rudeness. Due to the lack of hygiene and organization, we ultimately decided to eat our food on the hood of our car rather than in the restaurant. The branch and department management should urgently intervene to improve cleanliness, service, and processes.
