Pizzeria Holter Pizzahaus in Mönchengladbach

I liked the pizza, I ordered number 12 “Verdura”, it had mostly vegetables, so I asked to add salami on top. And it was divine. It was my first time there, we were warmly greeted and offered to serve us either in English or German. There are 3 tables, but it’s still compact and cozy. Nice little place.

We have already eaten there twice and ordered there once. On site, the pizza was really nice and crispy, the taste was really delicious and the portion size was just right. The quality of the ingredients is also very good in my opinion. The home delivery was super quick today, I think there was less than 40 minutes in between. As usual, the pizza was very tasty and still really hot despite delivery. Whether on the phone or on site, you will receive a friendly welcome. I look forward to my next order from you or a visit on site. Thank you very much.

Even if our review comes 1 day after the tasting (due to stress), it is still a legitimate review! After I called and told us that unfortunately the salad was very salty and that we, at first surprised and then enlightened, found pieces of blue cardboard in the salad, we didn't really have a good conversation. The answers: 1. The salad dressing has been made this way for over 20 years 2. How should you examine the cardboard thing? (I said there were pictures of it) I wasn't looking to get new food from you... Unfortunately, I had to end the conversation before it got any more awkward. Plain language: In the end you feel as if the customer is to blame for everything. I suggested in advance to send pictures via email. The gentleman on the phone said no: we don't have an email. Well...I guess I wasn't interested. Not from our side again...

Das Preis/Qualitäts Verhältniss ist völlig in Ordnung. Freundliche Bedienung. Erreichbarkeit per pkW eher schwierig. Aber sehr empfehlenswert !

Pizza always good, delivery service was good. Apparently the driver didn't have any change and wanted to throw the 3 euros into our mailbox after work. Been waiting for it for 4 days. Be careful when choosing your driver. Unfortunately I will have to change pizzeria. What a shame!

The best pizza house in the whole world! I no longer live in North Rhine-Westphalia, but I still dream of the mega delicious pizzas at unbelievably good prices. If I'm ever in the area again I'll stop by straight away. Mille Grazie!!

The pizza is the only good thing about this place. But the service is a disaster. If there are 5 people standing there and one person (i.e. 6 in total) serves the people and then you wait 10 minutes to order because no one else feels called upon to serve the customer who hasn't ordered yet and then another person comes in later I'm even allowed to order it beforehand when I'm waiting for it, and at some point I'll be fed up. Well, it could just be because people generally don't like to serve young people or tend to overlook them. You should definitely improve your service a LOT.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unreliable and dubious on our last visit. We placed an order over the phone and were assured over the phone that a delivery time would be 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting, we still didn't have any pizza and couldn't reach anyone by phone. When the pizza finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, the driver was rude and refused to give us change. We also had the impression that the staff gave preference to other guests who ordered in the restaurant. We had to wait a long time for our order, while guests who ordered at the counter were served quickly. Conclusion: The pizza at the Holter Pizzahaus is good, but the unreliable and dubious service unfortunately mars the experience considerably. We will therefore no longer order there in the future.

Food is good, but delivery times are just abysmal.

Delivery time of 75 minutes, if you know it OK, was also adhered to. Unfortunately the pizza was cold and the pizza rolls were stone hard. Not suitable for consumption. Upon request, we offered to arrange a replacement delivery, waiting time another 75 minutes.

I always liked ordering there because the taste was good and, above all, it wasn't as expensive as in most pizzerias. Unfortunately, the prices have now increased enormously, which does not match the quantities of food. Now I can also order from the other pizzerias, which also have even more selection. GLASS SHARD IN THE PIZZA: We ordered three family pizzas. In one of the three pizzas there was a piece of glass the size of a bottle cap. The pizzeria didn't even want to refund the pizza and denied any blame.

I actually thought that my last order was a bad mistake... Then yesterday at 9 p.m. I ordered again... I was told that the delivery would take about 40 minutes... The delivery arrived at 10:30 p.m.... the pizza was almost cold and burnt... A cleaning cloth is more sophisticated! ! The spaghetti was also absolutely not edible!!! Conclusion: I could have thrown my money straight into the trash can because that's where the whole order ended up!!

Die Pizza Margerita, die ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe, schmeckt. Hier stimmt der Teig und die Qualität des Käses sowie die Säure der Tomatensoße. Die ganze Belegschaft ist freundlich und gepflegt. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Familie Verantwortung für die Pizzeria hat. Mitarbeiter alle motiviert und arbeiten wirklich gut.

Wir hatten soeben eine Pizza Completa (zzgl. Feta) und eine Pizza Grandiosa, mit dabei waren Pizzabrötchen. Die Lieferung kam zügig, das Essen war heiß und wirklich UNGLAUBLICH LECKER! Das waren die mit Abstand besten Pizzen, die wir seit Jahren gegessen haben. Weiter so, wir werden sicher wieder bestellen! 👍😄

Heute haben wir zum wiederholten Male direkt in der Pizzaria unser Essen bestellt und konnten nach wenigen Minuten mit leckeren Essen nach Hause.

Wow I got a vegetarian pizza, I must say it reminded me the time when I was in Italy,. Very friendly and it was nice to talk with them.

Lieferung erfolgte mit 1 Stunde Verspätung, trotz zweimaligen Telefonat. Pizzen an den Ränder verbrannt, teilweise schwarz. Rand lies sich dadurch schwer schneiden, geschmacklich dadurch nicht mehr so gut. Schade, Qualität war mal deutlich besser.

Eine gute Pizzeria, in der Regel wird schnell (und über Lieferando kostenlos) geliefert. Die Preise sind fair, die Pizzen schmecken. Ich bestelle hier oft und werde es weiterhin tun. Klare Empfehlung!

Leider diesmal nicht so gut! Wenn ich Pizza Natale bestelle, weiß ich, daß die scharf ist. Extra für einen Gast Verdura (auf Karte nicht scharf ausgewiesen) bestellt, leider war diese so extrem scharf, dass der Gast die Pizza nicht essen konnte. Werde beim nächsten Mal genau darauf hinweisen, dass scharf nur kommen darf, wenn scharf draufsteht. Ansonsten war alles ok!

14 Minuten! Wir haben neulich (mal wieder) Pizza im Holter Pizzahaus bestellt. Nach 14 Minuten klingelte es an der Tür und das Essen war da. Respekt, schneller war kein Lieferservice!

Zwei super lecker Pizzen gegessen,gut belegt, knusprig, krossig, insomma sfiziose, buone e pure belle da guardare!!. Sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Team sympathisch und immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben gerne Pizza im Holter Pizza Haus bestellt. Wenn man diese nach Hause bestellt, heisst es kommt in 30 min. Nach zwei weiteren Anrufen und Versprechungen, kommt die Lieferung nach zwei Stunden. Das passiert fast immer bei Lieferung, seit über zwei Jahren. Traurig, noch nicht mal ein Entschuldigung bekommt man zu hören

Die meiseten Kunden nehmen ihre Pizza mit nach Hause oder lassen sie bringen. Aber es schmeckt auch im Pizzahaus. Auf wenigen hochgebauten Tischen kann man die Speisen frisch aus dem Ofen kommend genießen. Die Auswahl ist groß. Uns gefallen die überbackenen Gerichte mit viel Gemüse oder die frisch zubereiteten Salate. Auch die Pizzen sind prima. Getränke entnimmt man dem Kühlschrank. Der Chef und seine Mannschaft sind ein erfahrenes Team und deshalb wissen Sie wie man Gäste zufrieden stellt. SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN

Wir waren über das Wochenende in Mönchengladbach und haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen bei Hotler Pizzahaus bestellt. Das Essen kam in der angegebenen Zeit, Preisleistungsverhältnis top und das Essen an sich mega lecker. Kann ich jedem empfehlen!
