Satisfaction, delicious for food

Reserved a table with friends at the weekend. Were greeted with: “you can sit down somewhere”. The drink order was taken and first my Aperol ran out, 1 minute later it said "Pils is no longer there either"......it was Friday!! Then bottles of beer were served without glasses. Not everything on the menu was available either. A pity. After the television broadcast we went there with high expectations and were very disappointed

We were thrilled by the ambience, the atmosphere, the warm welcome! ❤️ In a spacious, spacious restaurant, my colleagues and I were treated to culinary delights today! ❤️ The house's recommendation to choose an appetizer platter was a hit in terms of taste. Delicious little things, there was something for everyone. ❤️ Many thanks to the boss, the tip was excellent!! 👍😍🥰 The main courses followed suit seamlessly, everyone was thrilled! (Tip from me, Pasta Surf and Turf 😋🤤 super delicious😍👍) For dessert, we once again trusted the boss's tip, who served us another platter of sweet little things from which everyone would benefit 😍🥰👍 The service was golden. ❤️ Thank you very much, we felt like we were in good hands with you. ❤️ And it wasn't the last time we were there, we'd love to come back, see you soon. ❤️

We ate there with 4 people. I have been a restaurateur myself for 15 years and have to say that the food is catastrophic. The prawns are frozen and pre-cooked in a ready-made sweet and sour sauce, 6 pieces for €14.99 Really bad... The rump steak through... Antipasti had packaged sausage (salami, cooked ham, raw ham) from Aldi on it. The owner was very, very pushy and didn't sit at our table. That's all.. She gossiped about other guests to us, which is not possible... We had a bill of €220 for 4 people, which I think is a lot for the service. In the end there wasn't even a thank you because we wanted to pay by card... He threw the wallet in the drawer and was annoyed when he took the debit card.

We were there on Wednesday evening for the "Gambas All You Can Eat"...but there are not only gambas, but also very tasty antipasti and a selection of other tasty dishes...everything is always freshly refilled. Very friendly staff. We will be back!

It was like, well. I ordered the Burger meets Fries expecting to get a delicious burger with fries. What I got was fries with shredded meat and fried onions on top. There was nothing about burgers. However, what the others at the table ordered was okay.

Very nice restaurant and very nice service. Gambas as a starter were very good. The pulled pork burger was also said to be quite okay. At least according to my wife. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the schnitzel with fried onions. Schnitzel thin as newspaper, fried onions cold and like rubber. The Bernaise sauce was probably just canned. At least that's how it tasted. Unfortunately, the home-made fries weren't any good either. On the one hand they tasted burnt, but unfortunately they weren't crispy at all, they were full of fat and floury. On the other hand, it wasn't really seasoned and way too thick for my taste. Maybe it's better to skip "doing it yourself" if you can't really do it. Sorry, at least that's how it seemed. The salad that came with it was okay. Unfortunately there was only bottled beer here. With “Hefeweizen” we are used to this in our region. But with normal types of beer, you should be able to expect freshly tapped beer in a restaurant. In terms of price, I also think the dishes are way too expensive for what you get. Conclusion: If it falls into the “experience” category for me, I won’t do it again.

We came to the all you can eat prawns buffet. At least that's what was advertised. There was a bowl of prawns on the buffet that was completely empty for 5 minutes. It's actually incomprehensible that many guests come specifically for the prawns. The rest of the food on the buffet was obviously frozen. The price of €20 would generally not be justified, but the €5.20 per drink (0.4l soft drink) is also as expensive as in the cinema. Ideally we should have gone straight back and saved ourselves the money. This store is a disgrace.

The restaurant is very chic with a loft feel, but the food is really bottomless. We almost completely let it go back, not edible! Unfortunately the service was just as bad and very unfriendly. Do you want bad service and inedible food? Then you have come to the right place.

Went there for the first and last time today for Easter brunch. It really had a factory hall ambience, it was uncomfortable and cold too. The orange juice we ordered was poor orange nectar, the coffee from the thermos was as thin as flower water. When complaining to one of the bosses: “I didn’t cook”. Alternative: order an additional Café Creme on account. Breakfast was ok, although not as advertised in the pictures on Facebook. The hot food had no taste at all. None of the four of us tasted any of the dishes. Didn't feel like waiting for dessert.

Stunned! Yesterday we were in this restaurant for the second time with friends (approx. 12 people) on the occasion of a birthday. At 6:30 p.m. we ordered drinks and an appetizer, which came relatively “quickly” after 60 minutes. When ordering the main course, the waitress said that it would “take a while” without any apology or explanation. The whole restaurant was full but more and more “spontaneous” tables from outside were accepted and delivery services (Ubereats) were served. There was an incident because after 2 hours after the starter the food wasn't there and 1 couple didn't have time to wait anymore and canceled the food. The owner behaved in an absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional manner and made fun of the couple's reaction. The mood on The table was in the basement, there were discussions - but there was no apology from the owner towards the host, who was almost a regular customer. Then the annoyed waitress came back to the table to give us a round on the house. After further inquiries, the first meal came to our table at 9:15 p.m. It felt like everyone else was served beforehand. At the end there was another discussion because the host had to pay for the meal of the couple who had left. You could also listen to cheeky comments as dessert. Overall, unfortunately, it failed on a human level as well as on a professional level as a restaurateur and in service. There was no tip or thank you from us, but on the other hand there was no explanation or apology. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. You have to be able to and love gastronomy and the goal should be that people leave the restaurant satisfied. These people are absolutely only interested in profit - that was the last time and a disgrace!

Just great! There were four of us and we were all super full. The food was without exception super tasty and fresh. The dips are homemade. Staff/owner super friendly!

I don't know where to start?! The owners of this place have definitely missed the mark! I'll keep it short and sweet, we ordered food (birthday for about 10 people) and after 2 hours I asked when the food would come. The waitress was unfriendly and totally uninterested every time she came to the table! She was told another 15 minutes. After another half hour she asked again. The owner of the shop then told me not to act like that, it would happen soon? I said that I had rarely experienced such bad service, whereupon he said that he only adapts to the guests?! I thought I did not hear right ?! I canceled the meal. He then called after me in an extremely nice way and asked me to go cry. The level of this shop (the owner) is very low. I'm just speechless!

The food was delicious, unfortunately we had to wait a long time. Maybe the service should smile a little more, then that's true. Boss apologized for the long wait, not everyone does that anymore, shows class.

I can only rate the buffet here, the prawns are okay, the other dishes are swimming in fat, the noodles are swimming in an indefinable sauce, the lasagne is super fat and the meat in the creamy mush is very unhealthy, fatty and absolutely not my taste (subjective Feel). The pizza slices are okay. Question, why do you cook so unhealthy, do you want to kill your clients????

We were here this evening and had a mixed salad and all you can eat prawns. The food was really great, but you should be patient with all you can eat. The ambience was also really great and there is plenty of space in the restaurant. The service was really nice and quick too.

Where is the problem? To be polite to your guests? We would recommend personal training for the entire team! We guests just want to spend a nice evening at EssfabriQ. A loud tone and a rude manner don't belong there! We won't be coming back, but every new guest is a new beginning for you. Please !!! We are people who are looking for peace and quiet and want to spend a sociable time. We wish the entire team to implement what you write in your philosophy: to make the people of Mönchengladbach happy! Your effort in the visual implementation worked very well. Every new day is a day to change. Good luck with it.

The Italian chef conjures up fantastic dishes and desserts. The food tastes excellent, great ambience, super nice owners, great service and the chef is the best in Mönchengladbach. I would recommend EssfabriQ to everyone.

It is also disappointing that below-average reviews are to be removed by Google using legal threats...

We were there for the first time yesterday and I assume it will be the last time too 1. Food in my case, pasta surf and turf was ok but I can cook it myself at home in five minutes 2. Ambience The store was about 1/3 full at 6:30 p.m. and still very crowded due to the far too open ambience 3. Temperature in the shop is awful, way too cold, the boss waited tables with a thick jacket or vest, says more like a guest and as if he was on the move 4. Service I can't remember such bad service for a very long time and I would like to emphasize unfriendly and unsympathetic service, especially from the boss himself, among other things, there is a cocky shout about the fact that it says cash only on the door if you then point it out that he's standing there, that he's open until half past eleven, says he doesn't care, he has two children who are home alone and he closes whenever he wants, the drinks are slammed carelessly on the table 5. Selection of beer instead of getting bottles of beer from the region you only have beer from Spain México and Italy very useful but ok I could go on forever, but to give this rating I unfortunately have to select stars, but I would like to give it minus stars

Delicious food and nice ambience!

Yesterday we went to EssfabriQ for the first time, we were with two adults and two children, we waited over an hour for food, then fries and nuggets came once, and the other child couldn't eat until 15 minutes later, and then we We got our food again 15 minutes later, so the timing wasn't right at all, a shame...

We were there for the first time today and were super satisfied. The food was very good and super tasty. The portions are more than generous. We had 4 different dishes and everything tasted great. Unfortunately we couldn't eat any more dessert as the main course was too plentiful 😉 The service was good and friendly. We'd love to come back👍😀

Das Restaurant war voll, aber leider nicht personell vollbesetzt. Daher über 1h Wartezeit, leider ohne Info. Essen war solide bis gut. Rechnung ist zu prüfen. Mir wurde ein Gericht doppelt berechnet.

Yesterday we spontaneously went to eat there, were two people, had the grilled plate and a schnitzel. Both were very tasty and the meat from the grill was cooked to perfection and the service was always friendly. We will be back definitely.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen.

Vegetarian dishes are not marked, but there are a few on the main menu. There is also a changing lunch menu every day with several different dishes to choose from, although there is always one vegetarian dish. Had the veggie schnitzel with potatoes, mixed vegetables and sauce - it was surprisingly good and a very good alternative to pizza and pasta (there is nothing more for vegetarians). The pizzas from the stone oven are very good. The location itself is huge. Everything is clean and there is plenty of space. That's pleasant. Service was friendly but slow in bringing drinks. In addition, we often had to draw attention to ourselves and were somehow ignored. Air upward.

(Unfortunately) Only a very small, manageable range of vegetarian & vegan dishes, which are not labeled as such - which is a shame, after all there is now a vegan counterpart to everything. The menu is a collection of all the classics: starters such as carpaccio, antipasti, prawns, bruschetta, salad alongside main dishes such as pasta, schnitzel, burgers, pizza and steak. Children's meals are also classics: pasta with tomato sauce, schnitzel/fish fingers/nuggets with fries. Dessert changes daily, says the menu. After all, the pizza from the stone oven is excellent, as are the steakhouse fries. But be careful: pizza is only available Wed - Sun from 5 p.m. I find the prices for food to be fair. The (high-priced) non-alcoholic drinks selection is also clear: common soft drinks (Cola, Fanta, Sprite), a few juices & 1 non-alcoholic beer. In this area too, there is now an alcohol-free counterpart for spirits etc. & there is definitely the possibility of having a more appealing offering here. I generally find drink prices to be (too) expensive. The ambience is similar to that of a large canteen, which is due to the height and size of the restaurant. What is very positive is that the tables are pleasantly far apart and not crammed close together, so that you don't run the risk of elbowing someone you don't know next to you in the ribs. Service was friendly. Waiting time for pizza & fries of 30 minutes was bearable. Basically you can't complain about the price-performance ratio (which I can only judge for the vegetarian dishes). The pizza is really good and can definitely be recommended.

Mittwochs Buffet gegessen, lecker

Heute einen sehr schönen und entspannten Abend verbracht. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, alles frisch und selbstgemacht UND eine wirklich SEHR sympathische Gastgeberin. Ich würde gerne mehr geben, kann aber nur 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

2 unterschiedliche Burger bestellt, 1x Geflügel, 1x Rindfleisch Pattie & Pommes. Brötchen : Qualität Luft nach oben, nicht warm, nicht getestet. Es fehlte Majo/Ketchup für die Pommes. Bei 16,90€ muss das dabei sein. Sehr frische Qualität Rucola, Tomaten.

Vor Kurzem habe ich einen Gutschein in der Essfabriq eingekauft. Diesen habe ich verschenkt. Heute wurde mir berichtet, dass der Gutschein frühestens im Februar einlösbar sei. Es gibt also tatsächlich eine Sperre von 2 Monaten. Ist das überhaupt Rechtens? Denn der Gutschein, also die Leistung an den zu bewirtenden Gast wurde ja bereits in Vorkasse bezahlt! Einen Gutschein werde ich in Ihrem Restaurant nicht mehr kaufen. Er sollte uneingeschränkt Nutzbar sein, ohne das man im Nachgang darüber informiert wird, dass er quasi für 2 Monate "eingefroren" wird. Denn für einen Kredit sind Ihre Gäste nicht verantwortlich. Wenn man allerdings bedenken hat, Plätze in den Stoßzeiten zu verlieren, könnten Sie das durch eine zeitliche Begrenzung ergänzen. Dies sollte dann aber auch transparent auf dem Gutschein ersichtlich sein. Über eine Verbesserung in dem Kontext würden sich ihre zukünftigen Gäste bestimmt sehr freuen.

19,90€ Gambasbuffett war gut nur die braten waren trocken. Gambas waren ohne knoblauch. Service geht nicht richtig auf fragen ein.

Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen zum Gambasessen all you can eat verabredet und waren unter dem Strich sehr zufrieden. Bei einem Preis von 19,90 € darf man aber auch die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch schrauben. Auf jeden Fall war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok. Kritikpunkte: Die Speisen hätten etwas wärmer als nur lauwarm sein dürfen und vorgewärmte Teller wären schon angebracht. Nicht ganz so ideal die Klimaanlage, die es zeitweise etwas ungemütlich kalt werden ließ. Ein dickes Kompliment an die Chefin nebst Crew, die einen tollen Job machten und zu jedem Zeitpunkt höflich, freundlich und auch hilfsbereit /aufmerksam waren.

Das Essen war wie immer mehr als nur gut. Die sympathische c.a Mitte 20 Jährige, Schwarzhaarige Besitzerin ist immer für einen lustigen Plausch zu haben Immer wieder gerne :) Grüüüüße

Leckeres Essen - wir haben Buffet gegessen - und sehr nettes Personal. Ambiente eher zweckmäßig - halt eine Essfabrik ( eher etwas für mittags)...

Wir waren heute Abend das erste Mal in der Essfabriq und fanden es super. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber . Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sieht sehr einladend aus. Jedoch mussten wir ungewöhnlich lange auf unser Essen warten, obwohl außer uns nur eine Handvoll an Gästen da war. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, jedoch hat uns das Essen jetzt auch nicht sonderlich geschmeckt. Leider so wenig, dass keiner von uns dreien trotz anfänglich großem Hunger aufgegessen hat. Die Preise waren leider auch nicht die günstigsten.. Allen in allem würde ich von einem Besuch des Restaurants abraten.

Das erstmal dagewesen. Mein Kumpel, guter Esser, hat sich einen Grilteller bestellt und kurz vor Teller leer hat er aufgegeben. Bei mir war es Salat mit Rinderstreifen. Gute Portion. Mehr hätte es nicht sein dürfen. PAPPSATT. Personal freundlich.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und sind begeistert. Die Pasta war vorzüglich, Bruschetta schmachkaft, Fleisch perfekt gebraten, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach alles perfekt,nettes Ambiente,freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen,hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Die Speisekarte ist nicht riesig aber hier wird jeder fündig.Klasse finde ich das bei den Schnitzelgerichten die Sauce extra serviert wird.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall regelmäßig!👍😃

Über Geschmack lässt sich wahrlich streiten, von daher kann ich hier einige Rezension verstehen. Was mich aber nun zu meinem Punkt bringt warum es nur drei Sterne gibt ist der Service. Wenn man sich so einige Rezensionen durchliest versteht man sofort wer gemeint ist. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit was sich diese Bedienung dort leistet. Auf nette freundliche Hinweise bzgl. ihrer Art wird es einfach nur versucht "weg zu lächeln". Also wenn der Inhaber nicht langsam Konsequenz draus zieht wird die Abwärtsspirale nicht zu stoppen sein.

Leider war das Krimidinner nicht ganz so stilvoll, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Salat gut, Hauptspeise leider nicht delikat (es fehlte der Pfiff und die Würze. Das Essen war zudem nur mässig warm. Die Nachspeise war undefinierbar und hat nicht gemundet.....leider .... Da dieses Krimidinner ein Geburtstagsgeschenk war, hat mich das Essen enttäuscht.
