Haben 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet sogar angerufen und trotzdem danach noch 45min gewartet. Kann nicht sein ja keiner bestellt um 2 Uhr bei Take bitte. Schämt euch nie wieder bestelle ich da sogar mein Fußballspiel ist vorbei obwohl ich am Anpfiff bestellt habe

Ich habe diese Burger geliebt und bei jedem Werbung für Take gemacht. In dem letzten halben Jahr hat die Qualität leider sehr stark nachgelassen. Die Burger schmecken nicht mehr so gut wie früher und das Fleisch ist nicht mehr so hochwertig wie früher. Schade, war mein liebster Burgerladen und mein liebster Burger. Hoffentlich ändert sich das in Zukunft wieder zum Positiven.

Bin spontan vorbei gekommen und bin echt positiv überrascht wie gut es geschmeckt hat und wie schön der gastraum gestaltet ist echt gemütlich und cosy burger Deluxe ich komm wieder und wieder und dann nochmal wieder

2 std 30 min gewartet die Burger sehr lieblos kompletter Belag halb draußen Pommes labbrig 35€ bezahlt. Ich würde da nicht nochmal bestellen

Hatte ne Bestellung zur Lieferung. Dort war etwas nicht okay. Wollten das Problem zwar per Foto zugesendet haben aber kann ich in der heutigen Zeit verstehen… Es wurde alles Neu gemacht ob wohl es 1 Produkt war. Und noch zusätzlich zwei Pommes und Getränke bekommen. Das ist Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Essen sehr lecker. Personal super lieb. Super leckere Soßen zur Auswahl – wir wollten erst nur Mayonnaise nehmen, haben aber Gott sei Dank auf die Empfehlung des Mitarbeiters gehört und zusätzlich verschiedene Soßen zum Probieren bekommen.

Bester Smashburger in MG, hands down. Man erhält ein gesmashtes, gut gewürztes Patty mit Potato Bun und entsprechenden Toppings mit Soßen bei den Burgern. Ich habe bereits 3x bestellt und habe mir 2x dort etwas abgeholt, die Qualität war über alle Besuche und Versuche konsistent gut. Das vermutlich vom Grill oder anderer Elektronik stammende gepiepe wie bei McDonalds stört das Ambiente, ansonsten super.

Totaler Reinfall!! Hab um 22:30 bestellt, geliefert wurde ...!? richtig ,nix :( Ans Telefon ging um 23:30 natürlich auch niemand mehr !! Da werd ich's definitiv nicht nochmal probieren Take-team, danke für nix Es gibt EINEN Stern, weil 0 nicht geht

Früher top heute Flop. Wieso bekommt man bei jeder zweiten Bestellung die Kommentare nicht hin es gibt nur einen Job ALLES LESEN wieso könnt ihr das nicht? Bestellungen ab 00:25 wurden mehrmals 10-20 Minuten später storniert, wieso? Wenn man durchruft und ein Problem erläutert wird ein Fass aufgemacht wie kein anderes -> wir brauchen die Burger als Beweis, wir brauchen vorab Fotos, wir wissen nicht obwir neu schicken können, können Sie die nicht trotzdem essen usw jedes Mal dreist. Auf Stammkunden wird ohnehin nichts gegeben. Chickenburger und Nuggets waren früher geisteskrank, heute Kühltruhenware die kriegen wir auch selbst hin. Wie oft ich Burger in Tüten bekomme die ich selber zusammenbauen muss lass ich mal außen vor. Schade dass ihr das Niveau nicht halten wollt - die Konkurrenz ist aber sicher glücklich damit.

Ich habe vor der Bestellung extra darum gebeten, bitte nur wenig Mayonnaise zu verwenden, weil in letzter Zeit einfach viel zu viel drauf ist. Leider wurde das wieder ignoriert, genauso wie schon bei den letzten Besuchen. Dadurch schmeckt es einfach nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Insgesamt hat die Qualität aus meiner Sicht deutlich nachgelassen. Sehr schade.

Bestellung kam nach 2 1/2 Stunden immernoch nicht an- Man wird dauernd vertröstet, am Telefon wird nicht ehrlich gesagt, was Sache ist und angeblich ist seit 1 1/2h jemand unterwegs nie Wieder!

Ordered a few days ago. It was delicious and tasted fresh. The sweet potato fries were a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't as hot as I would have liked. The driver, however, was very friendly.

I placed an order and used the voucher for my full stamp card for the first time. After waiting two hours for the food, I called and was told it was on its way. After another two and a half hours, I called again and was told my order wasn't in the system, even though I had already paid via PayPal. The employee then told me to simply order again, even though it was already 10 PM, because he couldn't deliver the order that quickly. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order through Lieferando support. However, the tip, which I had also paid via PayPal, was not refunded. Too bad, unfortunately, this will be my last order there.

We placed a delivery order today, and I honestly can only strongly advise against it! First, the food arrived an hour and a half early, even though it was pre-ordered. It was cold (both the burgers and the fries), the fries were soggy, and the burgers were absolutely inedible. The meat couldn't even be called meat; it was rock hard and burnt, and smothered in mayonnaise. The burger bun was completely soggy. Overall, it was an absolute disgrace. We will definitely never order from here again!

I haven't eaten this well in ages!

Very dissatisfied now. The burgers always feel warm but are actually cold, probably because they're made hours ago and then just heated up right before delivery. The burgers have really gone downhill in terms of taste. I've given them another chance every time, but each time they're cold and dry.

I was really impressed with you guys…but now it's gotten really bad. You order Pepsi and you get Afri Cola (way too much caffeine). You order Fanta Miranda and you get Schwip Schwap. The burgers arrive cold, as do the fries, which were soggy…the chili cheese nuggets were still lukewarm. How can this happen? That was my last order with you! I'm sad because it was a great place at the beginning, and you've gone downhill so much.

Formerly a regular customer, now unfortunately unbearable. The staff are so unkempt. You can tell they're doing it on the side; the burger bun was so soggy it was inedible. The service was beyond terrible, and as I said, the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. You might as well go to McDonald's; you'll spend even less money. Last time I'll go there.

Ordered through Lieferando, my order got approved. I checked the app 20 minutes ago (around 2 AM) it was saying "nearly there", now I check the app and I see it was delivered around 30 minutes after midnight.. really? I even left a tip to a courier on the app. Why accepting the order if you won't deliver it anyway?? It did not get cancelled as well so how can I get my money back now?? Restaurant is closed so I cannot even contact you. 3h waiting for nothing, such a shame and waste of money. Looks like today you lost a very regular client.

I just placed an order with you via Lieferando. Since the delivery time was estimated at 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called you. The employee confirmed the very long delivery time, and I canceled my order. Unfortunately, the employee was very unenthusiastic and didn't say anything like, "Sorry, we're very busy at the moment," or anything similar. You definitely need to improve your telephone service. It's unacceptable to treat customers like this on the phone. It's a shame because your burgers are really good.

The burgers are really delicious, top-notch! 👌 However, the driver didn't give me a receipt and simply took €2 for himself. Too bad, I would have given it 5 stars.

What a shame, it started off so well and has now completely gone downhill. The "service" was an absolute disaster, and not just once – uncaring, unmotivated, and passive. I simply felt unwelcome. The toilet was horribly dirty, and the overall condition of the place was very neglected. The only saving grace was that I didn't have to make the burgers myself. The crispy chicken used to be thick and juicy. Now it's more breading than meat, dry and thin. The number of fries? We counted them for fun; there were 18, and they weren't even edible. The burgers were now so small that my 7-year-old daughter was still hungry. That was definitely the last time.

A beautifully designed shop (especially the pictures 😂) and excellent food. It's advertised as very expensive, but when you compare the price to the taste, it's definitely worth eating there.

Wonderful burgers. The double cheesy version was a bit greasy, but still delicious and juicy. I'd recommend the regular cheesy version instead. Soft bread, well-melted cheese, and a good balance of vegetables and cheese. The drinks are also very good and come in glass bottles.

Absolutely terrible service. Sometimes the orders were completely wrong, and the employees were mostly rude and didn't acknowledge their fault. The fries never tasted like yesterday's again.

Great spot for burgers in Moenchengladbach! I tried the Spicy Bacon with sweet potato fries, and it was fantastic – juicy patty, fresh toppings, and the bun held everything together perfectly. The fries were crispy and not too salty, and the Joppie sauce was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place had a cozy vibe. I ordered from Take the Good Food in Rheydt and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The delivery time was 1 hour and 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the fries were completely cold and the nuggets were undercooked. My individual order request was also ignored. While I was waiting, I called the store twice – I was told the food was ready and would be delivered shortly, which was obviously not true. About a year ago, I was still very satisfied, but since then, the quality and service have declined significantly. Unfortunately, I will never order again.

The location appears quite appealing at first glance, but as soon as you sit down and take a closer look, you'll notice the severely neglected condition, uninviting and anything but cozy. Service is virtually nonexistent: Instead of a menu, you receive a paper slip and are then expected to place your order yourself at the cashier later. Even a customer-oriented inquiry as to whether you enjoyed the food or whether everything was okay is missing. We would have liked to have been able to share our impressions directly on site, but unfortunately, there was no contact person to speak to after the food was served. It's a shame, because constructive feedback would certainly have been more helpful on site. The food: It looked fine at first, but the taste was a disappointment. We had two "Cheesy" burgers. When pressed together, there were barely more than mini burgers left. The meat tasted neither fresh nor seasoned, dry and of poor quality. A few peppercorns on the edge unfortunately didn't change that. The order arrived after only four minutes, which probably suggests that the patties were pre-cooked and simply reheated. Some of the sweet potato fries were too dark, some even burnt, greasy, and unseasoned. We've had the pleasure of trying and enjoying many Smashburgers. This place is definitely not one of them. One star for the cold drink, though.

Very unfriendly staff. Today I wanted to order something by phone. An employee answered and made me wait for five minutes. Finally, she hung up in my face. When I called again and discussed it, she simply ignored me. I've always ordered food from them, but never again. Outrageous.

Not good value for money. The sauce is just a lot of mayo. For less money, you can get more burgers with more ingredients and more flavor with a Big Mac.

So the burgers taste really good. However, I personally think the size is a bit small for the price. For just under 10 euros I ordered a BBQ burger that was no bigger than a cheeseburger at McDonald's. But the taste could be convincing. I didn't like the fries that much. This is capable of expansion. In my opinion, the mayo and ketchup portion is also ridiculously small for the amount of fries. It can be a little more than a teaspoon of mayo. All in all, nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Food tastes good.

I've been a customer of TAKE THE GOOD FOOD for almost three months now and all I can say is: everything just fits together here! The burgers, the ambience, the trained employees – everything is perfectly coordinated. As a restaurateur, I know the industry well and I have to honestly say: these are the best burgers I've ever eaten! Everything in a nutshell, simply excellent. Big compliments also to Daniel, who managed to prepare my burger in just 3 minutes and 18 seconds - and the burger tasted amazing! Respect!

I tried everything on the menu and all the burgers taste very tasty, the ingredients are perfectly balanced, the burger buns are nice and fluffy and the patties are nice and juicy. The Cheesy Burger, the Hot Chicken Burger and the Drip Burger taste particularly good. The Drip Burger is a real highlight, you should definitely try it. Of the side dishes, I liked the sweet potato fries and the chili cheese poppers the most. In addition to the burgers and side dishes, there is a large selection of drinks, the iced peach tea and the iced tea with watermelon and pineapple flavors are particularly delicious. Here you can simply eat delicious burgers in peace and enjoy the food. The staff are very friendly, everything is very clean (the toilets are also very clean). I've always really liked the interior design, but there have been a few small changes made that make everything look much better (photo 3 is just amazing, as soon as you see this you'll have all the scenes in your head and want to watch the film again, although you've already watched it a hundred times).

The burgers are ungodly delicious! Also the sweet potato fries. Delivery is always quick. A few times we got the burgers mixed up a bit, but it wasn't a big deal.

Food was very tasty although there was a bit too much mayo on the burger. Unfortunately, the delivery instructions that the driver should not ring the bell but rather call were ignored and the bell rang anyway. It would be nice if this could be taken into consideration next time.

The Take Store in Rheydt is one of my personal favorites, simply a wonderful location and simply the best burger in town - connoisseurs know, and anyone who doesn't know Take, I treat them to the experience from the first bite into a drip, simply wonderful

In my opinion, Take the Good Food has established itself as a highlight among the burger restaurants in Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf. The smash burgers served here are simply sensational! The secret undoubtedly lies in the excellently seasoned meat. Every bite is a taste experience that you won't soon forget. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, which is clearly reflected in the taste. My favorite is the “Takeburger” with the homemade special sauce, which takes the taste to a whole new level. But the smoky bacon is not to be despised either. Overall, I can fully recommend Take the Good Food. If you are looking for an exceptional burger experience, you will definitely find it here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
