Buffet was very tasty, service mediocre to unfriendly. Unfortunately, we regularly felt like we were being treated snippy by the dark-haired female waitress today. You should urgently!!!!!! work on it.

Delicious food. Service super friendly. I'd love to go there. What is negative and is getting worse all the time are the toilets. Unfortunately I have to hold my breath every now and then. The smell is in the room. Something urgently needs to change. Ventilation or at least open the door to the outside.

It was pleasant to find a seat inside without prior notice when it was raining... the service and the food were great. The flexibility when ordering is perfect. Vegetarian dishes can clearly be found. All in all, a great meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Gladly again!

Unfortunately, the buffet is set up in such a way that it is incredibly narrow and uncomfortable. Outside of the breakfast buffet (which is very good), the rooms and the outdoor area are great. Unfortunately, I find everything very expensive these days and I would be in favor of tea and filter coffee being included in the price of the buffet

Both schnitzels had very good and tasty portions. Staff friendly and nice. Ambience inside very inviting, outside seat cushions would be great for all chairs.

Wonderful facility! Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but when you go inside you see the true size! The staff is attentive, friendly, accommodating. Prices are also completely reasonable. If I ever end up in Mönchengladbach again, I will definitely come back there.

We had breakfast here on Sunday and were unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered a la carte and had to wait an hour for our food, only to find that our food was served on the next table. The waitress ignored every speech and ignored us. We were then served our food by our neighbors on our own. We had to get our own cutlery from the cutlery box inside. There's a cafeteria feeling! The food was perfectly fine

Very nice Café Extrablatt. This was the second time I've been there for breakfast and I'm very satisfied after this second visit. The buffet offered there is plentiful and varied. There is something for both meat lovers and vegetarians. You can put together both a hearty and a sweet breakfast yourself. I deducted one star from Eesen because I would have liked a little more fresh vegetables and fruit. Otherwise everything was very good and recommended.

The pizza was very thin and had few toppings, the coke cost over 6 euros?? Seriously, everyone should earn money but for 6 euros you can get almost a whole box!! Given the prices, the managers should hire more waiters so you don't have to wait forever to be served.

A good restaurant in itself. Unfortunately you cannot reserve a table for the evening. With 5 guests this will be a difficult undertaking. Then we'd better go somewhere else. It's a shame actually. Today we got a table, unfortunately the service wasn't very attentive.

We always enjoy going here. The service is super attentive and friendly. The ambience invites you to linger. We regularly have breakfast there at our network meetings. Anyone who doesn't get enough here still has to be found!

You need to check your bill and remember what you ordered and for how much. For example: a cocktail and sweet potatoes cost me 21 euros, which does not correspond to the price. Cocktail 9.45, you get a portion of potatoes in a triangle for 11.55. Euro. The cocktails were weak, there was no rum to be heard. And instead of a lemon slice, there was a lemon peel. Disappointed in this cafe.

The title of this commentary is “When Morals and Education Are Missing.” On Friday, March 1, 240, around 8:00 p.m., my friends and I, like everyone else who likes to get together on the weekend, were in a café called "Extrablatt". But our bad luck or our footsteps gave us away and led us to this cafe, where we met a little waiter at the door. And by "small" I don't mean his height, but rather his lack of politeness and decency. He told us we had to wait, so we waited until a group of seven people came out. Later, the little waiter allowed two young girls who had been waiting behind us to go into the cafe. Afterwards I went in myself to see if there were any seats left, and sure enough there were some empty seats. Then I met this being and told him that there were no seats. He didn't believe me, so I said no, and don't talk to me in that cheeky tone. He asked me to leave the cafe and I actually left quietly, not because I agreed with him or because I wanted to give in to his wishes, but because I didn't want to cause any problems or ruin the day for the guests. I left because I cannot lower my level and because my morals and upbringing do not allow me to be happy at the expense of other people's happiness. It was simply up to the employer to consider not only their appearance but also their morals when selecting their employees. Because morals and education are things that cannot be learned or bought with money.

Very pleasant ambience and generally a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is open-minded, competent and tolerant. The restaurant has an outdoor area and two indoor areas, one of which is intended for smokers. Alcoholic drinks are usually available until shortly before closing time (with notice). Personally, I found the fresh mint tea with raspberries to be particularly soothing.

Went there yesterday and never experienced anything so outrageous. Bad and disrespectful condition! Never again

Food was tasty, we were about to pay, I told the waitress that we were going to pay by card, suddenly she was upset and she put the machine with a little force on the table she just said" PIN eingeben"then left, i was waiting for the receipt then she came back on the other side giving me the receipt. That was not a good treatment i would say. We were planning to give her an extra Tip but no thanks, with the way she reacted.

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The atmosphere is good and you feel comfortable.

Chilled and relaxed atmosphere with a broad variety of guests. The drinks are fine. Some may find the wine gums and sweets as drink decoration a little alienating, but they are not in the drink. Nice selection of drinks, not super special but solid. Service was great, super fast and attentive. We didn't try any of the food but would expect the standard Extrablatt quality. You know what you get and it doesn't disappoint.

It's hard to believe the kind of wait staff at the reception, someone who insults and shouts at people if they dare to ask for a table other than the one provided. Utter disappointment. No more. It's a shame, the quality has deteriorated significantly. They probably don't need customers anymore if they dare to treat people like that.

Super bad behavior from the employees. Even the manager is cheeky. The owners should train employees how to provide good, friendly service. We were repeatedly put off ordering. The beer was in poorly cracked glasses. When we had to return this because it wasn't drinkable, we ended up having to pay for it. Very disappointing unprofessional store in Mönchengladbach. Einfach eine klasse Location. Burner war an einem kalten, sonnigen Tag draußen unter dem Heizstrahler sitzen und einen Hot Vino Spice zu trinken. Leckeeerrr!!!!

Wir waren brunchen. Es war sehr voll und laut, aber damit haben wir gerechnet. Ein keiner mehr wäre schön gewesen, daher ein Punkt Abzug, da die anderen Kellner viel Stress hatten

Wir waren hier zum wiederholten Male frühstücken. Die Auswahl ist groß und vielfältig. Der Service ist leider nicht so toll. Es dauert sehr lange, bis man gefragt wird, was man trinken möchte und ein zweites Mal würden wir nicht gefragt. Lediglich ein junger Mitarbeiter war sichtlich bemüht. Das Ambiente ist okay, es ist ziemlich laut und auf den großen Fernsehern läuft Fußball oder andere Sportevents! Haben uns eher wie in einer Sportsbar gefühlt. Alles in allem kommen wir wegen dem Essen...also, wir kommen wieder, mit der Hoffnung, dass der Service sich verbessert!

Nicht ohne Grund IMMERNOCH meine erste Wahl für ein Treffen mit Bekannten. Ob "auf einen Kaffee" , frühstücken, cocktailabend oder "wir müssen mal quatschen". Das kann ich guten Gewissens hier "erledigen". Service: -Aufmerksam. Sehr schnell aber dabei nicht aufdringlich.(zur stoßzeit kann man auch mal auf eine weitere Bestellung warten,aber wer das nicht versteht hat keine Sicht für "ARBEIT".Mehr als arbeiten können die Menschen nicht. -Immer freundlich (man kann auch mal was planen. Geburtstassekt und Kuchen um 0uhr ,Reservierung oder ähnliches) sehr sehr gut informiert. (Hier wird jede Frage beantwortet). Essen/ Trinken: Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist ja aktuell eh ein ganz schwieriges Thema (finde ich) Aber hier bin ich zufrieden mit dem Angebot. Ein paar Sachen auf der Karte bestelle ich für DEN PREIS nicht andere dafür sehr gerne. Und das Angebot reicht dafür vollkommen. Schnitzel,Pizza,burger, Flammkuchen,vetegetarische Sachen, Kleinigkeiten etc. Bei den Getränken gilt das gleiche :) (Cocktails, snaps, Tee, kaffee, Limonaden etc.) Rollstuhgerecht! (Letzte Woche erst geprüft) Service achtet mit auf "freie Wege" ,Toilette ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und erfüllt ihren Zweck sehr gut.

Sehr schönes Café, wir waren zwischen den Feiertagen da, vielleicht liegt es daran, aber die Akustik war sehr laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und wurde schnell immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Preise sind mehr als angemessen. Der Service bekommt einen Stern abgezogen, weil nach unserem ersten Getränk gar nicht mehr gefragt wurde ob wir noch was bekommen. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Das schönste Cafe in Mönchengladbach. Einmal im Monat muss ich dort essen.

Seht nettes Personal. Wir waren zum Brunchen da. Es hat alles geschmeckt, aber für das Angebot fanden wir es alle zu teuer und würden das nächste Mal lieber etwas aus der Karte probieren.

Wir haben am 24. Dezember dort gefrühstückt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder gerne besuche ich das Cafe Extrablatt in Mönchengladbach um ein Bierchen mit Freunden zu trinken oder essen zu gehen. Dort kann man im Sommer auf der Terrasse und im Winter im Innenraum oder auf den begrenzten Plätzen draußen, unter einem Wärmestrahler, sitzen. Der Service ist stets freundlich, lässt nicht lange auf sich warten und agiert sehr freundlich und auf Augenhöhe mit dem Gast. Angeboten werden allerseits Getränke und eine große Anzahl an einfachen Speisen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist fanatisch. Der Innenraum des Cafe Extrablatt ist nett dekoriert und man fühlt sich wohl, doch aufgrund der Größe des Lokals entsteht eine laute Geräuschkulisse, welche stören kann. Außerdem ist noch zu sagen, dass das Personal auf die Sauberkeit im Cafe achtet, da die Toiletten und Tische stets gereinigt werden. Zusammenfassend handelt es sich um ein nettes Cafe, daher kann ich es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit Bekannten dort, um gemeinsam zu frühstücken und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und lange Zeit dort verbracht! Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet in Anspruch genommen und waren begeistert über die Auswahl der Speisen. Es wird immer frisch dazu gelegt oder getauscht, das bedeutet zum Beispiel, wenn die Spiegeleier oder Panncakes leer sind, werden sie wieder frisch zubereitet und auf das Buffet gelegt! Getränke werden extra bestellt und abgerechnet.

Le lieu est superbe! Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients. Nous y étions pour un brunch, 2 adultes +1enfant. Le choix de plats est très bien. Les produits sont de qualité. Je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons sur notre prochain séjour.

Das Frühstücksbuffet am Samstag war super. Selten so gute Brötchen bei einem Buffet gehabt und die Auswahl der Dips war auch grandios. Die Teller dürften gerne größer sein :) Der Service war nett und schnell, alles bestens. 👍🏻
