The non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly! Unfortunately, we both felt the bowl portions were very small for almost €17. They tasted good, but nothing special. The karaage, however, was very tasty!

One thing in advance: I had currywurst with fries/mayo for €7.80. Portion size was good. Thick “Belgian” ones? Fries and a decent currywurst included. Taste was ok. Fries could have been fried a little longer. But... the service really wasn't particularly motivated. The place itself is also pretty shabby and could use a thorough cleaning. So it was ok to fill you up, but nothing more. 😞

Great Italian in Sürth. Especially for all pizza fans! The dough is phenomenal and the pizza is well topped. You simply have to be here. We keep coming back - just for the pizza!!!!

Great bistro in Sülz with impressive cuisine The Tappo is a real picture book bistro. The small restaurant is modern, bright and comfortably furnished. The wine selection is excellent and the cuisine is really impressive. Here, classic French bistro dishes of the best quality are prepared with perfect craftsmanship. Even after our third visit to this restaurant, we are still enthusiastic about the ambience and the French-Mediterranean bistro cuisine. All dishes impress with their high quality and taste. Be it tuna tataki or prawns in spicy garlic sauce as starters or veal tongue in Madeira sauce or rump steak from Argentinian Morocha grass-fed beef with the popular Tappo truffle French fries - everything tasted excellent. The audience at Tappo is diverse - this flair of student meeting place, neighborhood bar and authentic French bistro makes the small restaurant with friendly service so unique. Happy are the people of Cologne who live right around the corner!
