We were at Bologna on 2 out of 3 evenings. It is a self-service pizzeria in the middle of Germany's oldest pedestrian zone, Stair Street. Super friendly owner in his one-man shop. The pizzas were super tasty. Fresh produce is used here. Everything excellent. I also gave 5 stars for service even though it is self-service. He is such a kind soul.

In my opinion the best pizza you can get in Kassel today and even for little money. Super tasty, super fast and always friendly. If you're in the mood for pizza and are in the city center, you shouldn't miss this place.

The sauce tasted like a ready-made sauce and was diluted with water. Dry herbs were used, fresh ingredients would have been better. The service wasn't there at all, we had to order our own food and bring it to the table.

We were in Kassel on a layover and decided to have a snack near the main station. We chose “Bologna” based on reviews on Google and were not disappointed. Delicious Italian pizza seven minutes from HBF, I advise all guests of the city to try it!

I have known the boss for 30 years and he always makes the food very good. I would say his pizzas taste best in Kassel, always well topped and airy, just perfect, hardly any waiting time and the ambience inside and outside is very nice. We enjoy coming to eat and always recommend it.

One of the best pizzas in Kassel are served here. Not quite Italian or Neapolitan, but still pretty good. The preparation is usually done personally by Hasan and after a while he knows his own preferences. The ambience is underwhelming and everything is self-service. However, the whole thing is simply cultural property and you should have been here at least once. I've enjoyed coming here for years and can only recommend it.

I ordered a large pizza. half spinach half tuna. When I settled the bill, the boss charged me for 2 large pizzas, a whole spinach pizza and a whole tuna pizza. Food tastes good but it's very dishonest work and customers don't care what it looks like. I definitely won't be going there again, even though I enjoyed going there before!

The best pizza in Kassel is here. Here we work and cook with love. You can feel it and taste it. The pizza is not heavy on the stomach and every bite is a pleasure. You can notice the attention to detail in every meal. The owner is always on site, serving everyone with a personal touch and a smile. Where do you find that these days? The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Comparable pizzas cost 3-5 euros more in other stores and that without the high quality standard. I absolutely cannot understand why some people give this one star. Some people probably just have a problem with themselves.

We had a delicious meal here and received our food almost as quickly as in a fast food restaurant. For me there was the pizza with peppers and salami. The ingredients were all fresh and the pizza was well topped with cheese. Overall, one would have expected a larger pizza than a large pizza, but since the toppings were quite generous, there was still no objection. The floor is quite slippery, so one star less for the ambience. We'd love to come back.

Well I have to say I found the staff friendly. The restaurant is self-service. The food was ready in no time and we had pizza Hercules. Found it very tasty. Atmosphere nice and quiet outside & pleasant. The music inside was just a little too loud for me. One more thing, unfortunately I don't think it fills you up.

Excellent crispy pizza base, not soggy and not too dry either. This is how pizza base should be. The chef washes his hands after touching money 👍 The price-performance ratio is good. I liked the atmosphere. There was something nerdy about the city map in particular, which covered an entire wall. Cool.

Leckere Pizza mit Liebe zubereitet. Super sympathischer Pizzabäcker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. In 2 Tagen 3mal dort gegessen. Spaghetti frutti di mare sind auch sehr zu empfehlen (gekocht mit Liebe, die man schmeckt). Update: Nach 4 Monaten ist das Essen immer noch genau so GUT wie beim letzten Besuch. Hassan ist der Beste, freundlich, aufmerksam und einach ein super Typ.

Der gute Pizza Ofen hat mich einkehren lassen ins Bologna. Es war die richtige Entscheidung! Lange habe ich keine so gute Pizza (Toscana) mehr gegessen. Musste mir als Pizza Liebhaber sogar noch eine kleine Toscana (herrlich pikant) Pizza mitnehmen. Sollte es mich aus HH nochmal nach Kassel führen kehre ich sicher wieder ein. Die Pizza wird als Teigkugel direkt vor deinen Augen ausgerollt, aufs Blech gelegt, mit deiner Auswahl belegt und nach einem Moment im Ofen hast du vor dir das köstliche Ergebnis. Unser Ehemaligen- und Aktiven Treffen fand im Bologna statt. Ehrlich gestanden waren einige von uns über die kahl wirkende Pizzeria und den Selfservice überrascht. Aus dem Kühlschrank holte man sich Flaschengetränke, Wein von der Theke. Es wurde Salat, Pizza und Pasta bestellt. Ich hatte Cannelloni al forno bestellt. Eine Pizza musste nachgeordert werden, weil der Wirt sie vergessen hatte. Pizza und Salate waren ok, das al forno leider ziemlich fad. Es war jedoch insgesamt preiswert, zumal der freundliche Wirt auf unsre Ehrlichkeit vertraute, was die Getränkeentnahme aus dem Kühlschrank betraf. Es ist eben kein Ristorante. Für Pizza essen ist das Bologna aber der richtige Ort.

Sehr netter Chef,hat uns sofort erklärt wie man dort bestellt. Die Pizza schmeckt Hammer mäßig gut. Der Teig ist mega lecker. Das war das positive! Nun es gibt kleine Pizza so mini trifft es besser… Die große ist nicht mal ansatzweise so groß wie man es von eine üblichen kennt. Sehr schade. Die maxi ist dann ok. Preise dafür aber inordnung…

Der Chef hat immer gute Laune. Dort schmeckt es immer gut und geht schnell. Ich bin hier gerne und esse mich satt. Die alte Einrichtung hat mir zwar besser gefallen aber die neue ist dennoch gut. Bin sehr zufrieden

Meine Tochter hat uns in diese Pizzaria mitgenommen . Und es ist echt gut da . Da nur der Besitzer und manchmal sein Sohn alles frisch zubereiten muss man sein essen an der Theke abholen. Aber das Essen ist super und alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt lecker . Also wer Pizza 🍕 Pasta 🍝 und Salate mag ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben. Auch preislich super . Beste Pizza in Kassel, ich komme schon viele Jahre hier her. Hier macht der Chef noch selber die Pizza. Geschmacklich top und der Chef ist immer super nett. Ein Tipp: direkt nebenan ist noch eine gute Eisdiele mit leckerem Café. ♥️
