Pizza Parma in Kassel

I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats, but the food wasn't delivered. Neither Uber Eats nor the restaurant was willing or able to help me. I called the restaurant, and they allegedly couldn't find my order and wouldn't deliver it to me. They told me to contact Uber Eats so they could refund me because they don't have access to the orders.

Once and never again! The food didn't arrive. I called several times, but there was no answer. If I couldn't give a swearing, that would be fine.

My order was simply canceled after an hour and it was disrespectful and rude.

Waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza, and their shop is less than 1 km away.

I will never order here again, you are abnormal

I ordered and paid for food via UBER. That means the pizza comes and it's ready. However, they claimed that I hadn't paid and I could prove that it had been taken out of my account. Although the AMOUNT DUE: €0.00 was stated on the invoice, he wanted money and after 20 minutes of discussion he still maintained his opinion that I had to pay in cash. :D Service 0.00 like the bill. Two days later I ordered somewhere else and everything worked the same way. Unfortunately I didn't get to eat. In any case, big cars are at the door. Too bad!

The worst pizza I have ever ordered. The delivery took over an hour and when the pizza finally arrived it looked inedible - the dough was tough, there was hardly any toppings on it and the taste was just terrible. After a few bites I stopped eating and even had stomach problems. The suppliers also seemed very strange and could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Absolutely not recommended!

I ordered from Pizza Parma and overall I was very satisfied. The order went quickly and the delivery was on time. The pizza tasted good and was already cut into quarter pieces, although eighth pieces would have been more practical. Particularly helpful: The boxes were labeled, although numbers in front of the food would be even better to make classification easier. A small negative point: Unfortunately, no cutlery was provided with the Bolognese, but luckily we were able to get that for our colleague at work. Overall, a good experience – gladly again!

Flames should continue to focus on burgers. They don't have pizza on them.

I was very shocked when I saw the bad reviews, I can personally only speak of the Party Pizza and they were really okay for such a delivery service.

The Jägerschnitzel is inedible. I didn't have high expectations, but the sauce is far from a hunter's sauce - unfortunately no effort was made at all. Strange consistency, clearly a finished product & the taste is unidentifiable. In any case, it's not hunter's sauce. Ended up in the trash... Too bad.

Always in delay and the last time was ordered via Liferando and not arrive. When we call they are rude and say that is on going but not delivered. Let’s see if liferando will return my money because never more I order tis pizza! Not order if you want to eat because they not delivery!

Spaghetti Bolognese was made with cream and spaghetti was tagliatelle. Otherwise fine. Burrito was covered with a fatty layer of cheese. Also OK. Overall solid, but nothing more. Delivery took 1 hour. Delivery person was friendly.

I ordered via Lieferando, it was supposed to be there after about 45 minutes, after an hour I called, they apologized and a free Coke was delivered for the long wait, and it arrived hot. Accordingly, the staff was friendly, the pizza was tasty and well topped.

Order was canceled for no reason after waiting 2 hours. Absolute failure.

Hello, we ordered pizza to take home once and it was delicious. For your daughter’s birthday, also decide to order here. We called at 11 am in advance and ordered for 14.30 because we were celebrating in the gaming room and the time was calculated. As a result, the delivery was not made on time, everyone had to sit hungry 😔 When I started calling we were only fed “wait another 5/10/15 minutes.” Plus, we repeated the address several times and ended up arriving at the wrong place.😔 Also, one of the pizzas was missing one component. Overall I'm disappointed.

I will never order here again! I'm complaining because they take so long and they call Lieferando where they're standing in front of my door to pull them back.. minus 5 stars

Ordered there very often. Supplements were always missing. After contacting them several times, I decided to call them and let them know that I would no longer be ordering from them. The reaction to it was shocking. I've never had to deal with such brash people. And about the pizzas that are delivered. You're better off messing with your neighbor and getting a personal injury claim from them - it doesn't cost anything. Here you have to pay for the heartburn

Wir sind hellauf begeistert. Zwar hat die Lieferung 10 Minuten länger als angegeben, gedauert, aber die 4 Pizzen waren glühend heiß und haben mega lecker geschmeckt. Der Kommentar eines anwesenden Italieners:"Das war die beste Pizza außerhalb Italiens". Das sagt ja wohl alles. Wir kommen aus dem Rheinland und haben uns die Pizzen zu unserem Wohnmobil liefern lassen. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Ich habe für 1 Pizza über 2stunden warten müssen und wo man dort angerufen hat wurde nur gelacht und gesagt es kann ja mal länger dauern lächerlich sowas und dann kommt die auch noch komplett verbrannt und heiß war die Pizza auch nicht mehr nicht mal warm wie so Lappen ekelhaft lasst bloß die Finger von dem Schuppen

Das erste mal dort über Lieferando bestellt und nie wieder. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden angerufen, wo er mir sagt das unsere Pizza im Ofen sei. Nach 30 weiteren Minuten kam dann die Mail das meine Bestellung stoniert wurde von denen. Also 2 Stunden vollkommen umsonst gewartet, zudem wurde ich noch angelogen.

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen 🤔🙈🤪 Alles im angekündigten Zeitplan, essen war heiß, Nudeln etwas lasch. Aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden 👍

Pizza kam schneller als angegeben und war noch heiß. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Hätte aber etwas würziger sein können, die Pizza war leider fad.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen und netter Service. Mein Freund und ich haben schon oft hier bestellt und bisher gab es nie Probleme. Heute hat mein Freund etwas bei Pizza Parma kurz vor deren Feierabend bestellt und es kam leider das falsche an, aber nach einem Anruf wurde uns das Essen kostenlos ersetzt und das obwohl eigentlich schon geschlossen war. Die negativen Bewertungen sind für uns also nicht nachvollziehbar zumal es auch geschmacklich nichts auszusetzen gibt. Unglaublich nett und gerne immer wieder.

Also ich muss sagen das ich sehr positiv überrascht bin. Die Pizza war mega. Der Teig durch und knusprig und der Rest top ! Bestelle immer wieder gerne !

Ich habe Pizza bestellt und war sehr positiv überrascht. Pizzateig war super, schön durch und der Belag hat frisch und lecker geschmeckt. Außerdem war die 32cm Pizza mit extra Belag sehr preiswert im Gegensatz zu anderen Pizzalieferanten in Kassel. Ich werde hier öfter bestellen!

Die Pizza und die chicken Nuggets waren wirklich sehr lecker. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Leider keine guten Pizzen... Das Hähnchen auf der Pizza schmeckt wie das Fertigzeug vom Discounter, der Teig ist absolut lieblos hergestellt, zwar knusprig aber steinhart. Richtig traurig war das Pizzabrot was einfach nur noch zäh war. Insgesamt ehrlicherweisr eine pure Enttäuschung, was die gelieferten Speisen angeht. Der zweite Stern gilt dem Lieferfahrer, der trotz des Fertigmülls freundlich einen "guten Appetit" wünschte.

Empfehle ich absolut nicht weiter! Wir haben bestellt und die falsche Größe der Pizza erhalten sowie die Pizza zur Hälfte verbrannt war. Bei dem Pizzabrot mit "Sahnesoße" haben wir vergeblich diese Soße gesucht. Zudem bekommen sie es nichtmal hin die richtige Nudelsorte auszuwählen. Absprache untereinander gibt es wohl auch keine, der Lieferant hatte weder meine Nummer noch meinen Nachnamen und wusste daher nicht wo er klingeln soll. Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
