Terrible experience, I’ve ordered many times and was happy but the last times they don’t care at all. They left my food in front of the building standing and not calling and insisting that the phone number I gave was incorrect, I called several times and spoke with the worker regarding my order and told him to call me when the driver is downstairs so I’ll come down. He didn’t do, I waited and waited until I thought of calling and requesting an update, he told me angry that the driver left my food outside, in front of the building in nighttime where it was quite cold outside, the food was cold. Now I try to order again on Uber Eats and I called him to confirm my order and tell him to call me when he’s down, he then said that he will refuse my order and close it.

I wanted a kebab. In the dining room, all the chairs were stacked up; trash cans, documents, a television, and a packed-up washing machine were scattered around. A pleasant older gentleman sat behind the counter, engrossed in his cell phone. I greeted him cautiously. There was no meat on the clean rotisserie skewers. When I asked if they had kebabs, I was told they had already sliced the meat. They offer regular and whole-wheat bread. I placed my order, the man walked from left to right, there was a beeping and bing, I was asked what sauce I wanted, and after a reasonable amount of time, I had my meal. The large, oblong bread contained a good portion of chicken and sauce; I can't comment on the vegetables. The meat seasoning was okay, but unfortunately, any grilled or roasted flavors were completely missing. The meat was (due to storage?) very greasy and dripped noticeably from the bread. The garlic sauce was very rich and sweet, reminding me of overly sweet ready-made sauces. Conclusion: At €8, it's unjustifiably above the Worms average and is (still?) no comparison to Worms' established kebab shops.

Simply grotesque, the pizza was ok but the pasta is something indescribable, after the first bite I threw 2 plates in the trash, not even the dog touched them again👎👎👎
