This Pizza Hut is a disaster. We didn't even get the cards, I had to ask for them myself. The waiters took orders from people who arrived after us, right next door, but no one bothered to come see us. Obviously, they served white customers first. We are black, and I strongly suspect racism. Absolutely avoid.

Unfortunately, Chezzy-Crust's dough was extra burnt and dark, tasteless. A bit expensive for this quality. There is no delivery service to Harthof, even though I live less than 2km away. Update: It's 11:30 p.m. and the restaurant is already closed, see photos. Although opening hours are until 12:00 p.m.

Pizza Hut’s New Motto: “We Don’t Serve Respect… or Decent Pizza!” Thinking of stopping by Pizza Hut near the BMW Museum? Well, buckle up, because this place is an experience—but not in a good way! We went in hungry and left… well, hungry for better service. Let’s start with the manager. Not only was he utterly unhelpful, but he also seemed to be on a mission—and that mission was to patrol tables like we were in a maximum-security prison! At one point, he actually looked over to see if we dared to share our food with our own kids. Imagine that, buying food with our own money, and then… gasp… sharing it with family! Scandalous! And while this “sharing patrol” was happening, our server seemed to have vanished into thin air. When he finally showed up, he served our food with all the enthusiasm of a robot out of batteries. The lunch offer? Skip it! For the price, we expected something more than a measly portion, and certainly more than the side-eye from management. So if you’re near the BMW Museum, don’t be lured in by the idea of a quick pizza fix. There are plenty of better places to eat—where sharing isn’t considered a crime!

This restaurant has been in Munich for ages. Pizza Hut Pizza is its own brand and the taste is of course great. Unfortunately, the parking problem here has been a disaster for years.

I’m an American who visited here after the BMW museum tour and the food was nothing short of appalling. The food was dry and it reminded me of eating cardboard. Far overstuffed, and no one seems capable of cutting a pizza. My buddy and I had to take two minutes just to separate each slice from the whole pie. And I ordered a side salad doused with canned corn, not strained. We asked for Pepsi and the dude gives us Pepsi zero. Anyways never eating Pizza Hut again anywhere in the world after this. Thx

I found the restaurant to be clean and nice. The waiters were quick. Huge pizza with cheese crust. Drinks were constantly being refilled at refills.

Purely a matter of taste. Personally, I'll stick with the Neapolitan pizza team, but I'm sure there are a lot of people who like the thick American pizza. It's all too greasy for me and the dough is much too dominant. The topping, on the other hand, hardly comes through, especially the cheese used is almost completely lost. And ingredients like the salami are surprisingly inconspicuous. All consistency carriers and no flavor carriers. Unfortunately, the service and ambience cannot convince me either. But that's probably more due to my expectations. I think about authentic hospitality and get a fast food restaurant. Which isn't a bad thing, everyone is doing their best. The height of the fall comes from the fact that I cannot detach myself from my imagination. It's all a matter of taste.

Delicious pizza selection with all you can eat lunch menu

We have on September 28th. Ate there and loved it. The pizzas were very tasty and came quickly. The greatest joy was the attentiveness and friendliness of our waiter. We had ordered Free Refill and most of the time this means having to actively keep up. Our waiter S.H. was faster than us and knew exactly when to deliver. Always with a smile and courteous. Thank you for this great experience. We'll be back!

Waited over 25 minutes for a takeaway pizza

I had an order for pickup from the restaurant and when I arrived no one responded to my greeting. I said I was from UberEats and was told straight away to wait at the door. I asked if I needed to show what order I had and again I was told to wait at the door. At that moment I said that it was normal to show what order I have and find out how long the order is; After that I would go wait. Next, the staff responded to me very rudely and sent me like a dog to wait at the door. I then said that I would not stay to argue with people who are disrespectful and arrogant. I canceled the order and left. If employees are disrespectful and don't know how to respond to the greeting, they should at least get training on how to deal with UberEats and their drivers. It's trashy food, but it has to be done sometimes, you can get involved with it sometimes. It was a bit noisy, which led to an incorrect order, but overall it was fantastic and made my fast food heart beat faster.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, which was supposed to be delivered in 25 minutes (My location: 200m away) after 30 minutes the first delay was announced. After 1 hour I was assured that the pizza would be there soon. 1 and a half hours later I receive a notification that the pizza has been delivered. But nothing far and wide. The driver didn't even bother to call. After some back and forth, I found out that the store apparently wasn't able to reach the driver either. I have now canceled my order. The only question that remains is how you can be too unqualified for such a simple job. Bro, you have a navigation system and your only job is to bring food from A to B and if that's too difficult for you then I'll come to your aid but you have to tell me.

Ordering pizza for takeaway or delivery is impossible on their website. The website won't let you add this Pizza Hut location for delivery or pickup. I suspect this is because the pickup offers on the website are a MUCH better deal than ordering through Lieferando, which offers no pickup deals. Truly a pathetic user experience with a company that is clearly trying to rip off its customers by not allowing them to order ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Another Pizza Hut in Munich recently went out of business and I think this one will be next. Edit: 3 months have passed since Pizza Hut's response. There has been no change. You still can't place orders on the website

I ordered from this Pizza Hut on UberEats this week, and the app clearly showed that a store staff member will deliver the pizza (usually Uber would send a courier to deliver, but they did not have it set up this way). After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called the store and spoke to the manager (the only person who can speak English comfortably). He kept telling me the pizza was ready, but they were waiting for Uber to send a courier to deliver it to me. I tried to explain that no Uber driver was coming because their restaurant on UberEats was set up for a store employee to deliver it. Instead of listening, the manager raised his voice at me, insisting I was wrong and that Uber would send someone. But looking at other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. I know the manager is looking at this knowing he messed up, and I am laughing that the Pizza Hut is no longer taking UberEats orders as they are robbing people of their money The manager’s attitude was unprofessional, and he clearly doesn’t understand how his business works.

The pizza from the lunch buffet was delicious. The service was attentive and super friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

We have always loved the pizzas at Pizza Hut, so there is no challenge in this department. At this location, we have felt good in every visit. People are friendly and the service is great. We see many employees that have stayed working there for some time now so they know how to keep order and pace with customers.

I went to this restaurant today, where I've been a regular customer for years, but it was definitely my last visit. The employee who served me was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. It seemed like he didn't care about my order at all. When I mentioned that the Mirinda drink only tasted like water and sugar and had no carbonation at all, he just said that it was “new” and would taste like that. No apology, no solution offered – just ignorance. I ended up getting completely ripped off and was obviously expected to leave a tip, which I definitely didn't do after this behavior. As a long-time regular customer, I've always had good experiences, but after this experience I definitely won't be coming back. Very disappointing!

Disgusting "food". In quotation marks because it has nothing to do with food anymore. Greasy dough, chemical taste, the fact that it passes for pizza is crazy. And it is comparatively expensive too. My first time at Pizza Hut and definitely my last time...!

I had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut near the BMW Museum in Munich. The waiter, who also happened to be the manager, was quite rude from the start. Upon our arrival, he abruptly asked us to move to another table so he could clean the one we had chosen, without any courtesy. The situation worsened when, after we had only eaten two slices of our pizza, he came over and demanded payment, which was very unusual and disruptive. When I confronted him about this, he falsely claimed that we had asked for the bill, which we certainly hadn't. He then tried to blame another waiter, who confirmed that no such request was made. Although the manager eventually apologized, the whole experience left a sour taste, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. Despite this, we still tipped fairly. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The store is a mess! The staff unfriendly, incompetent. Ordered a pizza with 3 ingredients and received one with 2 ingredients. This was noted on the invoice but not canceled from the invoice! The older waiter was totally rude and didn't take it off the bill! €29.00 for a pizza with two ingredients is an absolute disgrace!!! Not recommended!!!!!

Sorry but the biggest rubbish. It's not what it used to be. The noodles had zero taste, not even salted. The pizza is full of oil, the waitress is unfriendly and doesn't wash her hands after smoking. The waiters argue with customers because they put the tables together. The customers marched out on their own.

I arrived at the pizzeria with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and their 3- and 1-year-old children, with the intention of eating pizza. We waited a few minutes in the designated waiting area and then a waitress directed us to take a seat in the room. Since there were six of us with the children, we placed a table for two, 50 cm apart, next to the one for 4 and a waiter immediately came in a rude manner to tell us that we had to wait at the entrance. My daughter, who speaks perfect German, having lived and worked in Germany for more than 6 years, tried to explain to him that it was her colleague who told us to sit down, considering that the children were also tired of being in our arms, we tried to get them sit. The waiter didn't want to listen to reason so we went to the pizzeria at Ancora, a few hundred meters away, where we were well received and where we ate some excellent pizzas. In my humble opinion, the staff of that pizzeria should work for some time in restaurants and pizzerias in Italy, to see how customers are treated.

The following situation: We (2 people) on the way to the Coldplay concert. Google Maps shows: Pizza Hut is the closest restaurant. Well let's go then. We ordered two pizzas, bruscetta, cola and apple spritzer. After I burned myself on the tray that was served, which was really inconveniently close to the entire pizza, my first thought was: I could have gone to Mc's for that level. Pizza is comparable to bad frozen pizza, except that even the frozen pizza tastes fresher and better. Even the apple spritzer tasted stale after 5 days (how can you go wrong with apple spritzer????) What should be highlighted positively, however, is the waitress, who asked with a grin and probably ironically whether we had already finished eating and wanted to have the food packed up (plates were still half full). Of course we don't want to pack the food, but we're glad you asked. But I think she was already expecting the answer. As soon as we got out of the restaurant, which felt like it was 35 degrees warm without air conditioning, the first stomach ache came within a good 15 minutes. Was the visit worth it? Well, you read it yourself. Next time we might take more meters to find a suitable restaurant.

We used to go here often many years ago and came back since we were nearby. The food was great, we had two pizzas and both were exactly as expected or better. The drinks. Well...NO REGULAR PEPSI. This is just bizarre, but they only do pepsi zero. I ended up not drinking anything as there wasn't an option....we're still in shock. The atmosphere is a view at BMW world with slightly dated, but perfectly agreeable decor... pretty nice overall. We will be back as this was a rare meal where both kids loved it but...I need to figure out a drink option! Wow.

The restaurant is worth recommending for fans of American pizzas. The pizzas are filling, large and well topped. I also like the refill offer on the drinks menu, which is the most expensive, but still worth it if you want to drink more than one glass. The employees here are very courteous and friendly, work quickly and seem like they enjoy the job.

Unfortunately we were unable to order the summer specials advertised on the website. There was no vegan pizza on the menu. The refill offer for the drinks only worked to a limited extent, as we had to wait 15 minutes for the first refill, then pointed it out to another waiter again and then got refills twice. The meal was okay. Unfortunately, the service does not deserve the name as such.

It's a shame that there is only one Pizza Hut in Munich. Logically, the restaurant is always very busy and very full. Nevertheless, I like to go there just to eat a different kind of pizza. Hello, I've been coming here every now and then for years, eating a Cheezy Crust and enjoying Pepsi that you can't get in any other place! Always great until the last time. Last week only Zeero sugar drinks were offered and tasted amazing too! It's a real shame that Pizza Hut decides to tell customers what they should drink! Because when it comes to that, you shouldn't eat pizza 🍕 there, because it's just American....! Otherwise everything was fine of course, pizza was delicious 😋 even if it wasn't a diet pizza....! But drinks are technically a disaster. Maybe just let your customers decide! Because if you want healthy food then I won't go to you!

The pizza was super tasty, 5* without any deductions! Unfortunately it was different with the drinks, neither normal cola (with sugar) nor iced tea was available. The third alternative (SchwippSchwapp) was at least delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the changing table was a bit sparse and makeshift, but it does its job! The entrance to the restaurant can be reached via a few steps. Price-performance is really great!

That's it for the visit to Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the boss made himself more important than he had to be by telling us that it was forbidden to play games on the table. It has to be said that we were there as a family (with a small child). When asked why you weren't allowed to play on the table, the answer was very casual that this was a restaurant and not an arcade. This can also scare away guests.

PizzaHut on Thursday from 6:30 p.m., the best time. It's pizza festival time, which means as much pizza as you want + €5 extra for all you can drink. Nice waiters, happy to ask if certain pizzas are wanted, enough parking spaces. Only every now and then a small drink refill is forgotten, but I think this is more likely to be attributed to the busy operation.

The bread overall was crispy and tasted good. After visiting BMW, I think it was good to have good accessibility and to be able to choose from a buffet/menu. At the buffet, you can eat classic pizzas including cola (no refills) for 10.9 euros, but I don't know about the menu because I haven't tried it. The staff was busy so it was harder to call than I thought, and because they didn't speak English well, ordering was a little harder than I thought. If you like pizza, it’s worth a visit at least once!

Pizza tasted like they had forgotten something in the dough. We had two conditions, one didn't put anything away, while the other always took empty things with her.

Overall, the food here was definitely not bad, but very solid. The pizza was tasty, but not super special. Unfortunately there were no more lemonades when we were there. It's relatively loud in the restaurant and the menus were pretty worn out. But the service was friendly and we were served quickly. If you visit spontaneously at lunchtime, you may have to plan for a waiting time.

This place is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. The food is fine but the service was really unprofesionall and even rude. They are refilling the Refill-drink for like 10 minutes so u got two drinks during the meal even when u want more. And thats not all, they're ignoring u when u ask them politely for something.
