I like Hut pizza, but it's too greasy for me at the moment.

Pizza is delicious! Rather small if you want to order the pizza for an acceptable price. But otherwise really fine

Probably the worst food that I have ever tasted. Selling overpriced dough soaked in oil without any taste at all… What a disgrace to whole pizza industry.

We have always loved the pizzas at Pizza Hut, so there is no challenge in this department. At this location, we have felt good in every visit. People are friendly and the service is great. We see many employees that have stayed working there for some time now so they know how to keep order and pace with customers.

I went to this restaurant today, where I've been a regular customer for years, but it was definitely my last visit. The employee who served me was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. It seemed like he didn't care about my order at all. When I mentioned that the Mirinda drink only tasted like water and sugar and had no carbonation at all, he just said that it was “new” and would taste like that. No apology, no solution offered – just ignorance. I ended up getting completely ripped off and was obviously expected to leave a tip, which I definitely didn't do after this behavior. As a long-time regular customer, I've always had good experiences, but after this experience I definitely won't be coming back. Very disappointing!

Disgusting "food". In quotation marks because it has nothing to do with food anymore. Greasy dough, chemical taste, the fact that it passes for pizza is crazy. And it is comparatively expensive too. My first time at Pizza Hut and definitely my last time...!

Great American pizza. At lunchtime there was a pizza buffet. Good selection, unfortunately the cheese crust was missing. Very friendly service. Only the outside area was a bit dirty. We'd love to come back!

Regular service, food on the terrace of the business and I didn't enjoy the food well because the employees were smoking in the same place, the only thing that saves the place are the pizzas but the staff has to improve.

I had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut near the BMW Museum in Munich. The waiter, who also happened to be the manager, was quite rude from the start. Upon our arrival, he abruptly asked us to move to another table so he could clean the one we had chosen, without any courtesy. The situation worsened when, after we had only eaten two slices of our pizza, he came over and demanded payment, which was very unusual and disruptive. When I confronted him about this, he falsely claimed that we had asked for the bill, which we certainly hadn't. He then tried to blame another waiter, who confirmed that no such request was made. Although the manager eventually apologized, the whole experience left a sour taste, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. Despite this, we still tipped fairly. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Great as always. Today we had a buffet meal for around 11 euros, eat as much as you can :-) We were there on Wednesday (12-3 p.m.), unfortunately there is no information about it

Seems to be a popular spot - super crowded, loud and you had to wait to get a table. BUT: Service was great and we tried very hard to find a seat quickly and the food was typical Pizza Hut 😀

Sorry but the biggest rubbish. It's not what it used to be. The noodles had zero taste, not even salted. The pizza is full of oil, the waitress is unfriendly and doesn't wash her hands after smoking. The waiters argue with customers because they put the tables together. The customers marched out on their own.

I arrived at the pizzeria with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and their 3- and 1-year-old children, with the intention of eating pizza. We waited a few minutes in the designated waiting area and then a waitress directed us to take a seat in the room. Since there were six of us with the children, we placed a table for two, 50 cm apart, next to the one for 4 and a waiter immediately came in a rude manner to tell us that we had to wait at the entrance. My daughter, who speaks perfect German, having lived and worked in Germany for more than 6 years, tried to explain to him that it was her colleague who told us to sit down, considering that the children were also tired of being in our arms, we tried to get them sit. The waiter didn't want to listen to reason so we went to the pizzeria at Ancora, a few hundred meters away, where we were well received and where we ate some excellent pizzas. In my humble opinion, the staff of that pizzeria should work for some time in restaurants and pizzerias in Italy, to see how customers are treated.

The only closest place that you could eat at beside BMW museum. Often has a huge queue. But food was good.

Monday - Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. there is a buffet with various pan pizzas including 1 0.4l drink for €10.90

The store is a mess! The staff unfriendly, incompetent. Ordered a pizza with 3 ingredients and received one with 2 ingredients. This was noted on the invoice but not canceled from the invoice! The older waiter was totally rude and didn't take it off the bill! €29.00 for a pizza with two ingredients is an absolute disgrace!!! Not recommended!!!!!

The following situation: We (2 people) on the way to the Coldplay concert. Google Maps shows: Pizza Hut is the closest restaurant. Well let's go then. We ordered two pizzas, bruscetta, cola and apple spritzer. After I burned myself on the tray that was served, which was really inconveniently close to the entire pizza, my first thought was: I could have gone to Mc's for that level. Pizza is comparable to bad frozen pizza, except that even the frozen pizza tastes fresher and better. Even the apple spritzer tasted stale after 5 days (how can you go wrong with apple spritzer????) What should be highlighted positively, however, is the waitress, who asked with a grin and probably ironically whether we had already finished eating and wanted to have the food packed up (plates were still half full). Of course we don't want to pack the food, but we're glad you asked. But I think she was already expecting the answer. As soon as we got out of the restaurant, which felt like it was 35 degrees warm without air conditioning, the first stomach ache came within a good 15 minutes. Was the visit worth it? Well, you read it yourself. Next time we might take more meters to find a suitable restaurant.

We used to go here often many years ago and came back since we were nearby. The food was great, we had two pizzas and both were exactly as expected or better. The drinks. Well...NO REGULAR PEPSI. This is just bizarre, but they only do pepsi zero. I ended up not drinking anything as there wasn't an option....we're still in shock. The atmosphere is a view at BMW world with slightly dated, but perfectly agreeable decor... pretty nice overall. We will be back as this was a rare meal where both kids loved it but...I need to figure out a drink option! Wow.

The restaurant is worth recommending for fans of American pizzas. The pizzas are filling, large and well topped. I also like the refill offer on the drinks menu, which is the most expensive, but still worth it if you want to drink more than one glass. The employees here are very courteous and friendly, work quickly and seem like they enjoy the job.

Food was good as expected. Service was fine, we chose the refill option and had new drinks on the table very quickly. Place itself was a little dirty. There were leftover pizza crusts on the floor and it was quite warm, the air conditioning couldn't keep up that day

Take away food YES, eat there NO! The parking spaces there are not that convenient if you have a larger car. Even if you greet the staff when you enter, they don't greet you. We waited quite a long time to be seated and then looked for a table ourselves. Others left straight away. Then wait again until we are served. We took a look at what was available in advance. Unfortunately we were unable to order the summer specials advertised on the website. There was no vegan pizza on the menu. The refill offer for the drinks only worked to a limited extent, as we had to wait 15 minutes for the first refill, then pointed it out to another waiter again and then got refills twice. The meal was okay. Unfortunately, the service does not deserve the name as such.

It's a shame that there is only one Pizza Hut in Munich. Logically, the restaurant is always very busy and very full. Nevertheless, I like to go there just to eat a different kind of pizza. The staff is constantly stressed but always keeps an eye on everything. Even when things get very hot, the boys and girls are on their toes and the order is taken quickly. The food comes pretty quickly.

Hello, I've been coming here every now and then for years, eating a Cheezy Crust and enjoying Pepsi that you can't get in any other place! Always great until the last time. Last week only Zeero sugar drinks were offered and tasted amazing too! It's a real shame that Pizza Hut decides to tell customers what they should drink! Because when it comes to that, you shouldn't eat pizza 🍕 there, because it's just American....! Otherwise everything was fine of course, pizza was delicious 😋 even if it wasn't a diet pizza....! But drinks are technically a disaster. Maybe just let your customers decide! Because if you want healthy food then I won't go to you!

The pizza was super tasty, 5* without any deductions! Unfortunately it was different with the drinks, neither normal cola (with sugar) nor iced tea was available. The third alternative (SchwippSchwapp) was at least delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the changing table was a bit sparse and makeshift, but it does its job! The entrance to the restaurant can be reached via a few steps. Price-performance is really great!

That's it for the visit to Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the boss made himself more important than he had to be by telling us that it was forbidden to play games on the table. It has to be said that we were there as a family (with a small child). When asked why you weren't allowed to play on the table, the answer was very casual that this was a restaurant and not an arcade. This can also scare away guests.

Relatively clean! Staff somehow speaks German... Food was very good!!! Drinks are sugar-free :-( It was okay but for the price I can also go to a Chinese restaurant if I'm honest!

Ordering pizza for takeaway or delivery is impossible on their website. The website won't let you add this Pizza Hut location for delivery or pickup. I suspect this is because the pickup offers on the website are a MUCH better deal than ordering through Lieferando, which offers no pickup deals. Truly a pathetic user experience with a company that is clearly trying to rip off its customers by not allowing them to order ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Another Pizza Hut in Munich recently went out of business and I think this one will be next. Edit: 2 months have passed since Pizza Hut's response. There has been no change. You still can't place orders on the website

PizzaHut on Thursday from 6:30 p.m., the best time. It's pizza festival time, which means as much pizza as you want + €5 extra for all you can drink. Nice waiters, happy to ask if certain pizzas are wanted, enough parking spaces. Only every now and then a small drink refill is forgotten, but I think this is more likely to be attributed to the busy operation.

The pizzas are delicious and recommended for every pizza lover.

Oily, oversalted pizza. The dough is terrible in consistency and taste. Maybe it's because "All you can eat" a small drink is included, another small drink €3.90!!! Problems with payment. 9 people were too much for the lady. I'm not going there anymore!!!

The bread overall was crispy and tasted good. After visiting BMW, I think it was good to have good accessibility and to be able to choose from a buffet/menu. At the buffet, you can eat classic pizzas including cola (no refills) for 10.9 euros, but I don't know about the menu because I haven't tried it. The staff was busy so it was harder to call than I thought, and because they didn't speak English well, ordering was a little harder than I thought. If you like pizza, it’s worth a visit at least once!

Pizza tasted like they had forgotten something in the dough. We had two conditions, one didn't put anything away, while the other always took empty things with her.

We were there this afternoon around 1 p.m. with our 3 year old son. The food was good, but the service was very bad. You have to wait a long time for payment. What's really bad is that the waiter's attitude is very rude.

Overall, the food here was definitely not bad, but very solid. The pizza was tasty, but not super special. Unfortunately there were no more lemonades when we were there. It's relatively loud in the restaurant and the menus were pretty worn out. But the service was friendly and we were served quickly. If you visit spontaneously at lunchtime, you may have to plan for a waiting time.

This place is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. The food is fine but the service was really unprofesionall and even rude. They are refilling the Refill-drink for like 10 minutes so u got two drinks during the meal even when u want more. And thats not all, they're ignoring u when u ask them politely for something. I' m not going here ever again.

Large Pizza Hut restaurant right next to BMW Welt. The ambience is like a diner in the USA. The staff is quite friendly and somewhat accommodating. The pizzas are good (Pizza Hut Stlye) and the refill option makes sense. Unfortunately the glasses were extremely small and you had to wait for service to be refilled. There was no ice. Sauces cost extra and were mediocre. The price for something too high for the experience.

Went there spontaneously for dinner at 7 on a bridge day. Waiting times for a table were about 15 minutes, completely fine, it was very busy. Employees were nice, but unfortunately overwhelmed, ordered a small drink, got a large one, ordered three ice creams, got two ice creams. Waiting time for food was short, the environment was clean. We would come again.

So by far the worst shop in Munich, very dissatisfied and far too expensive for such a frozen pizza. Simply paying €100 for 3 pizzas is not possible.

Pizza was absolutely fine and came to us quite quickly after we ordered. Service quick and courteous. The table was clean, the chairs weren't necessarily comfortable, but that's fine for a "meeting". Toilets were equally clean. Only the noise level in the restaurant is quite high, it's not really relaxing, but PizzaHut can't help it.

Ordered and the pizza was greasier than Langos. The whole dough was soaked in fat, the box was soaked in fat. Don't know if that's normal at Pizzahut but it wasn't that great.

Overall everything is good. On certain days it is very crowded and there is little space to sit.

11:30 p.m., a whole horde of concert-goers stream in non-stop. It's completely overcrowded, but the staff gets everything out of the place in no time, even after the store actually closes. Great respect for maintaining such service in such a situation!

Went to Pizza Hut very spontaneously today and got a seat straight away. The service was top and the food was very tasty. No long waiting times and a nice location. A little noisy in the afternoon, but we expected that.

They put Ketchup on a pizza, instead of natural tomato sauce 👎

I think the fact that the restaurant is regularly very full speaks for the quality of the food. The employees are very stressed - obviously given the high number of guests, but very friendly. Love coming here to eat.

Always delicious! Despite the large number of visitors, we quickly got a nice table. We were able to take leftovers with us. Yummy.
