I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The pizza I ordered was way too oily and greasy. The soil was far too light and reminded me of the Albanians' well-known Petlla, but here the oil content was simply ten times higher - inedible! The staff was rude and seemed to have no interest in the guests. When we had a question, our attention was ignored and the waitress simply walked away, even though we called her several times. In addition, the price for what we got was simply outrageous. You can't seriously charge such high prices for this quality of food and service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant!

The Pizza Hut Restaurant offers an incomparable taste experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas are always freshly prepared and are characterized by a crispy edge and a generous topping. The “Pan Pizzas”, whose soft dough and rich toppings harmonize perfectly, are particularly recommended. The service (Maria) is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The selection of side dishes, pasta and desserts also leaves nothing to be desired. Ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. An all-round successful experience!

Super friendly staff, the refill option for drinks is reasonably priced and the staff are very accommodating. It was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised, the food was surprisingly tasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with the visit and can only recommend it! 🤗

The worst customer service during my eurotrip. Food was okay, just what you could expect from a fast food restaurant. The bad experience came when the waiter whose name is Yousif started to yell at me. I was ordering a refillable Pepsi when he interrupted me to say that a refill can't be shared (he thought we were trying to share one drink between two people) but no, my partner wanted the pepsi and I wanted a beer. So, when he interrupted me, he was so rude and I tried to explain and he continued saying that a refill is only for one person, but visibly angry 😡, at that point I told him: "I'm not understanding", what I want is a refill Pepsi and one beer, so he immediately changed his face and intended to smile saying "aaaaah, so it's ok". But at that moment I was angry at the treatment he had given to me. He probably noticed, because during our stay he never appeared again, other waiters came occasionally to check our table. But when I asked for the check Yousif came and simply threw it on the table as well as the bank terminal. I paid, he expected me to give him the terminal on his hand but instead I gave him a taste of his own medicine throwing away the terminal. He left the table whispering some words in German that I couldn't understand (probably insults). Anyway, I left the place with a bad taste in my mouth, definitely the worst experience at a restaurant in Europe.

Considering that I live in Naples I would never eat a pizza outside the city. In this case I was surprised because I found a really good American pizza, fast service and average prices considering the city. Advised

Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long time!! Today was the day!! Well where should I start!! -5 degrees outside and no heating inside!! We and all the guests were freezing while we ate!! And we can forget about the Pizza Hut we knew before!! The pizza was ok but the rest like the salad wasn't that tasty! Very dry and not a good taste!! The waiter was very nice and tried very hard!! We won't come here again, the quality is no longer what we used to be!!

Pizzas are delicious, unfortunately the place is extremely loud and restless. The waitresses are friendly, quick and courteous. If you don't have a reservation, you have to wait in line for a long time.

Sorry but it's really not what it used to be. Service and quality have definitely declined. Unfortunately, we have now been disappointed several times, whether eating on site or picking up. Even the service staff argue in front of the customers and shout at each other without words.

Things to avoid: Never order homemade Lemonade- it is nothing but sugar syrup, even Pepsi or other cold drinks are much better that this drink. Worst I have ever had. I ordered Strawberry and Watermelon Lemonade 🤢. And it costs 5,40€ 🫰 Pizza : Overall American Pizza , don’t expect an Italian one. Rest all was fine .. but very much disappointed with those expensive drinks.

Going down like crazy. Almost 96 euros for pizza we didn't manage to it. We are sorry for the server not getting any tips but with that bad food,I cannot even think why we didn't complain, and that price we were not able or in the mood to tip him.

Pizza Hut – Delicious enjoyment with lots of choice! I like going to Pizza Hut because I always find a large selection of delicious pizzas and other dishes. The pizzas are always fresh, well topped and taste great. The Original Pan® Pizza is particularly special for me - the dough is crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, which gives the pizza a unique texture. The different crust options and numerous toppings also make every meal a special experience. The pasta dishes and salads also offer a good change from pizza. The service is always friendly and quick, which makes the visit even more pleasant. I particularly appreciate the cozy atmosphere, which makes it a perfect place for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. I used to like to take advantage of the Wednesday offer where you buy one pizza and get one free (for pickup only). This was a great way to order for the whole family and always worth it. Unfortunately, this offer is no longer available and I have not visited Pizza Hut again since. I hope a similar offer comes back soon as it has always been a great perk! Nevertheless, Pizza Hut remains a good choice for delicious pizzas. I can definitely still recommend it, especially if you love the Original Pan® dough!

Food very good and served quickly. The staff could really be friendlier... you should at least get a hello at lunchtime. The table was cleaned with a cloth that was also used to clean 6 other tables without washing out the cloth. The pizza and the pasta were very tasty. Have been here several times now. Ordering pizza for takeaway or delivery is impossible on their website. The website won't let you add this Pizza Hut location for delivery or pickup. I suspect this is because the pickup offers on the website are a MUCH better deal than ordering through Lieferando, which offers no pickup deals. Truly a pathetic user experience with a company that is clearly trying to rip off its customers by not allowing them to order ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Another Pizza Hut in Munich recently went out of business and I think this one will be next. Edit 4: Pizza for takeaway is now available! It only took them 1 year. Did the management previously work for the KVR? We may never know

We live more than 100km away from Munich, but we try to visit Bayr every time we visit. Capital to take a detour to Pizza Hut. It's up to you whether you're a fan of American pizza or not, but the service there is unbeatable. Unlike many other restaurants, the service staff at Free-Refill always make sure that the customer's glass is full - refills are often brought automatically. Even at the pizza festival, despite the high number of people, we always try to take the individual needs of the customer into account - for example, a salami pizza is prepared especially for our daughter. Even if something goes wrong, an apology will be given immediately and a dessert or drink will be on the house. Rarely have I experienced such great service from all the employees as there. Not recommended, Pepsi Cola on top with oily film and cutlery dirty, but everything was replaced. Pizza was just expensive for the little bit of toppings that were on top. There is little trace of the salami; you can count the small slices on one hand. Definitely no more Pizza Hut from now on

I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. The delivery was extremely late, and when the pizza finally arrived, it wasn’t even sliced into pieces—such a basic thing to overlook! On top of that, the taste was far below the usual standard. It was lacked flavor. I expected much better from Pizza Hut. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

As always, the taste and satiety are top notch. Unfortunately, the rocket variety is no longer available. Service was definitely very attentive. In terms of ambience, a lot of things could be designed differently. And unfortunately still expensive.

Edited: Quality has declined and the Pizza Festival: All you can eat on Thursday is now self-service. Unfortunately the prices have also risen from 11 to 14€. So I can no longer recommend it

Food as always, but expensive for just a pizza. Buffet was offered for 22.30 euros, with drink refile. But you can't eat enough pizza to make it worth it. Advantage, you can try different pizzas.

This Pizza Hut is a disaster. We didn't even get the cards, I had to ask for them myself. The waiters took orders from people who arrived after us, right next door, but no one bothered to come see us. Obviously, they served white customers first. Unfortunately, Chezzy-Crust's dough was extra burnt and dark, tasteless. A bit expensive for this quality. There is no delivery service to Harthof, even though I live less than 2km away. Update: It's 11:30 p.m. and the restaurant is already closed, see photos. Although opening hours are until 12:00 p.m.

We went in hungry and left… well, hungry for better service. Let’s start with the manager. Not only was he utterly unhelpful, but he also seemed to be on a mission—and that mission was to patrol tables like we were in a maximum-security prison! At one point, he actually looked over to see if we dared to share our food with our own kids. Imagine that, buying food with our own money, and then… gasp… sharing it with family! Scandalous! And while this “sharing patrol” was happening, our server seemed to have vanished into thin air. When he finally showed up, he served our food with all the enthusiasm of a robot out of batteries. The lunch offer? Skip it! For the price, we expected something more than a measly portion, and certainly more than the side-eye from management. So if you’re near the BMW Museum, don’t be lured in by the idea of a quick pizza fix. There are plenty of better places to eat—where sharing isn’t considered a crime!

This restaurant has been in Munich for ages. Pizza Hut Pizza is its own brand and the taste is of course great. Unfortunately, the parking problem here has been a disaster for years.

I’m an American who visited here after the BMW museum tour and the food was nothing short of appalling. The food was dry and it reminded me of eating cardboard. Far overstuffed, and no one seems capable of cutting a pizza. My buddy and I had to take two minutes just to separate each slice from the whole pie. And I ordered a side salad doused with canned corn, not strained. We asked for Pepsi and the dude gives us Pepsi zero. Anyways never eating Pizza Hut again anywhere in the world after this. Thx

I found the restaurant to be clean and nice. The waiters were quick. Huge pizza with cheese crust. Drinks were constantly being refilled at refills.

Purely a matter of taste. Personally, I'll stick with the Neapolitan pizza team, but I'm sure there are a lot of people who like the thick American pizza. It's all too greasy for me and the dough is much too dominant. The topping, on the other hand, hardly comes through, especially the cheese used is almost completely lost. And ingredients like the salami are surprisingly inconspicuous. All consistency carriers and no flavor carriers. Unfortunately, the service and ambience cannot convince me either. But that's probably more due to my expectations. I think about authentic hospitality and get a fast food restaurant. Which isn't a bad thing, everyone is doing their best. The height of the fall comes from the fact that I cannot detach myself from my imagination. It's all a matter of taste.

We have on September 28th. Ate there and loved it. The pizzas were very tasty and came quickly. The greatest joy was the attentiveness and friendliness of our waiter. We had ordered Free Refill and most of the time this means having to actively keep up. Our waiter S.H. was faster than us and knew exactly when to deliver. Always with a smile and courteous. I had an order for pickup from the restaurant and when I arrived no one responded to my greeting. I said I was from UberEats and was told straight away to wait at the door. I asked if I needed to show what order I had and again I was told to wait at the door. At that moment I said that it was normal to show what order I have and find out how long the order is; After that I would go wait. Next, the staff responded to me very rudely and sent me like a dog to wait at the door. I then said that I would not stay to argue with people who are disrespectful and arrogant. I canceled the order and left. If employees are disrespectful and don't know how to respond to the greeting, they should at least get training on how to deal with UberEats and their drivers. It's trashy food, but it has to be done sometimes, you can get involved with it sometimes. It was a bit noisy, which led to an incorrect order, but overall it was fantastic and made my fast food heart beat faster.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, which was supposed to be delivered in 25 minutes (My location: 200m away) after 30 minutes the first delay was announced. After 1 hour I was assured that the pizza would be there soon. 1 and a half hours later I receive a notification that the pizza has been delivered. But nothing far and wide. The driver didn't even bother to call. After some back and forth, I found out that the store apparently wasn't able to reach the driver either. I have now canceled my order. The only question that remains is how you can be too unqualified for such a simple job. Bro, you have a navigation system and your only job is to bring food from A to B and if that's too difficult for you then I'll come to your aid but you have to tell me.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut on UberEats this week, and the app clearly showed that a store staff member will deliver the pizza (usually Uber would send a courier to deliver, but they did not have it set up this way). After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called the store and spoke to the manager (the only person who can speak English comfortably). He kept telling me the pizza was ready, but they were waiting for Uber to send a courier to deliver it to me. I tried to explain that no Uber driver was coming because their restaurant on UberEats was set up for a store employee to deliver it. Instead of listening, the manager raised his voice at me, insisting I was wrong and that Uber would send someone. But looking at other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. I know the manager is looking at this knowing he messed up, and I am laughing that the Pizza Hut is no longer taking UberEats orders as they are robbing people of their money The manager’s attitude was unprofessional, and he clearly doesn’t understand how his business works.

The pizza from the lunch buffet was delicious. The service was attentive and super friendly. We always enjoy coming here.
