The place is very big, customer service is very friendly, the food is the same taste as every pizza hut, nice and tasty, but there was a humid smell in the restaurant, probably the tissues used to clean the tables were dirty or something because it smelled like this in the whole restaurant. Overall it was ok.

Incredibly rude, disrespectful and rude. No trace of customer service in the street sales, especially an employee named Prija. Who listlessly and unmotivatedly throws the take-away pizzas into boxes. When I asked if I could get a carrier bag, it was written down very unfriendly. I'm not surprised that the branches are going bankrupt. Experienced it in person yesterday. You don't need that. That was the last visit for a long time. Absolutely not recommended

I was at Pizza Hut today and was served by the employee Arzija - she was super nice, attentive and warm! You immediately felt welcome. It's nice when you not only get good food, but also experience such great service. Thank you very much, Arzija – gladly again! ❤️

The pizza lady was scamming me while my hard time - I was starving. She took advantage of that and offered a hungry wolf like me the deal of scam ---- 13euro for all pizzas in the place!!! After 3 pizzas I has enough and I had to go boom boom in toilet but there was password and I couldn't hold it .. so bring wipers next time you here . Also I had to wait for cola 20 minutes so I drink from toilet

Last night I was at Pizza Hut. I wanted to buy two pieces of pizza and eat them right there, but I was surprised, unfortunately I couldn't find a table anywhere where I could eat two pieces. There were empty pizza boxes everywhere on the table, dirty tablets, dirty napkins on the floor! it was a terrible sight! The young salesman standing at the counter didn't seem to be thinking or paying attention to what was going on. I mean, what's wrong with them? who want to eat a piece of pizza there? Could the manager overlook all of this and pay more attention to the customers who like to come to your restaurant to eat pizza? It's so sad, hygiene is zero!!! I actually don't want to come back...

I was at Pizza Hut on Sunday evening and wanted to buy a few slices for my son because he asked me about them so many times. When I arrived there was no one at the counter/ticket office and I had to wait a long time for someone to come... I was very angry because I couldn't catch the train anymore. I had to wait in vain for the next 20 minutes!!! I called out “Hello” several times, but no one came. Suddenly a boy comes in from outside and says rudely: Can you hear me?" Would you like to have a whole pizza? And a disrespect for the guest. Friendliness, cleanliness and respect for the guest. Wei the prices are very high and therefore it is very important that you offer better service to the guests.

I used to love buying slices of pizza at Express (street sales) - I've been a regular at the Pizza Hut on Bahnhofsplatz for years... I especially bought the stucco pizza during the late shift. Unfortunately, the selection and quality wasn't that good during the early shift, so I often waited outside until the nice lady from the late shift came. With her, the service was always friendly, positive, and the pizza slices tasted the best. But unfortunately recently - even though I have visited the store almost every other day - I no longer have any desire to come back. The difference from before is simply huge. Small pieces of pizza, and the salesman (who has been working there lately) is always in a bad mood. In addition, the pizza pieces no longer taste like they used to - they are hard, taste finished and tasteless. Hygiene has also deteriorated extremely: dirty surfaces everywhere, stained glass surfaces, dirty tables and trays. Sometimes everything sticks from tomato sauce or fat. So you just completely lose your appetite. Management has to do something about it otherwise the store will be completely empty!!

We decided to try Pizza Hut to see how it compared to back in home (Maryland) and we were not disappointed. Our waitress Vasiliki was GREAT!! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Complaint about unacceptable behavior. Yesterday evening, April 15th, I was at the Pizza Hut street sale and that was one of the things that bothered me the most!!! The saleswoman (small with black hair) behaves very strangely!! I am contacting you with a serious complaint about my repeated negative experiences in your branch (Express). It is absolutely incomprehensible how you can employ an employee who obviously works under the influence of alcohol, behaves loudly, disrespectfully and is completely unprofessional. She behaves like a person off the street - loud, brash, aggressive and embarrassing for a company like Pizza Hut. In addition, the quality of the products on offer is catastrophic: old, partially expired pizzas, unappetizing and absolutely not up to the standard expected from your brand. This employee laughs loudly at her own inappropriate comments, disrupts the entire atmosphere in the store with her behavior and makes you feel anything but comfortable as a guest. There are enough serious, friendly and willing people who would be happy about a job - and then you have to experience this kind of behavior in your branch? Unfortunately, Pizza Hut has developed into an absolute negative example at this location - a store that is unfortunately now more associated with a “junkie hangout” than with a restaurant. This is really very unfortunate. I really hope that you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action. As a long-time customer, I would have expected something different.

Location: Very easily accessible by public transport Service: Very friendly. Our plates were just a little greasy and a piece of onion was stuck to the bottom. Ambiance: Simply stunning (inside) 😍 Food: We had a Small Pan Margherita without cheese, a Small Pan Mushrooms with Tomatoes and a large Pan Meat-lovers all very tasty 🥰 (We were 4 people) My tip: passion fruit spritzer with small pan mushroom pizza 🍕🧃

I was at the Pizza Hut street sale last night (Sunday) and unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed. The pizza was neither fresh nor well prepared. The dough was dry and the topping tasted old. The hygiene was also very questionable. Additionally, the service took extremely long even though there weren't many customers in front of me. The employee seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Also very unfriendly. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. I definitely won't be back and unfortunately I can't recommend Pizza Hut's street sales.

Was my first Pizza Hut visit. The pizzas are quite expensive but unfortunately they are not crispy. Our pizzas were soft, greasy and therefore disappointing. If the pizza wasn't so oily and it was crispy, it would have tasted much better. Unfortunately, it's not an experience that I have to have again.

Please check!!! I was at Pizza Hut on Saturday evening, April 5th, and ordered a three-course meal. He told me that the meal cost 10.14 euros. I asked the man politely what this price was worth and why was a different price shown on the screen? The young man replied very rudely that there was a deposit, 25 cents, and I sometimes have to open my eyes. Then he told me that it was no problem and that 10 euros was enough!! I thanked him and gave him 10 euros. I stood there and waited for my receipt. He asked me why I was standing there and what I was waiting for. I told him that I was waiting for my receipt. He replied rudely that he had already thrown away my receipt!!! I work as a cashier myself and know this system well. He did not bother with my order at all and there was no receipt with it either!!!!!! I asked for the manager and he said he didn't have time because it was very busy. I took the pizzas straight away because I was very angry. (The pieces were also very bad, I thought the piece was from yesterday, very soggy and rock hard) what a disgrace, or service??!! Where is the manager at this time? When the customer needs one?? That's why I thought I could reach the manager with my concerns via a review. And he takes my concerns seriously. I am deeply disappointed with the service and behavior of the young man who served me. Where is the management when I need one? Or supervision???? If I ask for a receipt, I need one too!!!

I had a really unsavory experience today. There was a man's hair in my food, and when I informed the waiter, his boss looked at the food and cheekily said that he didn't see anything. Maybe he was blind or something? Really disappointing, something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant!

They 'offer' items in the menu for example the 'vegan mix and melts' however the just reject any order which includes it. I can prove this if needed.

I stayed hungry on Friday evening. If 1 piece of pizza costs €4 🍕 and tastes disgusting, that's just a shame... The ferkeufer has no idea about the quality. Man could hardly bite and I threw whole pieces away!

I used to enjoy ordering takeout from Express, but what they're offering now is a disaster. The young man who works there was extremely rude and even argued with customers. I've never experienced anything like it! Honestly, he should work somewhere where he doesn't have to interact with people. Yesterday my friends and I went to Pizza Hut and ordered 3 pizzas to take away. We waited about 40 minutes for the pizza. After 20 minutes I asked how long I had to wait since we hadn't planned that much time. The boy stood in the corner with a phone in his hand!!! And when I finally got around to writing to him, he answered my question. He responded rudely and aggressively, “You’ll get your order when you’re ready!” This is a very irresponsible way of dealing with the customer! He just doesn't want to work! Don't feel like it... There were dirty napkins and leftover pizza all over the tables. It was so unsanitary, it was disgusting. It didn't bother him at all!!!! He stood there texting until the pizza was brought out... The manager should definitely take a tough stance. Such a famous restaurant has become a slum. What a shame.☹️

I visited this restaurant on Saturday and was served by the waitress Jona. She was very friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She recommended the best pizzas and salads and made sure we were comfortable. Despite the large number of guests, she worked calmly and professionally. Last Sunday we celebrated my little sister's birthday here. With a total of eight children, this can quickly become tiring, but the waitress Vasiliki served us brilliantly. She was extremely friendly, patient and always attentive. The rest of the Pizza Hut team was also incredibly nice and supported us with a lot of patience. Orders were taken quickly and correctly and overall the service was simply outstanding. A really family friendly restaurant – we will definitely be back!

We like to go to Pizzahut for a pizza. The pizzas always come to the table hot and delicious. But the service itself could be more attentive. It is requested that you wait for an assigned seat - not a problem in itself, but not so nice with 5 waiters who all look and do nothing. We also like to use the free refil offer, but unfortunately you often have to call for a waiter.

We were at Pizza Hut on March 8, 2025. It was quite crowded and it took quite a long time for the food to arrive at the table. I would particularly like to praise the service provided by Ms. Vaso, who was very friendly and attentive despite the hectic pace. It was the first visit to a Pizza Hut and the food was OK but not outstanding. The prices, on the other hand, were quite high, so I would say that I have eaten better for cheaper.

They don't have the world's renowned thin and crispy base. I will not visit it.

Horrible experience – complete disrespect for deaf people! ★☆☆☆☆ My visit to Pizza Hut was absolutely disappointing and shocking. Instead of being treated with respect, I experienced blatant audism from the staff. The waiter showed no understanding of our situation - when he realized that we were deaf, he obviously became annoyed because we didn't understand him the first time. Instead of showing patience, he pointedly tried to send someone else to serve us as if we were a problem. This disrespectful behavior was happening right in front of our eyes and was simply demeaning. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a restaurant that should treat all guests equally. It wasn't just an unpleasant visit - it was a humbling experience. I hope management takes this incident seriously and takes urgent action. I will definitely never return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wednesday was often Pizza Hut day in our family for years, thanks to the Buy One, Get One Free deal. Unfortunately, it was unavailable for a while, meaning Pizza Hut was no longer a part of our family tradition. All the more pleasing that the offer is now back - and even on three days: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday! A great way to enjoy delicious pizza with the family. There are also two new pizzas, and I hope that a spicy variant like the previous Spicy Devil will soon be added to the range. As before, the offer was unbeatable and I really appreciated the visit. I hope that it lasts for the long term - a pleasure that I would be happy to repeat and recommend to others.

I have visited the Take Away section of this Pizza Hut location four times and each time I have encountered the same employee who is consistently rude. She takes orders with an unpleasant attitude and responds to customer inquiries in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. I once witnessed her arguing with three different customers in just 20 minutes. Although I prefer to avoid conflict, I firmly believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect. I love Pizza Hut's pizza, but this type of service experience is disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue to create a more welcoming and professional environment for all customers.

The Pizza Hut. Am Stachus is the worst pizza shop I've been to. When we were standing at the entrance waiting for our seats, the most confused woman came to us, she couldn't even communicate with us. She offered us the stupidest place even though there were enough seats at the back. When we said we wanted a seat at the back, she completely ignored it. At some point we got our place. It took hours for them to take an order and we were missing the spices at the table, which I had to fetch myself afterwards because they completely ignore you when you walk past. This pizza shop is not polite at all, not attentive at all, everyone is just stupid.

I eat there quite often after work, the quality is always the same. You are served very quickly and the girls are always great
