Service/cashier at 8:25 p.m. on May 9th, 2025 totally unfriendly, loud and arrogant towards the customers. I hope the management reads it. Speaks his local language/not German very loudly with the staff

A very friendly employee at the checkout. There is a glass of table water with the cappuccino... A nice gesture that I really appreciate. The pizza "M" is quite large and you will be more than full...

Store has arbitrarily refused to offer the Pizza Hut Large Deal on the grounds that the city is busy and therefore they do not offer a Large Deal. However, the Large Deal is not restricted and is intended as such by the franchise. The employees refused to sell the advertised large deal. The order then had to be placed for collection via the website so that the advertised offer could be used. Absolute impudence not to arbitrarily offer previously advertised deals and offers for profit reasons.

Food was good, the athmosphere overall was good. But they just cant work with a little bit of stress. They forgot my drink not once but twice, and it wasn’t even close to crowded at the moment.

Food was great as in every Puzza Hut. Unfortunately the service was subpar. Was there with my girls. Chatted a lot. At 9:15 p.m. the staff started cleaning up. It's no problem, everyone wants to start their work on time. But when our half-full glasses were taken away from us at 9:35 p.m. with the statement "we're closing now" even though the Pizza Hut was open until 10 p.m., that was really audacious. Pizza Hut in Regensburg won't see us anymore!!!!

I love PizzaHut and have been to almost every German branch. Here in Regensburg the quality is very good, just as it should be! The selection is as you know it. You won't be disappointed at the PizzaFestival either: the frequency is high, so that everyone gets their money's worth even when the store is full. At some point the guests are even asked if there are any other varieties they would like to try - great. The team is very friendly and hard working, hats off to them for that. The new concept of ordering at the counter certainly fits the times and the location. It's not my case, I like to be served when I go out to eat and I'm happy to give a tip in return.

The food is delicious. You ordered an offer with all you can eat. At the beginning someone came and then you waited for an hour and nobody brought anything. For me it's a joke never again

We were there with a group of children, tables were specially prepared for us, the pizzas came quickly and everyone enjoyed them. It's also great with children that you can refill drinks once. Staff very friendly.

A good place to have a quick and inexpensive meal. You can order it to go and the price is even cheaper. When ordering a large pizza, you can add cheese to the side. It was very nicely decorated for Halloween. The prices are very affordable.

Pizza tastes good and the drinks machine offers any number of soft drinks for a fixed price.

I've been a regular customer for almost 3 years and have been going there regularly, but something has changed recently. The staff is no longer as friendly as before. I even got the wrong food that I ordered. It's a shame, I really enjoyed going there, but now I have to look for something new

First, the employee who took our order was very rude to us. Secondly, the order (Cheesy Crust with Broccoli and Chicken) was without cheese crust (which we were really looking forward to!). Among other things, the employee in question was almost rude to his colleagues and uneaten pizza slices were collected under the heat lamp for a long time. I also missed the really nice store manager, with whom we could always have a good chat

Today we had the opportunity to test out the all-you-can-eat offering at Pizza Hut. First of all, I would like to highlight that the ambience was really pleasant and welcoming. The decor was modern and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxing evening with friends. The taste of the food itself also impressed us. The pizzas were fresh, crispy and had the typical, tasty toppings you would expect from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, however, there were some challenges that marred our visit. Although we were looking forward to the all-you-can-eat option, the service was unexpectedly slow. A slice of pizza only came to our table every 30 minutes, which meant we were only able to enjoy three slices within the first hour. When we asked the waitress about it, we were assured that she would be back “right away” to take our new order. Unfortunately, it took a whole hour before she came back after another request and only brought us a small piece of pizza. In summary, the food and the ambience are highly recommended. However, if the service could work on the pace of pizza making, it would make visiting Pizza Hut a truly great experience.

For what Pizza Hut wants to be, it's good! I went here for the all-you-can-eat pizza night on a Thursday. For €12.90 (as of August 2024) you can eat as much pizza as you want here from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (€18.90 with drinks flat rate) However, the process is not like at a buffet, but rather a little different: You choose a table and the staff occasionally bring pizzas to the table and you can take 1-2 pieces. The topping here is arbitrary, but we were once asked what we would like next. Since only one pizza (8 pieces) comes at a time, if more than 8 people take part in the all-you-can-eat, you may have to wait 15 minutes until you get another piece. This is of course very smart from a business perspective, as satiety sets in and customers don't eat as much, but it's a bit of a shame for the customer. The pizzas are typical of Pizza Hut with a very thick, fluffy base. There were various toppings on offer, I think I tried at least 8 different ones. Taste is subjective, but here is my personal opinion: Base: very thick, but relatively tasteless. Sauce: Monotonous and bland Toppings: A lot, but not particularly. However, everything was incredibly greasy. All in all: If you want Italian pizzas, this is unfortunately not the place for you. However, if you like this type of pizza, you will feel very comfortable here.

We went to All You Can Eat on Thursdays. The employees are all very friendly and in a good mood. You can refill drinks as often as you want, there is a system here for you to fill yourself. The employees then come by the table and bring you the pizza slices. There is variety here and you can try different varieties. Very satisfied overall and highly recommended.

We ate all you can eat pizza, which is always offered on Thursdays from 6 p.m. The employees go around and bring different pizzas to the table so you can try the entire menu. As soon as you have eaten one piece, the next one comes straight away, it goes really quickly. The boss was also very friendly!

Great pizza and nice staff. I can only recommend. I really enjoy picking something up there when I'm in Regensburg.

Very friendly staff; The restaurant looks more like a hipster bar than a typical Pizza Hut restaurant. It's nice, quiet and cozy. Not comparable to other Pizza Hut's. The food was good. Compared to other locations, the toilet was clean.

Was there last night. We chose a table where the dishes and dirt from the previous guests were still stacked. Before he cleared our table, he cleared a table where no one was sitting. When our pizza arrived, the waiter placed the pizza next to the previous guests' dirty dishes and wished us bon appetit. Only after I asked if he could please take the dishes with me did he angrily say “yes” and take them with him.

Recently visited the Pizza Hut branch in Regensburg and absolutely loved the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the entire visit a pleasure. The pizza was, as expected, delicious – perfectly baked with a crispy edge and a generous portion of toppings. The service was quick and efficient without being intrusive. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the area. An all-round successful experience with five stars!

My first visit to a Pizza Hut, the kids were really excited about it and we already got the Thursday offer: all you can eat. Children's price for up to 12 years old is great at €5.40. For us older people it’s legitimate at €12.90. Drinks take full advantage of as much as you can drink. We had a sign at the table that could be used reciprocally and stated whether we wanted another round of pizza or were taking a break. Pizza came to the table personally from the boss. A wide variety of varieties and each piece, and if desired, more if it is your favorite pizza. We were very enthusiastic about the staff. In a good mood, friendly and pleasant. So feel free to carry on like this.

The pizzas (tuna and salami) were so covered in fat that I couldn't eat two pieces. My wife got diarrhea. Never again! I threw the pizzas away straight away. Wasted money!

We didn't have to wait long, the prices were like any Pizza Hut, the employees were very friendly. If it takes a long time, there's a lot going on. Prices are everywhere and I absolutely can't understand the surprise after receiving the invoice.

Always my pleasure. If you want slightly fluffy pizzas and especially with a cheese crust, this is the right place for you.

We waited almost 2 hours for the food. The salad is very small for the price. Pizza was very tasteless, salad didn't have much taste either. There were no spices on it and you couldn't taste the tomato sauce or the cheese in the crust. It's a shame to have to wait so long for the food and then the poor quality and the prices that are too high.

I ordered two hours ago and have not received delivery. Nobody can be reached by phone either.

But I want the special taste and that's exactly what I'm evaluating here! 5 stars for a great pan pizza with salami, cheezy crust Hawaii and a tasty coleslaw! You can tell how inexperienced and unstructured the management of this Pizza Hut is. The staff is (as it seems) hardly or not trained at all. They usually don't know anything about the flyers with discount codes that were widely distributed and you can't redeem them. The waiting times are also quite long and it has happened that a topping you ordered wasn't on the pizza and you still found it on the bill. Very positive: good vegan selection 🌱 I'm looking forward to more vegan offerings in the future. :) But the pizza is usually good anyway... Because the taste of the same pizza varies, you can't always say that across the board. But the staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: It's not necessarily a must to visit this Pizza Hut, as there are better ones in Regensburg. But it is tasty. However, you should have plenty of time and not be easily annoyed if it takes longer or if all expectations are not met.

I just found out by chance that there is a Pizza Hut in Regensburg and tried it out straight away. It's definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is delicious and yes, the price is high for the large pizzas, but personally I think if you order them You take the rest home with you anyway and then have something delicious to eat twice, with the soft drinks you are allowed to refill once. We had the small pizza and were both pretty full.
