Very nice place right in front of the city cathedral. Good flavor and the price was not that expensive despite its location.

Good evening, we had dinner this evening. It is absolutely recommended and we were very satisfied and happy with everyone. Big praise to the entire team for the good food and service. Especially the two great waitress, Therese, and unfortunately we didn't find out the second name, but still great work 👍🤗🍻 the three of us will be back 👍 Kind regards the three boys 🍻🍻

The pork knuckle was the worst I've ever had so far, it arrived so cold that the sauce had already turned white, the crust was so salty and hard that you had to break it because cutting wasn't possible, the young girls were totally overwhelmed, and it was very empty so something like that shouldn't have happened, not at that price

We ate knuckle today. The ambience is nice, view of the cathedral. Unfortunately…. The fat on the plate has already crystallized white. Politely told the waitress that the food was cold. Was warmed up in the microwave and put back without saying anything. The meat was so hard and dry, the dumpling was inedibly solid. Then two knuckles at the same table. The other one was so small. Feels half cold, of course. People no longer cared about us. Maybe drinks or dessert. Unfortunately everyone is overloaded but such a service, no thanks. Very unfortunate. But that one beer was delicious

A great place for local german food

We were there on a Tuesday. 1/4 full, but the staff is still overwhelmed. The food came cold after almost an hour. But the restaurant is nicely decorated.

Very nice, cozy space + very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, when it came to eating the knuckle was an absolute failure: Plenty of “al dente” meat, the so-called “dark beer sauce” was a thin, indefinable pulp…more like a watery cube of bouillon, the accompanying cabbage was “all”, exchanging dumplings for bread dumplings wasn’t possible either, “all” as well. The potato salad under the salad (as a replacement for the cabbage) was also completely bland and tasteless. It was all hard to understand given the good food reviews the restaurant had received. As it turns out, there must have been a change in the kitchen. Too bad. We were really looking forward to a good meal.

We're Regensburg natives and "landed" at Heuport again after a long time. The service was truly excellent: consistently extremely polite, competent, and friendly staff! They didn't have a reservation, and despite the advance notice that it might take a little longer on Sunday evening, we were very well looked after and served promptly. Significantly faster than in other restaurants, without this notice, by the way ;-) Regarding the food (we had a large salad + zander fillet and a schnitzel with potato salad), there's still room for improvement. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the majority of recent reviews: the quality of the food has definitely been better/more upscale in the past.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here isn't right. We only had a schnitzel with fries (€16.80), and both the schnitzel and fries were deep-fried. You wouldn't expect to get a portion that was so greasy and unappetizing in a place like this. 😔

The only star goes to the beautiful restaurant! Otherwise, our lunchtime visit with the family this morning was a complete disaster. I've never seen such abysmal service. With three occupied tables, we waited at least 45 minutes for a couple of Regensburg sausages, which were finally served after we asked. Some of the children's sausages were burnt, and only the fries were actually okay. After the lukewarm pancake soup, we adults waited for the Regensburg sausages. They finally arrived, served on a giant plate with four small sausages on a spoonful of sauerkraut on a small corner. We should have taken a photo. We were told that the freshly baked bread would arrive immediately. We were almost finished with the sausages, and there was still no bread on the way. I then complained at the bar, whereupon the manager, Mr. Bernhard, who had promised us the bread, jumped up from the table where he appeared to be sitting with friends and brought us the fresh, specially baked bread "still frozen inside" (not brown bread anyway), insisting it was fresh until he himself put his finger in it. It wasn't even properly baked. I don't want to say anything more about Mr. Bernhard's tone toward us. My pregnant daughter and my grandchildren had to witness an unbelievable spectacle. We've been to the restaurant several times with family, and apart from minor mistakes, we've always enjoyed it. From now on, we will never go back to this restaurant because this man is intolerable for this business. The food is very bad, the manager is incredibly rude and unacceptable in a restaurant of this caliber. Their response to my complaint was changed last week, stating that other guests had a different opinion. Do you mean the friends who were sitting at the table of your oh-so-nice operations manager Bernhard, who, before he very rudely served us last, fetched beers for his friends? Because the women sitting next to us certainly witnessed the behavior displayed by this "gentleman." The time we had to wait for a completely terrible meal and the rude behavior were outrageous. But as I said... we have recommended your restaurant several times... and you alone will not win any awards or guests with this gentleman. Time will tell.

The location and ambiance of Haus Heuport are truly fantastic, with a beautiful view of the cathedral. We enjoyed the selection of drinks, and the decor is very appealing. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to our expectations; the veal ragout was oversalted, and the dumplings were overcooked. The roast pork sauce was slimy. The service seemed uncertain and unconfident. Overall, a lovely location with room for improvement in the food and presentation.

Unfortunately there weren't enough staff on a Wednesday in March, we had to wait forever to order. And watching the foam from the beer disintegrate on the bar. The food wasn't that great either. Would go somewhere else next time.

Really nice location, but the food is losing quality. Been here 5 or 6 times since 2023 and while the food was perfect at the beginning, it got worse over time. Portions are relatively small for the price and food was always brought to the table cold the last two times. Last time almost everything was over. Due to supply shortages, that can happen, but there weren't many options left on the map. The quality of what we were then served was not comparable to the food that was served at the end of 2023. However, the service staff is always top!

I can't recommend it. The employee Bernhardt is very unfriendly and unpleasant. Not customer friendly. Food wasn't good, lukewarm and no fresh bread.

Attended a dinner here for the company's Christmas party with around 80 people. The taste of the food was okay, but the portions were a disgrace. As an example of the main course: there was “rolled suckling pig with dumplings and sauerkraut”, which was on the same scale as a starter. A lonely dumpling with a diameter of probably 4-5cm, the same size for the piece of meat. If you look at the other reviews and the unrealistic price expectations of the menu, this is not an exceptional case either. Personally, I would never eat here because you get better value for money even at the “yellow M”.

Great ambience but unfortunately disappointing culinary quality. We were there on a Sunday evening. Some dishes were already out. We then had the napkin dumplings in cream sauce and the sauerbraten. We were a bit skeptical when the food arrived a few minutes after we ordered. That usually speaks less for fresh quality. Unfortunately, the “sauces” for both dishes were extremely watery and had more in common with soup. Unfortunately, the sauerbraten had little in common with its name and was almost cold. For dessert there was Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately, this was obviously a finished product and not freshly prepared. Unfortunately, you could clearly taste it, as it was rather small pieces of rubber with very little applesauce. The homemade sodas were delicious, but it would be good to have an indication in the menu of how many milliliters they contained, as they were very large. Overall we were rather disappointed and would not come back.

Then I interrupted the man and told him what he thought of talking to us like that. I told him loudly that he didn't have to talk to us like that here! and what he means, who he is here. As is so often the case, some would-be waiters spoil a great place. Conclusion: Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and good food. I would come again, not if I got a wannabe waiter. Would I recommend it: Conditionally, with the note that the special waiter couldn't make the evening. Fact, a really nice guesthouse!

What we were able to experience here was unbelievable in the truest sense of the word. We arrived when the waiter and later protagonist of this review was smoking in front of the main entrance. At first I was briefly surprised that the waiters were standing in front of the main entrance smoking, but it didn't bother me and just greeted him. Even though he looked at me, there was no response. All right. Went in first. We had a small table by the window in the really nice dining room. After our waiter (a young guy who was really very friendly and tried hard) took our order, the following events at the neighboring tables made us feel extremely uncomfortable (even though we would have actually wanted dessert) and instead left as quickly as possible: the smoking waiter in front of the main entrance is probably the most unfriendly, incompetent and unpleasant waiter we have ever experienced - even though we (luckily!!!) weren't even served by him. Situation 1: an order is placed at the neighboring table. It's obviously not going fast enough for him, so he asks the woman with a snap to "keep going!" to order faster. Situation 2: At another table, he was ordered to drink three times without success. After the third question about the drinks, he simply leaves without saying a word. The young waiter finally takes the order and apologizes to the couple. Situation 3: Apparently there is no cleaning at another table between a change of guests. The couple draws attention to this and asks if the traces of their predecessors could be quickly wiped away. He acknowledges this with the words “I’m also the cleaning lady here now.” Situation 4: the couple who had to order four times before have apparently ordered a second round of drinks and are already waiting for them again (a small side note: it's still early in the evening and really not much going on). When asked, he calls out across the entire dining room, "Yes, my God, they're waiting 10 minutes, so what?" Situation 5: a family with two children asks to be allowed to pay. He comes to the table and complains loudly "bring out food, clear the table, bring drinks, collect money, what else am I supposed to do?!" (Maybe I'm making a mistake here, but I always thought that was the job description of a waiter) Situation 6: our empty plates have been on the table for half an hour. He has walked past us at least 15 times without even looking at us. A very young waitress happens to come by and asks very politely if she can take the plates away. We affirm. Just then "he" comes over and barks at her to clear away everything she can. Situation 7: We are just leaving the restaurant when he loudly shouts "that's sickening" on the way to the kitchen - so loud that all the guests present can probably hear it. Maybe he was having a bad day. But even then, I expect a minimum of politeness - after all, you pay a lot of money here and at least you don't want to feel uncomfortable. Although we had a very nice waiter, this absolutely impossible person made our visit so unpleasant that we definitely won't be coming back. Management should definitely think about staff. It should also be noted that this waiter (around mid-forties, slim, short hair) did by far the least of all the waiters present; he was mainly busy walking around annoyed and making life difficult for the other, younger waiters.

We had a negative experience with the behavior of one of the waiters. He was very unfriendly and we didn’t feel comfortable and welcomed. Also carrot cake was not fresh.

We have been consistently disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Unfortunately, after experiencing poor service multiple times, it has become clear that this is not just an isolated incident. It’s truly frustrating that the behavior of the waitstaff has completely overshadowed what could have been a great experience. While the location and atmosphere are lovely, the way they treat customers can ruin your entire visit. After more than three bad experiences, I will not be returning and certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

First of all: staff was very friendly and nice. The ambience was very nice. However, the food was a total failure. The fries were apparently already old and fried, you could tell straight away because their structure was very strange and they were completely dripping in fat. The quality of the meat for the schnitzel was medium to rather poor. Others at our table ate smoked salmon and unfortunately weren't satisfied either. We won't be coming back

Unfortunately, after 40 minutes in the hay port, I had to leave without eating. Since I still didn't get a card after 30 minutes and the condition was apparently alone and overwhelmed, I looked to see if the card could possibly be found on the Internet. When I finally got in touch with the waitress to ask if I could order, his response was "Wait or leave." I then went to Weissbräuhaus - and look, within 5 minutes I had a card in my hand and after another 10 minutes the food was on the table... Heuport doesn't seem to need their guests...

It's a shame that the Heuport apparently suffices as a tourist shed. Apparently you rely on the fact that the guests only come once and never again. The food was just convenience - microwave saves the cook, but even that you have to be able to use properly. Kaiserschmarrn wasn't even lukewarm, far too sweet, ready-made food. Then it's better not to offer one. The white sausage was tourist size - cute, but tasteless. All you have to do is buy good quality and heat it up, that's what a good kitchen aid creates! The staff was very friendly and tried to iron out the problem; they claimed that the new chef wanted to change a few things here anyway. We are excited. It would be a shame for the beautiful restaurant!

Great restaurant with a view of the cathedral, beautiful courtyard, in a great ambience, with excellent food. The acoustics would be particularly noteworthy. You can have a pleasant conversation no matter how busy it is and how late the next table is. Therefore also ideal for business meals.

wir waren heute, Sonntag, um 12:30Uhr im Heuport. Leider waren von der sehr überschaubaren Speisenauswahl bereits 2 Gerichte nicht mehr verfügbar. Die bestellten Gerichte Schweinebraten und Rindsroulade wurden uns zimmerwarm vorgesetzt. Wir haben bei der durchaus freundlichen Bedienung um warmes Essen gebeten, woraufhin unsere Speisen als nächstes heiß serviert wurden. Leider war auch die extra georderte Sauce für den Schweinebraten wieder lauwarm. (ist hin der Küche vielleicht der Ofen kaputt?)

Da wir das Lokal bereits kannten, waren wir vom Silvestermenü (95€ pro Person) sehr enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gar nicht gepasst. Die Vorspeise „lauwarme Forelle“ kam kalt an den Tisch und beim Hauptgang, dem Käsefondue, war von Anfang an zu wenig Käse im Topf, so dass man die Zutaten - hier nochmal mit Extrakosten - gar nicht richtig eintunken konnte. Außerdem kam die Nachspeise, welche Wunderkerzen enthielt, bei den meisten Gästen erst am Tisch an als diese bereits erloschen waren. Und was besonderes war die Nachspeise auch nicht: Das Eis in der Schokobombe war total geschmacklos und die „Gewürzerde“ viel zu hart. Fazit: Das erste und letzte Silvester, das wir dort verbracht haben.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Service, können wir wirklich weiter enpfehlen. Das mittelalterliche Haus Nähe Regensburger Dom bietet ein wunderbares Ambiente und vernünftige Preise, was heute in der Gastronomie keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Meal for 6 people When changing a dish, the waiter was very inflexible and generally not very friendly. Duck, roast pork and large salad were good. Fried chicken (3 small pieces) was partly very dark and hard. We actually know roulades as ONE rolled piece of meat. These were made up of several small parts. The pickle inside is even bigger. One Spezi tasted very strangely stale and somehow fermented. Dessert creme brulee was delicious, but the price was also very high. Overall I was a bit disappointed.

Das Pilzgericht schmeckte leider total bitter, außerdem saßen wir an einem relativ ungemütlichen Tisch im Durchgangsbereich, so dass die Servicekräfte ihre voll beladenen Tabletts direkt über unseren Köpfen balancierten.

Es hat Alles gepasst. Wir hatten einen gelungenen 2. Weihnachtsabend in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Team war top und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir können das Gasthaus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I'm also the type of restaurant-goer who prefers to read the 1-star reviews to avoid unpleasant surprises. However, any concerns that arose from this were completely unfounded because everything was really great here. The furnishings in Haus Heuport, lighting and ambience correspond to the photos - it is really beautifully designed, there is a lot of space between the tables and you feel comfortable here. The fantastic staff also contributes to your feeling of well-being. Unfortunately, two full beers fell off the table during our meal, but the staff handled this really well and in the end we didn't even have to pay for these two beers. Again: huge praise for that! Last but not least: there were a lot of complaints about the food, especially in the 1-star reviews, but we really can't understand that. At the end of the evening everyone at our table was full and happy, it tasted great. Thanks for a great evening, we will definitely come back!

Christmas party in a small group. Without table decorations… costs extra. We were not informed when we reserved. The main course came without a side dish. They only came after 15 minutes. Very, very bad service. Dessert without cutlery. This only came up afterwards when I asked. Food completely overpriced. Ambiance with plastic tree in the middle of the restaurant. It was never asked whether everything was okay. You always had to look for a waiter to order. For the price there are better restaurants in Regensburg with good service. Actually almost zero stars. It's a shame because it's actually a very nice restaurant.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was marked by several unpleasant situations. Since we're not from the city, we called about half an hour before our visit to ask if there was still a table available. We were offered a “not so nice table” which we also reserved. We knew that if we called at short notice on a Saturday evening, we couldn't expect the best seat. When we arrived we were hastily shown to our table. This was actually pleasant and offered enough space (a table of four for three people). After we signaled with a sign that we were ready to order, everything went smoothly: the drinks came quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. However, there was no cutlery on the table. After we asked, it was brought to us, but only after the food was there. One of our companions ordered a beef roulade without knowing that it was made with pork bacon - this was not noted on the menu. When we asked the waiter what exactly the bacon was, he seemed unsure and had to ask the chef. A short time later, the chef confirmed that the roulade actually contains pork fat. The waiter then made a remark in an unpleasant tone, as if this filling was a given. Our companion explained that she doesn't eat pork, to which the waiter asked in a rude tone: "Are you Muslim?" This formulation seemed disrespectful and inappropriate. He then made the comment, “I don’t want you to go to hell because of this,” and took the plate with him without saying a word. What was positive was that the waiter brought a new dish a little later without us asking for it. Instead of the beef roulade with spaetzle, we received sauerbraten with dumplings. Since the new dish was served without comment, we had to ask again whether it was actually beef. After these statements, the atmosphere became increasingly unpleasant, so we rushed to finish the meal. Payment was also extremely chaotic and unprofessional. The waiter seemed stressed and wanted to settle the bill quickly. We asked to pay separately: the first person paid by card and wanted to add a tip, to which the waiter simply commented: “Too late.” The second person also paid by card, without any problems. The third person, who paid in cash, was incorrectly calculated, presumably because the dishes had previously been swapped. Instead of clearing up the misunderstanding, the waiter snatched the cash out of his hand and said, “If we are in the red…” before pocketing the money and rushing to the next table without saying goodbye. Overall, this visit left an extremely negative impression due to the unfriendly and hectic atmosphere, even if the food itself was fine.

Simply a great atmosphere in the middle of Regensburg and very tasty food! We played there at a Christmas party with our band TWO & A HALF BEER and were thrilled by the beautiful atmosphere opposite Regensburg Cathedral. The view from the window shows directly onto the front of the cathedral. The food was A1 and the service staff were very friendly 👍😊 We would love to come back!

I was at Heuport with my family on Friday evening and we quickly got a table even without a reservation. I ordered the duck, which was really outstanding. It was juicy and the skin was crispy, just as it should be. The sauce really surprised me positively. This had a slight orange note, which I had never had with duck before. In total we paid around 30 euros per person including drinks, which I think is perfectly fine. The ambience is simply unique and absolutely worth seeing. We really had a great evening.

A lot of things are homemade and delicious, the service is on point and caters to all your wishes - perfect! The historic building has been lovingly cared for and modernized, which I really like.

I was there spontaneously yesterday and got a table straight away without a reservation, very nice haha ​​and then stuffed my stomach with roast pork and the vanilla crescent cream...that was so good 🤤🤤...YOU WILL WANT ME IN MORE OFTEN SEE PEOPLE 🥳

We definitely have to go back again. Regensburg and its old town on the Danube is a dream.

Touristy, service provided by an untrained intern, extremely long wait, expensive and average meal. Beautiful environment, because historic, but not to be redone.

Wir waren zu Dritt abends im Heuport und zwei von uns waren vom Essen sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten beide von der Tageesganz die halbe Ente bestellt, die nach einer längeren Wartezeit serviert wurde. Bereits beim ersten Augenschein wirkte sie trocken, und so war es leider auch. Tatsächlich bekamen wir mit viel Herumsäbeln ein wenig Fleisch herunter, tatsächlich war es nicht möglich alles abzulösen und auch die Haut war nicht knusprig sondern hatte eher Schuhsohlen-Charakter. Die Ente mag mittags frisch und knusprig gewesen sein, abends hat man sie dann wohl nur kurz in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Dazu gab es einen Knödel und einen Klecks Blaukraut in einem See aus Sauce, angerichtet war es auch nicht schön. Leider war auch das Dessert, das ich bestellte, weil mich die missglückte Ente nicht gesättigt hatte, eine Enttäuschung. Eine dünne, kalte Vanillesauce in der ein Klecks einer Art Zimtmousse lag - das Dessert füllte den Magen, aber es war nicht gut. Zumindest eine von uns Dreien war jedoch mit ihrem Essen zufrieden. Ansonsten waren die Räumlichkeiten, der Blick auf den Dom, so schön wie immer und entschädigte für vieles. Allerdings mussten wir auch immer lange Wartezeiten für die Essensgänge und die Getränke in Kauf nehmen - Personalmangel? Ich denke, da ist noch viel Luft für Verbesserung.

Actually a wonderful restaurant to enjoy, but a lot has changed in the last few years. The service was bad. We were placed and then forgotten. Unfortunately, the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The schnitzel was a convenience product (you don't have to go out to eat for it) and the onion roast was not an onion roast. The sauce from the roast pork and the stewed onions don't taste good. In addition, the mayonnaise with the fries was no longer good. Sorry, but charging almost 32 euros for this is cheeky. I was here last time and unfortunately I can only advise against it, it doesn't help a lot of guests.

The most Bavarian meal of all dishes - roast pork with potato dumplings - was a culinary disaster - the dumplings were rock hard and ice cold inside - a disaster - never, ever again - even the beautiful view of the cathedral couldn't make up for it. Even the staff - the waitress couldn't even put on a clean blouse - it was all very sad

Unfassbar toller Service! Der Wirtshausschmaus war auch sehr lecker, für zwei Personen allerdings extremst viel. Wir hatten bei der hälfte der Hauptspeise aufgegeben, haben aber den Rest eingepackt bekommen und sogar auch noch Nachspeise mitbekommen. Hier ist für wirklichen jeden was dabei! Das Ambiente ist hier auch sehr schön! (PS. hier gabs m.M.n die Weltbesten rouladen!)

Despite the great demand on Saturday lunchtime, we got 2 seats with a beautiful view of the church without a reservation. I have eaten such a delicious knuckle in a long time! A dream! Nice, fast, humorous service! Thank you and I would be happy to come again if you ever come to Regensburg!

We were there for a “tavern feast” on a Sunday evening. It was very, very tasty and, above all, a lot! (Almost too much, but we were allowed to take everything we didn't manage with us, which was very nice!) The service was great & the atmosphere was really nice! Can only recommend☺️

Beware of the tourist trap!! Incredible location directly opposite the cathedral and beautiful interior design. Unfortunately, the historical / Bavarian charm does not exist in the food and certainly not in the service. The ladies in service were busy chatting exclusively with each other, taking selfies and drinking cocktails. Our question as to whether we could please order was met with an eye roll. Later the ladies hugged each other and swayed together - by the way, it was 12 noon. It would probably be good for the restaurant to hire service staff who are older than 20 years old and have at least minimal experience in what is important... The "Wienerschnitzel" came from pork, was about 1cm thick (not pounded), looked like it came from the freezer and came with fries, ketchup and mayo. Typically rustic Bavarian 🫣 The menu is otherwise quite small, but the rest of the food was quite ok. No big culinary surprises...

We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food, then the starters and main courses came at the same time... one dish, the gnocchi, came completely over salted and was not edible... so we waited another 25 minutes... The temporary waitress was very nice, but we felt really sorry for working in such a disorganized restaurant. If there is a shortage of staff in the kitchen, I cannot present a huge menu. Typically a restaurant where there is no owner in the shop...that's how you scare away guests...our recommendation: Restaurant "Dicker Mann"....

Great restaurant with very nice service. Everything was perfect here. We received a very friendly welcome and even though we hadn't made a reservation, we were able to get a table despite the crowd. The drinks and food were served quickly and everything was very tasty. A great atmosphere.

Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Leider waren 2 priorisierte Gerichte aus. Von einem wussten wir erst kurz vorm auftischen... Schade. Lecker war es trotzdem.

We ate there in August, on a Sunday. I had to insistently ask for my dish, which did not arrive, with the consequent loss of time and anger for it. With dessert, the same thing happened. We were in the interior patio, it was hot outside and very nice inside. If it weren't for that inattention, the place is very nice, it is very located, the food was good, I would have given it a higher score. Let's improve!

Great historic house with quick cuisine

I celebrated my birthday there in a small group and we had almost all the dishes on the menu. Everything was excellent. The service was also very good.

Everything except food was good. The meat was very tough (roast beef and veal), roast pork was okay... Kaiserschmarren had 2x raisins per portion and the prices do not correspond to the quality of the food! Unfortunately. There were 12 of us there... We'll go eat somewhere else. Drinks are fine.

Were there at the time. Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally giving up, it took about another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The food still took about 40 minutes to arrive. I gave the food 4 stars because it was good, but nothing special. With the second drinks we ordered during the meal, the above-average waiting time was repeated again. I understand that it may take "a little" longer because there was a wedding party there at the same time, but all of these waiting times together were still very abysmal. I felt a bit neglected by the service. In total we were there for about 2.5 hours and that was for food and 2 drinks each. Unfortunately not a nice evening.

Viel zu wenig Servicepersonal. Dadurch extrem lange Wartezeiten. Von der Ankunft bis zur Bestellung fast eine halbe Stunde und dann nochmals eine Stunde bis das Essen kam. Das Personal durch den Stress überfordert und dadurch entsprechend unfreundlich

We were looking for authentic schnitzel and found it! The pork schnitzel was delicious!! The beer and German wine selection was good.
