The food there is delicious, the service is good, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the location is unbeatable. When it's full, the lobby is a bit distracting from the conversations of the guests, but that's probably unavoidable for a restaurant of this size. I'll go there again; it's definitely something special!

The price/performance ratio is borderline poor! Drinks are absolutely overpriced.

POSITIVE: + Service: Prompt and friendly, even if language skills are sometimes very limited, which leads to incorrect orders. + Location: Easy access to the location in the KÖWE Center. + Accessibility: Accessible entrances and parking spaces, including an elevator in the parking garage. + Design: Bright and friendly, albeit with too much plastic. + Quick preparation: Ideal for a quick meal between meals. + Diverse offerings: Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, and Japanese dishes, including sushi – a wide variety of flavors. Meals are also available "to go," as well as bubble tea and some home-cooked items. NEGATIVE: - Quality: Varies somewhat. Our Asian noodle boxes with chicken had too many vegetables, especially those cut too large. - Service inconsistencies: Occasionally cold or mechanical service – not always consistently friendly. SUMMARY: Thanks, but once was enough for us.

One of the best burgers I've had, and the fries were top-notch. Despite the open kitchen, there was no smell of grease.
