I would like to rate the food, but unfortunately I never got around to it. We stood in the store for two minutes, two men were walking around in the KFC and one was standing in the Pizza Hut, but his back was turned to us... When my father loudly said that we should have eaten somewhere else, he was still upset not moved at all 😂 So I recommend the manager to take a closer look at who they are hiring. He obviously saw us when we went into the Pizza Hut because he was doing something to the pizzas that were already at the front. Not even a hello, just nothing. Ridiculous store!!!!

Pre-ordered via Lieferando for collection at a specific time. Wrong order and online pick-up time stated 1.5 hours later than ordered!!! Absolute chaos on site.

By far the worst shop ever...ordered a pizza from Lieferando at 4 p.m.. Delivery time was 7 p.m. which means you need 3 hours to deliver a tuna pizza, which is way too expensive for you anyway and on top of that there are €4 delivery costs. The manager of this store should be ashamed of himself and definitely look for another job and take everyone who works there with him and look for a different industry. I'll never order anything from you again or eat a pizza from Pizza Hut... disgraceful branch

It was very disgusting, I saw a mouse in the kitchen that then came towards me. I asked an employee about it and he ignored it and the mouse was still in the kitchen. Never eat at this location again!!!!

This store is dragging down Pizza Hut stock. If I were the CEO of Pizza Hut I would close the store and open a Tipico pub. Even a whorehouse has more honor than this one

Könnt ihr den laden bitte für immer zu machen? Das ist wirklich der ekligste pizza hut überhaupt. Laden ist sehr dreckig, die verbrennen die pizza und die schmeckt jedes Mal sehr salzig und schlecht und das alles, wenn sie die Bestellung überhaupt richtig machen. Der chef ist sehr arrogant und respektlos. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und genauso frech. Ich liebe pizza hut deswegen habe ich den Laden 6 Chancen gegeben, Nichtmal einmal war das annähernd essbar. Sehr schade

Everywhere is open until 10 p.m. Mon-Thurs. Employees pack up everything and close the store at 8:51 p.m. At least you can give the correct opening times.

Man wird als Kunde angeschrien. Obwohl die Schichtleiterin, Frau Jamila, selbst den Fehler machte in dem sie die falsche Pizza aushändigte, bedrohte sie uns, die Kunden, mit Polizei, weil auch wir laut wurden….. Auf einmal sollten wir den Laden verlassen, da Feierabend angesagt war! … Sonntagabend , nach ca. 50 min Wartezeit, standen wir einfach ohne Essen da 👌 danke an das Pizzahut-Team

Die Pizzen sind ganz gut, wenn man es Fettig mag. 3 Sterne da bei mir eine Lieferung nicht ankam, aber diese wurde mir ohne Aufpreis erstattet. Aber gab nur die drei, weil mir es jetzt schon 2 mal passiert ist, dass ich mehr als eine Stunde gewartet habe und erst dann nach dieser Wartezeit mir Mittgeteilt wurde, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Dann saßen wir zuhause ohne Essen da.

Zweimal Lieferzeitpunkt nicht eingehalten. Bestellung extra 1 Stunde vorher gemacht. Wenn das bei allen Kunden so läuft kann man den Laden zu machen. Verlässlichkeit auf Lieferzusagen sollte Standard sein.

Coronabedingt nur bestellt. Allerdings war die Pizza auf den Punkt genau gebacken, der Teig war weich, der Belag soviel er sein sollte. Warm war sie auch noch. 30 min bis zum Sana. Werd in Zukunft auf jeden Fall mehr von diesem Restaurant bestellen.

Mitarbeiter - unfreundlich, sprechen kaum Deutsch, sind überfordert und haben von Service keine Ahnung. Pizza - ganz okay, zu teuer für diese Qualität. Habe 15 Euro für eine Pizza mit Käserand bezahlt, es war kein Käserand drin. Unverschämt.

I don't even know where to start because I'm at a loss for words. I ordered a cheeseburger XL for €16.33. I repeat: XL! At this price and this name, I expect a large, high-quality burger bun with a juicy burger patty, lots of cheese, fresh onions, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles and a matching sauce. However, what I received is an absolute disgrace and a slap in the face for every guest and the entire catering industry! How can it be that a patty with a maximum thickness of 8 mm is sold as meat here? The bread was a cheap standard product from a discount store! The tomato was less than half a slice, there were no pickles or onions, and the “lettuce” was chopped into tiny, almost transparent pieces. And as if that wasn't absurd enough, instead of cheese there was a tiny amount of about 2 ml of an indefinable sauce! But the worst is yet to come: There wasn't even cheese on the cheeseburger! I'm sorry, what? What do I pay for then? Do you want to take your customers for a fool? This is an impudence and borders on deception! Seriously, something like this should be reported! Who gives you the right to sell such a “burger”? I've eaten at a lot of bad burger places, but you top it all. It's really questionable how you got a license for the catering business. Where do you get your inferior meat from? How brazen and unscrupulous do you have to be to sell a cheeseburger without cheese? And now the bottom line: This “XL” is nothing more than a scam. The burger was tiny and almost without any toppings, as already described. This has absolutely nothing to do with XL! It's unbelievable that a store like this even exists and that guests are tricked into spending even a cent here. I only took two bites to find out what the meat tasted like. But after those two bites, the burger had to go in the trash can - out of pure self-respect and fear of food poisoning. It was simply unacceptable to continue eating this “burger”. From the bottom of my heart, I pray that I don't get food poisoning from these two bites. Just thinking about the conditions in your kitchen makes me sick! To everyone reading this text: You should give this store a wide berth - and for good reason! What is served here has nothing to do with good gastronomy. It's not just about the miserable burger, which is simply an outrage, but about the outrageous deception that is systematically carried out here. You pay for a supposedly high-quality product and get nothing more than an inferior, carelessly cobbled together something. This type of service and quality is not only disrespectful but also dangerous to your health. A kitchen that doesn't even manage to put together the basic ingredients of a cheeseburger correctly raises serious doubts about the hygiene and food used. I've eaten at over 280 different burger joints and have never experienced anything like this. Anyone who values their money and their health should avoid this restaurant. A shame for the catering industry and a risk for every customer!

I was here for the first time today and I was very surprised by the good service. I was particularly impressed by Manjola, she was so friendly and attentive and served us so well, and the food was also delicious🫶🏻😋

It was once again a great evening with good food and drinks. The Viennese court appears to have changed tenants more often in recent times. The current tenant is really good!!! The toilets are clean, no dirt on the tables. The service works perfectly. It's a shame that there were so few guests there. I wish the whole team good luck and success!!

Just had dinner there, most probably worst Tagliatelle with king tiger prawn I ever had, and Ive had pretty much all over the world. Tagliatelle itself was not even well cooked, Al dente ? I dont think so. Seasoning, garlic with cherry tomato, cant tell which cooking process that they included cherry tomato. King tiger prawn size and freshness ? Expect a little more from Sheraton. Overall , disappointed.
