Celebrated my birthday there today on September 28th with 2 friends, I haven't experienced such good service in a long time, the food was great as always, and the service was very good, I even got a birthday serenade from the staff. I won't forget the evening for a long time, well done👍🏻👍🏻

The pizza has a diameter of about 45 cm and is very tasty. The service staff was very friendly.

Food was delicious. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time to be assigned a table and for our order to be taken. A family had brazenly pushed their way to the entrance and was immediately brought to the table even though the waitress saw that we had been waiting for a long time. We were seen at our table but ignored for about 20 minutes. You didn't get the feeling that you were welcome.

We really liked it - but the pizzas are really too big. A little smaller would also work - or offer two sizes ;-)

Even though we made reservations, there was hardly any space left. We had to squeeze. But the worst part is after we had to order the drinks. We waited a whopping 52 minutes for our drinks. The food is tasty, but the service is terrible. Think twice about going there.

We were here for the third time. Unfortunately, the welcome was not as usual. An employee came to us from the bar, chewing. Not the usual and friendly hello as we know it and then we were asked several times what name we had reserved under. The male employee then topped it off with a listless, attempted table assignment. Luckily, a female, attentive and capable waitress took over the assignments. Another positive aspect was a different waitress who served us on our first visit. She remembered us positively and came over to greet us. Unfortunately our "Mango Man", he knows who he meant, wasn't there. Our waiter today was ok but there was just something missing. Basically, the women seem to be more capable, except for Mango Man. Nevertheless, we will continue to visit you. Above all, you are miles better than FFM. It is tastier and the ambience is nicer.

The service of the gentleman with the beard is tragic. Zero interest in the customer, he wants a big tip for zero contribution to the service, I've never experienced anything like that in my life, arrogance lack of culture. I'm shocked that someone like that works in the restaurant industry. I was shocked by such an approach to the customer, I have been there a lot of time but I have not met with such service that this gentleman provided us with, I will certainly not go there again because such a man is there for you work.

We recently visited this restaurant and had mixed feelings. On the one hand, the food was really excellent: the dishes were served hot and were very tasty. On the other hand, the service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately our waitress ignored our table. The people who came after us received their orders and invoices faster than we did. After eating we had to wait about 40 minutes for the bill and we had to remind them twice. A thank you to another waiter, a man who finally brought us the bill with a smile and friendliness. We would like to thank him for his professionalism, while our main waitress unfortunately gets a minus for the unsatisfactory service. I hope the quality of service will improve in the future

Very cozy Italian restaurant that has very tasty food and affordable prices. The outside area is super attractive and cozy. It's ok inside too, but it has more of a bar feel. The homemade pasta was super tasty. Thanks!

We had a great time here! Food was super delicious at a good price. Sadly they were out of basil which I had ordered as part of my caprese pizza which could've been communicated beforehand, but I ended up not having to pay for the missing basil so it was all good. Yummy food, nice atmosphere and super nice waiters! ✨️

You wanted another chance... you didn't take it!! Last time one of the operators was inexperienced, but she's been there a month now and still doesn't work well enough and I actually expect friendliness, no matter how inexperienced I am. We were greeted nicely at the door by the gentleman at the bar and told we could choose a table outside. We were not greeted by the waitress outside but were directly told in which area we should sit. It would have been so difficult to say: Hello, can you do me a favor and sit at the front instead, I'm alone outside and that way I can serve the tables better." That would have been a polite way, but it was more than unpleasant as it was . There we sat now. 20 minutes and were finally allowed to order. Why? Because the waitress in question cleared tables beforehand (for which there were no new guests in the starting blocks…) btw. the tables remained empty during our stay. The waitress then spoke to a guest about quitting smoking and their next vacation destinations. It's not a problem at all if small talk is made with guests, but not if others are not allowed to order for it. After we were finally allowed to place the order, the waitress disappeared... and I told her that it was important that we get something to paint for our little child, just like it used to be handed out when we sat down. But no, nothing came. I then spoke to another waiter who was now starting his shift. He was much more open and friendly and immediately brought something to paint. Since we were outside, the wasps didn't take long to ask and we had 8 wasps who wanted to be at the table with us, after asking for beer mats for our drinks we were told there weren't any... it's summer, of course there are wasps. Why don't you have beer mats or something on the table (something copper-colored, for example) that wasps don't like? We then went inside. It wasn't a problem, almost everything was empty. (Which wasn't the case before, by the way) While we were sitting outside, there were 5 other tables occupied. At some point, 3 of the guests helped themselves outside by getting salt, parmesan, oil or servings from the cutlery cupboard outside. Here too the question is, how can this be? Another lady wanted to leave and had been waiting for her bill for a long time, so the manager told the waitress. Meanwhile, two other people started their shift. We got the food, just not our child. Anyone who has children knows how unpleasant a hungry child can be. It's particularly stupid when the child's food is ready and is under the heat lamp. We still waited 7 minutes while all the waiters stood behind the bar either making a drink or chatting or walking out. At some point I gathered my courage and asked the gentleman behind the bar if he could bring us the child's food, it was ready. He brought it. My pizza was cold by now. Honestly guys… service is different!! You won't see us anymore!! Really a shame. 1. Rating: Unfortunately, L’Osteria has declined significantly. We were there recently during the week, on a Thursday. There wasn't much going on, but everything took forever!! We were there for a total of 2 hours, there were four of us and we just wanted something quick to eat. It's not a problem if staff has to be retrained, you sometimes wait longer for good food, but if an employee walks around with his fly open and just pushes the chairs over when clearing up and only wipes half the table instead of clearing the table first , a point has been reached. I hope you get the hang of it.

I thought it was great there - I've been to other L'Osterias where the pizza was rather soggy - but not here. Crispy and very tasty just as it should be - the staff was very friendly to us and the atmosphere was very pleasantly chilled. We'll definitely be back!

A nice restaurant. It's easy to sit outside here in summer, but it's also cozy inside in winter. Great ambience. Open kitchen area, there is always something to see. Even large groups will get their money's worth here. The staff is very friendly and always with a smile. 😃

I hate to say it, but things used to be better. We were brought the wrong food 3 times or what was intended for another table. The amount of toppings decreased significantly and when dessert came we still had to wait 5 minutes for spoons. When the waitress asked if everything was OK and I wanted to tell her what we didn't like, she didn't care and interrupted me. The food was delicious but for the price you pay to eat out, I would have preferred to eat at home.

First I had extremely bad experiences, then quite positive ones. Service was* a complete disaster: Whether it was just a coincidence* remains an open question. In any case, we had to wait an extremely long time for our order for a while. Until someone came and noticed that we had obviously been forgotten by the waiter, who walked past us several times. It then took another quarter of an hour for the drinks to arrive. The starter that we had previously ordered was suddenly no longer available. The pizza was said to not take that long. That wasn't the case again and we had to wait over an hour for our food. No apologies from the staff. The waiter acted like he never served us. Nice atmosphere, actually good food, but with such a long wait we decided not to go to this restaurant again. Really sad how bad the conditions were here*. Especially when you're hungry, it frustrates you massively! *Update: In the meantime we were there again in the summer and everything actually worked out as expected. Either we were just extremely unlucky or something has changed in terms of service. The drinks came quickly, as they should, first and not too long later the ordered starter. The waitress was quite friendly and seemed competent. The main course didn't let you down this time either and hunger didn't drive you crazy anymore. Dessert also came quickly. If it stays that way, I'll be happy to give it full stars at some point. For now, I'll weigh the whole thing up against each other. I can now definitely give it 4 stars. There is still room for improvement, but significantly better than before.

Huge pizza, nice staff, especially the service person with red hair is a very competent and polite man. Very satisfied from the 5-10 times I was there.

A few years ago we built a structure nearby. We were here very often with our construction manager colleagues. We completed the construction project in 2019. We still enjoy coming to eat with family and friends. Very tasty, very friendly, Italian hospitable, good value for money.

We all feel very comfortable at times.

The mood, ambience and the view of the water are very nice. As usual from L'Osteria, the food was very tasty and well seasoned. I will definitely come again.

The pizzas are huge, the pasta dishes are comparatively “manageable”, but you will always be full. Basically, you can spend a cozy evening here, and if you can ignore the fact that the service hangs over your cell phone when it's idle, you're in good hands here.
