The service is terrible. You have to wait forever for a member of staff to come to you. It seems like everyone on a break is sitting outside with the guests, smoking and talking loudly. It's not professional. But the location is beautiful.

I ordered from L'Osteria Offenbach today and I'm absolutely disappointed. For €16.66, I basically got a pile of leaves – the pumpkin was ice-cold, the pomegranate seeds were completely missing, the bread wasn't there, and neither were the walnuts I paid extra for. To top it all off, I found a hair in the salad. I've called the restaurant over 11 times now. The first time, they simply hung up, and no one answered the phone again. When someone finally answered, the lady was completely overwhelmed, couldn't help me, and just told me to contact Lieferando. That's no way to treat guests. For me, this is absolutely unacceptable – lousy food, incomplete order, unhygienic, and, to top it all off, catastrophic customer service.

My boyfriend and I ate at this restaurant today and were deeply disappointed by the service. While our order was initially taken relatively quickly, the service immediately left much to be desired. Our drinks weren't served for about 15 minutes, and the food followed another 30 minutes later, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The rest of the service showed no attentiveness. They didn't even ask once if everything was okay or if we wanted to order anything else. The situation reached its peak when paying: Since we were completely ignored and the waitress couldn't be found, my boyfriend finally had to go to the front himself. The employee was extremely rude, didn't even say goodbye to us, and overall gave the impression that guests were perceived as more of a nuisance. The food was undoubtedly good, but the service was so unprofessional that we won't be visiting this restaurant again. Such disrespectful and uninterested treatment of guests is completely out of place in the restaurant industry. They should seriously consider whether this job is the right choice for the employee in question.

The service was very friendly and very fast. We had pizza, and it was absolutely huge, REALLY! :D and, of course, delicious. And they have a half-and-half option, where you can choose a different half for each pizza. I highly recommend it :)

That young man is absolutely disrespectful and rude. We ate there and the waiter made it a horrible experience. So if you don't feel like working, you might as well just stay home. Thanks and never again!!!!

Impossible. I wanted to go out for a nice meal with friends today, October 7th. The waiter was extremely rude: He first threw the cutlery onto the unwiped table. When I asked him to wipe the table and clear the glasses, he picked up the cutlery and literally threw it down after wiping it, then left in a bad mood. He also ignored my friend, who was wearing a headscarf, while she was ordering and didn't answer questions about the menu. His behavior seemed disrespectful and possibly discriminatory. I've never been treated so disrespectfully. The picture is of the wiped table...of course, he left the glasses for us. Simply disgusting. Never again!

The restaurant was an experience from start to finish. The service was attentive, warm, and prompt. The food was fresh, prepared with great attention to detail, and tasted outstanding. I will definitely be back and can recommend it without reservation.

We ordered there via UberEats. Instead of 40 minutes, we waited over two hours. That was probably UberEats' fault, because they couldn't find a driver. However, the restaurant can't blame us for the two out of three pizzas that were forgotten. So, we waited forever, two main courses weren't delivered, and what arrived was cold. My spaghetti was delicious, even if it wasn't warm. I can't comment on the food or service there.

L'Osteria at Offenbach Harbor is beautifully located and has a great ambiance. It's nice to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of the modern harbor. The atmosphere is special at sunset. The lamp lighting inside is in typical L'Osteria industrial style. The staff was always friendly and kept a clear overview, even in complicated situations. The pasta dish we had was very, very tasty, but I found the portion a bit small. The dessert, mango sorbet with chocolate cake, was very tasty. The temporarily available Bacio ice cream in a paper cup was also very, very tasty. The restrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The noise level inside was a bit loud, but sitting outside was pleasant.

I'm sorry to say that every time I've been out to eat, I've had a bad experience. I think it was about three or four times, but the last time I went out to eat with my friend, and I told a girl we wanted to take the leftovers. She said, "Okay, wait a minute." The girl walked past us and completely forgot about us or didn't want us to. We waited for 20 minutes. Then I told the same girl again, and she said, "Okay, left and didn't come." Then I told another blonde girl we wanted a note and the leftover food to take home, and she said, "Okay, she came." I paid her after she left. She brought me a box and shoved it in my hand and said, "Here you go!" and left...very bad. She should have taken my plates of food and put them in the kitchen or wherever they belonged. After I found another girl, I told her, and she immediately came and took it and put it in a box. I waited 20 minutes for them to pack my food in the box... So, I'd like to say the food is very good, but the staff is terrible! I've never been treated so neglectfully anywhere else, terrible 😤 the staff, especially the women, leave a lot to be desired.

We had a table reservation, which I would recommend. We were given an indoor table, off to the side behind the counter. This meant we didn't have a great view, and the service barely noticed us. The menu is manageable; there's something for everyone. The service was completely overwhelmed on our visit; there weren't enough staff. And L'Osteria wasn't even fully staffed. Our pasta arrived lukewarm. Not very pleasant. The dishes were tasty, but nothing special. I found the restaurant very loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. We won't be coming back.

A great pizza in Offenbach – Pizzeria L’Osteria Well, I have to say, at L’Osteria in Offenbach, you'll really get your money's worth! The food is amazing – the pizza is as big as a wagon wheel, and the dough is crispy, just like you'd expect from a real Italian restaurant. And the pasta was perfect – not too steamy or sloppy, just well-seasoned and fresh. But now comes the best part: the dark-haired waitress – a lovely, friendly lady with a gentle smile – was simply fantastic! You don't often see such an attentive and warm waitress. Even though it was really busy, she fulfilled our every wish. That's what you call service with heart and soul! A real insider tip if you're in Offenbach and want to spend a cozy evening with good food and even better people.

My girlfriend and I had barely sat down at our table when we had to wait about 30 minutes, staring at a waiter to order, even though it wasn't very busy. Then a man (who had been sent by his colleague to take our order) came over who, you could tell, had absolutely no interest in taking our order or talking to us. The pizzas were actually very good, except they weren't very warm. Finally, we wanted to pay and asked another waitress if we could pay, who then said she would pass the word on. We waited a very long time again, even though, as I said, it wasn't even that busy, and the same man came over and took our money without any interest. Great food, but the service here is really very poor.

I had lunch with a good friend at L'Osteria in Offenbach today. The terrace is simply beautiful, and with the view of the harbor, you feel like you're on vacation. The service was very friendly from everyone, and our pasta (Orichiette di Manzo and Gnocchi Gambetetti) tasted absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful lunch.

Worst L'Osteria branch. Absolutely rude and unfriendly staff. Especially the lady at the counter/bar. If you don't enjoy your job, then you shouldn't be working in service. We've been here many times and each time there have been new surprises, be it the toppings on the pizzas or understanding the drinks that were then served incorrectly. The waitresses don't understand half of what's being said and there were no peas left in one dish (Pasta Emilia). I think L'Osteria Offenbach still has a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to service, friendliness, organization, and product quality. The management and F&B manager should perhaps be more involved in this area.
