From the outside it's getting old, you'd like to keep driving, but otherwise everything's great

We were out longer on Saturday and wanted to grab a pizza from Pizza Hut afterwards. After we tried to place our order by phone, we were told that the kitchen was only open until 10 p.m. Although we had eaten there at 10 p.m. a month before and according to Google it is open until midnight. In the past we were no longer allowed to sit down in the restaurant because this was only possible until 8:30 p.m. Then we just had to order from the competition :) Nevertheless, the pizza we had eaten so far was delicious.

So a little tiny pizza for 13.90 is just outrageous.

Honestly, Pizza Hut isn't what it used to be. Long waiting time until you are served. The pizza is overpriced with little toppings and is getting smaller and smaller. I hope something changes soon and hope for improvement on my next visit.

Food price performance too expensive. Too few staff. But otherwise very good

We were there this evening with 7 adults & 5 children. There is no gluten-free food except for tuna salad and chicken wings. There was no yogurt dressing available for the salad, but BBQ sauce was available. Tip for the dressing: simply dilute the garlic sauce that is on the menu with water, add a little salt and pepper and you have a cheat salad dressing. Which person eats salad with BBQ sauce? Not even vinegar/oil was offered. No brownies or Ben & Jerry's ice cream were available for dessert. There was only non-alcoholic beer and that rounded off the whole evening negatively. This was the first visit to Pizza Hut in about 6-9 years. Unfortunately no longer recommended if this continues...

Had been there for a long time and was very upset. There are many things no longer on the menu, certainly not a beer with your meal and the waiting time hasn't improved either. The two ladies who served did their best. The food was very bland and simply didn't taste like anything and for these prices. I'm sorry, but this was definitely our last visit.

Tried to call to order a pizza 30 mins before closing with no answer. Arrived at the restaurant 15 min before closing and was told they couldn’t make me a pizza and I should have called. Proceeded to tell them I called them before showing up with no answer. Don’t claim to be open if you stop serving before closing and can’t answer the phone. Not the first time we have tried to call and order head. They do not answer the phone.

Great pizza but you only get deals when you’re doing Take-away instead of dining in

Super unfriendly service, totally annoyed... the customer is everything but not a king. If I hadn't promised my 89 year old mother pizza, I would have rushed out straight away...impossible

I don't normally do negative reviews, but I make an exception for underground encounters/experiences. We arrived and waited quite a long time to be served, others were served before us even though they came after us. Order was taken at some point, same situation again... other customers who come after us - who placed their order after us, receive their order before us. We waited at least 50 minutes until my mother asked where our food was - we work in a similar industry and know that things can get a little dicey at times, so we have to be a little more lenient. The young woman replied in an ugly, snotty and rude tone that we only came 10 minutes ago and have to wait. After this answer I said our order was taken an hour ago and what a rude tone that is. She continued to respond in a disgusting tone and then marched away without waiting for our response. I've never experienced anything like this. A young man came and apologized for the inconvenience and all was well. We would have wished for such behavior and everything would have been half as bad. Will I set foot in this store again after this experience? Rather less.

It's a shame, unfortunately it's now become too expensive. Pizza over €20 is not possible. Then we'd rather go to Alfredo in Enkenbach.

Very unfriendly service, it didn't enlighten us at all since it was our first time there and everyone else who arrived about 10 minutes after us was served much faster, even though we had been waiting for our pizza for half an hour. We actually wanted to eat here too but we weren't asked and had to take it with us because we weren't allowed to eat the pizza we ordered here.

Food and drinks are a bit more expensive medium pan pizza with 3 toppings approx. €15.50, but we enjoyed it. We were served very quickly and friendly, and the food came pretty quickly too. Garlic bread with mozzarella could have stayed in the oven a little longer. Otherwise everything was ok.

This was the second worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was lukewarm, not tasty at all. The drinks were barely cold on a hot sommer day, the AC was turned off. The two waitresses were also two characters, one spaced out looking like she herself is lost and the other not really knowing much. I would not recommend this location.

How hard is it to make a cheese pizza without burning it? It's not that damn hard.

The cashier was a complete disaster. No card payment possible is only stated during the payment process. Very grim and stroppy. That was our last visit.

I have to say that the rating is no longer correct. Were leaking there again, I have to say the service and the quality are top!!!!!!!!! Had dinner today shortly after 1 p.m., unfortunately once again there weren't enough staff. We had to wait about 10 minutes until we could order and the food took forever. The employees did their best, but as always there weren't enough of them. Today I have come to the point that I will no longer visit this restaurant. If I get such poor service for these prices, I can happily do without it.

We probably stumbled during a shift change, otherwise I can't explain the slightly longer waiting times. Three tables, including ours, were occupied and unfortunately it took forever until someone came to our table. After that everything was great!

Super well received by myra. 2 person on the team who speaks French is a real asset in a German restaurant.

Ambiance outdated No decorations, flowers or anything nice. Canteen optics Service was very, very nice despite being overloaded like in every business at the moment. Prices correspond absolutely to today's costs of energy, personnel, etc. But I'd love to come back With the hope that Pizzahut will invest in the “now.”

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had two different experiences with their pizzas. The first time, I ordered a Margherita pizza, and it was very good and delicious. However, during my second visit, I ordered two Veggie Lavas and two Margheritas. Unfortunately, it seemed like they were overrun with orders, and my pizzas were overcooked. When I mentioned this to the counter girl who took my order, she told me that it is normal for their pizzas to be this overcooked and that if I didn’t want overcooked pizzas, I should inform them beforehand. I explained that I have small kids who cannot eat overcooked pizzas and asked if they could make new ones, but they said it was not possible and that I should have specified my preference beforehand.

Good food, value for money OK. The reception was a bit frosty, the lady seemed very annoyed. But it could also have depended on the day, maybe she was just having a bad day

Food was ok, the lady at reception obviously wasn't having a good day because she obviously didn't feel like smiling. It can happen sometimes...

A very nice restaurant with two very friendly waitresses. We were there on 6/28/24. The pizzas we ordered tasted excellent. The lettuce and the grated Parmesan with a little salad dressing were freshly added to the finished pizza and were crunchy and delicious 😋 We ordered extra large pizzas because we wanted to take the rest with us on the RV tour for our dinner. The leftovers were kindly packed up for us at our table. At the beginning of the order we also asked for some water for our dog and he was also provided with fresh water and a bowl. Not the stale broth in a very dirty bowl that you often experience. Here there was a clean bowl that was filled with fresh water from a glass in front of him. The tables and everything else were clean and tidy and there was a nice place to sit on the terrace. The three of us (2 adults + dog) felt very comfortable here. If we were to be in the area again with the motorhome, this Pizza Hut would definitely be one of the destinations again 👍🏻 Finally, it should be mentioned that dogs are not allowed into the restaurant. Presumably for hygienic reasons, but also certainly pleasing and understandable from the perspective of those suffering from animal hair allergies. But you are very welcome outside on the terrace.

First of all, the positives: as always, the pizzas were very tasty! 😋 But the service is a complete disaster. It has to be said that the shop was not full, several tables were still free. However, the volume in the store was so loud that you almost had to shout at each other at a table with 6 people. The main courses were brought so far apart that the first ones had already finished their pasta by the time the last ones got their pizza. There used to be good pitchers... unfortunately deleted. You would like a coleslaw salad with your meal... unfortunately not in stock. Well, okay, manageable. But what really hit the fan was the bill, which was slapped onto the table without being asked in the middle of the meal (with three people still having about half a pizza left over and still eating)! Maybe you would have liked something to drink or ordered dessert...

Terrible customer service…Hung up on the phone when i asked a question. I’m sorry i only speak English, but that’s no way to handle things.

It's been a while since we've eaten there again We discovered that the owner had changed. Service was a disaster and the restaurant manager was very unfriendly. We actually always enjoyed eating there but unfortunately we can no longer recommend it and would still order to pick up.

Pizza very tasty. Staff is understaffed. 1 person has to take orders from walk-in customers, answer the phone, cut the finished dishes, pack them up and then collect the cash. Despite all of this, things went quickly at 2 p.m. because the employee is probably used to that and it is unusual for Germans to eat lunch at this time.

Pizza didn't work that way for people from Born. But the service is subpar.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today. I had a hard time making my mind up on my order and instead of being nice and recommending something, the older lady at the cashier was rude and tried to rush me. There wasn't anyone in line either. Then I waited twice the estimated time because they messed up my order and had to make another pizza. I was hungry and frustrated when I got my pizza that I just wanted to start eating. Because I originally said I wanted my order to go, the lady who took my order kicked me out and didn't allow me to eat in the establishment.

I have never seen such lame staff.

So we were there yesterday...The pizza, great as always. The service, bottom drawer… In addition to the disastrous service, some dirt was removed from the ceiling with a broom despite visitors. You will be asked WHILE the majority are still eating if you would like to pack up, you will probably answer but we would like to let the others finish eating first... Zack we got the pizza boxes despite a table full of food... To top it all off, the invoice will contain a DEPOSIT?!?!? We ate IN THE restaurant!!!!!! When you ask, you are taken for a fool - and then you find out, oh, I don't know my cash register system at all, I have to press the other one... Well, it's definitely worked for some people.

Honestly. I have no words for this subterranean poor service! We will not enter this store again!

Pizza Hut simply makes the best pizza for my taste. Ordered today on the holiday and was told that the usual offers don't count today, but because I was recognized as a regular customer, I still got the discount. Super nice!!! Thank you so much!

Ordered and picked up two pan pizzas, one with salami and mushrooms. The pizza was completely greasy and soggy. Underneath the other pizza was an indefinable substance that resembled a sauce. A photo attached. The taste was kind of weird and didn't taste the same as it did a while ago. Didn't taste like tomato sauce or dough. The consistency was as if the pizza had been put in the microwave again after a day. After 3 pieces I gave up and threw them away. The lady on the phone answers the call but is talking to another customer at the same time. After one or two awkward hellos and a few seconds of waiting, I hung up. All this after 15 minutes of calling every now and then and hoping you get through. Based on my experience, I can confirm the recent bad reviews. Including the unfriendly employees. I hope to get through the weekend without any gastrointestinal problems. Addendum: You can probably only submit a photo if it has a slightly better rating? Or why doesn't this work here?

When you came in, you were greeted very unfriendly. Unfortunately there is also a new owner who doesn't want to serve alcoholic drinks. Couldn't even enjoy a cold beer after a long day at work.

What struck me as particularly negative was the phone constantly ringing, which almost drove me crazy. Then turn the phone on silent and spare the nerves of the guests. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the price, as almost always, was exorbitantly high. We only treat ourselves to it every now and then.

We ordered six pizzas to pick up. The pizzas were all burnt and had hardly any toppings! For the price and to pick up it's just not worth it and definitely not recommended.

Catastrophe. No alcohol because of the alleged lack of licenses (I have a suspicion), some dishes not available, pizza not as usual, card payment not possible (after a complaint then yes) Conclusion: No wonder there is nothing going on on Saturday evenings. Never again.

We were there yesterday and unfortunately I'm extremely disappointed... it wasn't possible to order alcohol because the license to serve was missing due to the change in ownership, unfortunately there was no rocket left for my favorite pizza... well, it doesn't matter - we had to wait a whopping over 25 minutes There were 4 of our drinks and there were a total of 4 tables for us otherwise the place was empty... our food came but unfortunately it was lukewarm instead of hot... I'm just really disappointed

Food was very good and the service was top👍🏻 The staff were also able to sort out the fact that there was a bit of a rush of guests.

Yesterday we went to Pizza Hut again for a long time and the conditions were very friendly When we ordered we were informed that it would take a little longer to receive our order (the restaurant was full) Everything was great until I finally went to the women's toilet I spoke to the blonde condition and explained to her the problem in the women's toilet I was told in a very rude tone, yeah, no time, you see, but I'm busy (yes, of course, writing WhatsApp messages was her job)

This place is a disaster. Now, my family and I have been to this Pizza Hut 6-7 times over the past 2 years, and we have never had any issues, but when told by the waitress “we have new owners” while ordering drinks followed by the terrible service afterwords, I felt it warranted a review. Our waitress was about as nonexistent as a person can be. There were several issues throughout the experience of dining in here and every single time the issue seemed to be revolved around the question “where’s our waitress.” It got to a point where other waiters and waitresses had to step in and assist, but our waitress was still serving our table. She never brought our drinks out unless we asked whoever we could find numerous times. we ordered dips with our appetizer which never came and then when she did bring them “gave” us an extra one without us asking, and then charged us for it in the end. Apparently they also got new card readers, so an American debit card no longer works. Both mine and my brother-in-law’s cards were declined and the waitress said it only accepts German cards. Then the waitress makes a joke, while not inappropriate, but very ill-timed. Then when my wife goes to pay, and the waitress tries to charge us 35 extra euros by inputting the incorrect amount on the machine. Overall this is easily the worst service I’ve ever encountered in Europe. I haven’t been able to stop laughing at how bad it was since. New owners or not, this single waitress was just beyond incompetent. Everyone else who tried to help, bless them. They did their best.

The food is of course always delicious, I don't know of any pizza that I personally like better than the Mac and Cheese Pan Pizza, but I was very disappointed that beer was no longer offered, generally no alcohol, so I deducted 2 stars because of that For me, it's just part of a cozy evening meal.

You can forget about Preordering your Pizza, they will too. Spend 30 min in that ghost town of an resturant to wait for my pizza that I preordered 1 hour in advance.

New owner. This month (why probably) no alcohol is offered! At first I thought the service staff was fun. Credit cards are no longer accepted. I was a regular customer.

I've never experienced anything like that. Ordered pizza to take away. It said 35 minutes. So we waited in the restaurant. After 30 minutes they said the pizza would take another 35 minutes because they were out of medium pizza. No excuses, nothing. No vouchers. I asked for my money back and left again. Real cheek.

The pasta was totally bland. Salad with just a few ingredients. Then eat pizza there instead. Unfortunately, the delicious vegetarian broccoli casserole is no longer available. The upholstered seats are comfortable, it is warm and bright, reasonably priced food (dinner from 3 p.m. with certain drinks €10.95)

Food as always at Pizzahut. Service and waiting time sucked. If you are at capacity, you no longer offer places or you plan with more staff on a Saturday evening. It's a shame to pay full price for a 90 minute wait.

Went there with 3 people...We were looking forward to the special offer card, unfortunately none of it was available when we ordered. Can you not leave out the additional card if everything is no longer there or the staff cannot point this out when the card is issued Very weak.... Food took forever. For 3 pizzas over 1.15 hours. At the time of ordering, the store was empty.... When we asked after more than an hour, we were told that it was coming soon..... Drink? Our glasses were all still full. Prices are also juicy... Conclusion. No thanks.

We waited over 1 hour for our food. There were three of us and people who came after us got their food beforehand. Even though there weren't very many people.

We won't be going back here any time soon. The service is subpar and the staff is completely overwhelmed. We had to wait over an hour for our food. Lemonade not in stock, then suddenly at another table. The service couldn't really speak German or English. And the cherry on top... Suddenly it says... Sorry, no card payment... The drinks were missing from our bill, I should just add them, strange... There was no previous notice anywhere about paying in cash. I was sent to an ATM. But I didn't see that because of the high fees. So I asked the boss. Suddenly I could pay by card at the front. However, there was still a drink missing here too, which I was able to pay for in cash. The waitress then assumed I would give her the change, really cheeky...

If you pre-order by phone and are told you can pick it up in 30 minutes and then have to wait another hour, that's a performance that sucks! And for a price that you can get 3 pizzas from a regular Italian restaurant (in 15 minutes). Edit: the old "lady" (and she was anything but ladylike) was still explaining to my wife how it can be that someone doesn't eat out every evening (yes, unfortunately that's not possible as a small family) when I joined them after more than an hour and asked where the order was, I found out that she had "mixed up" our order. They seriously made the pizza half and half, i.e. half of my vegetarian pizza was topped with minced meat and bacon... The verbal unfriendliness continued until we left the store and actually went to a real Italian restaurant...! Pizza Hut... Never again! Update after 7 years: The "lady" is still there and runs the store disastrously! Is unfriendly to employees and customers! Plus it's not exactly clean in the branch!

The boss is the unfriendly individual that I have ever met in the restaurant industry. The constant expression of "I don't care" is really inviting. But what I experienced last time convinced me never to go back here. 1. Our table neighbors asked for the VEGAN menu... and the lady really answered "That's very unhealthy!"... that's not your problem, lady. 2. Afterwards she had a conversation NEXT TO US with a part-time worker, something you don't do in public... in my opinion... no one just wants to work under her. 3. When we wanted to order HOME MADE lemonade, the lady told us..."Only from 5 p.m., then the person who makes it comes... it's mineral water with SYRUP... I make it at home in 5 seconds. .. This person's laziness and the fact that he hasn't been fired yet is shocking!

Service top! Had 1x double mixed starters as a starter and a Golden Cheezy Crust Barbecue as well as a normal Cheezy Crust Tuna (see picture). The barbecue could use more barbecue sauce. The tuna is a regular mozzarella tuna pizza, so it's also good, but not great. The location is quite loud when it's full and the constant ringing of the telephone is annoying. But otherwise good 🍕👍

First my pasta dish was prepared without tomatoes, when I pointed it out I was told that I should eat it and that the dish would be made with tomatoes to take away. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I was driving home that I noticed that we were also charged for the dish to take away. My husband's pizza was okay. You could see thick layers of dust everywhere, which wasn't very good for your appetite.

I simply like the pizza there the best! There is no better one

Very good food, drinks unfortunately hopelessly overpriced. But you don't have to overdo it with the orders. Tip: Pizza to go, drink at home...

This is a sit-down restaurant with a waitress… not like Pizza Hut in the states! Pizza itself is the same.

I can only recommend it and would be happy to come again at any time.

Service unterirdisch! Hier wird man gekonnt ignoriert. Und bei allem Verständnis, aber der deutschen Sprache sollte einer Servicekraft mächtig sein, da sonst die Bestellung ein Glücksspiel wird.

Überraschend gut. Sehr freundlicher Service. Nur den Preis fand ich insgesamt grenzwertig. Trotzdem soweit sehr gut.

Das Essen war eine Enttäuschung. Zu teuer für diese Qualität. Der Cesarsalad ist meiner Meinung nach zu klein für den Preis vorallen bei einer Fastfood Kette. Die Chickenwings waren nicht fertig gegart und hatten keinen Geschmack. Die Meatlover Pizza mit Käserand lag bei 23€... Ohne Worte. Der Service hat sich nur zur Bestellung und zum Servieren mal blicken lassen. Wenn man noch etwas zu trinken bestellen wollte hat man sie nicht mehr gesehen. Parmesan und Chili haben wir dann selbständig im Laden gesucht und von einem der vielen noch nicht abgeräumten Tischen geholt. Eigentlich sehr Schade.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Pizza Hut. Viele amerikanische Gäste. Leider hat man das vegetarische/vegane Sortiment wieder etwas reduziert. Anstatt zu versuchen so Klassiker wie die Texas Supreme zu "vegetarisieren" hatte man irgendwelche fad-schmeckende Alternativen kreiert. Great place for American pizza. No corn or other weird toppings. The garlic bread is just a roll cut up, so not great. They do have buy one pizza get one pizza free on Wednesdays. They also have other deals on other days of the week.
