The first one where the salad on the kebab plate was specially packaged. Very commendable. The food is plentiful. I will order again. There is nothing to complain about.

I was there years ago – so I can't comment on the atmosphere, which is a bonus. But the food we ordered – I've rarely eaten so badly. Our impression was that the pizza base tasted like flatbread dough. The half-family-sized pizza was a complete disaster. The salad was just plain iceberg lettuce, and the ayran sauce from the doner kebab was just okay. The Coke was great. The driver was friendly and arrived quickly. I'll try the doner kebab sometime. Hopefully, it won't taste like pizza.

I ordered and didn't get anything, and then I was lied to, and I'll get my money back at some point, not now! Incompetence beyond compare! But actually, that's a good thing, at least no diarrhea next week because of the bad food!

Waited 2 hours for an order, nothing there, we called, a woman answered, totally rude, I asked her that we had ordered 2 hours ago and if it was normal to wait so long, she accused us of supposedly not opening the door and not answering the cell phone because we had supposedly written down the number incorrectly. I said it was a lie, and she continued to accuse me in an almost shouting tone, I've never experienced anything like that before, that's driving away customers.

Always great service. Sometimes a bit hectic, but always friendly. Prices for the party pizza are unbeatable for the quality offered.

I waited 2 hours until I received a confirmation email saying the order was “cancelled”. There is no worse service in KL, this store tops everything. Not recommended. I wouldn't have opened the door, can't you think of a better excuse? Some neighbor would have answered the door, but if the bell isn't rung, you can't know that someone is at the door. Don't worry, I don't want any further orders, obviously other customers agree with me. In the future I will order from the right Italian who knows his craft. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

On Saturday after the city we wanted to take two kebab pizzas with us. First of all we waited at the front for 30-45 only to then pay 28€ for 2 large pizzas. We didn't have any extra toppings or a drink with us. The taste wasn't convincing either. Never again!!

Not recommended, unfriendly, incompetent, and rude. I ordered food today and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food until a very unfriendly man shouted at me on the phone in broken German, telling me I wasn't available and saying he was back in Kaiserslautern. However, the friendly man had rung my neighbor's doorbell, who also told him the location of my door, but that was apparently too much for him. Well, I replied that no one was at my front door, nor did anyone inform me that the ordered goods had arrived. The driver said it wasn't his problem; I was just unlucky. A blatant impertinence. Now my order was canceled after 2 hours, and my food never arrived. Absolutely not recommended!

Just ordered spontaneously, everything was very tasty, no delivery costs, fast and very friendly supplier! Gladly again c: Edit: Unfortunately I have to say that I'm now really disappointed with your reliability. Why is there still any idea online about what your opening times are? I think it's a real shame that you can't even write that on the door...

So far I have only had positive experiences with the best suppliers and good food with a good price-performance ratio.

Ordered their delivery. This is probably best garlic bread I have had to date. So good. Their pizza was pretty good too. The fries would probably be good, but by time they arrived they had gotten cold and there wasn’t salt on them, but they are fries and that’s a tough thing to deliver fresh. Their nuggies are breaded in panko which adds an interesting texture. I’ll order again sometime for sure.

Vor wenigen Jahren war es hier nicht so wirklich gut, aber Zeiten ändern sich! Pizza top, Salat top, alles korrekt geliefert. Kann man nur "Top" sagen. Respekt, wahrlich von Zero to Hero! :)

Sehr netter Lieferservice und eine unfassbar gute Pizza Speisen werden seit einem Jahr immer heiß und qualitativ gleichbleibend ausgehändigt sehr verlässlich was den Geschmack betrifft und bei Partys das perfekte Restaurant zum bestellen da die Partypizza Größe locker für 6 Personen reicht um mehr als nur satt zu werden

Knoblauchbaguettes waren leider außen komplett schwarz und verbrannt, konnte man nur von innen "ausschaben" und essen. Die Pizza war wirklich lecker. Lieferzeit war wie angegeben, circa eine Stunde (habe um 01:30 Uhr bestellt). Kann man zu so einer späten Uhrzeit wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Es ist super lecker nur leider einen Stern abzug da ab und zu entweder zu wenig Soße auf dem Döner ist. Aber sonst ist es wunderbar

Sehr gute Pommes und sehr freundliches Personal. Habe schon öfter bestellt - kommt schnell und die Pizza ist eine absolute Empfehlung! Preis/Leistung ist enorm gut! Wenn Pizza, dann Pizzeria zur Altstadt! Übrigens auch vegan möglich.
