Tasty, ready quickly, nice staff

You won't believe it: that was the worst thing I've ever not eaten. It's the first time in my life that I didn't finish the pizza I bought. The dough was still raw and slimy, there was hardly any toppings on it and 17 euros for a pizza with 3 pieces of broccoli is really outrageous. I gave one star because you can't give zero. I was there for the first and last time!!!

Hello, I would like to complain about something that happened in the restaurant yesterday. I was there around half past eight to order a pizza. A friend told me about a promotion where you could get two large pizzas for the price of one large pizza. This promotion was still visible in the store and was advertised on various pages such as the website and Facebook until February 24, 2025. When I went to order, the employee told me that the promotion was over and that they had now been informed by headquarters that it had ended. He said I could order the pizzas at regular price but not as part of the promotion. That seemed strange to me because my friend got the promotion on the same day, exactly that day, in the same restaurant without any problems - but from a different employee. That's why I didn't order it because the explanation didn't make sense to me. I have a lot of experience with pizzerias, including large chains, and found it incomprehensible that there was such a mess. I actually wanted to try Pizza Hut, but after this experience I won't be ordering there again. My friend doesn't want to go there anymore either. I think if a restaurant treats its customers like that, then you shouldn't go there again. Greeting,

Failure! Ordered from Uber Eats. An item was not delivered. A side salad with dressing and fresh ingredients that we ordered was just pre-packaged coleslaw. And 2 other items ordered were incorrectly pictured.

Typical pizza hut, goid quality, fast service, staff are very friendly. Place is small, it is mostly for delivery or take away, there are 2-3 small tables if you want to eat there itself.

It was very tasty, the food arrived hot and the volume was very good.

I was at Pizza Hut in Münster today and received very friendly and courteous service from Hussein. Great employee! The pizza was also very tasty and the waiting time was short. Gladly again!

Very, very friendly and generous staff, very tasty food

My girlfriend and I went to Pizza Hut today and each had a pizza. We parked directly at the castle and were only visiting MS, so we can't say anything about the parking spaces. But the staff was very friendly and the pizza was also very tasty and ready quite quickly. The ambience is nothing special but it's okay for a snack/fast food style pizza. The pizzas were also okay in terms of price. All in all, we were very satisfied with the visit and would like to come back if we are in Münster again!

I love Pizza Hut, but this restaurant doesn't have much to do with it. Aside from the disastrous situation, the entire store looks very dingy. The pizza itself was the worst I've ever had in a PizzaHut restaurant. The restaurant was empty, but the table wasn't "cleaned" until we were already seated. Of course, the caraway seeds were nicely distributed on our laps. Two wet wipes were used to clean. Even the napkins that were actually wrapped around the knife and fork looked like they had been made by a two year old. It's a real shame, but we won't eat there anymore... P.S There are no parking spaces either. You have to drive around for ages to be lucky enough to find a parking space somewhere.

Hardly any parking space, small selection, no service, not even the cutlery is brought, the table is dirty, the seating is primitive and partly defective, the pizza tastes very bad and is far too expensive. Overall, the store seemed very dingy and the service was subpar.

I ordered for delivery and my order was delivered to the wrong address. My order was quickly prepared again and I got a pizza for free. All very warm and very tasty. I ordered a homemade pizza and all the ingredients were included. Gladly again

Mh...I went to Pizza Hut again after years...ordered 2 different types of dough...unfortunately both were disappointing. However, the service was VERY courteous and friendly. Maybe it's just a matter of taste... I remembered it better

The food is very tasty, but we generally don't get what we ordered. Especially not when it comes to dessert...

If you're really craving greasy fast food, you've come to the right place. The pizzas are delicious and the price-performance ratio is really good. The employees have always been nice. Since the shop specializes more in take-away, the atmosphere isn't that nice, but everything is well-kept and clean.

“Please cut pizzas and bake them until light” was our only request. The pizzas were soggy, burnt and really not tasty. Also absolutely overpriced at just under €35 for two pizzas! Definitely never again and not recommended.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn't cooked through and was quite soggy, but it didn't taste anything special.

We ordered pizza to pick up for the second time and it was both very tasty. The service is also very nice and accommodating.

Great service and delicious pizza! We placed an order from Pizza Hut today and as always we were amazed by the quality. The pizza was incredibly tasty and was delivered quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and particularly fond of children, which made our visit even more pleasant. We receive a warm welcome on every visit. The store is also very clean and there are high hygiene standards. As a family, we always feel very comfortable here and would love to come back!

Hi all, I was passing through Münst and went to the Pizza Hut Pizzeria. Yes ☹️, it was unexpected that the taste is not the same everywhere, unfortunately the only thing that can ruin pizza is lousy dough ☹️. I'm from Dortmund myself and I can say that our Pizza Hut tastes the best😋!

Kann die ganzen negativen Kritiken nicht wirklich nachvollziehen, die Mitarbeiter sind immer super freundlich, man wird bedient, was für einen PizzaHut auch nicht selbstverständlich ist und gerade bei allen Teuerungen sind die Preise hier echt fair. Komme wöchentlich hier hin und bin immer sehr zufrieden mit allem!

Der Besitzer sowie die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch, die Pizza war auch lecker :)

Ich zahle extra 2Euro Lieferkosten aber Fahrer kommt nicht mal rein! Der hat angerufen und gesagt kommen bitte Sie draußen! Warum zahle ich überhaupt 2Euro?

Fahrer hat die Adresse nicht gefunden. Google Maps ist wohl kaputt. Pizza kalt, trotzdem verbrannt. Hähnchen auch kalt. Unterirdisch!

Es ist eine sehr, sehr leckere Pizza. Viele Rezept Arten. Ein Genuss. Vor Ort kann man auch gut Speisen. Ruhige Lage.

Speciaal voor Pizza Hut, hebben we een reis van 60km achter de rug. Maar... het was het waard! De pizza's waren heerlijk en de bediening was heel vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat dit filiaal eigenlijk meer voor afhalen en bezorgen bedoeld is. Waarom hebben we in Nederland zo weinig Pizza Hut filialen? Domino's en New York Pizza steken hier schraal bij af.

Kregen knoflookbrood bij de pizza en een gezellige sfeer. Zeker een aanrader als je Münster besteld.

Pizza Hut ist immer einen Besuch wert!

Mich konnte Pizza Hut nicht überzeugen und ich werde hier sicher nicht nochmal essen gehen. Warum? 40 Minuten Wartezeit für ein paar Pizza-Brötchen sind definitiv zu lang, zumal scheinbar gerade nicht viel zu tun war. Die Pizza-Brötchen (ich hatte welche mit Schinken und Käse) hatten kaum Geschmack bzw. schmeckten irgendwie pappig. Kein Toilette im Lokal. Leider sehr penetranter Benzin-/Dieselgeruch von der Tankstelle nebenan.

Waren für einen Zwischenstop dort. Sehr netter Inhaber. Das essen kam schon nach ca. 10 Minuten. Vorher gab es sogar ein überbackenes Stück Baguette, welches wir garnicht bestellt hatten 😊 Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Einmal Chicken Supreme und Veggie Lovers. Hat sich auf jeden fall gelohnt 👌

Pizza mit viel Liebe zubereitet

Am Anfang skeptisch wegen den Preisen, aber das war es wirklich wert. Die Pizza Vegan lovers überraschend lecker. Lieferzeit etwas überschritten, aber es hat sich gelohnt

3 Pizzen bestellt 40 Minuten Lieferzeit vorausgesagt. 2 Pizzen bekommen 2 Stunden gebraucht. 1 Pizza und free Cola nachgeliefert bekommen. Geschmack okay, leider so hungrig gewesen, dass ich keinen Hunger mehr hatte.

Pizza geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber viel zu teuer. Es wird eine Steuer von 10% erhoben. Was für eine (in Deutschland unübliche) Steuer das sein soll, erschließt sich einem nicht. Die Pizzeria ist eine Art Schnellimbiss, wenig einladend für den Verzehr vor Ort. Die Tische waren schmutzig und wurden erst nach Aufforderung gesäubert. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Ich liebe die cheese lovers einfach! Auf dem dicken Pan Teig kommt das Geschmackserlebnis erst recht gut zur Geltung. Hammer! Ich finde es auch immer sehr cool, wie freundlich die Mitarbeiter sind. Macht weiter so :)
