Parkhotel Schloss Hohenfeld in Münster

It was my first time here and I had a single room that was big enough. I was missing a fridge and a kettle. That's why I'm deducting 2 stars from the room. You can find this in three star hotels, otherwise everything was clean, which is more important to me. Very friendly staff. I was satisfied.

The location is outside the city. Breakfast is good and the atmosphere is beautiful. Free parking. Unfortunately the room does not meet the 4 star standard, no refrigerator, the bathroom is small, pillows need to be replaced. But it is clean.

The hotel is very quiet in nature and has plenty of parking spaces. The room and bathroom are functional. The 5 stars are more than deserved just because of the great mattresses. The breakfast was excellent as was the staff.

There's nothing to complain about here. Everything perfect. We were happy to give a tip without any regrets. You can explore with a rental bike (or your own) or by car. Very nice surroundings, many excursions possible. Gladly again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all because, firstly, both rooms we booked smelled terribly, as if an animal had left its excrement in the room, and the mattresses were covered with a rubber cover. You felt like you were in a hospital bed, sweating with an incontinence pad. You had to rent a bathrobe for a fee. The catering looked very good, but the price-performance ratio was not the same. The restaurant next door is a little cheaper, tasty and with nice service. We, two couples, were all very disappointed.

Fine business, a bit old and worn here and there. Swimming pool not up to date. Sauna Well OK. Breakfast is good. Everything as it should be but lacks some soul

A very nice, pleasant hotel, the food and breakfast buffet were without exception very, very good. The employees fulfill your every wish. There are enough free parking spaces.

Rooms too small and no information about breakfast in the building next door to the sauna across the courtyard, I hope the wellness area is better

We were very satisfied. The location is very nice and quiet. There are enough parking spaces for electric vehicles too. Very tidy rooms, cozy rooms, very clean beds with crisp white linen! Although not a top design hotel, it is inviting as expected in the region. Very friendly staff. Again any time. We traveled with a dog, and that wasn't a problem at all 👍. Feel good in Münster!

Very shabby rooms with disgusting carpets, old wellness area, absolutely not a 4 star standard. In the restaurant, small portions at overpriced prices, the taste was average at best. Cleanliness halfway okay. Location very nice.

You can tell whether those in charge of a hotel are serious about their profession and really value guests as people by looking at small details. E.g. the tissue dispenser, which is integrated into the sink for easy access, and the quality of the toilet paper. Here you could save, as 85% of the other hotels do. However, you don't do that but go the extra mile here. The people who work there are very friendly and extremely interested in the well-being of the guest. Even the new trainee, who had only worked in this company for a few days or hours, wished me a good appetite with all her heart. As a German, I felt very comfortable at the Parkhotel Hohenfeld Münster because the staff is 💯% German-born and German-speaking. A big plus is the reception staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Breakfast has a demanding price. However, you get a breakfast in a high-quality environment, high quality and a good range.

We conducted a training session at the hotel. Facilities and service from the house were good... Food including lunch in the form of a menu was delicious.

I was here for a conference (2 nights). The meeting room is very nice and well furnished with everything you need. The double room is comfortably furnished, the bathroom is very small and a bit old-fashioned but still okay. The service is excellent and the lunch and dinner are extremely tasty. The breakfast buffet is great and offers a very large selection. The wellness area could definitely be made nicer. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Had a single room for one night, the room was relatively small, but very comfortable, it was very quiet at night, old hotel in which the wellness area - pool and sauna - were (apparently) subsequently integrated. It was ok for me, but the wellness area could still be made a little more appealing. Breakfast was great, more than enough choice! There are enough parking spaces in front of the door.

The hotel has plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was great. The service in the restaurant in the evening was very good. The main course was too little for the price. 8 small potato halves. The room itself was fine. The shower stall in my room wasn't tight. The hair dryer was bad. Water in the room costs €2.
