I would have given it 0 stars. The worst welcome in a restaurant out of my 2000 reviews, no payment by debit or credit card possible. And the waitress/manager who says it’s written everywhere. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant!

We were visiting Frankfurt and were not disappointed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, and the food - typically Georgian - was very tasty as usual. Definitely coming back on your next visit!

I was very excited to try this restaurant as a big fan of Georgian cuisine and took my family here, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. Payment Method: the restaurant only accepts cash, which might be acceptable for a small kiosk or local kebab spot. However, for a restaurant at this price point, it felt completely out of place. Food: while some of the dishes were delicious, we were particularly disappointed with the khachapuri. The dough didn’t meet expectations, and the sulguni cheese seemed to have been replaced with something closer to baked cottage cheese, lacking the rich, stretchy texture we anticipated. Service: given the restaurant's pricing, we expected a higher level of service, including helpfulness and attentiveness. Unfortunately, the staff did not meet these expectations, and we didn’t feel welcomed during our visit. We hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as it has the potential to be a great spot for Georgian cuisine.

I would like to thank everyone very much. Everything was great from reception to farewell… The food was excellent, unfortunately we couldn't taste all the specialties, but that's the reason to come back from Würzburg to Frankfurt at the next opportunity. 😊 Staff was nice and friendly… I think the prices are ok too, no more expensive than other restaurants I've been to. Very, very tasty, but to have a relaxing evening you should follow a few rules: Drinks are very very expensive Every attempt is made to bring drinks or other dishes to the guest, even if it has nothing to do with the order. The appetizer platter must be ordered according to the number of people sitting at the table... But yes.. food was delicious! This is not a feel-good atmosphere.

Very tasty, large portions, the interior is pleasing to the eye, pleasant atmosphere, friendly waiters. From ± - pay exclusively in cash, which was somewhat surprising. At the entrance there is a sticker saying that you need to pay an additional 10 euros for live music - we were told that such an attraction is there on Saturdays. In general, I would give it 6 stars, I love Georgian cuisine.

The ambience is really beautiful and reflects the tradition and history of the country well without seeming overwhelming. The service itself is good, but the answer was “unfortunately we don’t have that”, given all the dishes that we were looking forward to in advance. In addition, the service did not alert you if certain components of a dish were missing (these were still awarded). The food that you could order was by no means worth the price. Extremely greasy, unseasoned and paths… a shame given such a beautiful interior with attention to detail. People are happy to spend a certain amount of money on good food, but here they just thought: it can be done better at home.

Honestly, I don’t know what exactly people didn’t like about the comments. We visited on Saturday, booked a table in advance, 4 adults and 2 children. We ate khinkali, khachapuri, chicken, drank wine, it was a pity there was no kingzmarauli, but the other wine was also good. The dessert just finished us all off and we went home with full bellies and a great mood. It cost 300 euros for everyone, but it was worth it. I don’t really understand those who complain that it’s expensive, so just sit at home or order döner and enjoy life :)) P.S. I hope next time there will be wine and tarragon.

Great restaurant for a birthday celebration! The service was top notch - our waiter David was attentive, polite and professional. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, creating a feeling of homeliness. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious, especially khachapuri and khinkali. In addition, the restaurant pleasantly surprised us with a compliment - they gave us a wonderful Napoleon cake, which was a great end to the evening. Everything was delicious, fresh and served with love. We were very pleased and will definitely come back!

The food was great, amazing Khinkali! Good service, it was very quick, but to be fair the restaurant wasn’t very full. We found it very sad that they were playing mostly russian music at first. Towards the end of our visit they switched to Georgian music and it fit the atmosphere so much better.

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant and it was our first time here. The atmosphere was very pleasant, modern and clean. The meals were tasty and well prepared. There is a good selection of Georgian food and everything is tasty. We ordered several dishes for the table and were very satisfied with them. The service is nice and helpful. We will happily visit here again. The disadvantage is paying in cash.

I would like to briefly share with you the story of me and my friends at the Firosman restaurant in Frankfurt. About 1 month before, for the elections, we booked a restaurant for 15 people. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, chaos, noise, music at the highest volume (Russian and fast), of course we had a feeling of protest, although the restaurant is a private property and therefore, whatever they want, we did not raise our voice. We really can't say anything bad about the food and we can't drink water for no reason, it's quite expensive, but it's delicious, although they don't have many dishes on the menu, but you can eat khachapuri, pkhaleuli and khinkal as standard. When it was time to pay, the waiter, who served us most fearlessly, was poking us in the ear like a crowbar all evening, and he handed us the plate and handed it to us in a tone of voice (non-Georgian) telling us that it turns out that we have to pay 10€ per person for live music, we pay the damn thing, it's not a problem, but is it? You can also provide us with information in advance that this will be the case (maybe I haven't calculated it at all). There were not only Georgians at the table, there were also our foreign colleagues, of course we got into an awkward situation. As for the music. There were two ladies, one playing the violin and the other singing, but in what language? in Russian language. In short, we paid an additional 150€ to listen to the Russian tsyok (after the elections, where we stood in line for 7 hours) and the justification was that this information was posted below. How is it posted that 15 people didn't see it? 🤣 A 2 meter coat hanger was covered. To summarize briefly, my friends and I were cheated in the Russian "kantora", just don't go there, it's a heart-wrenching situation 🥹 However, depending on the results of the elections, many people may face a similar situation. In short, I want to make a choice for you. I try my best not to violate the censorship.

Delicious food, very rich flavors and very fresh ingredients. Excellent service, lots of staff who were very attentive to the diners. You have to be prepared for the prices to be somewhat high, and when we went you could only pay in cash. It was Saturday and there was live music that was a little loud and made it difficult to talk, and you also had to pay extra, which was something we didn't know when we made the table reservation online. Despite that, overall we liked it, and we would return.

If you like Georgian cuisine, or curious to try it, this is a great place - tasty food, attentive staff, authentic atmosphere. Best to book as it’s popular. The downsides are the cash-only policy, which odds super odd and not really obvious, and the surprising lack of wines - they were out of orange and ran out of red we liked.

Good location, good food, very nice and attentive service. The food came quickly and was good to very good across the board. The appetizer platter was amazing, the variety and the different textures and tastes really made it a culinary experience. For the main course I had the Shkermuli chicken. The taste was great, but I confused it with another dish and was hoping to get something different - but it was still very tasty and the portion was generous. Small drawback: the drinks and side dishes (rice, fried potatoes, etc.) were, in my opinion, a bit expensive in relation to what you got. All in all, great food with an interesting detour into a not so common cuisine here :)

Things are extremely overpriced. Service is slow and not that friendly. Waiter could not even expalin who got what as a main dish. Probably one of the reasons is that he never took notes and could not orient who gets each dish (we were group of 6)... Bottle of water - 9.50€. And not the water that they open in front you. But the one that they have in their jars. So you do not even know was it a tap water or not. We got starters (17€) that you should eat with bread without bread. Because for bread you also pay separately (4,5€). Bread came 40min later after we asked for it 4 times. Starters were extremely overpriced. For example, 17€ for 3 pancakes with a bit of meat. Most of main dishes have only meat. Prices are starting from 21€ to 30€. Side dish like potatoes and rice you have to buy separately (around 4€ for each side). On top of all of it, they accept ONLY CASH. I do not even know who has so much cash with them. So we had to go to ATM... I understand why there is no menu on their webpage... Because I doubt many people would go there.

Der Laden wurde uns empfohlen. Leider habe ich die Bewertung vorher nicht gelesen! Wir waren an einem Freitag zum Abendessen dort. Totaler Reinfall! Von den Weißweinen trocken, wurde nur eine Sorte Wein angeboten für fast 50,-€ die Flasche, der Wein war extrem scheußlich für diesen Preis! Uns wurde noch nicht mal angeboten den vorher zu probieren! Dann der Lamm-Schaschlik für 25,-€ war ein Witz! Ein Schälchen Tomaten-Gurkensalat für 13.90€ genauso! Um 21.00 Uhr gab es kein Kaffee, kein Espresso, garnichts! Sowas hatten wir noch nirgendwo, das in einem Restaurant kein Kaffee mehr da ist! Zum Dessert bzw. als Nachtisch gab es NUR den Napoleon „Kuchen“ der war ein Desaster - Fertig-Blätterteig mit Buttercreme für so viel Geld, das noch auf einem kaputten Teller! Abgerechnet wurden wir auch ohne Aufforderung, die haben uns einfach höflich die Rechnung auf den Tisch gelegt, da fühlt Mann sich natürlich direkt, so „So, wir haben kein Bock mehr auf euch, ihr könnt gehen!!!“ Wir werden diesen Landen nie wieder betreten und den Leuten weiterempfehlen!

The store was recommended to us. Unfortunately I didn't read the review beforehand! We were there for dinner on a Friday. Total failure! Of the dry white wines, only one type of wine was offered for almost €50 a bottle, the wine was extremely horrible for that price! We weren't even offered to try it beforehand! Then the lamb shish kebab for €25 was a joke! A bowl of tomato and cucumber salad for €13.90 just like that! At 9 p.m. there was no coffee, no espresso, nothing! We've never had anything like this before where there's no coffee left in a restaurant! For dessert there was ONLY the Napoleon “cake” which was a disaster - ready-made puff pastry with butter cream for so much money. We were billed without asking, they simply politely put the bill on the table, which of course makes us feel straight, like, “Well, we don’t feel like you anymore, you can leave!!!” We will never enter this country again and will recommend Leiten!

Auf Deutsch / in Georgian Ich habe ziemlich negatives über dieses Restaurant gehört und yesterday haben sich die Gerüchte bestätig! Before eating, we had to pay 10€ per person for the singer, even though we didn't order music. Es gab zwar einen kleinen Hinweis am Eingang, den wir aber nicht bemerkten. Die Kellnerin hätte darauf hintinwesen müssen. Trotzdem wurden wir gezwungen Geld zu zahlen. Was für eine Frechheit! Das ist sehr schlechter Umgang mit den Kunden!! Das Essen ist sehr überteuert, KLEIN portioniert und schmeckt so so! Khinkali (Teigtaschen) waren sehr mittelmäßig, das war kein Restaurant - Niveau. Chakapuli (lamb soup with tarragon) was normal but too little for the price. Das Mineralwasser Borjomi cost €7.50!! (In Georgien kostet es ca. 50ct. und in DE im Supermarkt ca. 1,50€) Ambiente ist zwar nett aber das Interieur zu kitschig und hat mit der Georgischen Restaurantkultur/Atmosphere wenig gemeinsam. Conclusion Als Georgier empfehle ich dieses Restaurant NICHT. ------ in Georgian ------ After sitting down before eating, the waiter suddenly announced that we all had to pay 10€ for the musician!! No, and we didn't order any music! It turned out that there was a small sign at the entrance, but we didn't notice it, and the waiter didn't warn us at first. In fact, they extorted 20€ from us! Der Musiker trug eine Mütze und eine Jacke, was seltsam aussah... Wir hatten einen Tisch für vier Personen, und jeder von uns musste 10 € für die Vorstellung bezahlen. Eine Flasche Wasser kostete (!!!) 9.50 €. Achten Sie auch darauf, wie viel Tschatscha Sie bestellen und wie viel am Ende gebracht wird. Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Essen lecker, aber ein unangenehmer Beigeschmack blieb. The food was delicious, but not all items listed on the menu were available. On the day of our visit there was live music playing and it was very loud. The performer was wearing a cap and jacket, which looked strange... We had a table for four, and each person was charged 10€ for this performance. A bottle of water cost (!!!) 9.50€. Also pay attention to the quantity of chacha ordered - they may bring more than you ordered. You cannot pay by card. Overall the food was tasty, but it left an unpleasant aftertaste.

We spent a very pleasant evening on the terrace of the best Georgian restaurant in Germany

It wasn't my first time by Pirosmani, so I knew it's a bit pricey as somewhere else, delicious though. I knew about inflation, rising prices in HoReCa, etc, so I wasn't surprised to see new menu with the new prices. But I was extremely disappointed to see 2 Euros for georgian bread in my bill, by medium price about 20 Euros pro disch. It corresponds neither the prices nor the georgian hospitality.

I reserved a table online to celebrate my BIRTHDAY, I wrote at the window, the day before I received a message to confirm the reservation, it was confirmed, but the fact that I would need to sit on the street near the road was not indicated anywhere, we were presented with a fact (and that we also paid in cash only we found out already in the restaurant) I didn’t want to spoil the mood completely; there were a lot of bees that were getting into the plates, mouths, etc., they carried the food for 40-50 minutes. The only one who corrected the situation as best as possible was the waiter, something like this (((((

They celebrated a Ukrainian wedding in a restaurant. I want to say that everything was at the highest level. Very tasty food. The staff are very friendly and do their job 100%. Especially Mrs. Victoria, the owner of the restaurant, is a wonderful woman. We are very grateful for everything, and we recommend everyone to visit the restaurant and enjoy both very tasty food and a wonderful atmosphere.

It’s a great Georgian restaurant. I know that for many people Georgian cuisine can be unusual, but it is very-very tasty! This restaurant has true Georgian taste, vines and dishes. I do suggest to try at least one dish from its menu - you will love it. The staff here is also very nice and friendly, they can suggest a dish for you and will always help you to find something you may like. Thanks for a great dinner :)

Just a disgusting place. We waited for the order for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Shish kebab doesn't look like shish kebab. It's stuffy hot inside and there's no climate control. Khinkali is delicious. The lamb was tasteless, it was an old lamb. And the rest of the food is decent. Khinkali is delicious. And the prices are very expensive.

Pros: good location, good interior. Cons: extremely overpriced and unethical ways of doing business. The waiter serving us was a proper scammer. He recommended us to try some drinks, upon ordering 2 of them, he served 4 bottles. We immediately asked him to take the 2 back as we did not open them and they just denied and blamed us of ordering 4. Even if it was miscommunication I cannot believe how rude and unethical one must be to not accept the 2 bottles back even-though these weren’t ordered. I will not recommend this place to anyone in the future

The environment is excellent, the food is delicious, the waiter is very warm and eager, but in the end, the kitchen service broke our hearts a little. The anniversary cake, which we waited in vain for more than an hour, was finally not made because there were too many Russian guests! It is very sad that the evening ended like this! As for the prices, not so cheap, but the quality is high. It would just be nice to serve all guests accordingly and fulfill 100% of what they write!

The owner is lying about every review. I recently reviewed this restaurant for having a very unprofessional staff, the owner replied to my review and made up a fake scenario where they justified my review. They said i demanded for georgian music. Nothing of this sort has happened, the owner lies in every reply, therefore right now i am asking for a video footage of me demanding georgian songs and us having a complication as the owner suggested. This is not acceptable, the owner should be open to criticism, what you guys are doing is illegal and i will have to take legal action for deformation of my character.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at this restaurant, which I believe warrants serious attention. My girlfriend and I visited this past weekend to celebrate her birthday, having made a reservation a month in advance that was confirmed by the establishment. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a staff member who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She appeared highly stressed and behaved unprofessionally, even bumping into a customer without offering an apology. When we informed her of our reservation, she did not bother to check the name and curtly directed us to sit outside. We were unprepared for outdoor seating, having specifically chosen this restaurant for its pleasant interior ambiance to celebrate a special occasion. Despite numerous available tables inside, the staff member insisted that we sit outside on old furniture in the chilly weather. After reiterating our reservation and expressing our discomfort with the outdoor seating, we were met with the same unaccommodating response. Ultimately, we felt compelled to leave due to the lack of hospitality and disregard for our reservation. This experience highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy at this restaurant. I strongly advise against visiting or supporting this establishment. Ps. Answering to the owners reply: This happened on a Saturday when the weather wasn’t near 28 degrees. Very unprofessional response. No threats were made, no police was called, and no voice was raised. The interaction between the waitress lasted at most 1 minute and we left disappointed. We are no people that behave like these allegations. And the restaurant owner appears to be. And also next time delete the notes that you internally sent about replying to reviews at the end of the message.

Mi novio y yo visitamos Firosmani en julio, hicimos una reserva con un mes de antelación, yo soy georgiano y estábamos súper emocionados de comer comida de mi país que me había perdido tanto. Al llegar al restaurante nos encontramos con el personal más irrespetuoso, la camarera ni siquiera revisó nuestra reserva nos envió a cenar fuera mientras esperábamos a que nos sentaran fuera, elegimos este restaurante por su interior también. Después de tratar desesperadamente de explicar la situación a la camarera nos ignoró por completo y se alejó. Expresamos este malestar en línea y el propietario del restaurante nos dio la respuesta más poco profesional, repugnante lleno de mentiras. Nos acusaron de llamar a la policía y levantar la voz, cuando en realidad nuestra interacción con la camarera duró menos de un minuto, después de ver lo irrespetuosa que era simplemente decidimos que no valía la pena la ocasión y nos fuimos a un restaurante diferente. Es importante que un restaurante aprenda a comportarse en línea y no acuse a sus clientes de comportarse de cierta manera. Espero que este restaurante aprenda la lección.

Mi novia y yo visitamos este pasado fin de semana para celebrar su cumpleaños, habiendo hecho una reserva con un mes de antelación que fue confirmada por el establecimiento. A nuestra llegada, nos recibió un miembro del personal que era extremadamente grosero y poco servicial. Parecía muy estresada y se comportó de manera poco profesional, incluso tropezó con un cliente sin ofrecer una disculpa. Cuando le informamos de nuestra reserva, ella no se molestó en comprobar el nombre y curtly nos dirigió a sentarse fuera. No estábamos preparados para asientos al aire libre, habiendo elegido específicamente este restaurante por su agradable ambiente interior para celebrar una ocasión especial. A pesar de las numerosas mesas disponibles en el interior, el miembro del personal insistió en que nos sentáramos afuera en muebles viejos en el clima frío. Después de reiterar nuestra reserva y expresar nuestra incomodidad con los asientos al aire libre, nos encontramos con la misma respuesta poco complaciente. En última instancia, nos sentimos obligados a irnos debido a la falta de hospitalidad y desprecio por nuestra reserva. The rudest staff ever, we made a reservation a month prior, we were planning to celebrate my birthday here however the staff was extremely rude and didn't help us with guiding us to our reserved table, we had to leave the restaurant.

First off: this restaurant is paying for reviews. There is no way 200 people reviewed this restaurant in one day. You can also tell by the spelling errors. “Best Georgian cousin”…? Restaurant: they don’t have khinkali. They advertise it but don’t make or sell it. Why else come to a Georgian restaurant? Bottle of water for 10 euro. Which was filled in the sink and resealed with a fake lid. The food was not good at all. Dry, over cooked. Didn’t even have a bit of flavor. Not like real Georgian food. Price: over 60 euro for bad food. Some of the worst food I’ve ever had. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Today we visited this beautiful restaurant Pirosmani. Visually very elegant and chic, unfortunately the welcome on the upper floor is only half-hearted. The request to take off our wardrobe initially makes us feel positive. After a long wait, we ordered the lamb shish kebab and the lamb ribs, two starters for three. When the food came, we received the lamb ribs, which unfortunately had a thick fat crust. What was served to us as shish kebab had nothing to do with shish kebab at all. They were small lamb chops, almost 1 cm thick, which consisted of 1/3 bone and more than 1/3 fat. The little bit of meat that was on it was delicious, but it was an absolute impudence to call something like that a shish kebab. However, we can highlight the fried potatoes, which were super tasty, but the portion is more intended for small children. When we reported the poor quality to the service, she said that she would tell the boss. Unfortunately nothing happened. So if you want to spend €110, eat excellent fried potatoes in a nice atmosphere, go home hungry and all with bad service, then you've come to the right place! At least today we went home sad, angry and hungry. Thank you for this unique and final experience.

We ate here for the first time today. We were immediately impressed by the atmosphere, which was very modern and clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. Since it was our first time there, everything was explained to us in detail. The staff took a lot of time for us, which we found very nice. There are no words to say about the food, we ordered several dishes to try and everything tasted really delicious!!! We'd love to come back.

The service and food were excellent. The waiter who spoke English was particularly good! The location right on the main street, the possibility of only being able to sit outside and the very unpleasant owner of the restaurant result in deductions in the rating.

The owner greets and sees off with a bunch of flowers, simultaneously expressing his dissatisfaction with the employees, shouting across the entire restaurant. You can’t behave like that either with employees or in the establishment. Exterior - 5. But don't put the appliances in advance. This is a minus. Food. This is complete nonsense. For one it’s cool wine, for the other it’s like it’s been heated in the microwave. I even thought it was glitchwein. Khachapuri. The cheese was already cool, which is why neither the egg nor the butter could mix properly. Feels like delivery pizza. Shashlik. For the first time in my life I ate boiled kebab. The meat is grey, boiled. That's horrible. This shouldn't happen. Khinkali. They sculpted it anyhow. They fall apart the first time you try. The structure of the test is broken. They pulled out the felts instead of folding, or something with storage. Service. This is tough. The screaming owner is like a guard on prisoners. Downtrodden waiters who are either afraid to move or walk around angry. The wait is an eternity. After a completely reasonable question: “Has my kebab already arrived from Georgia?” - I received an offer to wait a couple more minutes. As a result - 10. And excuses in the style of “we have a banquet tomorrow - the kitchen can’t handle it.” What?! So why are you opening a restaurant today? Get ready for tomorrow's banquet, and don't invite guests! I absolutely don’t care about your banquet tomorrow if I come today!!!! Please give sour cream for khinkali - “and here we eat everything with sauces.” What's written on the menu? Fortunately, the second time, another waiter was able to understand and bring it. OK. But why tap me on the shoulder? Am I a brother, relative, friend or is this a tradition in the establishment? I didn’t see everyone clapping then? What nonsense?! The mood of the waiters was as if it was not I who had come to visit them, to visit the establishment, to have a pleasant evening, but to go to the civil service, where they snort and are busy with their “business”. Some guests have a normal attitude, others - “well, you came here yourself.” When asked by the hostess “if we liked everything,” he simply got up and went to the toilet. Otherwise, I would have ruined the evening for the guests, my wife’s birthday, and my employees. 1 Georgian restaurant from more than 25 places and in different countries of the world, including Georgia, which vaguely resembles Georgian hospitality, taste and emotions. Result: Interior: 4.8/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 (well, at least I watched football, but what else can you do when you wait an hour for kebab delivered from Georgia) Service: 1/5 Food: 1/5

Today was the first time we ate in this restaurant with the family and it will be the last time. The prices are really too high in relation to the service, quality and presentation. 7 pieces of Khinkali cost around €21, which is still completely ok. But three thin and tiny filled pancakes cost €17.40??? There were just the three sticks, which are a similar size to spring rolls, lying on a plate, with no sour cream, no sauce, just nothing. So overall, unfortunately there was no positive impression left after this visit. If someone wants average food and wants to pay half a fortune for it, then it might be a good fit.

Did not accept credit cards. Edit: I went to the restaurant, saw “cash only” and decided to leave. So you are actually losing clients because of this, and would be better to pay the “expensive” credit card fees…will never eat there because of that

Service was a disaster - food was decent but overpriced The service was an absolute insult and left us with a frustrating experience. First, we had to ask for the menu three times before someone gave it to us - even though we were located directly next to the service station with literally ten waiters around. The second disappointment was that the item we wanted - Chinkali, a standard dish of the Georgian cuisine - was out, even though we came in shortly past 7pm on a Friday night. Third, and absolute worst, was the fact that the food took well over one hour to arrive. Well, one of the dishes did after about 45 min and the other dish and all sides came after an additional 20 mins after that. By that time, the first dish was already cold. They had obviously forgotten our order because several people, that had arrived after us, had already finished eating their meal when the first half of our order arrived. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Super delicious Giorgian restaurant with lots of delicious dishes. The sharing platter was a good starter to get a taste of everything and the lamb is absolutely tender and flavory! Super recommended
