This is a nice dinner place. The Döner was absolutely awesome and huge, it's a deal if you choose the "Menü" option. I recommend this place for a brunch or just to deal when feeling really hungry. The place is clean, comfortable and looks cozy.

The food is a 10 out of 10. The doner kebab plate for €13 is especially recommended! We regularly go to Piroz for lunch and are very satisfied. Keep it up!

This is by far the best and most delicious doner kebab I've ever eaten. Friendly staff and a consistently clean place. Worth visiting even five times a week!

I ordered a doner box without sauce and received one with sauce. I pointed this out, but the doner kebab vendor refused to take it back.

The lahmacun and the doner kebab were far too salty. The sauce and toppings weren't particularly good either. I can't understand the good reviews; there are much better doner kebabs in Heidelberg.

I took a quick train ride to Heidelberg to run some errands and ended up at Piroz for lunch. I ordered a spinach pide, which was delicious, a generous portion, and beautifully presented on a wooden board. The price was reasonable, in my opinion. It was quite busy, but the many hardworking and friendly staff handled it smoothly and without much of a wait, all with smiles on their faces. I'd gladly come again :-)

Expensive!! The constant price increases are annoying!! The doner prices in many snack bars have doubled in three years, but the quality hasn't changed. Cheap ingredients, and nobody knows where the meat comes from. For €8.50, you're better off eating better somewhere else!

Huge kebab, truly delicious. Special feature: freshly baked bread. Eat on-site. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Tip: Sit a few meters further across the bridge on the Neckar and enjoy the sun.

While looking for something to eat on a Monday evening just before 10 p.m., I came across this place, which from the outside looked like a regular snack bar. The vegetarian options here are mostly limited. I was very pleasantly surprised; the falafel turnover was by far the best I've had in a long time.

There is no such thing, mediocre, tasteless people come and give 5 stars, I bought 2 lahmacuns for sale, I ate one because I was very hungry but I must say I threw the other one away, I paid 23 euros for 2 lahmacuns, they were dry and the minced meat with tomato paste had a sour taste, it was a disgrace, I would not eat it again if I was hungry

The food tastes okay – not a culinary highlight, but solid. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I always specifically order a kebab without tomatoes, but there are always tomatoes on it. This doesn't seem like an oversight, but more like carelessness. The preferential treatment of certain customers is particularly annoying – police officers or acquaintances are given priority without regard for the queue, even though others have been waiting longer. Overall: If you just want something quick to eat and don't have any special requests when ordering, you can go here. Anyone who values ​​service or customer service will be disappointed.

Terrible hygiene :) Asked for a small box for my remaining pizza. The bearded staff said nothing but wrapped the food in tin foil barehanded. Had to throw away the pizza on the way to avoid the bacteria :)

I would prefer not to give a single star. In short - the owner is absolutely incompetent and has zero customers. I just wanted two lahmachun to take with me and then had to wait 20 minutes. Shortly afterwards two gentlemen came and ordered a “Yufka”. These two gentlemen waited maybe 4 minutes until they received their food. I then said that it couldn't be that I, who had been waiting for two meals for almost half an hour, still had to wait. And let's be honest - Lahmachun clapping with all the salads and chicken meat and sauce is not rocket science. Well, the end of the story was that I never received my food. After half an hour it was said that I wouldn't get my food anymore. He didn't want to get involved in any conversation between buyer and seller. Then I ask myself what right do you as a buyer have to receive such a service for such exorbitant prices? In the end I went to the competition and they were more than happy to take my money. Avoid this place and walk further for a few minutes. At least you will be recognized as a customer there.

Best kebab in town! Always crispy chicken, fresh vegetables and deliciously seasoned sauce. The team is super nice, the shop is cozy with a terrace and the prices are right too. 💯

Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. I ordered a small kebab and specifically said I didn't want onions - they put them on it anyway. I also ordered herb sauce, but didn't get any sauce at all. The taste of the kebab wasn't convincing either. Overall an unsatisfactory experience. Too bad!

I was here for the first time in years and it blew me away. This shop is as clean as I have seldom experienced and pleasantly furnished. This shows the appreciation for the customers. Here, if something falls off your plate, you want to clean it up yourself. The music is pleasant and not too loud so that the customers' conversations do not end in language that is too loud to be understood. The prices are not too expensive, the food is delicious and there is time for a little chat with the customers. This makes the whole thing an extraordinary culinary experience. Many thanks to Mr. Toptik I was very satisfied and will come back.

Doner ok for the price. Bread is crispy, doesn't tear, and the quality of the vegetables wasn't compromised either. Very negative: the service. If you don't want certain things in your kebab, you'll fall on deaf ears, because even when the shop is full, the workers are talking loudly to each other instead of paying more attention to the customer. The kebab is rarely the way you want it and as a customer you feel like the fifth wheel on the car. Hence the deductions. Actually a solid kebab

This is how a kebab should be: crisp salad, lots of yogurt sauce without mayonnaise, delicious flatbread (homemade?!), well-roasted meat. For the perfect kebab I would have missed: black sesame on the flatbread, tomatoes and cucumbers in the kebab (maybe they were forgotten), a little less meat

The kebab meat was too fatty and the sauce didn't taste particularly good either... The service was pretty planned. The decor, especially in the back, is above average for a kebab, but the food was served on stainless steel plates, hence only 4 stars.
