Guest room is elegant and courtyard is inviting, but the value for this hotel almost missed. The booking site is an area where this hotel could improve. It’s complicated in English to know if you’re booking with or without breakfast if you try to add breakfast AFTER selecting the room, and it didn’t properly record that we were traveling with a minor. The staff is extremely friendly, but was a bit unhelpful with two requests. Being nickeled and dimed is not uncommon at luxury hotels, but I’ve found the staff bends over backwards to compensate at those hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel nickel and dimes, but the staff doesn’t seem to go beyond. Unfortunately, the view from the room wasn’t anything special, but the more time I spent here, the more it grew on me. The tablet was nifty (albeit not great) and the little robe for the kid was a nice touch.

I stayed here for 10 days and through out the stay the service I received and the ambience was excellent. All staffs were very kind, friendly and professional.I loved about the environment friendly idea of using wooden supplies, reusable bathroom supplies, glass water bottles etc without compromising quality of service. Food was also good with wide varieties, taste wise could be improved a little. Managed by mostly lady staff members, so the hospitality and theme was great. Special mentions:, polite and helpful! Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend this hotel!

This hotel offers sooo much more than a roof over your head. A welcoming culture, excellent service and excellent quality. Guest list from Bismarck about Romy Schneider, Curt Jürgens, Queen Silvia, Muhammad Ali and Deep Purple is worth reading. 150 years of life... The wellness area is also available on the day of arrival and departure.

Beautiful large room with a well equiped bathroom. The staff is very helpful.

Arrive and feel good. That sums it up in the European Court. The warm welcome, great service from the entire team (natural and honest), the dignified ambience and the personal approach. Wellness area including pool, two saunas, steam bath and beautiful sun roof terrace. For breakfast I had the best eggs Benedict “ever”! A dream.

There wouldn't be much to say, because this establishment shines with its service, ambience and cuisine. It doesn't get any better than this.

An excellent, first-class service and enjoyment experience. Newspapers in the room, high-quality furnishings with lots of antiques, housekeeping makes the bed in the evening and serves chocolates in the room during the day. At the European Court, every guest feels the love, family warmth and hospitality that the von Kretschmann family puts into every detail. The Kurfürstenstube's new menu with the tuna carpaccio and the lobster in sole farce deserve - without a doubt - a Michelin star 🌟. Truly royal. A hotel to dream of, beautiful. 35 years ago today I toasted the birth of my son Johannes with a friend and enjoyed a royal meal. Today this hotel shines like a king with its excellent cuisine and perfect service.

We have enjoyed our stay! The ambience, which is reminiscent of the old charm of earlier times but is very modern in the right places, the warmth and joy of the employees, as well as the great breakfast. The spa area is small but completely sufficient if you want to relax after a stroll. When the family gets involved, it's always impressive. Very authentic. We will be happy to come back!

Atmosphere 10/10 and the Ureich tastes good too. I'd love to come back.

Perfekter Service, und sehr edle Zimmer

Am 29.01.2024 durfte ich im Rahmen einer geschäftlichen Veranstaltung für einen Tag Gast im Europäischen Hof in Heidelberg sein. Neben den hervorragenden Rahmenbedingungen (Lage, Hotel, Tagungsraum,...) präsentierte sich das Hotel mit einer außergewöhnlich authentischen Herzlichkeit, die mir das sichere Gefühl gab, hier als Gast von Herzen willkommen zu sein. Genau das macht für mich den Unterschied bei der Wahl eines Hotels aus. Lieben Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft - behaltet Euch das bitte sehr gerne bei. 😊🙏

Mein Mann und ich hatten keine weite Anreise da wir selber Heidelberger sind, haben es uns aber für eine Nacht im Hotel gemütlich gemacht und die Welt draußen gelassen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag, mit ein Paar Runden schwimmen im Spa, und einen noch schöneren Abend in der Kurfürsten Stube. Das Essen war fantastisch und der Service auch. Überhaupt ist das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr, sehr herzlich, man merkt dass das Hotel seit Generationen im Familienbesitz ist. Frau Caroline von Kretschmann hat alles im Blick und legt auch mal selbst Hand an beim Teller abräumen. Die Bar ist einfach wunderschön und die Barkeeper wissen wie man die Gäste glücklich machen kann. Und in welchem Hotel gibt's denn noch eine Raucher Lounge. Vielen lieben Dank für dieses wundervolle Erlebnis im Europäischen Hof.
