Lecker und schöner Ort. Eine der wenigen ansehnlichen Biergärten in Heidelberg!

Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen superschönen Abend dort. Vorallem der Service ist phänomenal. Man sitz wunderschön und die Speisekarte ist nicht zu gross aber für jeden und alle ist etwas dabei. Danke für den schönen Abend. Christian

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Wer es ruhig beim Essen mag, der sollte gleich 17 Uhr einen Tisch reservieren. Ab ca. 18:30 Uhr wird der Geräuschpegel in der Gaststätte lauter.

Die Heimkabine ist für uns jedes Mal ein absoluter Wohlfühlort. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Das Essen überzeugt immer wieder mit einer gleichbleibend hervorragenden Qualität, die Preise sind fair und das Ambiente ist wunderschön, wir lieben diesen Biergarten. Man sitzt hier einfach gerne und fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Alle Kellner und Kellnerinnen sind unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Egal ob Familien mit Kindern oder Gäste mit Hund, oder wie wir, mit beidem, jeder wird hier mit echter Wertschätzung und großer Herzlichkeit behandelt. Man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Wort, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Klingt cheezy ist aber so. Ein Beweis hierfür ist, dass die Essen für Kinder frisch gemacht sind und nichts minderwertiges aus der Kühltruhe ist. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Nicole. Sie ist stets freundlich, professionell und unglaublich engagiert. Selbst wenn das Restaurant voll besetzt ist und offensichtlich viel Stress herrscht, behält sie ihr Lächeln, hat für jeden Gast ein offenes Ohr und gibt einem das Gefühl, bestens aufgehoben zu sein. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit, ihr Einsatz und ihre herzliche Art machen jeden Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Sie weiß sogar was ich trinke, Kristallweizen! Jeder Wunsch wird hier mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, und genau diese Kombination aus hervorragendem Service, leckerem Essen und echter Herzlichkeit sorgt dafür, dass wir immer wieder gerne zurückkommen. Für uns eine uneingeschränkte 5-Sterne-Empfehlung! Kleiner Tipp: vorher die Öffnungszeiten checken, manchmal unerwartet auf Grund von geschlossener Gesellschaft keine Tische frei.

Wir waren am Freitag, den 22.07.2022 zu viert essen, der Wolfsbarsch und der Burger waren gut, das Personal freundlich, aber mein Caesarsalat von der Tageskarte für 19.50€ war eine Frechheit. Ein paar geschnittene Romanescoblätter mit ein wenig Dressing, drei gedrittelte, nackte Romanescoherzen zwischen 3 Stūcke Knoblauchbaquette gelegt und eine Hähnchenbrust von ca. 120gr. Ich habe das Personal zweimal angesprochen, dass dieser kleine Salat den Preis von 19.50€ nicht rechtfertigt und das wollte so weitergeben werden...allerdings ohne Resonanz. Hier fūhlte ich mich dann richtig abgezockt, da auch meine Tochter den Salat gewählt hatte, weil er so ansprechend auf der Tafel stand..tja, doppelt reingefallen... Dieser Text wurde nicht veröffentlicht, warum? Was entspricht hier nicht den Richtlinien?

Ich habe zwei Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet. Ich werde hier nicht wiederkommen.

Ein Biergarten, wie er sein soll. Leckeres Essen und vor allem sehr freundlicher Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Standort und erster Eindruck von Außen machen erst einmal skeptisch. Dann kommt man in den tollen Biergarten und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Tolle Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Die Auswahl an Speisen war gut, jeder in der Gruppe hat etwas Leckeres gefunden. Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut und alle haben noch am nächsten Tag vom leckeren Essen geschwärmt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort essen gehen.

Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen! Und das Unglaubliche war, dass sie extra für mich als VfB Fan auf Kurzurlaub in Heidelberg auf einem Bildschirm das Stuttgart-Spiel gezeigt haben. Ganz viel Liebe geht raus für die Heimkabine und ihre netten Bedienungen!

Lieblingsrestaurant in HD - alles frisch zubereitet, hier ist der Geschmack der King! Zur Standard-Karte gibt es auch eine tolle, saisonale Auswahl. Was will man mehr? Man wird herzlich empfangen, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen gemütlich sitzen. Einfach makellos!

First of all: We don't define cozy as anything. The noise level was so loud that even the waitresses had to shout. When it finally quieted down, they started moving the tables, and while we were eating, the floor next to us was being cleaned with a broom. After that, the noise started again. The food was delicious.

It was simply perfect. The food was amazing! The ambiance, the timing, the service. Everything was perfect from start to finish for my private event. Thank you so much!

We were there as tourists, and the food was soooo delicious and fresh. The staff was also super friendly. The value for money was good. We'd gladly go back.

We had a wonderful summer evening in the beer garden of the cabin! Noah was very charming and attentive, super friendly, and prepared a wonderful evening for us. The food was delicious (steak, sea bass, bell peppers, and goat cheese salad). The prices were fair, but we all agreed that a few more filling side dishes would have made the whole experience better—in other words, a few more fries and a few more potatoes would have been worth it for the price! Otherwise, we were thoroughly satisfied and delighted!

The beer garden is no different or nicer than other beer gardens. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time for our food (and it wasn't that busy), and then we only got our food after other guests, who arrived after us. We had hoped for more and were disappointed.

Everything was fantastic! All the guests were thrilled, not only with the food but also with the service. It was a wonderful evening; I can definitely recommend the cabin!

Wir saßen auf der schattigen Terrasse, das Essen (Gnocchi und Fisch von der Tageskarte und Salat mit Maultaschen) und die Getränke waren allesamt lecker. Die Bedienung extrem freundlich, da es so heiß war bekamen wir immer wieder Eiswürfel und später auch Sitzkissen - wir saßen echt lange weil es so nett war :) Vielen Dank

Surprisingly good food in a makeshift setting

We always enjoyed going there with our children, but the selection is sobering, especially for vegetarians. To get full, you have to order something like schnitzel; otherwise, it's just expensive and limited. The playground equipment is also past its best.

The outdoor lighting (I was the only one there) is a gem I'd never seen before! The service was extremely attentive and humorous. The non-alcoholic sparkling wine is by far the best I've ever had. Many people around me felt the same way: It was a celebration, and people were constantly asking for this sparkling wine. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I had dinner with a large group in the cabin. The whole evening was absolutely wonderful. The food was very good, the value for money was simply outstanding, and the weather was so beautiful. We were allowed to sit outside under the beautiful trees. I always enjoy coming back here.

As the “subtitle” of the house already describes it: SIMPLY HONEST GOOD There really isn't anything more that needs to be said.

We were there for dinner yesterday. The service staff were all super friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty. You can feel comfortable here.

Unfortunately not recommended. Currywurst is really bad - tasted like the sausage was a white sausage. The sauce was watery and everything was cold. Real failure

It was the first time in the home cabin on Good Friday and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The salmon trout was on point. People can recommend you.

I have never eaten such a bad currywurst. Looked more like a white sausage, barely fried and cold. The sauce was tomato mixed with water and had nothing to do with currywurst. Fries tasted like old fryer oil. Beer was ok.

Hammergeile Pommes ! Gestern waren wir in der Heimkabine zum Mittagessen. Mein Sohn und ich aßen Currywurst mit Fritten. Was soll ich sagen. Die geilsten Fritten ever. Und die Wurst und die Soße waren auch total lecker. Ich hatte noch eine Rinderbrühe als Vorspeise und einen Nachtisch. Alles perfekt geschmacklich abgestimmt. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Great fries! Yesterday I ate the best fries of my life in the cabin at home. The currywurst with the curry sauce was also very tasty. The service was attentive and not intrusive. A huge compliment to the entire team. We'll be back.

The ambience is well above the standard of regular sports bars and clubhouses. There is parking in front of the house, the team is very nice and the food is very good, as is the drinks menu. There is a large TV, a second would be an advantage. In summer there is a beer garden in front of the house.

Good food nicely done in a casual atmosphere

This is a nice restaurant suggested by my in-laws… we were highly surprised at the vegetarian options. Food is good atmosphere is good would highly recommend I think in the spring and summer months there’s a lot more room for the kids to play outside.

Although there were more than 30 people in total (although half of them were children), the food arrived quickly enough. The women were super nice too. Gladly again. The only wish would be that the business was described a little better. Many people have been looking for the entrance for a long time😅

A very great restaurant, inconspicuous from the outside and very clocky inside. The dishes are based on traditional German cuisine. The staff is very friendly and happy to joke around. The food is also super tasty and a lot of it is sourced locally. It was now my third visit there and I would do it again at any time.

Unpretentious and very tasty! This is exactly what Heidelberg needs! I'm already looking forward to the beer garden season!

Super brilliant restaurant, somewhat hidden surrounded by many sports fields. Even though it is basically a clubhouse, it is also more than that. A very good restaurant with excellent cuisine and a very cozy interior and inviting terrace (in summer).

First of all: Our favorite waitress, who we sorely missed, has reappeared! So beautiful - the joy of it is still unbroken. Thank you for being so happy about us - just as we are happy about you (whose name we don't even know). We had goose legs from the menu with dumplings and mugwort jus, chestnuts and red cabbage. What can you say: great! The schnitzel was great and so big that the girlfriend had another lunch. The fries are simply great! Everything is sensational to end an evening after badminton. See you next time!

What you can expect from a stadium restaurant. Super nice service and authentic, quick food and drinks. The fries were very tasty and crispy. The toilets downstairs near the changing rooms could be nicer and cleaner.

Fantastic goose menu! We were spoiled and surprised from the first to the third course: wonderful salad, incredibly tender goose leg with Christmas side dishes and delicious dessert. For me star cuisine, it couldn't be better! Everything was super relaxed with great service.

Ein toller Abend mit exzellentem Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam obwohl wir etwas abseits gesessen sind. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich,aber jeder findet etwas für seinen Gaumen. In den unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten ändern sich auch die Angebote etwas. Die Preise sind nicht günstig,aber dem gebotenen mehr als angemessen. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen.

From A for aperitif to S for service staff to Z for zander, everything was more than perfect and I was able to celebrate a wonderful, unforgettable birthday with my guests. We only had something to drink, the service was very accommodating, it was comfortable to sit in, it didn't look that appealing from outside. It's very pleasant inside.

We were there as a small group to watch football on TV Choosing the game you wanted was no problem. Food was tasty. Price wise. Very friendly service. Ambiance corresponds to what it should be like in a sports restaurant.

Waren in der Ecke Campen und dann dort essen - lustig war es den Eingang zu finden aber dann trafen wir auf ein super tolles Restaurant und lactation mit einem sehr überzeugenden freundlichen und authentischen Service - das Essen war super frisch und gut! Preis Leistung passend und für mich als Veggie sehr gut mit dem couscous Paprika Angebot - jederzeit wieder und empfehlen dieses Lokal auf jeden Fall aufzusuchen. The first impression outside was a bit strange - you could definitely clear the air and tidy up the building, remove weeds, etc. Inside very rustic, but still modern. Totally nice service. Good service, friendly throughout. We ate a clubhouse burger and the curry sausage, each with fries. Everything was great, the fries are really great. Burgers are nice and fluffy, the buns are absolutely delicious. The currywurst sauce was world class. We'll be back!

Delicious food, good value for money, good quality of service

Very nice and competent service, average prices and good food are part of the home cabin anyway. At least we have the currywurst in white and fine, the way a currywurst really has to be! The ambience is good, only the outside tables are pretty finished (bent) and the selection of food is a bit poor. Otherwise: 👍!

Very friendly, good food. Schnitzel with Swabian potato salad, where the potato salad was served with mustard, that should be on the menu. A rump steak with bacon beans, pepper jus and roasted potatoes, medium rare, was well done. The ambience leaves something to be desired, you have to remember that it is a sports bar.
