The atmosphere is perfectly fine, considering it's in a department store. I've only had kebabs there so far, and they're definitely the best in Marli! Fresh homemade bread, the best sauces, and the meat isn't bad either. It's also the cheapest.

I'm a vegetarian, just wanted a quick bag of fries... When he took the basket out of the fryer, he first scooped out a currywurst from among the fries and then divided the fries between the sausage and my portion... Then he dredged the next portion of fries with nuggets in the grease... Maybe hygienically acceptable, but for me, it was really disgusting...

Truly terrible and way too expensive! Rump steak was like a shoe sole, and the fried potatoes weren't even cooked on fire. A real shame!

Mini portion!!! I ordered 1 duck leg with croquettes and red cabbage for 14.90 euros. I get the leg, 4 (!) croquettes and a spoonful of red cabbage. As a man, should I get fed up with this? Such a mini portion for that price? Impossible. At Merlin I get 1/4 duck with plenty of side dishes to fill me up for 10 euros. It's also super tasty there. Is it a rip-off here?

Best kebab in Marli! The portions are large, there's plenty of meat and, above all, fresh salad, a wide selection of sauces, and the service is very friendly. Best of all, the price is reasonable.

Super disappointed...Bought something to eat there for the first and last time. My croque was super dry and super soft... The kebab was very greasy and tasted “well”... The food and service were a complete disappointment. When I ordered a Dürüm, the employee asked me veal or chicken even though he only had a skewer (veal) to offer. He put the flatbread in the oven to warm up, but left the oven door open. Later, two employees stood together whispering and grinning, which irritated me a bit. The flatbread was sticky and the meat was cold. The cocktail sauce was ultimately the best thing about the whole meal. I'll never get anything to eat there again. Pilaro has lost a lot of energy

I was at Pillaro on Tuesday June 25th at 1pm and am appalled by the behavior of a senior member of staff. My friend, who has a broken jaw, only wanted rice and sauce instead of a full kebab plate, and we were willing to pay full price. However, our request was denied and the employee made fun of my friend's broken jaw. When I wanted to speak to the boss, the employee claimed he was the boss. It's hard to believe that someone with such disrespectful behavior should be in a leadership position. This experience was extremely disappointing and I hope that the restaurant's management ensures that their employees - especially those in managerial positions - treat guests with the necessary respect and professionalism. Oh dear, where do I start? Unfortunately, our visit to Pillaro was a complete disappointment. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted rather unfriendly by the staff and immediately felt unwelcome. But the worst experience was yet to come. When we got home and unpacked our kebab, it literally fell apart. The bread was soggy and the contents were an unappetizing mix of poorly seasoned meat and wilted lettuce. To make matters worse, we also found hair in the food - an absolute no-go! Unfortunately, I definitely won't recommend this restaurant. Customer friendliness and hygiene should urgently be reconsidered here. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to a delicious kebab. Hopefully the Pillaro team will take these criticisms to heart and make the necessary improvements.

I've lived in Marli for 13 years now and always got kebabs and pizza from Pillaro. It just wore off. The new loaves are terrible; they are cut open too far so that it just breaks. The Turkish pizza was a failure to deduct 7 euros for it is really cheeky. This is the last time we've been there... and that's enough. This is how you lose customers.

I'm sitting with Pillaro right now. Top service. The tables are wiped from top to bottom, which is no longer common practice everywhere these days. Price-wise also very good. 10 stars from me and really recommended to eat here. Top staff.

I recently had a plaice fillet to take away and it was super tasty. Tender and juicy with the typical taste of a freshly fried plaice fillet. (They actually make it fresh.) And the people are always very friendly.

The menu used to say kebab meat, but now the word kebab has been deleted, which, at least for me as a guest, raises questions about the quality and additives if it can no longer be called that? Ich sag nur wow. Ich bin heute zum ersten mal da gewesen mit einer Freundin. Das war so lecker das wir einfach nicht aufhören konnten zu essen obwohl wir schon total satt waren. Es war nicht nur lecker, schon beim hinsehen mussten wir sabbern, es wurde so schön dekoriert. Das Personal ist total lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Essen wurde uns ans Tisch gebracht und bezahlen durften wir auch direkt am Tisch. Nur zu empfehlen. Weiter so 👍🏼

Wer einen qualitativ hochwertigen und geschmacklich super guten Döner sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig. Der minimal höhere Preis ggü. anderen Läden im näheren Umfeld ist gerechtfertigt. Besonders positiv. 6/5 Sterne

Eigentlich gehen wir immer gerne hin, aber zurzeit arbeitet eine Servicekraft dort die an Langsamkeit kaum zu übertreffen ist. .....Ok er ist noch jung vielleicht wird er ja bald besser.

Bin seit einem Jahr Stammkunde, und eines muss man den Jungs lassen, die haben Ahnung. Das Bauernfrühstück würde ich als das Beste aus Lübeck abstempeln lassen. Und der Döner ist immer reichlich, nicht wie andere Döner-Läden. Die Kollegen sind auch immer freundlich, also kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Einfach nur Top! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt angepasst, und die Mitarbeiter sind immer stets freundlich. Das Essen war frisch und in großer Menge zubereitet. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!

Obwohl wir vor Ort essen wollten, wurden unsere Gerichte eingepackt. Das Fleisch war teilweise zu trocken. Der Kartoffelauflauf schmeckte einfach nur langweilig. Die Pommes Frites waren kalt. Der Döner Kebab war ganz OK.

Im großen und ganzen machen die Jungs gute Arbeit. Sind immer freundlich und die Portionen sind anständig. Für den schnellen Hunger optimal. Sucht man jedoch feines Essen, sollte man einfach woanders hingehen. Hier gibts alles für den schnellen Hunger.

Das Essen ist gut und das Essen wird an den Tisch gebracht.

Na ja er ist zwar nicht schlecht und manche Sachen schmecken gut aber ich habe mit ihm einfach kein Glück entweder kriege ich eine falsche Bestellung die ich nicht bestellt habe oder das was ich möchte ist nicht da oder der Döner schmeckt nicht versteht mich nicht falsch es gibt wirklich Sachen die sind dort lecker es gibt auch schöne Sachen dort ich habe bloß einfach kein Glück das einzige was ich dort gerne esse ist die Lasagne aber das ist einer der Produkte wo schon ab und zu vorgekommen ist dass die nicht da war
