Very nice restaurant right on the water. The service was extremely friendly and in a good mood, and there was also a little joke in between. The food (honey prawns) was really great and ideal for warm summer days. In my opinion recommended

Great location right on the water's edge and at the harbor. Delicious dishes and cocktails, also nice just for a drink after the sun. Surprisingly, it is rarely full here and you can get a table spontaneously. Kudos to the lovely service, she has a lot to do and always remains patient, attentive and friendly.

It was just great, everything was perfect. Definitely worth a visit!

Recommended for a short or longer stop after a stroll in the harbor. There are also delicious 😋 homemade cakes. Dogs were also very welcome. The view of the water is always calming, but unfortunately we couldn't really enjoy it because it was very stormy. Staff was very friendly. We also found out that filming for the series "Practice with a Sea View" will take place between September 5th - 7th, 2024, the crew always needs extras ☺️

At Pier13 we were able to eat on the outdoor terrace in the evening. We thought the occasional beach chairs at the tables were great. Overall, nice atmosphere there, wonderful view, friendly service. The successful marinades of the salads and pickled fish were positive about the food, while the side dishes were rather sober. Portion sizes are more for small appetites, but sufficient.

Enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail in the sun in the afternoon, what more could you want. The service was also nice.

We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a nice woman from Sassnitz and were not disappointed. The view and the ambience are simply great. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. We'd love to come back!

Good food and very good service. Price-performance is still okay and understandable given the good location. Vegetarian patty was great, could be improved with creative side dishes and high-quality bun. Fried potatoes were very good, schnitzel was good. Overall recommended.

Years ago this was a very good café where you could have a great breakfast. Now only for young people who don't mind the loud transmission of Italian music and the chatter in Italian. Unfortunately, nice service doesn't make up for it...

Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We had the Röstitaler and spiced meat, very small portions for a lot of money and poor quality. View is great. Recommended for a drink, unfortunately not for eating out.

Insanely expensive for relatively small portions. It also doesn't invite you to linger. I didn't find it very inviting and completely overpriced. Hungry tourists are milked here. But the taste was okay.

The ambience is very nice. It's very comfortable to sit with a beautiful view of the water. I think the prices are reasonable. The service was very nice and very quick. The food was tasty. There is a star deduction because the food wasn't really seasoned. But that depends on individual taste. Still, it was a little too little. What's great is that dogs are allowed in the restaurant and on the terrace.

We were here on a Sunday evening and first checked whether it was open (not a single guest). Therefore we had free choice of table ;-) and enjoyed our meal. Not exactly cheap but still worth recommending. If you like cheddar, you should try this one.

Nice Italian? Local directly on the pier. Views of the water or the harbor. Small terrace. Various fish and meat dishes. For a café, however, only 3 types of cake/tart. Everything was very tasty and tasty. Beer at 5.50 half liters is also the most expensive I've ever drunk.

The dishes were delicious and attractively garnished. The salad with chicken breast is highly recommended, although there was very little fish on the fish platter, but it was still tasty. The waiter was super friendly. Sitting by the water, listening to the waves and dining is always great.

The food is very tasty and appetizingly prepared. The conditions are very friendly and it doesn't take long for the food to arrive. Outside you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Baltic Sea.

The food and beer taste very good. However, the upper floor wasn't open, which made it very crowded. The time until you got something to drink or eat was also too long, 20 minutes + for drinks is just too long.

Good food, good service, unfortunately very crowded during our visit because the upper floor was not open. Price/performance ratio is right and the view of the harbor is really fantastic.

Delicious cake (cinnamon meets apple) and the Andalö Basil (aperitif) is highly recommended :-)

Nice little shop with a nice location right by the sea. The service was super friendly and always quick. The drinks were very tasty and there were also a few things that were unusual for us (various lemonades with vanilla ice cream). Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the food. We had the chicken burger (the meat wasn't that tasty here), the pulled pork burger (was very well seasoned) and the fish platter with fried potatoes. Overall, the food was OK, but there are definitely better restaurants there. But absolutely recommended for drinking a cocktail or something. We paid 70 euros for the 3 dishes plus 3 large drinks.

We spontaneously went there for dinner with 9 people (including 5 children). The welcome was warm and we felt very comfortable. The employee always had a good word to say to the children, so that they were relaxed and we parents could really enjoy the food. Price performance is absolutely right, so we can absolutely recommend Pier 13.

The food was delicious, potato pancakes with garlic prawns. Dressing for the salad is great and definitely homemade. Price/performance is ok. Sitting overlooking the sea, perfect for vacation.

The waiter wipes the table, we sit down and then? Waiting, waitress walks past, greets arriving guests, greets, cleans tables, continues to serve other guests, greets every now and then, but no orders are taken. After 20 minutes we looked for another location... Where you can also be served as a guest.

Completely disappointed.. The burgers were very dry, almost on the sole of a shoe.... Service was very friendly and different... I had fairly full plates returned and answered when asked by the staff... Face grimaced... once and never again

The food is not recommended, we had pulled pork with fries that were covered in chedder. The supposed chedder tasted like nothing, the pulled pork was overwhelmed by the sauce. It's a shame, because the ambience is quite nice. The staff are very friendly, but don't particularly care about the guests. An employee gave a guest a cloth to dry the wet chairs instead of rushing out and doing that for the guests as a matter of course. It will not work like that. No toilet paper in the toilet, and so on. What's missing here is passion and delicious food, real gastronomic commitment.

Very friendly, approachable and relaxed waitress. Delicious food. Children's meals also available. We ate children's noodles, matjes, schnitzel and fried potatoes. Everything was successful with a great view of the water.

Before I mention the negative points, first the positive: great location, great view, brilliant architecture of the building, nice staff and an excellent cake and torte buffet!!! However, the operator seems to drive the restaurant to absolute wear and tear: the artificial leather on the chairs was extremely worn and the sanitary facilities were very dirty and partially broken - the sink was cracked and broken several times, the urinal was completely full, the floor was wet and dirty and I want to use the toilet seat don't have to set. There is an urgent need to invest and work on hygiene (visit: October 23, 2020). Update (June 2023): my previous review concerns the predecessor "Gumpfer" - it is now called "Pier13" under the new operator

Went there again after two years and found that the food was still good. The only thing that was convincing was the ambience with the view of the Baltic Sea

Apart from the prime location, the staff was super accommodating. Opened especially for our group (10 people). Coffee table was set for everyone and 3 great cakes were made. Everything delicious. Both thumps up.

Very disappointed with Pier13, shortly after opening, everything dirty, fries on the floor. Price performance below ground. Canned pea soup with 5 slices of bockwurst. Not recommendable.

Pier 13 is the persona of Sassnitz. The place is run by the friendliest of owners. I tried the local Sanddorn juice-hot. It was smooth like oil. The place is amazing. The seating upstairs is amazing giving an amazing view of the Baltic Sea. They accept all cards for payments.

Restrained design, more reminiscent of a snack bar. Great location! Fries and burgers were tasty. We would come back for the fantastic view.

Today we were in the city harbor of Sassnitz for the first time. At the end of the day we asked ourselves where we could go out to eat. Pier13 immediately invited us with its maritime charm and great view. In my opinion, the self-service solution is the perfect solution for this restaurant. The food was amazing, the perfect portion, great taste, fair price. Perfect all around. From now on, a must for us when visiting Rügen.

Es gibt wieder Kaffee und Kuchen,aber mit dem Vorgänger nicht zu vergleichen. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

Ein klassischer Imbiss mit den Preisen eines Restaurants. Service nicht vorhanden, da Selbstbedienung. Das einzige was mich auf der Speisekartenwand ansprach, war das Rahmschnitzel mit Pommes. Die Pommes waren gut, das Rahmschnitzel geschmacksneutral. Meine Frau hat den Cesarsburger bestell, welcher ihr nach eigenen Angaben gut geschmeckt hat. Aber unsere Kleidung hat schön nach Pommesbude gerochen und musste erst mal gelüftet werden. Für uns war es das erste und letzte Mal dort.

5 Sterne für die Aussicht, Service nicht vorhanden, da Selbstbedienung.. Dame an der Kasse machte einen gelangweilten Eindruck. Essen war optisch sehr gut, geschmacklich für die happigen Preise ne Frechheit. Pommes waren das Beste. Schnitzel war TK unterste Schublade, Caesarburger mit kaltem labberigen Brötchen, Fleisch lauwarm ohne Geschmack, lieblos ohne sauce uxw zusammengeklatscht... dazu 1 Glas Cola zum Preis einer ganzen Kiste... den Frittengeruch in den Klamotten gab es dann gratis zum Mitnehmen. 1x und nie wieder...

Haben dort vor ein paar Wochen im Urlaub gefrühstückt. Wunderschöne Aussicht, leckerer Kaffee und ein Kellner der uns schon morgens mit seiner guten Laune angesteckt hat. 100%ig!

Netter Ort um etwas zu Trinken und den schönen Ausblick zu genießen- Essen gehe ich unbedingt wo anders ...

Wir haben das erste Mal dort eine Pause eingelegt und sehr gut gegessen.Draußen zu sitzen mit der Aussicht auf die Ostsee,was gibt es schöneres.Wir kommen gerne wieder.👍🫶

Intersannte Location, das Essen war in Ordnung ! Der Service freundlich. Die Preise für Selbstbedienung zu hoch. Auch war die Einrichtung und der Außenbereich etwas lieblos. Aber einen Besuch auf jedenfall wert.

Wir sind total begeistert vom pier 13.Waren 2 mal am Tag da.Einfach gemütlich. Alle sehr nett .Die Ofenkartoffel kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Hammer war die selbstgemachte Limonade.Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub. Weiterhin alles Gute.

Wir waren zu 5 dort Abendessen. 3 Kinder & 2 Erwachsene. Ist ist eln Selbstbedienungsresrautant welches nicht dem Preis entspricht. Die Kindergerichte waren so klein; dass unsere 5jähre Tochter nicht satt wurde. Als Brotbeilage bekamen wir ein kaltes 10cent Hamburger Brötchen; nicht mal getoastet. Essen hätte geschmackvoller sein können und deutlich größere Portion. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hilfsbereite. Ein etwas schönere Ausstattung würde dem Ambiente gut tun und auch etwas sauberer.

Waren gestern Abend dort, ein kleines aber feines Lokal, schöne Dachterrasse mit einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Bedienung freundlich, essen war schnell fertig. Mit der Selbstbedienung und den Pager war auch alles super. Das Schnitzel hätte einen Tick größer sein können 😅 aber die ofenkartoffel war super!

Essen war super, die Preise etwas teuer und es war Selbstbedienung.

Insgesamt in Ordnung, nichts Besonderes. Essen an sich in Ordnung, aber das richtige Wow-Erlebnis beim Essen lässt sich schmerzlich vermissen. Das Selbstbedienungskonzept funktioniert, das Personal ist recht freundlich. Pommes hätten meiner Meinung nach knuspriger sein können, Schnitzel habe ich auch schon bessere verzehrt. Trotzdem wird man hier satt und genießt einen direkten Blick auf die Ostsee.

Waren im Urlaub hier 2mal Essen. Finden das Konzept der Selbstbedienung nicht schlecht & daher erwartet ich auch kein Gourmet Essen und finde es nicht schlimm wenn es ein TK- Schnitzel ist, nur sind dafür die Preise trotz wunderschöner Ostsee - Sicht zu teuer. Die Burger & die selbstgemachte Limonade sind aber trotzdem auf jeden Fall mal einen Besuch wert 🤗

Also schon beim rein kommen so freundlich begrüsst zu werden ist ja 5 Sterne wert. Aber dann war auch noch das Essen lecker und die Hausgemachte Limonade 🥤 spitze, was kann man sich mehr wünschen. Also wirklich toll, nettes freundliches Personal und sauberes WC. Vielen Dank kommen sicher gern mal wieder. Nachtrag Wir waren in unsere Ferienwoche 3 x da! Das hat viel zu bedeuten- mega zu empfehlen!!

Sehr gute Burger, alles frisch und wirklich sehr lecker. Alles mit Liebe angerichtet und schmeckt hervorragend. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Sassnitz ist das wieder meine erste Adresse.
