Ich kann nur was über das Restaurant sagen da wir dort nicht übernachtet haben. Sehr schön eingerichtet, freundliches Personal. Gut bürgerliche Küche. Schnitzel, Nackensteak aber auch Fischgerichte wie zum Beispiel Lachs. Seeehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist zwischen Glowe und Sassnitz an der Straße mitten im Wald gelegen. Wenige hundert Meter vom Parkplatz zum Königstuhl

Wir haben hier nur gegessen. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Wirtsleute außergewöhnlich zugewandt, man sitzt sehr gemütlich, inmitten schöner Natur, absolut empfehlenswert👍🏻

Heute waren wir nach langer Zeit mal wieder in diesem Restaurant speisen. Die Bedienungen waren total freundlich und das Essen einfach super. Gut und gerne kann ich dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen, ich denke, den Besuch wird keiner bereuen, gerade in der heutigen Zeit.

Spitze Essen, super Service. Ich hatte Salat mit Fisch gegessen. Gemischter Salat mit "allem" drin. Nicht nur Eisberg, Gurke und fertig. Leckeres Dressing und der Fisch auf den Punkt. Wir sind am nächsten Tag gleich wieder hin!

Das Essen im Baumhaus ist wirklich einwandfrei und super lecker! Allerdings finde ich die Öffnungszeiten überhaupt nicht gut! Wir wollten 18:45 Uhr Abendbrot essen und wurden wieder los geschickt, weil Küchenschluss ist und sie 20 Uhr schließen! Am Wochenende ist leider gar nicht geöffnet! Es läuft wahrscheinlich dennoch sehr gut, so dass sie es nicht nötig haben. Toll für die Eigentümer aber leider nicht für uns! Darum leider nur 3 Sterne! Auch wenn das Essen echt lecker ist!

Der Urlaub im Hotel war einfach super. Am Morgen sind die Rehe am Fenster vorbeigekommen. Das Restaurantessen war einfach großartig, und die Desserts waren hervorragend. Wer einen tollen Windbeutel essen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Danke an das Team des Hotels und Restaurants, alle strahlten eine positive Energie aus. Wir werden uns erneut sehen

Top Lage, Natur pur... Essen hervorragend...einfach traumhaft

Sehr schönes und uriges Restaurant, mit einer schmackhaften Küche und sehr netter Bedienung.Die Speisen reichen von Fisch über Wild bis zum klassischen Schnitzel. Es gibt regional typische Sanddornprodukte wo eindeutig der Windbeutel mit Sanddorncreme zu empfehlen währe.

Nach 25 Jahren wieder das Baumhaus besucht und dort mega lecker gegessen. Wild ist immer noch ihre Spezialität und jeden Cent wert. Man sollte dort unbedingt einkehren und zu Abendbrot essen. Auch die Bedienungen sind höflich und immer zu Tisch wenn etwas fehlt. Ich hoffe, wir brauchen für unseren nächsten Besuch nicht wieder 25 Jahre 🤣.

Ich habe an 4 Tagen diese Gaststätte aufgesucht und wurde nie enttäuscht. Die Lage ist idyllisch und der Gaststättenraum strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Die Bedienung ist zuvorkommend und der vierbeinige Begleiter fühlt sich hier sofort wohl. Die Fischgerichte sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die hausgemachten Windbeutel sind einmalig. Alleine schon dafür lohnt sich der Besuch. Mein Fazit: Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder!

Baumhaus bei Hagen – Rügen... Wir müssen reden. Mitten im Nationalpark Jasmund, zwischen Sassnitz und Lohme, steht dieses Haus – halb Restaurant, halb Rückzugsort. Kein Ort für den schnellen Durst, kein Touri-Imbiss mit Plastikbesteck, sondern ein Platz zum Runterkommen. Zum Atmen. Zum Essen. Drinnen riecht es nach Holz, nach Herbst, nach Küste. An den Wänden handgemalte Bilder von Rügen, draußen rauscht der Wald, drinnen läuft leise Musik. Das Licht ist warm, die Stimmung noch wärmer. Ein Ort, der nicht gefallen will, sondern einfach ist. Die Karte wirkt auf den ersten Blick chaotisch – Soljanka neben Burger, Reibekuchen neben Lachs. Man erwartet nichts Ganzes, bekommt aber genau das: ein kulinarisches Ganzes. Die Soljanka – eine Hommage an alte DDR-Tage, rund im Geschmack, mit Tiefe und Seele. Der Salat – ein veganer Traum, frisch, mutig, ohne Askese. Reibekuchen mit Lachs – elegant und harmonisch. Und dann die Burger: einer mit Beef, einer mit Lachs. Beides handwerklich top, saftig, eigenständig. Fast alles ist hausgemacht, nichts wirkt billig oder zusammengeschustert. Die Küche hat Herz, nicht bloß Rezepte. Die Buns könnten besser sein, aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Der Service: aufmerksam, freundlich, schnell – kein Zwangslächeln, sondern ehrliche Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich gesehen, nicht bedient. Die Preise sind fair, geradezu bescheiden für das, was man bekommt. Das Baumhaus bei Hagen ist kein Zufallsfund, sondern ein Glücksfall. Wir haben heute spontan dort gehalten um Mittag zu essen, auf dem ersten Blick denkt man zwar:"hier wird man nicht so viel erwarten können!" ABER WIR WURDEN EINES BESSEREN BELEHRT!!!! Essen super lecker, Personal super freundlich Gastraum ungemütlich. Einfach nur super definitiv werden wir wieder kommen.

The location and the house were great, but we felt completely unwelcome. Hospitality is nowhere to be found here. Despite the beautiful sunshine, there aren't even a few places to sit and have a drink. But just a drink isn't possible anyway, as it's a restaurant... The staff isn't interested in hospitality. But there are enough tourists who bring the money. We moved on and are happy to spend our money elsewhere.

A small, fine restaurant in a beautiful setting in the middle of the forest. The service is fast and friendly. The food (in my case, an Angus burger) is delicious and plentiful. The cream puffs come with various fillings and are enormous. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Thank you.

After the long and beautiful hike from Sassnitz to the Königsstuhl, we arrived at the treehouse hungry and thirsty and were immediately in a positive mood, as the idyllic terrace surrounded by the typical Stubbisch woodland offered us a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered from the friendly waitress, and not too long later, our dishes arrived (Hamburger schnitzel, zander fillet, lumberjack steak, and salmon burger). And what can I say, we were overwhelmed by the combination of taste, appearance, and aroma! For dessert, we indulged in the homemade cream puffs and apple strudel, and they were also delicious! We will definitely be back next year!

On our way back from Königsstuhl today, we spontaneously decided to eat at the treehouse. We sat outside, received a very friendly welcome and service, and enjoyed a very good lunch without a long wait. The Wiener schnitzel evoked childhood memories, and the herring and lumberjack steak were also excellent. Kudos to the entire team. We highly recommend it. The four hungry "hikers" from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Bavaria.

We were here yesterday, and I have to honestly say this was one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The customer service was excellent; our waitress was super nice and helpful; the restaurant itself was also great to look at. The food was excellent and truly delicious. The rooms are very well-maintained and thoroughly clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The staff is very friendly; the manager received a hug from my daughter as we left, a huge compliment. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Located in the middle of the national park, it's very quiet and perfect for being in nature. We'll be back as soon as possible.

We visited the Baumhaus restaurant in Sassnitz with a large group and several children. Despite the busy schedule, the service team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and well-organized. The child-friendly atmosphere was particularly noteworthy – toys were immediately provided for the little ones, which made the stay very relaxing for everyone. The food was consistently excellent – fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared. A highlight were the giant cream puffs, which were not only visually impressive but also delicious. An all-round successful visit – we can wholeheartedly recommend the Baumhaus and will definitely be back!

We stopped in after a hike and ordered three drinks and a cream puff! We also asked for a parasol to be opened! This was refused, citing the wind! But it was windless! The waiter stepped on my friend's toes, explaining it was only because she wasn't sitting properly at the table! A question about the food was answered with: Look at the menu! Since we were sitting in the blazing sun, we asked again for the parasol to be opened! This was refused with the words: You didn't have to sit down! We decided not to have the cream puff, wanted to have the drink, and leave! Whereup the waiter "collected" the drinks again and asked us to leave! I'm still stunned!

The venison roast for €25 (€22 last year) consisted of a very large portion of red cabbage, very little meat, two Maggi dumplings, and a flavorless roux sauce. Plus, you have to pay more for a beer here in the forest than on the spa promenade in Binz! Absolutely unacceptable!

I ate here with my girlfriend. We had the roast venison, which was very tasty. Afterwards my girlfriend had the homemade plum cake and I had the huge homemade cream puff with cream, banana, eggnog and chocolate ice cream. It was awesome. The service was very friendly.

If you're there and haven't had lunch yet or it's already approaching evening... go there. Everyone is very nice and even dogs are warmly welcomed. (My personal opinion: No small cats that are too big please, because that just disturbs the atmosphere) 😅 Oh, before I forget... The prices are absolutely ok for this quality! So please no whining. Great, great, great! Oh yeah... The giant cream puffs are really yummy🤤🤤 and not as fattening as they might look🙃
