Der Service ist super, vieles am Essen auch sehr gut, vor allem der Salat und die Steaks. Nur muss ich beim Hähnchen etwas bemängeln, es war nicht ganz durch, auch nach dem 2. Durchgang war es innen noch etwas roh.

Wir haben heute unsere Hochzeit mit unseren Gästen hier zum Abend ausklingen lassen. Toller Service, tolle Bedienung und Mega leckeres Essen. Nach Reservierung erfolgte noch einmal ein Rückruf zur Ausgestaltung. Einfach klasse!!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolles Personal Tolle Gerichte Immer wieder gerne

Der Chef des Ladens hat seine Angestellten vor den Gästen herablassend behandelt. Ich wurde permanent geduzt und beim Zahlen hat der Chef meinen Namen von meiner EC- Karte abgelesen und mich namentlich angesprochen, ich fand das sehr unprofessionell und übergriffig. Das gehört sich als Kellner nicht. Abgesehen davon war das Essen nicht gut, die Bratkartoffeln schwammen im Fett und waren matschig und nicht knusprig. Ich werde nie wieder dahin gehen.

Ich war alleine und wurde auf Unfreundlice Art begrűsst und man hat mich am Eingang warten lassen. Es passierte zwei Mal an zwei verschiedene Tage meines Ferienaufenthalts. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt dass kein Platz fűr mich war, trotzt dass es noch freie Sitzplätze an der Bar gab. Schade...

Absolut leckeres und so schön angerichtetes Essen. Die Servicekräfte sind super freundlich. Wie waren 2x Essen und 2x einfach nur was Trinken. Immer wieder gerne. Ihr habt zu unserem schönen Urlaub beigetragen.

Ganz große Kunst des Kochens! Exquisites Sassnitzer Fischsüppchen, hervorragende Matjes-Variationen, unvergleichliche Pasta mit Bärlauch... Wir haben - zu viert - beim Gang durch die Altstadt rein zufällig die Brasserie entdeckt. Und würden sie allen gern und auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Nettes modernes Restaurant in der Alstadt mit frischen hervoragenden und lokalen Gerichten. Parkplätze stehen nur die öffentlichen zur Verfügung mit 5 min Gehweg

Idyllisch gelegen im Herzen der Sassnitzer Altstadt lädt dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Restaurant sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Selbst am Feiertag haben wir nach kurzem Check auch ohne Reservierung noch einen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung war freundlich, sympathisch und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte bietet neben klassischen Brasserie-Gerichten auch mediterrane Speisen, Fischspezialitäten, Steaks, Schnitzel, Spareribs und Hähnchen – dazu viele verschiedene Beilagen, die man individuell wählen kann. Trotz des vollen Restaurants ging alles erstaunlich schnell, und geschmacklich war wirklich alles hervorragend.

Wir waren auf ein Bier am Nachmittag da. Nette Leute.

Tolles Restaurant mit super Essen. Lage etwas versteckt, aber mit Altstadt Flair. Parkplätze gibt es kaum welche, man muss etwas weiter weg parken und dann den Spaziergang genießen. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen ist etwas länger, lohnt sich aber allemal. Das Essen (Steak) hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, die Portionsgröße ist gut gewählt, sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Einen Tisch sollte man auf jeden Fall vorbestellen. Wir waren jetzt zum 3.Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. 🥰

Das war eine 100/10 heute 🥳 Wir haben heute kurzfristig für ACHT Personen einen Tisch reservieren können. Das Essen war richtig lecker und toll angerichtet. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Die Getränke waren kaum nach der Bestellung da. Der Spargel war mein Highlight. Dickes Lob an die Küche. Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Urlaub wieder 🥰

Speisen hatten eine gute Qualität und waren in ihrer Zubereitung wirklich auf den Punkt - insbesondere der Spargel und die Gemüsebeilagen waren perfekt. Die Gerichte waren gut portioniert und die Bestandteile gut aufeinander abgestimmt; individuellen Wünschen wurde sofort nachgekommen. Tolle Getränkeauswahl. Gemütliches Ambiente. Selten haben wir so gut gegessen und wurden mit so großer Qualität umsorgt. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch!

Absolut begeistert! Mein Geburtstagswunsch war: mal wieder lecker ein Steak zu essen. Für mich gab es dann das Rumpsteak mit Champignons und Knoblauchbaguette, dazu einen leckeren Alpaca Rosé und zum Abschluss ein Schokoladensouffle (mit Mangosoße). Mein Freund hatte als Hauptgang die große Scholle mit Bratkartoffeln und Pommes. Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Besonders begeistert waren wir nicht nur von der freundlichen Bedienung, sondern auch wie professionell und wie aufmerksam wir vorallem beraten wurden. Meine Wahl wäre sonst auf das Hüftsteak gefallen, allerdings ist das Rumpsteak zarter und der Fettrand wurde für mich schon in der Küche entfernt. Mehr Service kann man doch nicht erwarten. Und einen weiteren Daumen hoch gab es für die Hundefreundlichkeit, da man das leider nicht in allen Restaurants findet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden bei Gelegenheit unbedingt wieder kommen!

Das Essen, das Ambiente und die Bedienung war alles top! Sie sind auch flexibel mit den Gerichten, so konnten wir die Bratkartoffeln, die eigentlich mit Speck sind auch in vegetarischer Variante bestellen. 5/5 Sterne! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nach einer langen Wanderung wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend in der Brasserie empfangen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Filet Steak (natürlich Medium) empfohlen und was soll ich sagen, es war unbeschreiblich zart, einfach nur lecker. Der Kellner spendierte uns nach dem Essen noch einen Schnaps, das gibt es nicht überall. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Essen, tolles Ambiente, cooler Kellner, man kann es nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Wir waren erstmals zu unserem Stammtisch, mit ca 20 Personen da. Essen wurde vorbestellt und alles hat perfekt geklappt. Schönes Ambiente, nette zuvorkommende, flinke Bedienung und das Essen war der Knaller. Lange nicht mehr so lecker gegessen. Danke Perry und Team 😋🙏🥰

We ate here as part of a small celebration. The reservation and arrangements went completely smoothly. The service is truly unbeatable and incredibly friendly. Despite many orders and à la carte options, they were very quick, and everyone received their food almost simultaneously, even with 18 people. They were very accommodating to special requests. The food was top-notch, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely eat there again. Oh, and I had the best piña colada I've ever had there :) I can wholeheartedly recommend the Altstadt Brasserie. My guests were also completely satisfied. Thank you, keep up the great work. Three top marks: You receive a warm welcome in a cozy atmosphere and are served delicious food. We were there last summer and even had the pleasure of meeting the actors from "Praxis mit Mehrblick" (a German TV show), and we returned because of the food, service, and ambiance. The added bonus: We're staying in the best vacation apartment by far in "Haus Rosenstein" and can enjoy this restaurant within walking distance.

We had dinner at the brasserie in Sassnitz and were very pleased with the service, the ambiance, and the food and drinks. The herring was excellent, and so was the large salad. Thank you to the whole team, we'll be back!

A beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and fantastic chefs who cook fantastically well. We can definitely recommend the mussels and the salmon with spinach and ribbon pasta, but the ribs were also absolutely delicious. And for dessert, the warm chocolate cake with a chocolate center was absolutely delicious. Don't forget to reserve a table; almost all the tables are always occupied. And you can bring your dog. A huge compliment to the whole team.

We stopped by for dinner. It's best to reserve a table. The food was very tastefully presented and delicious. The larger dishes come with a list of side dishes that you can choose from. A great idea! The service was very friendly, and the food didn't take long to arrive.

Delicious, delicious And generous portions

We had the spare ribs (400g) and the fried potato pan. I was disappointed with the fried potatoes: they were far too fatty, so they weren't crispy. And they were clearly "from a packet," meaning they weren't freshly made. It was striking that every dish I saw came with the same (tasteless) garnish: a leaf of lettuce, an orange slice, and fried onions (also from a packet). The chef was very unimaginative. The spare ribs tasted good. However, they come without anything else, meaning you have to order bread or fries or something else. My husband certainly wasn't satisfied with them. The brandies we treated ourselves to afterward were very good. After having had very good meals at other restaurants in the city, we were disappointed with the food. What a shame.

Tourist trap? No. Not at all. Top-notch restaurant. Superbly delicious food. The price is absolutely right for the quality. I had one of the best schnitzels ever here. 300 grams but super thin, perfectly seasoned and fried. It doesn't get much better than that.

Nice restaurant in the old town - and always worth a visit because the food is pretty good - but unfortunately there are sometimes long waits to get your food (over an hour after ordering) - and then the staff unfortunately don't know how to convey this to the guests in the right way (sometimes they seem to catch them off guard and then become a bit grumpy) - that's a real shame.

We stopped by spontaneously, and despite rush hour, there was still a table for two with a toddler. Drinks arrived very promptly, and our meals took about 30 minutes, which is perfectly acceptable, as they appear to be freshly prepared. When it started to rain in the evening, the friendly waitress found us a table in the restaurant without us even asking. The service here is generally excellent; the staff were also accommodating to children. The food was good value for money, fresh, and delicious, but it wasn't exactly mind-blowing. The ambiance was also good, but the large 360° bar does make the atmosphere a bit less appealing. A definite recommendation if you're in the old town; we would come back.

The food was impeccable. Since it's freshly prepared, you can expect a bit of a wait. The service was very friendly, child-friendly, and pleasantly contributed to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have to deduct something because we were unlucky enough to be there on an evening when two women were sitting at the bar, laughing and screaming incredibly loudly. We couldn't have a normal conversation without being drowned out by their shrieking laughter. It's a shame. The atmosphere was generally cozy, though a bit cramped inside on one side.

Good food, but the plates are too small—not the portions, but the plates themselves. The staff is very attentive and quick. Prices are okay, but fairly high.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. Unfortunately, our third visit left us very disappointed. The dish (salmon with tagliatelle) was a carelessly presented, amorphous mass, completely oversalted and thus inedible. The herring variations were also more show than substance. A shame. For the rather high price, both the appearance and, above all, the taste should be good. On the plus side, the good wine and very friendly service deserve mention.

Very casual, inconsiderate, the staff ignore guests' requests. Noise and drama until well after midnight. Definitely not recommended because they act friendly but in reality aren't tourists-friendly!

What can I say... The food is good overall! I've been there at least six times. It was a friend's recommendation. I've been there several times for the same thing, which seemed to automatically make me second-rate. It took a while, so my opinion is quite subjective... (But who isn't? 😁) The team is young and friendly. They're very busy, as the "Brasse" is quite busy, which seems only logical! The location in the heart of the old town, as well as the food, works! Especially during peak season. However, as a local, I sometimes wish for at least as much attention as tourists get.
